This was our center of operations for our explorations of St. Augustine. A very nice little B&B with only a few units with all having direct access to the exterior. The weather was very cold when we were there. (New Year's eve 2017). The location is great to access the historic city center by walking. You do not want to move your car once it is parked at the rear of the house! The room was cozy although it was hard to modulate the hot and cold water in the shower. The breakfast was a 3 course meal of basics. The issue was that it is served in shifts, due to the small size of the dining room, with ours being at 10:30 AM. That was not convenient as the location is near a large number of attractions which require an early start. But the innkeepers were very nice and accommodating.

Great location and great staff. Katie and her coworker (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) were so sweet. Brunch was good, just wished breakfast would be a little earlier for us early risers. :)

We never got to see how nice the Saragossa Inn might be. I booked two rooms 10 days before our visit for two couples. I became very ill and could not travel just before our trip and cancelled two days before our arrival. We lost our first nights deposit for two rooms. $500.00 gone without any recourse. It might be a great place, but the rules are Draconian. Buyer beware.

Quiet and homely and reasonably priced compared to the other BnBs in the area. Within walking distance of the historical area's shopping drinking and eating, just park your car and enjoy St Augustine at a leisurely pace.

We stayed in the Palmbreeze and it was a beautiful room with great A/C. They have a cute cat who hung outside our door. We loved Mr. Darcy and hung out with him in the mornings on the porch. The breakfast was yummy — — raspberries in cream to start, eggs, sausage, sweet peppers and to top it off… chocolate cake with whip cream. The location was great… parked the car and walked every where for our 2 night stay. Katie (Innkeeper) was very nice and let us check in early. We will be back.

Excellent location, ready access to Rhythm and Ribs just a short walk to St George St. Nice room, good breakfast too.

Staying in the Palm Breeze room, it's beautiful. However, mirror needs better cleaning and there were some cobwebs in the gorgeous woodbeam ceiling that caused me some allergies.

Amazingly comfortable bed and very cozy. Wish that there were more electrical outlets, or at least more in convenient places like next to the bed.

Super cute little B&B. AMAZING brunch. Super polite staff. We stayed in the Southwind room, which was just beautiful! Comfiest damn bed ever, just very, VERY creaky when being used for non-sleeping events ;P Close enough to everything, far enough away for peace and privacy. No damned ghost tours yelling outside the windows, yay! Planning on returning in the future for sure!

Very disappointed, room was not cleaned upon arrival, broken faucet and toilet seat in bathroom. Dirty bed sheets. Nothing like pictures on website.

Location is excellent and prices are reasonable. The staff was nice and breakfast was quite good. The rooms were very nice as well.

Super location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a perfect host. Gibbs, the master of the House, provides a warm and friendly welcome and a daily breakfast. You need then actually eat the day nothing — or a week. :) Very tasty. Perfect operation.
The House is situated near the Centre and you can expire all very convenient. Whether it's to the port, restaurants, or just by the beautiful St. Augustine. Gibbs, has tips on hand and recommends restaurants according to taste.
He has also chairs if you need them. Wi-Fi is also available.

Pair, 30 + 23, road trip from New York to key West. So we have seen plenty of hostels, inns, motels and hotels. And that was definitely one of the best.
