We were there for over five months and enjoyed grilling by the pool.

Not matching the pictures.
Property needs complete overhaul.
Far away from the beach.
Worn out furniture.
No dining options.
Parking overcrowded.
Bad smell when entering the room.
Overall very bad experience.
No value for the money.

Needs a lot of remodeling! Trying to be nice but please fix this hotel from HT.

Great pool, spa and they have free happy hour along with free breakfast… They call it social hour, gotta love this place.

Unpleasantly surprised! As a Marriott Rewards Member, I am shocked by my recent experience at a hotel I have stayed at many times in the past. After spending almost $600 for a three-night stay, I left after just two-without a refund. When calling to discuss my stay with a manager, I was told by a woman named Dumoni Davis, that no one was available to take my call and treated extremely rude. She refused to give me a time to call back to speak with the manager and began yelling at me when I told her she wasn't being very cordial. My room was not cleaned the entire duration of my stay and I was kept awake by the "Smoking Area" right outside my window all night long on the first night. What a disappointing experience for such a beautiful hotel. For what I spent to stay there, I expect better. I certainly hope they get it back on track soon. I will not be going back or recommending anytime soon.

I give this hotel a second chance. Last night customer service was the worse. I told them since I arrived that the AC wasn’t working and I have a 6 month old, the temperature was 80 degrees inside. So their answers was that unit is brand new and maybe I froze it by trying to reduce the temperature so to give it Time. I have it 3 hours to supposedly “defrost”. Passed 11 am I couldn’t take it anymore and I called they offered me another room, which I had to pack everything again and move? What Ana inconvenience being that I was with my 3 years old and my 6 month old baby. And on top of that they tell me tomorrow I have to switch back once they fix the AC, like packing and unpacking is a matter of 10 minutes. Then at 7 am a guy walks into the room telling me they have him my room. Ana of course woke up my baby. What a disaster. Horrible, I will not stay here ever!

I do have to say, check in was a breeze. After our flight was delayed by so many hours, I used the Marriott app to check-in. When I went to the counter, the room key was ready at the desk for us. The front desk agent was very kind and let me know about the Mix-n-Mingles at the hotel. She also informed me, even though the parking lot and a certain door was closest to the room, the elevator was near the back lot and would be easier to access if we parked there and took everything this route. Perfect. Thank you for that information. This is a pet friendly hotel (we didn't have any with us). We used to have a dog and used Arm & Hammer Pet odor remover powder to place on the carpet and vacuum up. That is all is smelled walking in the hallway. It was a bit overpowering, BUT at least I know the housekeeping crew cleans and uses a decent product. We opted out of the housecleaning, not just for environmental reasons, but this hotel gave us more points if we opted out. So being honest, I wanted my extra points. I think this is a great way to entice the customers to be more environmentally friendly, without them even thinking about that part. Kudos. Breakfast is free. Can be eaten inside or outside on the patio. Everyday there were waffles, eggs, cereal, bagels, fruit and yogurt. The sides changed everyday — could be bacon, different types of sausage (chicken, turkey, pork), links/patties, etc. Last day we were there, there was biscuits and gravy.

Beautiful place to rest with family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen equipped for cooking. With daily cleaning. Breakfast included.
Pity the television has very few channels. Just two kids.

Very nice suite. Very nice staff. My only complaint is to have better Gym equipment and more of a variety at breakfast in regards to hot food.

Clean updated rooms, great breakfast variety, and a little hot tub and pool. Staff was friendly. The shuttle service to the beach was great!

Great facility. The staff at this location is top notch. They had a free shuttle service to the beach and provided chairs and umbrellas! The breakfast was hot and fresh. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen and dining area. The pool is not deep but is serviceable and they had a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff the GM was awesome!

Lovely hotel, nice staff, and they accept dogs. What’s not to love? They also provide dog pickup poop bags and special bins specifically for pet waste. I always enjoy my stay there and nestled in the heart of Naples it’s close to everything. The hotel has ample parking, security and a vacant lot next door allows my pet a good walk. The rooms are like a one bedroom apartment and spotlessly clean with TV’s in the bedroom and living area. My first place to book when I’m visiting SE Florida.

Spent a week in Naples at the Residence Inn. What a treat! From the hot breakfast, to the beautiful rooms, and the friendliest people who are happy to point us in the right direction for activities. (A. W. E) The fishing was fun! Every single staff person we encountered were professional and warm. We will be back! Thanks everyone!

The facilities are impeccable… and the service even better! The manager serves as one more and is in all the details. Advisable… and hoping to be able to return someday! Huge room, clean, and got a room very close to pool entrance, a plus. Nice workout room, wonderful front desk staff, especially Kelly. Great breakfast! Even on busy days, food kept stocked and fresh, and plenty of seating options, indoor and al fresco. We will stay again.

Literally 1 minute after making a last minute reservation I realized she gave the very next day (I was supposed to be there Monday, not Sunday) I called back and the gentleman was not only rude "how do you know it is wrong day if you haven't even received your email confirmation yet" So then he puts me on hold — now that is 16 minutes later and no supervisor (or ANYONE) has had chance to get back on line and fix it not bill $300 for the empty night. — Miserable customer service. REVISED — while they had issue with the reservation agent, and crazy on hold times — the rest of staff — and the facility, all at expected standards.

Great front desk staff, especially Kelly. Very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. Fantastic breakfast, no waiting in workout room for equipment, great pool, perfect location near everything. What more could you want?

I spent a night in a big suite. They had a full kitchen and all the accommodations are possible. It was amazing!

For the price we expected more. The rooms need an update to match room rate. B’Fast (Included) was great but busy as expected.

Bad boy… We booked a room for 6 and got one for 4 with an unpresentable sofa bed that still hurts my waist… Table for 4, etc. Whereupon 2 people ate centadas on the couch. Breakfast is simple. Very good cleanliness.

We give you 5 star as your attention to the guests is excellent the service is very professional it feels like at home.

It is an excellent place for the services, the rooms and everything in general. The breakfast was great.

This is the absolute worst Marriot property I have ever stayed in. The place is old and tired, my TV did not work, staying for two nights and they did not clean the room after first night. I was out of the room from 3-10pm, got back, called and they would not switch me to another clean room, said they were at capacity. The halls smell like weed too… unbelievable that this is still Marriot owned.

The Residence Inn employees were very helpful and diligent. Hotel was good the room was clean but there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Due to the Hurracaine Irma we were evacuated from the hotel, but it was for our own safety. Hot Breakfast with plenty of options.

Very good stay, GM of the hotel is awesome! He is hands on manager, keeps everything well organized. Leading by example works as always.

We are frequent customers and we have seen changes in their renovations which were not wrong and in fact the best with a lot of taste… very clean rooms… the girls in the rooms of the most educated. And willing to help the customer is always… the breakfast is extremely complete for all tastes… and here it the kitchen staff is attentive to replenish the food finished and give us your support to any request… I highly recommend it and I can not finish without letting you know that the administrative staff is very trained… I happier not pyedo be out of my house and came to another with an ease and willing to enjoy a vacation or weekend… thanks to Great Team of Residence Inn Naples…

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is better than average. The rooms are huge and they have fully functional kitchens. I love the staff and have had allot of fun at the pool with the kids. I took off one star because I have had problems getting the showers hot and they are usually out of towels by the pool, which is frustrating when you have little kids. Overall, a great spot for families staying in Naples for an extended time.

Very good hotel. Very friendly service. Nice area of very close to downtown Naples Fifth Avenue shopping and Tin City.

We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite on the top floor. The room was perfect with full kitchen, dining table, couch, chair, fireplace and nice LG TV. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and LG TVs. One bedroom has a work desk. Room was very clean, security doors worked, very nice pool area with lots of chairs etc. BBQ grill available for guest use. They have functions in the lobby evenings during the week. Staff was friendly, easy parking, quite and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Naples. Easy drive to everything, hotel has a beach shuttle. Tin City, beaches etc are minutes away. This will definitely be my go to lodging from now on when I visit family in Naples.

I have been staying at the residence in for about 4 weeks on business. I would say that it has its pros and it's cons. What are the things that I like the most is that a has a included breakfast every morning comma as well as mixers (light meals and drinks) in the evenings Monday — Thursday. The staff are really nice and attentive. On the downside, the showers aren't always as sanitary as other hotels and the sheet smell a bit funny. I have stayed here on 4 separate occasions and these seem to be a constant.

Loved the location. Very clean, comfortable rooms. HShuttle bus to beach. No hassle to park. Nice size rooms with kitchen. Kids enjoyed free breakfast every morning. And BBQ night was just right. Only down side is that the pullout beds are not very comfortable. They can use an upgrade.

Nice and helpful staff! Great lobby, good amenities, and comfortable room with small kitchenette. Caution to light sleepers… can hear traffic from road if on the 1st floor room located by road and fridge is a bit noisy when running.

Loud AC, uncomfortable beds, smallish pool but decent complimentary breakfast.

The stay included complimentary breakfast and internet. The kitchen was clean and the staff were very good. They offered to upgrade our reservation.

I've stayed at this hotel four times. All with dogs. Great staff, nice rooms. Breakfast and dinner are usually good but a mad house.

Worst hotel experience I have had, the lights on the night stand didn't work, the alarm clock rang throughout all times of night, very rude staff and on top of everything I was charged 250 dollars extra for smoking inside the hotel room when I didn't, and they refused to refund the charges. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recently renovated. Very clean and nice. Breakfast and the evening socials (Monday — Wednesday) were delicious. Staff was friendly — would definitely stay again.
