My company booked for a week. It's a good option when you want to cook your food and not eat outside. It is pet friendly place. Free internet is very slow comparative to other places. To get better speed you have to pay $5 a day.

We had a fantastic time with the grand kids. Took them to the zoo and to Busch Gardens. Great place to stay! full kitchens, clean and staff is very friendly. Thanks GM Dan for all the helpful concierge service.

Had a great stay for the Country Fest concert. Staff was great. Very nice and always with a smile. We will be back.

THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST! I started my vacation early before my husband was to meet us and I chose this because of the full kitchen. After a long day traveling and flying into Orlando and driving to Tampa we arrived at the hotel well after 8:30 and was really beat. We checked in and the lady at the desk who has been working for the company for 7 years was the best thing about this hotel Very friendly and nice. The floor we stayed on was very dark and smelled really bad. To make matters worse, knowing I booked 1 adult and 2 kids and knowing we would probably be using the pull out couch, there was no linens for the couch. And besides that, the couch was stained pretty bad. Something you would expect to find in an hourly rate hotel. I had to go down to the front desk for sheets for the couch. They had no blanket for my son and told me they had to wash it. It would take an hour. Once back to my room I realized we din't have enough towels so again I had to go down to the desk for towels. Then I was going to make a cup of coffee and relax. Not only did we find roaches that we had to kill there was no dishes, cups utensils, coffee maker etc. The desk told me I had to request all those things they didn't stock the rooms! What? Isn't that why you are booking there? My kids were afraid and we all took showers with water shoes on. The roaches and the cleanliness was the worst.

We checked in, showered and went to dinner. What we thought to be a decent room for a cheap price was soon proven to be a nasty, nasty room. When we returned to the room, the room was dark, as it was night time. Roaches everywhere! Not big ones, but tiny ones. We have a video of them crawling on the carpet/walls outside of the rooms in the hallway as well. The woman at the front desk was very nice and once we explained to her what we had seen, she had no issue with giving us a refund for the night. Thankfully, we didn’t sleep here. We were fortunate enough to catch them before laying down.

Service was fine, lady at the desk was very nice. Room was fairly clean by first appearance but I didn’t check the white towel on the floor test. Fairly updated room. One of the covers on the bed had cigarette burns on it but I didn’t smell cigarettes. The pillows were very pitiful, thank God I brought my own. Sheets had little black hairs that were not mine, so that’s no fun but I didn’t see any bed bugs. I did see 1 tiny baby roach when we got in here on the wall. There was a piece of a screw on the bathroom floor that I almost stepped on. The shower was very worn and the bathroom sink was very worn. Going to sleep now, I hope breakfast is good. Not what I was expecting for the brand or the area.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk person admitted it too, and assured we would be refunded our money since we didn't stay there. Unfortunately the manager decided to be a jerk and not refund us any money as he thought it was "just fine". The literal stench, gross bathrooms, and unkempt overall appearance including beds should cause anyone to move on from this horrific experience.

I stayed here 2 separate nights the first room I was given (307) did not have AC. With no availability in other rooms. It was horrible. They tried to make up by giving me a free night. The second visit was worse. Room 221 had bed bugs or fleas on the mattress. My wife woke up with bites all over her leg, we left, and never coming back here again.

No wash clothes but over all a clean room; Kitchenette along with study area. Shower looked quite used and I questioned if it was actuallly clean. Negating the price, there are certain expectations of even a inexpensive hotel. Such as the essentials of a clean towels and to have wash clothes. Ended up improvising and using a hand towel as a substitute. The sad part is that, as a whole, the hotel chain itself offers nice things. Just be prepared to speak up at this specific location.

Up on arrival no on greeted me when entering. Was a lady a front desk, I thought she was being helped. After ten minutes she walked away. Still never being asked for help. Went to counter man a desk just looked at me not saying anything. Said I have a reservation. Asked me for ID with a attitude. (I guess they don't expect people to want to check in when u enter) said they had no kitchen stuff clean I would have to wait an hour. Went to room looked around everything seemed to be in order. Only reason I chose this place is because they had a full stove and oven. Went to grocery store to get groceries and make a meal. Standing in kitchen taking out groceries. And a roach runs across the counter. Looked under the counter and there were a couple of dead roaches and roach feces. Immediately went downstairs. The guy said I could change rooms but they have a issue with bugs. Got booked through Priceline so had to call them. They said it was non-refundable but I explain to them nowhere in the print they did say you would have to stay where they have roaches. They contacted Hotel I was given a refund with no fee. Just wasted a lot of time had to find another hotel because I could not stay in a place for 4 days with roaches and who knows what else. Do not stay here it's a shame that they want you to pay 60 bucks a night to stay with bugs there are other places cheaper and better close to the area.

Don't believe the bad reviews. This place was clean and comfortable and I did not see a single bug. Great place at a great price!

The toilet wasn't even connected to the floor. There wasn't even one trash can. It was supposed to be a two bed room and the sleeper sofa they used as a second bed was disgusting. No sheets or pillows because she "just hadn't done laundry so she had none"… They overbooked online and were turning away families that had paid and had young children who looked very tired.

Booked 2 beds when we got here there was only one bed, no garbage cans, no sheets, blanket, or pillows for the pull out couch … not a good stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Trash central and cockroaches in both rooms we reserved. Absolutely disgusting. Not even a coffee maker to offer. Horrible experience, wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. You have been warned! Stay at your own risk. Wi-Fi is non existent, does not work whatsoever.

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had while traveling. We stayed here specifically because it was near the airport and we had a very early flight. We arrived in the late afternoon and planned to get to bed early. There were several loud parties going on on our floor one of which was in the room directly adjacent to ours. We called the front desk several times during the night and were told they would TRY to solve the problem. Our last call was never answered by the front desk. We finally gave up and tried to check out of the hotel at about 3:00 in the morning. No one was at the front desk, eventually someone in a sweat suit showed up and told us that he would have to send us the receipt because he couldn’t get into the computer. If you stay at this hotel you will be making a huge mistake. I only gave this review a star because I had to in order leave a rating. No stars. Oh and I never did get the receipt. Currently disputing this charge with our credit card company.

Good service but poor breakfast and dirty pool.

Convenient and quick check-in. All staff were helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean. Shuttle was punctual. Only issue was the intense lingering smell of old cooking grease — like someone just seared a steak on the range.

We checked in and were handed keys for a quad room but told there were no blankets for the room. We had 1 blanket for 4 people. No Wi-Fi, told to call tech support… too bad our phone had no handset and the table it was sitting on had broken legs-just balancing against the wall. Door didnt fit the frame so a huge hole on top you could look through. Not a cup or fork in the whole place so the free oatmeal breakfast was a no go. Will never recommend an extended stay again as we had a similar experience in LA… thought we would try it again but were just as disgusted. Many people were checking in and walking out to find new hotels 5 minutes later!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room but place needs repairs. Free shuttle to airport starts at 4:20 am which was helpful. Didn’t get to see breakfast offering.

We were shuttled here from the airport by Silver airlines because they messed up our flight home. Not the cleanest place. Never stayed anywhere where the toilet was dirty — full of what looked like tobacco. The smell in our room was horrific. There were no towels to shower. This morning a man attended the front desk and stated his room had not been cleaned in ten days. She replied that housekeeping was cut back but they would clean his room ‘this week sometime. I would never stay here by choice.

We parked here during a recent Christmas trip. It was $45 for 8 days with all fees. The shuttle to the airport was there in 5 minutes. However, we waited about 45 minutes at the airport for the return trip. I called 3X. Middle of the day. The driver was nice and helpful. The parking lot was small and close to the hotel lobby.

My father got an all exclusive package for himself and his girlfriend for $1, 000. Round trip flight, car rental and hotel. I flew into FL the next day and got a really nice hotel by Clearwater beach. Anywho, I visited my father and his girlfriend at their hotel which was this one. Extended Stay America. I immediately said "HELL NO"! I refused him to stay at this hotel. The next day we switched. I'm now staying here with all the junkies at this crack hotel. The first day I had to go shopping for cleaning supplies and air fresheners. They take HOURS to bring you anything you ask for. You have to ask and wait for kitchen supplies, hairdryer, or anything else you should already have in your room. If you want your room cleaned it's an additional $10 each time. You have to wait for them to wash towels if you need new ones. The whole place is just gross. I personally haven't seen any bedbugs or roaches yet but I hear they're in here! I am definitely leaving my suitcase and everything in it opened up in my yard for about a week in the snow before I bring it in and straight to the wash machine. I'll give it 1star because both of the hotel ladies were pretty nice.

My experience at this hotel was lousy, the night but bad K I have spent was in this place, we did the Chek in the afternoon and when I returned the night the air not served, and according to Mr. Had nothing available, finish at that time looking for a bentilador and we could not sleep, when we did the Chek out according to Mrs. Could not do anything after being descriminado because it was Hispanic, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Room was nice and while not spotless, was not overly dirty. Front desk was very nice. I arrived at night though and was greeted by another guest who had clearly been drinking in the lobby for a while. There were two other guests walking the parking lot when I arrived. Area outside and at front desk was poorly lit. This all led to a relatively unsafe feeling for someone who's used to nicer Marriotts and Hampton Inns. I would not go again. Good for cost savings but I misunderstood this as a normal hotel, which it is not.

Staff hardly said a word and didn't seem friendly. Facility looked quite worn. But it met my simple needs for one night.

I have been at this location for 2 weeks now and have had no issues at all. The rooms are nice, the staff here are very helpful and nice! They provide everything you need and address any questions or concerns immediately. My stay has been stress free and I intend to return next time I’m in town. Big thanks to Tamisha and Christine for all their help today! Very kind staff! Happy guest ☺️

Third class hotel to stay… First checked in … Provided with room all messed up… Went back and asked same… Only they have answer to everything is Sorry Sorry Sorry… Provided with another room… Which was also not properly cleaned… Trash box was full when I went in… I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm only giving it 1 star because the Front Desk lady was charming. This hotel is infested with roaches. The bathroom was covered in hair, the chairs were dirty with food particles, the remote was sticky, the bed was uncomfortable and poor poor lighting in the room. I wish I couldve gotten my money back. Honestly, don't listen to the other reviews this place sucks.

Do 2 power outage everything was done manually. Ms. Cynthia/front desk kept cool & was a pro with irrate customers.

I had the Queen Studio with the pull out bed. The set up was very nice, like a mini apartment. It did need renovations but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable; that's what really matters. Lol.

Cynthia is a ray of sunshine. I was grateful to have a pleasant person to talk to after enduring the Hurricane Irma. We've been without power at home (Clearwater area) for five days and needed a break from the heat. I needed a place for my puppies too, since they where panting rather hard from the heat. There was limited availability, but this room is great. The AC is powerful, the beds are clean, it has a full kitchen with a working fridge and freezer. There are ice trays readily available to make ice cubes. Their key cards are down due to the post hurricane, but over all attitude, taking the time to walk me to the room and get everything situated felt very hospitable.

Reminded me a bit of staying in a college residence hall. Laid back. Minimal staff. Grumpy guy at the front desk. Not to say the room wasn't adequate, although the carpeting has seen better days. Wi-Fi situation is confusing. I couldn't get onto the hotel's service and had to use one of my own. If you need a place to lay your head for a night, I found the bed comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Landscaping is very nice.

We love the hotel itself, the rooms are huge and feature a full kitchen and the beds are comfy. BUT, every single time my friends or I get a hotel here our cards receive fraud activity on them afterwards! EVERY TIME. We go to that hotel every year on the same weekend and like clockwork our cards get racked up until your bank account is drained and you have to close your account. Who has the nerve to steal hard earned money from people? I love this hotel but this just goes to show that one (or multiple, who knows? ) person could ruin it for this company. You will be caught one day and pay for what you do, low life.

Arrived after driving for 12+ hours. Roaches crawling on the ground, TV not working, saliva/semen/bodily fluids on the headboard. Dirty wash clothes and bathroom. Never again, never again.

It was just a place to rest because I was out majority of the time. It had all necessary ammenaties needed.

My stay at the Extended Stay America at the Tampa Airport was very pleasant. I was met by a staff that knew I was checking in and got me to my room quickly. The room was very clean and well put together. Slept well and wasn't bothered by any major air traffic noise. Check out was smooth and had fresh fruit and coffee and a few other breakfast treats.

Got an awesome priceline deal for the queen deluxe suite. Room was clean, nice modern sheets on bed. Kitchen was clean. Bathroom wasn't bad either. No loud noises during the day or night, quiet and peaceful even by the pool. Front desk girl was polite. Plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and stores near by. Was on the 2nd flr, didn't smell any smokers from third. Nice cute little hotel in Tampa.
