The room and bath were not cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty as well as the comforter. The 2nd night they changed the bed sheets. The whole room was dusty especially lamps. The bathroom tub was gross. Needs a remodel. WE WONT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN! I surprised it’s associated with Hilton. We will never stay at a Hilton.

Told check in I wanted end room. Less traffic and quieter. I was given second room from elevator. Then after a enjoyable night at bar and for bill I WAS FORCED A 20% gratuity. Tho excellent service the bartender would have made more from me if you didn’t force gratuity. I wasn’t told nor printed on menu I was handed. Not only will I never stay here again. I am here another night and will NOT spend my money at you bar/restaurant. NOR recommend this location. So was it worth it? GL in future.

Everyone here is really nice. Always friendly and helpful! Decent eateries in the area and it’s a great place to just sit by the pool and relax. Only thing by the airport so if you don’t like aircraft noise you may not like that whereas I sit by the pool and watch aircraft take off!

All very clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere to rest, good treatment and cordiality. I recommend it.

Very clean and near the airport.

Pleasant staff, clean, reasonably priced compared to places closer to the beach. Horrible mattress — don’t expect to get any sleep. Noisy — airplanes taking off and landing from early morning through late at night. No fan in the bathroom — very humid. Air conditioner makes a double click every time it goes on and off — about every 3 minutes.

Boston Sherri (hopefully spelt name accurate) at the front desk was wonderful. Her warm welcome and hospitality was excellent. All the staff were friendly as well. Only short distance to Main St. We will definitely be back. Thank you from The Kline Family. Aka Go Titans!

There seemed to be a bit of an ant problem in my room. I didn't complain, and I'm sure if I did they would have given me another room but I squished maybe 20-30 ants while I was on my computer replying to emails and eating some fast food while watching netflix on my laptop. Otherwise it was good and what you would expect for a Hilton Garden Inn.

I stay here every few years to visit my alma matter. The hotel is somewhat humorously located along US41 but with a huge, luxurious, and necessary setback from the highway. While it’s obviously not a five-star hotel, it deserved a 5-mark rating because it’s comfortable and the staff are nice. Lobby is excellent for what it is. Tip: good for families if you’re looking to save money on vacation without staying in a dump. The hotel is close to airport, but the hotel is not particularly close to the beaches or downtown Sarasota or downtown Bradenton.

Rooms were nice and clean, sheets soft, pillows fluffy and of different types for personal preference. Also good movies were on tv. Shower water was hot and felt good.

Good experience. Could be better… We had great family time at the pool and Jacuzzi. Clean hotel, excellent buffet at breakfast… But a weird smell around the hotel. Excellent C. Service, we had to ask for shampoo and new towels every day.

Convenient to airport. Room was nice and clean. Conference rooms nice except for lighting. No phone reception at this location and the Wi-Fi was very intermittent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was ok.

Excellent service and room.

When we checked in I was wondering why they had a dehumidifier in the hallway. When we got into The room it was humid as hell, the remote was sticky, the AC on the window sucks butt. It's super loud and when it's on it gets extremely cold and when it shuts down and ten minutes later the room gets extremely hot. There is no way to control the intervals of the AC I keep waking up because the room will get too cold to not have sheets over and and then extremely hot to be under the sheets. I'm not exaggerating I woke up like 10 times. We went to visit some people at the days inn before this and no joke the days inn had better room temperature and humidity control than this place. The entire time the room stayed extremely humid. So we ended up waking at 7 because we couldn't take it anymore. Then we put the TV on and the satellite is extremely slow and keep going in and out even though the sky was perfectly clear.

Nice clean beautiful hotel. Restaurant, bar. Very nice located just minutes from the airport. The Bistro inside is very good. Very well designed good value. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious. The pool outside was decent. They had a hot tub. The gym room had all you needed. People working were super friendly. Very clean!

Awesome staff especially Kristen at the concierge desk and Patricia at dinner. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The food at the restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet is reasonably priced. Great stay both times!

Staff is awesome. Great shuttle service. Affordable. Nice pool and lounge. Nothing to walk to except a sweet Cuban restaurant, but the shuttle takes you downtown. Poyfect!

Nice place! My room had some work to be done ceiling peeling. Bed was comfortable. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful!

The rooms are good. They are a bit small but it has everything needed to stay in a hotel. Many outlets are provided along with a microwave and a Keurig machine (I loved it). The morning breakfast is top-notch and the chef and cook a wide variety of items alongside the food on the tables. The hall, pool and fitness center are very good. The location was just 5 min away from the airport and thats a good bonus and very close to Ringling college (the reason why I came) Go to this hotel, it's very good.

Giving this location a 3 star. Staff was excellent but room was a bit run down. Needs updated due to peeling paint on walls and in bathroom grout issues. But very close to airport and Colleges.

Dirty and gross. Bathroom floor was dirty. Microwave was dirty. Air bent gross. Bathtub gross. Floors dirty. Expect better from Hilton. Hallways are dirty. Never again.

Rooms are nice but need to be cleaner and smell better. Has a weird smell. Other than that nice place and people.

Experience was good as an overnight guest. Room was nice and big. I ate dinner at the lobby restaurant and it was really good, highly recommend.

Came down for a Friday through Sunday weekend wedding in Sarasota. Really good trip. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was on par with other Hilton hotels which was nice since both our daughters (2 and 4) ate for free. Adult price is $10.95 for an omelette buffet which I think is reasonable. The one frustrating thing (and this may be Hilton policy) is that the pool and lobby bar both close at 10pm. That seems quite early for pretty much anyone other than older guests. My wife and I were really looking forward to the hot tub and a couple drinks after the wedding but the pool had bike locks on the gates and the bar was empty with nothing stocked. The lady at the front desk offered to get us some beers from the back and drink them at the bar, which was nice. The staff doesn’t make the rules, they just enforce policy set by corporate I imagine. Overall worth $140 a night or so, but man, that 10pm pool and bar thing was a real let down!

The hotel is good, but the location is not good.

Hotel was nice and clean. Have a pool, gym, fridge and microwave in the room, coffee maker, digital key, etc. Got room service and it was… maybe a little disappointing. Perfectly acceptable hotel.

Stayed here just before landfall of Hurricane Irma in September 2017 and the staff was extremely nice and helpful, filling water jugs for us before we headed out and giving us ideas on where we might find open fuel stations. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Extremely accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right adjacent to some new construction as of the end of August. Aside from having to drive past a construction zone to get to the hotel, everything was great. Very clean room, great front desk help. Not entirely overly priced mini mart in lobby. All in all a great place for a great rate.

It's a Hilton Garden Inn. Except I wanted the gumbo off their new fancy menu, and I was told it would be an hour because they just started making it… which is weird because they know when the restaurant opens, and they should be aware of the fact that it takes an hour to make the gumbo… so they should start making it one hour before the restaurant opens…

Clean… extra conversation between front desk and another Hilton employee that was checking in while we were waiting to check in was a little annoying. Other than that nice place to stay.

We attended the State Bowling Tournament in Bradenton, FL. This was located between both bowling alleys so the location was perfect! We were greeted with a smile and warm chocolate chip cookies! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful! Our room was cool, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Knocked one star off because the pillows were wimpy and the AC was slightly noisy but not really. But let me tell you, if not for the slight hum of the AC, it would have been completely silent all night. No airplane noise. No car engines or doors slamming. No footsteps or elevator noise. (And we were across the hall from the elevator) No ice machine noise. The engineers did this place right.

The staff at the front desk greeted us warmly and checked us in very quickly. I did have an issue with my room key demagnatizing but that's what happens when you leave a magnetic card in a magnetic money clip for extended periods of time. The front desk replaced my key quickly and asked how my stay was thus far. The staff around the hotel were app friendly and wanted my stay to be pleasant. The room was what one would expect with fresh sheets, instant coffee, mini fridge, microwave, and TV (complete with HBO). I can't say the room was special but it did meet all of my expectations. I enjoyed my stay here and hope all other guests share my experience.

Stay has been good. The room is comfortable and has good amenities. It's helpful that there are snacks and beverages available for purchase in the lobby 24/7. My only complaint was that the bathroom had no exhaust fan for the shower.

A little far from the beaches in Sarasota but really nice rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool / spa area upfront A breakfast buffet is available for around $10. I would definitely stay there again.

We checked in and went to our room which was on the 3rd floor. Upon entering the room we found toilet paper in the toilet along with a pubic hair on the toilet seat. The room looks tired with paint damage and the room had a funny smell.
