Definitely a drug hotel so sad all these meth heads everywhere all in parking lot out in open front desk was told and DID NOTHING.

Very beautiful attention of the employees and very pleasant and attentive we left very happy with my family.

The worse experience ever. They charge my credit card for a reservation that I cancelled previously. But not only that, when I called to obtain information about it, the manager was rude and disrespectful.

Everyone so nice, very clean, very helpful, close to local attractions, close to my new house! (woohoo), great big breakfast buffet, ac works fantastic.

Desk clerk had left view, I spoke with my company Crst travel will not use unless no other options.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They must like their jobs.

Pretty decent hotel. Stayed here to visit family. There isn't much around, and it's your standard holiday Inn express. Nothing great, nothing terrible.

Hotel was under construction. Seemed it was planned not to disrupt guest but apparently their was an inexpected water leak that left dozens of fans blowing out the hall way in front of our room. Fans were loud but the room door helped block some of the noise. Put up with this two nights. Seemed s little shocked that it seemed like no big deal to the staff. Would like to say that Carol at breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Lots of pride in her work and it showed. Laurie at the front desk checked us in and help find a restaurant for dinner. Do d like that it was 1/4 mile to the front entrance to Silver Spings.

As we were checking out on the morning of 8/4 we asked to stay another day. The front desk couldn't be bothered to rearrange some rooms so we could stay. They said the only way we could stay was to switch rooms. That is very lazy of them. Won't stay there again and we are moving to another hotel since we have to pack up our room anyway. Do not stay at any hotel where they cannot be flexible and think outside of the box. There were also a lot of noisy kids running around from the pool through the kitchen while we were trying to eat breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location by silver spring state park, or close to the ocala national forest, great clean place.

Peter and Richard are the best! Laurie, Gayleen, & Kara are all very sweet and nice to talk to at the front desk. Rose & Carol take such great care of you in the breakfast area. Cant forget about housekeeping: Elvia, Jean, Clara, Anne, Shirley, Marsha, Jessica, Luisa; you guys rock. They all make sure the hotel is nice and running very well. ♡

I love this hotel! So clean, staff goes above and beyond! Their breakfast is great! The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are very modern and clean. We stayed here for awhile after Irma, the only complaint is there's no rooms with kitchenettes.

The hotel staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing. There was one front desk lady who was rude, and she asked us twice if we were checking out and we were obviously dressed to go swimming. The hallways and bathrooms could use updating too. Overall great experience.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Incredibly clean, our room was spacious, and Spencer at the front desk was extremely hospitable and was really quick getting us our room. 10/10 would stay here again.

My husband was on business in Ocala so my daughter and I drove there to be with him. There isnt enough stars for this place. I loved everything about it since I walked in. The lobby was clean and well maintained, the front desk woman, Britany had a huge smile on her face and she was extremely helpful. I asked for a crib in my room to be delivered and it didnt take but 30 seconds for it to be in there. I was also impressed with the breakfast, it wasnt a normal bagel and cereal breakfast it had something for anyone including hot food. Rose was amazing. We (me and my 1 year old) came a little late to grab a snack and she stayed open the whole time and even played with my daughter. 10 stars! Will be staying again.

By far the best hotel on this side of town. Walking distance to silver springs Park and Rose is great at making you feel at home for breakfast.

Holiday Inn has a great staff! They're so friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again it is a great place to bring the entire family.

This hotel is a cut above the rest. The staff at the desk are very nice, and the cleaning ladies talk to you and treat you like y'all have been friends for ever.

Recently renovated to a more tech savvy vibe. They put out quite a breakfast spread, that's free to all the guests.

Literally the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating, especially the women in charge of the breakfast spread.

Service @ this hotel was exceptional! Everyone was VERY accommodating for our boisterous, large crowd.

Location was easy to find and access. Room was clean and orderly. Breakfast was a treat and the two ladies who ran it were top notch and super friendly.

Comfortable beds, nice showers, and spacious rooms. Great customer service down at the Continental breakfast some of the friendliest staff I've come across at a breakfast they made you feel right at home! I would definitely stay there again.

Location is right next to Silver Springs, so highly convenient for that. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was helpful and professional.

Everybody I encountered here was exceedingly nice. Rose and Carol were friendly and attentive at the breakfast area. They were always upbeat throughout the week that we stayed before, during and after the hurricane passed through Florida and this area.

One of THE BEST hotels I've stayed at in a very long time! Greeted with a smile by Christian late at night & was very helpful in getting things took care of quickly (we were sooo ready for sleep) ; upon arrival our room & bathroom were very clean; next morning Mrs Rose came to every table, greeting each with the sweetest hospitality, as if she'd known you all your life; we didn't leave our room til late morning but housekeeping returned with fresh towels/wash cloths & even remade the beds & cleaned up the used towels; at the pool, you could tell that it was kept well — no debris anywhere; fresh towels supplied at pool side as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off the pool water from your bathing suit & hair. P. S. As added pluses… hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a Keirig coffee maker with coffee creamer & sugar in the room. I just LOVED our time there!

The staff here at the hotel were great. We used the pool which the kids enjoyed. The room was clean but the toilet didn't flush and realized it after it was used. We called the front desk they sent a maintenance guy who was quick to fix the problem. Breakfast was a plus for the kids and I. Overall, our stay here was better than expected.

Everyone that works there is super nice. Clean building. The pools heated which I don't really like, it gets to warm. Although, it is in a great location with a park down the road and access to natural springs not too far away. Will be coming here every year.

Room smelled of wet dog and smoke. There was a dog barking at 6 am as it's owner walked it down the hall. Our kids were wide awake at that point. It is a pet friendly location however it wasn't the best choice for our family. Our toilet was having issues on the first floor, the front desk asked us to use the hall restroom if needed. They told us no other rooms were available unless we paid an additional amount. Worst holiday inn we have ever used.

We spent much time at this holiday express christian is a very respectable young man with a heart of many men, he touched our hearts just in who he is, rose as well as the other lady in which I forgot her name that works with rose there, but we will never forget their hearts the way they treated us, the true trinity? yes the true hearts of GOD in these three that live their greatness that GOD gave them, they made our stay at holiday express in silver springs a piece of HEAVEN for us thank you again for ALL you do and all the cleaning ladies for their smiles, if their were more stars, they would be given, sincerley enjoyed our stay, always beauty &burl.

Nothing really special, just the usual Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean and the location is quiet. One person is outstanding; it is Rose, who takes care of the breakfast area. She talks every morning to everyone and helps out wherever she can. This is something I have not seen before at any other Holiday Inn Express. She is doing a great job!

Let's start with one negative then the good why I rated a 5 star. We reserved a suite a month out and within a week we had a emergency and had to move our vacation 2 weeks in which the Hotel was very accommodating but some how when we arrived our room was switched to a standard room. Now the positive the Staff in this hotel is just fantastic and will try there best to accommodate all your needs and request. The rooms are clean although for the area a bit overpriced. The free breakfast is well stocked and the Staff attending it are wonderful especially Rose who is a great source of information and truly cares, overall the employees are a asset and make this Hotel a place I would return to.

This is our 3rd stay in the past year. The rooms are clean, service is great, wonderful breakfasts. We enjoy the heated pool and fitness center, too. This will always be our hotel of choice while house hunting in the Ocala area.

Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious & plentiful. Just remember that you want to ask for a room away from the gym (we could hear the noise from the gym, day and late into the evening) and away from the ice making machines too.
Our TV did not work, they tried to fix it to no avail, but were kind enough to give us extra rewards points. The staff was very courteous!
The gym noise would drive me nuts after a while!

I first stopped by to check rates to have a sleep over for a little girl that I help take care of due to her mother disability. That day Christopher was at the front desk. He was very pleasant and professional especially when I explained what I was wanting to do. He said it would be ok to use the breakfast room for her to have cake and ice cream. When I pulled off I knew then that my decision was made Christopher you were awesome seeing to our needs.

The hotel was very nice. Front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Good stay. Very nice staff. I asked for a late checkout and was told no problem but was then repeatedly bothered by cleaning staff and front desk. Asked if I was staying another night when I was in the midst of removing our items from the room.

We were promised a room with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. They were on in the same. Also we were told how nice the pool was only to arrive and be told the pool was closed. The staff did not attempt to find us a room matching the one we reserved and paid a higher price for. Our view was non-existent. Looking at the overhang from the front entrance. Don't believe what they tell you on the phone.

This was our first time in this hotel and from the time we walked in we loved it. The staff was very friendly and supper nice. The lady at the front desk was really nice and professional. They have a very good breakfast with lots to choose from (my kids loved it), and the lady that was working there was very nice. The room was spotless (to be honest, I wasn't expecting that), but it was really clean. The housekeeper even left us a note the first night of our stay thanking us; something that we thought it was very thoughtful of her to take time from her busy day to do that (my kids loved the detail so much that they left her a note thanking her for keeping our room so clean when we left). The prices were good, but most importantly the customer service and the workers there were great. We recommend this hotel, you will not regret it (we certainly didn't).

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and my dog, not only did they lie to us about the price of the room they also double charged us for the room. We called and reserved the room a week in advance and talked to Pete, he told us it was $20 extra a night for a dog then when we got there to check in it changed to $40 a night. Telling them in adance we were not paying with the card we made the reservation with they asked for another card to hold. Not only did they charge both cards with the full amounts for the rooms they are now being extremely difficult in returning the money. If you have a chance pick a hotel with a bar and that won't double charge you. This is a normal thing for them considering "Pete" just went through this last week.

Stayed 0-5-2-2014 Very clean and comfortable. Staff was genuinely friendly and nice I. Washed some clothes and the dryer was broke, there was a laundromat around the corner but it was late and due to some hip problems I could not walk that far. The girl behind the desk said she would do them in the hotel dryers. She was so kind and helpful, she even asked if there were anything special that she should know about the clothes when she puts them in the dryer. She told me she would call when they were done, but she took the time to bring them to the room and they were folded. I wish to thank Sharee (I hope I got the right person) Overall it was a great stay and the others on staff were so helpful too. Breakfast staff asked if I wanted help making a plate. Will return to this one and try out other Holiday Inn Expresses. Room rate good bargain since there was alot of people in town and rooms were sparce to book.

Great place to stay and not very expensive, worth every penny.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well appointed and quite. We were on a trip celebrating our 43rd anniversary. The breakfast selection was very nice and complete, with the exception that there were no cinnamon rolls.

Everything exceeded expectations, especially the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

The room smells like cleaner fluids, so you know it is clean however it is a bit overpowering. The rooms could also use better lighting. Overall nice place.
