My place to stay in Okeechobee. Clean, neat and quiet.

Very quiet hotel. It’s a dream. Air conditioner clunks when it turns on which startled me a bit. Nice room and bathroom. Tv could be bigger. Bed could be softer. Nice location. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.

Cleanest, nicest, best beds and ya breakfast you know. I highly recommend this place. A group of us came from Miami and loved it. Yes loved it. Oh and no I dont work there.

It is overall a nice place. The rooms are small considering the price but the great staff helps make up for it.

Rented the business room for my sisters babyshower. It was perfect for the occasion. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

For a small town like okeechobee you dont have many options, yet when you stay here you will not feel like your settling. The staff is very attentive to detail, friendly and professional. The parking lot is big so you don't have to worry about not finding a spot. Their pool is small but clean and gets alot of sun. The fitness center is clean and well stocked for it's size. The business center has two computers which run great. They have a big lobby and can seperate it and close it off for private meetings. The rooms are spacious and clean (just needs a fridge) the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. It's quiet even when fully booked which makes it easy to work or relax. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. Close to everything (walmart, home depot, bank of america) with an applebees right in front of it so you dont have to go far for decent food or drinks.

Disclaimer: the staff was very nice in the morning and they gave us a full refund wich was very nice. But the way the night desk clerk acted at night and the condition of the room (mold "white stains"on the blaket and chair) I can not recommend this hotel if this is the condition they leave their rooms in. We will be back to Okeechobee Florida but not back to this hotel. It looks like could have just been a really bad night due to the other review's but idk.

I have always enjoyed staying at any Hampton inn and this place is no exception. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are all clean and we'll kept. The breakfast is always good.

My family stayed at the Hampton Inn Okeechobee — Saturday, February 24, 2018. At check-in I provided the young man (Ariel) my Diamond Rewards Card, My credit card, and my drivers license. There was a few other guest behind me waiting in line, when Ariel slipped a small little paper with writing on it. I put on my glasses to see what it said and it read: "this card is declining". I looked at the card and realized that I gave him the wrong card, and immediately gave him the correct one and completed checking in. He was such a sweet young man not to call me out and to let the other guest know that my card declined, and I though that was going beyond GREAT customer service. The room was clean, located right behind Apple Bee's which was nice. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you again ARIEL. I really appreciate your customer service skills.

Arrived around 1030pm. The guy at the desk provided the best customer service. I travel fairly often and I'm so impressed with this hotel. The orange juice didn't taste fake either.

Best accommodations in Okeechobee. This location reflects well on the franchise's reputation. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day puts Hampton ahead of most higher tier hotels. Two modern treadmills, one elliptical, and dumbells up to 50 lbs make for a decent workout facility. I would like to see a fridge and microwave in each room. Revisions to the complimentary breakfast are overdue for the chain.

It took us an hour to check in and then the room wasn't ready! This was at 4:10! They had only one person checking us in, knowing that there was a big party coming in! The room and breakfast were great, though!

Although I am disabled, I prefer the non-disabled room better. Grab bars are more functional. This is not a comment over a space of time. We stayed here before and am here after Irma. Breakfast was great always.

15 American Legion riders went and we were greeted with such hospitality. Unreal, rooms are clean im serious. Oh there bedding and pillows comfy. Better than my 5k bed. Breakfast bar was very nice. You can even eat the eggs look like they came from a magazine. 5 stars and more of us will show next time. And a clean pool that I went in. Great bang for the buck. See you guys soon!

I always feel I can depend on Hampton Inn. All was very much up to par, except the air conditioning unit in the room (which kept turning on and off instead of staying on). Bed was great. Linens too. Soft pillows. Good night's rest. Internet was ok. True HD TV. Breakfast was great, especially the scrambled eggs. Overall, I would stay again.

The manager was rude and they Also charged my card for 3 nights and I only stayed two and 250$ Fee for something they accused me of that never happened in the room although the staff was great but I will never go to this place again. Just a warning that they are just money suckers and liars!

En route to Orlando from Key West Oct '14, I decided to stop and check out the Bass fishing at Lake Okeechobee. Stayed here and had a Great night of rest and relaxation! Staff was awesome and very helpful with fishing information. I had no problem with a late checkout after coming back from fishing all morning. Lake Okeechobee Bass Guide Butch Butler is who you want! Planning a trip again in October '15.

I stayed here back in 2006 and my room was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for me. If ever back in the area I'll be staying there again. I would love to know what kind of mattress and pillows they use because that was the best sleep I've ever had!

Poor reservations skills. Stayed before during the first opened, much better them.

The whole experience was a nightmare. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We were informed by the staff a month earlier when we made our reservation, that we would be allowed to check in earlier because of a wedding that we, and numerous others were attending locacally at 4pm. The last shuttle to the wedding was leaving at 3pm. At 320pm, we were still not allowed to check in. I was told I would have to upgrade (pay more) toget a room immediately or have to wait. The lady at the check in was very rude and did not try to apologize or help at all. We eventually cancelled the reservation and stayed elsewhere that night. I made sure everyone at the wedding, many who live in the area, heard about the mess and how I will never be staying at a Hampton Inn again.
