Kim front desk witch

Kim front desk staff/ manager rudest and most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever met. No Hot Water, cold shower!, Charged extra for parking, overcharged, false advertising for pricing. Pool is never open. Kim is a nasty mean lady.

I’ve stayed at Pennwood before and it was decent but today put it over the top for me. We called about 3-4 weeks ago asking what the minimal check in age was. We were told 18. So we made a reservation being told we could stay there. We drove 5.5 hours today to Sebastian just to be greeted by the nastiest lady at the front desk telling us in the rudest way we had to be 21 because of new management… THEN TELL US BEFORE WE DRIVE 5.5 HOURS AND ARE OUT OF A HOTEL AND PLACE TO STAY… Thank you for not communicating new management to your customers.
