The manager was very helpful when the laundry was out of order… when it wasnt really out of order. The room was nicely decorated, housekeeping service was great, a and the bed was very comfortable.

One of the many good hotel experience we have had in awhile. We stayed 3 nights and our stay and experience was excellent. One of the many great perks was their full breakfast for their guest. It was very good quality. The variety of different breakfast items to choose from is catered to fit any appetite. From eggs and breakfast meats and potatoes to muffins and pastries, yogurt and fruit or just plain cold cereal. They have it all at this place.

Hotel was generally very nice. Only two issues were the musty smell in the room, which went away after the ac was turned down enough to run for a while, and the other issue was the blankets on the bed. I don't think they were cotton, but rather some kind of polyester fabric that doesn't breathe at all. It gets very sweaty under those blankets and had to use just the top sheet. Made it a bit difficult to be comfortable in the bed and get a good sleep.

OK, you asked. First of all, the internet did not work the entire two days and the front desk people were totally unconcerned or willing to offer to change rooms or compensate in any way. In addition, the breakfast was not good, the eggs were nasty and the place wasn't very clean. I sat in the lobby trying to get internet unsuccessfully and while I was there it became apparent that the hotel is understaffed. The front desk person had to leave to fix issues in rooms, leaving the front desk unstaffed and people waiting to check in with no idea where the help was. We checked out early and went to a Marriott for the rest of our stay. No one even asked how our stay was at checkout.

Our family just stayed one night just to get away and the GM was awsome and check in and out was easy and the pool and room was clean and the staff was great and breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Great hotel! Room was clean and updated. All employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a ~15 min drive to Cortez Beach. As a side note about Cortez Beach, there is lots of free parking very, very close to beach access points on Gulf Drive S between 4th Street S and 13th Street S. Also, a helpful tip is that the hotel has a rinsing station at the outdoor pool — very convenient to rinse sand off there before going into the hotel since there are no showers or rinsing stations at Cortez Beach. One more tip… we visited Cortez Beach in the evening and picked up a pizza from Fire & Stone Pizza on Cortez Road. Delicious pizza and such a neat mom and pop restaurant! They take cash only, FYI. We'd stay at this hotel again for sure!

Outstanding property on par with Fairfield Marriott but for half the price. Staff go out of the way to accommodate you. Location safe and so convenient with just an outstanding continental breakfast.

Pathetic. Made a reservation but no where when making it did it say my 20 year old self couldn't rent a room here. Woman at the counter was rude about it, wouldn't pick up the phone before showing up, all in all bad. Went to the Ramada closest who had no issue serving me and had a great experience instead.

Room across works well rate is reasonable. Handicap spot. View of the pool. Family friendly. Breakfast bat is hot and fresh. Staff friendly…

We had a very nice stay! It's in a good location, if you have plans every day, but it is not in a location where you can go outside and take a walk. Very busy street.

Wonderful customer service. Beds were so soft and comfy. All our appliances and utilities worked well. Pool was awesome. I didn’t have any issues with check in or check out and I used my free night stay so I paid with points (also no issues). I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel. Large room, very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. A few maintenance issues kept it from getting 5 stars.

Great place, better then I expected. We normally don’t stay at a Best Western, but after reading all the positive reviews we booked the room and we were very pleased with our stay! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Furniture was all new and up to date. Breakfast was good and a nice variety.

Great hotel for pet owners! But the walls are thin so you can hear everything going on next door… Some employees were friendly and helpful, others were cute and avoided eye contact. Breakfast was really good and there were plenty of seats available. The rooms had wooden floors (easier to clean mistakes from the pets). The beds were clean and comfortable. One of our bath towels had a hole in it and should have been retired. Overall, for the price and location it was a good deal.

It was not a very good experience it was very difficult check in seemed the gentlemen at the desk didn't know what he was doing mixed up on rooms. Also room 208 had a bad smell!

The nest hotel that I've ever been to! That includes 4 and 5 star hotels that I've stayed in before. I was impressed with everything about this place and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice clean place to stay.

This hotel was really nice… marble fixtures in bathroom… new queen size mattresses… Fluffy pillows… Clean carpeting, just an all around good experience from check in to check out! Ps nice, clean pool… and a Cracker Barrel on lot! Highly recommend… close to Anna Maria Island.

My room does not look bad. Its roomy. The mini fridge does not keep anything cold. You can see where someone tried to touch-up the paint and it did not match. They did not try to blend or anything. I have a small painting company and for me its a eye sore. Price is not bad. Front desk was very friendly.

Customer service was excellent. The woman at the check in desk was very accommodating​ and went out of her way to help us get a room. The rooms were nice and very clean. Continental breakfast was good and they let us bring it back to our room to eat which was a plus.

We stayed at the hotel for our son's medical school graduation. Our party rented 3 guest rooms. Our whole stay was excellent! The breakfast was delicious! I actually asked what the brand of bed was because it was more comfortable than the Prana foam one I have at home. The evening front desk lady, Debbie was so helpful and pleasant! We played pinochle in the lobby area in the evening. It was nice to have a place to gather at night. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend it!

Everything is nice as well as clean. Good breakfast as far as most hotels go in General. I had a handicap accessible bathroom, which seemed adequate for it's purpose. There wasn't a hair dryer though. The lighting isn't great in the bathroom. Overall good.

The rooms were great super clean and very nice, the customer service was awesome the front desk was friendly and very informative. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit Anna Maria island and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend this best western we will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice atmosphere. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and more to choose from. And the staff is very nice and professional. Carla was a great help while we were there!

If you need to spend a few nights in the area this hotel is a fantastic place to do it. Just had my third visit there and upon n check in, a younger girl was extremely nice. I only spent oneone night but it was a good, clean room. Breakfast was also not too bad. Checking out was just as nice. The gentleman was super friendly and I think I recall him from previous visits.

A special shout out to Chris and Carla. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic.

Rate ZERO star for this hotel, stole $150 from my credit card and took me few months to get my money never going back to this hotel EVER!

Nice place, good service, overall solid experience. Rooms are somewhat small. However, the extremely high ceiling made it feel larger than it was. Overall, it's exactly as the name would imply, "Best Western Plus. " It more closely resembles a Hampton Inn. Breakfast is good. However not what you would get from other "Plus" style hotels (cook-your-own packaged oatmeal here vs. Already cooked oatmeal with toppings elsewhere). However, considering other "Plus" style hotels in the area were well over $200/night, and were further away from the action, the Best Western Plus Manatee Hotel is a great choice and great value.

I just want to point out that Rosalie Alamares one star review of this hotel is FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL. Her review is for the BEST WESTERN ON 67th STREET in Bradenton. Which she states in the first line of her review. I don't know why she felt the need to post a review of a completely different hotel on here. Especially a negative one. All Best Westerns are privately owned and all it really does is hurt a small business owner. Now here is my review for the Best Western on Cortez Road. I come to Bradenton every year for a conference. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn express thats down the road from this hotel but I decided to give the Best Western a shot. I could not have asked for a better stay. The staff is extremely accommodating. They gave me great suggestions from restaurants to the cheapest gas station. They really go above and beyond for their guests. That is the main thing that will keep me coming back. The rooms are larger than most other hotel rooms and are very contemporary and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good amount of pressure. The free breakfast is superb. Most hotels just have your basic fruits, bagels, and cereal. However this hotel has all of that plus hot eggs, sausage, and a really great waffle iron. The hotel is located behind a cracker barrel and it is a little hard to find. But you realize that its a good thing its not close to the road and tucked away behind the cracker barrel.

Room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Housekeeping thorough and always replaced the coffee I used. The general manager Chris Sears is a lovely guy very friendly and helpful went out of his way to find activities for my son in the local area. Would stay there again if I was in the area. Breakfast also very good and there is even a bird that comes for it's meals 3 times a day called Igor which is quite unique.

This is a review for the Best Western on 67th street. Came here on vacation with a friend and The lack of hospitality made this vacation go sour for me: ( ( Terrible experience with management. I question the Best Western corporations interview process for professional in their management candidates! The lady who did not want to disclose her name said she was the manager when I asked to speak to one. Very RUDE on the way she address people (i overhead heard yelling at a couple gentlemen to wipe their feet before they came in. I can understand that if this was a personal home and not a business! ). Also this is a hotel to rest-Kids yelling and laughing until 2 in the morning I went down to ask the kids politely to keep it down as there was people trying to rest. Come to find out the next day the same manager RUDELY tells me if you have something to say to my kids than next time you need to tell me. What-her kids?! I give this place a negative 5 stars due to the lack of professionalism and hospitality. Where's the undercover Boss when you need them.

Very clean hotel great service and free breakfast!. A LOT better than the michiana motel. Do not go there. Its infested with cockroaches.
