Incredibly small room. Could have lived with that but the room had a musty smell… should have known better than to listen to desk tell me it would get better when A/C is turned on… note to self… A/C only makes the room cold and smelly. Oh and we were going to reserve a room and we asked if there was a cancellation fee should we look at the place and not like it… there is a cancellation fee… the entire cost of the room lol. Needless to say we didn't reserve a room we just took the chance to see if any rooms were available when we arrived. We got the smelly one.

Perfect location. Plenty of food and other things close by. Really nice lobby area and rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

I had to take an 8 hr class there. Very clean. Organized and much needed coffee was never ending! I would definitely recommend and or stay there myself!

Nice run of the mill inn and suites great breakfast fresh cooked scrambled eggs and Patty sausages, friendly staff not a great place for scenic views it's nestled right off the interstate.

Beautiful hotel. Located in a great location near the best restaurants and scenes in Tallahassee. Service was spot on and great for business and travel.

This hotel was very nice… but very hard to find. Even Google Maps cannot pinpoint its location exactly. It is worth the effort of driving around to find it though. We will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

We regularly stay at Hampton Inn. The rooms here were newly decorated. Very nice.

Loved this place. Nice beds, comfy room. Cracked me up some of the culturally timely hilarious photos. Breakfast was delicious!

Awesome. I don't know what this place did but it is a lot better than a year ago. Rooms are much cleaner and brighter. Good place to stay. Had the cheapest prices of the nearby hotels to boot.

Friendly staff. Very clean, modern room. The shower was amazingly hot and great water pressure. Bed was comfy with cozy duvet. And best of all, we had our do not disturb sign on the door so housekeeping left us this adorable basket of towels and toiletries! Breakfast was good and free coffee in the room! Whoop!

The only problem was the desk cramped the bottom of the king bed, leaving about a foot of room to access the other side of the bed, and the TV actually faced the bathroom, not the bed. Awkward design.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. Only one small is issue and it was handled in such a professional way that It shocked me. First time in Tally and they made it great. This hotel is awesome.

Such a nice staff! So professional and accommodating! They really helped me and my sisters out during the hurricane. Amazing people. Especially Margaret!

Room 420, The bed sucks, woke up both days with back pain. Breakfasters was horrible, definitely go across the street To the village in for some good breakfast.

Service was great. We were able to get to our room quickly without any issues. The room was more than we needed without being too expensive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. It was much better than the usual Continental.

The staff was extremely helpful, always wearing a smile, eager to accommodate however they could. The rooms overall were comfortable. Perks I appreciate are the constant supply of coffee and tea, along with fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. A comfortable lobby area and all walking distance to several options for food.

I stayed her for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel and room itself was nice but I was a little bummed that the rooms did not include a mini fridge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the fact that I was able to get my daily workout in at there mini gym. They also had breakfast available which was ok.

The staff was particularly helpful and suggested several restaurants after asking us about our preferences. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Horrible… feet were black after 5 minutes walking around the room… daughter was bit by a spider or something… they told us they didn't have rooms, so relocated us 45 min away, told us they would take care or it, then didn't… and the room cost us 50$ more then originally paid… worst experience ever.

Clean hotel, awesome staff, but… breakfast is why I gave a 4. Prob the worst selection of breakfast food Ive had at a hampton. I really enjoyed my stay though. Jeless at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming during my 5 day stay.

I am a silver member. I had a guarantee reservation and when we arrived they had overbooked and we did not have a room. Not very helpful. My last stay at a Hampton.

Fantastic location! Staff was extremely helpful. We checked in very late at night and were taken care of immediately and all our needs met. Room was very clean and spacious. This place is the reason I'm an honors member.

Nice clean room with king size bed, mini fridge, flat screen TV, couch and desk. Nice breakfast area with fresh fruit and waffle machine. Right off of I-10 with plenty of food close by and easy to get in and out of parking lot. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Only a few miles from downtown Tallahassee and only a mile or two from i-10. The room was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I forgot a toothbrush and was immediately given a new one by the desk. The breakfast was good but did not have many options. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location before and have had great experiences. However, after this trip I don't know that I'll ever be staying at one again. Surely not this one! I decided to book a hotel so I could just relax… But the hotel management did not help! From the moment I checked in, it was one thing after another. When I made the reservation I specifically noted I would be checking in early. Well the front desk person seemed quite annoyed when I checked in around 1:00 PM. When I asked to be served by another employee or the manager she BARKED at me saying " I'm Stacey, the general manager". Her attitude was very rude as if she had somewhere else to be and was being forced to work against her will. When I got to the room I noticed the internet would not connect. When I called down to the front desk the same angry rude manager answered, when I told her about my internet issue she again yelled at me saying the access code is "welcome" or "guest" figure it out! Watch out for the large blonde manager Stacey. More experienced manager would be nice. Hampton Inn really needs to change management. When they do, I will return.
