Booked a hotel room in August 2017 then in December 2017 they contacted me saying that they were cancelling the booking. Left me with having to pay more for a room somewhere else on such short notice. DO NOT RECOMMEND ever staying at this hotel. Not reliable. I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime and have NEVER EVER had a hotel cancel my reservation. Would have given them negative 5 but that isn't an option.

Very nice rooms. They even have a mini store for snake and drinks. But a little pricey.

Nice place, specially because me and my wife were running off Matthew Hurricane (we were supposed to go to Fort Lauderdale). It was a decent one night stay, parking was easy, checkin/checkout fast, staff very polite and the room was cozy and clean. I would give 5 stars if it were close to the beach, but the place is perfect for a budget stay.

It was clean and nice. The beds were smaller than I was expecting. The bathroom was cle@n but small. It is pet friendly. There was a lot of people with dogs. Not bad.

The place is located off of I75. The area is being built up, but there is three restaurants close by and a WalMart Supercenter. The place is clean, the staff is wonderful. Breakfast is free and the choices are many and food good.

Upon arrival, the staff treated me like I was a bother. Upon entering my room it was very dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom and shower. The roo. Thermostat did not work, there was no cold water (unusual I know). The morning breakfast was terrible. Juice was out, no water, and you could have an orange or cereal. Milk was warm. I will never stay there again… ever.

Really Good hotel located near I-75. The breakfast is great and you have different options of yogurts, juices and breads. On front desk they will receive any packages you send no matter of the quantity. Just after the front door you can drink cold water flavored with natural orange slices. Rooms are clean and the overall hotel is great. Very good gym and pool and very good for rest. You have high tables with plugs to use a laptop if needed.

Great breakfast with boiled eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels & cream chees, fresh fruit, plus more, no meat. Rooms mostly clean, except one if our rooms, the larger suite, had snacks and pet food under furniture which caused sugar ants. Staff is friendly, there are language barriers with housekeeping. Pet friendly, and that comes along with the fact that they don't clean rooms effectively for pets, and you have to deal with irresponsible pet owners who might have previously stayed in your room. Also the staff uses powdered carpet scents to cover up previous pet urine, which is very unhealthy for people and pets. The air conditioner units were moldy and dusty. In one of our rooms the fridge froze all of our stuff, plus medicine, no matter which setting. A complaint that I have is that there's only 2 very small benches outside, so if you want to sit outside, the curbs in parking lot is your only option if the benches are taken. No covered outside seating at all.

They new girl at the front desk was wonderful. Her name is Jayme. As for the rest of the experience… Horrible. The entire staff with the exception of Jayme needs a re-training on basic customer service skills, especially the manager. Aside from their horrible staff and manager, the original room my family and I were placed into smelled like mold and feet. When we went to the front desk to ask if we could rent another room or at the very least switch; the manager, in an aggressive tone, said no because the hotel was sold out. It wasn't until we came back from our trip to the beach that we were able to switch rooms because we noticed that the air conditioner was broken.

Cleanliness is a serious problem at this property, from stained sheets to mold on the curtains. You can expect a very musty smell inside the rooms, There seems to be no maintenance either as the phone and AC were broken down. The only positive experience was check in due to the very friendly receptionist Jayme. I had one interaction with the manager and it was only to respond to a question I had regarding upgrading suites, and while Jayme was courteous by asking the manager, the manager just open the door to her office and without even saying hello just told me in a very defensive way we don't have any suites available. I still wanted to make the best of this trip although I was already regretting my choice of hotel. Next morning while I was having breakfast the tables were sticky because there was nobody cleaning as the tables were being used. Just as I was about to finish a staff member came in the room and told the patrons who were still eating in a loud voice "We are close. Pleople have work to do, please leave and be nice. " at that point I had decided I was definitely in the wrong place and what a shame that this lack of leadership was ruining my opinion of La Quinta. I don't believe I will return here again.

Top notch service, very clean and professional. Good location is close to the highway and restaurants. I would recommend family and friends.

Room is super clean and Tidy. Bed card signed by cleaning staff. Good appliances. Good pool. Very accessible.

We were told breakfast start at 7am what a liar.

Staff is all nice and rooms are quiet and clen.

Its okay to Stay here for a night — rooms are clean / pool is small but nice. BUT it kind of stinks in the rooms — there is a really bad air inside.

Ooh its a "happy" hotel but only for the dirtbags that know what im talkin about!

Had a room booked by my office, they lost my credit card authorization form and would not check me in untill I paid the whole stay with my personal card. I asked if they could check me in and deal with it in the morning when my nonprofit was open (checking in at 7pm) they were RUDE and said no then started talking about me to other guests right in front of me! If your traveling for work DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stayed for business one night July 11, 2013. Staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds and lobby were well kept and clean. The room was clean, and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good nights rest.

I recommend good quality hotel.

Clean, affordable and accommodating. We were traveling with a baby and they provided a portable crib which I wasn't expecting. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and clean. Not a 5 star hotel but it was clean and everyone was nice and friendly.

This was a decent hotel for the area. Better to stay here in Naples than in Ft. Myers. The room was clean and quiet. Motel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants in the area, without the hustle and noise of downtown. The room had a smoke smell, even though it was a non-smoking room so we kept the window open the whole time.

This is a good place to stay. It is quiet, very clean, and relatively new. There is a good breakfast. The location is very convenient to I-75, although it is far from downtown Naples. I've stayed here on two trips and will stay again.

Perfectly satisfactory; easy to get to, comfortable room — — and the AAA discount made it very affordable. A bit of a drive to downtown, but it was very close to the people we were visiting, so that evened out. Minor scruffiness in the carpets, etc. But generally clean and (despite a couple of the previous comments) the neighborhood seemed perfectly safe. Nice to have a Cracker Barrel nearby for breakfast. Don't know what the guy who called it a ghetto was thinking — — he'd probably have a stroke if he went to the Bronx.

Room is standard, albeit somewhat stuffy/smelly. Location is pure ghetto. Do not walk outside alone anywhere near the hotel. Non-smoking hallway and non-smoking room smell distinctly of stale cigarettes. Wireless Internet weak and broken. It is difficult to describe the location. It is not anywhere near downtown Naples. It is not anywhere near the Naples Airport.
