This place is amazing It's clean and the location is awesome. The beds are soooo comfortable. There is nothing at all to complain about. We will definitely be staying again.

This location provides locally private pool and hot tub as well as beach access. The balcony view of the ocean is perfect. Clean rooms. Bathroom towels exchange 3x weekly. Full kitchen ammentities. Short commute to Publix and any other store you would need. The property manager, Steve, is wonderful. The price range is very competitive to local hotels. For the upgrade to a private condo, well worth it!

Great Ocean Front rooms. Specially the double balcony rooms. Quiet, family oriented, great clean beach, perfect weather, easy access to the beach. If you want to enjoy the views, make sure to get 3rd floor or higher (Only 5 stories). Ground floors are perfect for little kids as the back of the unit let's you out onto a large green open area where they can run around and have fun while you can easily watch them. Very family friendly place.

Awesome resort with lovely views and clean relaxing rooms.

We stayed in unit 408. The unit is very nice and view is one of the best. Cape Winds facility is nice-clean, 1 minute walk to beach. Pool and area around is nice. We were able to see 2 launches from the beach. Close to Port Canaveral.

Stayed in room 309, 2 br, 2 baths. Kitchen, laundry… view of the ocean from balcony and you can hear the waves. Just a short walk down the beach to cocoa beach pier and Ron Jon. Perfect view of the rockets from space center. Just relaxing… and the staff at cape winds stays on top of any issues and handles them ASAP.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a view of the beach if you’re on the right side. In Walking distance to the beach and pier.

There was nothing we didn't like about it, beautiful facilities, price was right, love the location, this year was our first year staying at Cape Winds but we liked it so much better than the one up the street that we had been staying at. We already have our reservations for next December.

This is a condo place. So everyone will have different experiences. We adored warm pool, walk path to the ocean. Everything was pretty close. Staff was nice and kind, who helped with any questions. We didn't have any provlems with anything. So we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Location is perfect. For families needing kitchen and full size refrigerator. Friendly management.

Since I live 4 blocks north of this location, I've never stayed at this Condo. I can tell you this much though, the grounds and buildings are very well kept. The paint is fresh and attractive as well as the pool and those around it. If I were coming here as a destination I would seriously consider staying here.

Front desk very nice and helpful. Emergency contact very rude. Don't be running late checking out way to early to have to check out.

Amazing location, right next to the beach and many local places. Such as: Kennedy space center, manatee park, cocoa village and more!

We came down for a week long ball tournament. Our room was great. Great views, crowd less on the beach and pool. Very calm place and clean.

We enjoyed our three night stay at Cape Winds. The condo was easily accessible, very clean, and came with all the supplies we needed for our trip. We made use of the beach, pool, and hot tub. Would definitely visit this condo again.

Resort was nice, just our unit on 1st floor was not up to our standards. A lot of Condos have very limited kitchen supplies. This place, just the opposite, needed to throw about 4 cupboards of dishes, glasses and containers away, just to make a place to store our groceries for cooking. We stay 3 weeks and cook in quiet a bit. Patio had no ocean view but great accesss to our car. Our Fall Condo, was a much better view, at Cape Winds. Pool is nice but we use the beach exclusively.

We stayed at the Cape Winds Resort for the first time this year and it was great! We stayed in an ocean front condo and the view was just spectacular! The pricing was good and everything we needed was already in the condo when we arrived. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
