4 night stay. Loved every minute of it. Friendly staff and plenty of amenities.

Does a lot of miss charging, maintenance and upkeep is lacking to say the least… pools have paint leaving the bottoms… Front desk staff is not trained very well and doesn’t know how to accommodate customers and utilize their computer system correctly… The carpets are disgusting especially in the hall areas and around the elevator areas… There’s no hot tubs/Jacuzzis… Continental breakfast that’s offered is lacking to say the least… you’re charged extra to use pool towels… (unreal)! And when you’re calling the customer service support line you get basically the runaround I can’t speak with anyone above the general manager level… unless you want to receive a call back (supposedly) but overall cleanliness, employee training and customer service is close to being at its worst! Very sad stay … for sure!

The room was really clean. And it was plenty cold enough. Great view from the balcony. Love it here.

We just spent four days there and it was absolutely incredible. Best getaway yet, staff were extremely hospitable and kind. Patricia was so good to us as we are visually impaired individuals and she helped us tremendously. The pools were great especially the lights that synced with the music, easy access to the beach, delicious hot breakfast, clean rooms and bed was very comfortable everyone seemed so friendly staff and guests were just happy to be there. Already planning our next trip there.

Best chill hotel atmosphere at the beach. Kiddos love the breakfast and pool.

Me and my husband were there July 24-30 for our 30th anniversary. The lady my husband talked named Flo was very friendly remembered who we were. She had a bouquet of flowers from the hotel in our room. Very thankful for that.

Right on the beach. The room with. Balcony is beautiful. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. With alot of amenities… Everything within walking distance. Shops and restaurants. Loved that it wasn't crowded Everywhere.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past, however it had been about 3 years since my last visit. The hotel has gone downhill dramatically. First off, customer service was extremely rude I was on hold with the front desk for 10 minutes from the room to ask a simple question, the bar wasn’t open until the last night of being there, marijuana was being smoked on the pool deck several times by people so that my kids could smell it, upon arrival, we didn’t have the clean sticker on our front door that we had seen places throughout the hotel for other rooms, our shower did not drain, we had to wait an hour in between our family getting showered and clean to allow it proper time to clean. We will not be returning. I was extremely disappointed with the service this go around. To much money and no great service experience whatsoever.

We really enjoyed ourselves! Great amenities & it was nice being able to use the other property pools. Great location. Some of the receptionist (especially the older lady) was not the most welcoming. Jenni (Y) was GREAT! There was a lady serving breakfast who told us not to be particular when we asked what choices of muffins they had.

Strongly recommend for family with little ones. Grandma Jeannie (who works at cafeteria in the morning) cared for customers’ little ones with full of love and wanted to take care of anything more. As a mother raising two girls, I was deeply touched by her love and consideration. My two daughters felt her sweet warm love. Girls presented her handmade thank you card & a box of chocolate set. We are missing her so much and willing to visit her again! Besides, the front desk staff Ms. Tracy (I can’t remember her name exactly) and all other staff members were so kind, too. Thank you guys for all loving and caring service. We were so happy and enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach!

Very nice rooms, exceptionally clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We loved the beach access, not only are you able to walk on beach, they provide flashlights for a nighttime walk! The staff is very friendly and breakfast was great. Definitely staying here again!

This is my first time at a Hampton in Pensacola Beach. It did not disappoint. Rooms are Large and spacious. The Breakfast attendants were super friendly and catered to your every need, even though it was all self serve. Service desk attendants were very attentive and accommodating to requests. It is definitely an updated hotel with a great staff. Will be staying here on all my visits to the area.

Jacob at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. We needed to charge our electric car and he said we were more than welcome to charge and even enjoy the beach and hotel amenities while we wait. That is AMAZING service. He made us guests for life! Hilton is doing things right. This is exactly why we always stay Hilton. They care for us even when we aren’t hotel guests.

This is our 4th time at Hampton inn. We return for a reason. We feel like it's home away from home. Great service, rooms and breakfast! 100% recommend!

I absolutely loved Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach! The view of the gulf was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and one of the ladies working the breakfast area was so helpful/ friendly. She even fixed a hot chocolate for my daughter! The rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfy. Your Tiki Bar is wonderful, I really enjoyed my piña colada! I will definitely be back when I visit Pensacola Beach again!

Loved my stay here, very renovated rooms, had a lot of complimentary toiletries & ice. Clean and peaceful! Plus free breakfast Affordable as well for about $150 a night! & super easy access to the nice beach!

Rooms were very spacious and the views are breathtaking! The staff was friendly and pleasant. The complimentary bags of ice were a nice touch. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable I only sat on it once (in 8 days). Breakfast was just okay but hey, it was free. The pools are really small so the water was too warm to enjoy. The tiki bar had a VERY limited food selection. The 2 neighbouring hotels had full lunch and dinner options (and cold water in their pools. I stuck my hand in out of curiosity on one of my many trips to get food). Our stay was decent but I feel it was way overpriced at over $300/night, especially when the nicer hotels next door were the same price. ***Edited to add… had NO housekeeping issues. The issues I read about in the reviews were clearly handled. NO complaints there.

Great place to stay on the beach. All the staff was friendly and very helpful and got anything we needed. The breakfast was good and they were on top of keeping stuff stocked and replenished as people were eating. Clean place to stay.

It's been a few months since we stayed at this Hampton Inn, but we haven't forgotten how wonderful the stay was. So much so that we intend to go back in October. We had been driving all day and when we arrived the front desk was like a great big hug. Brandy was so wonderful. Chris was helping another guest, but when he finished he also was so welcoming. In one word, AWESOME! Our beachfront view is gorgeous, the bed heavenly, the breakfast scrumptious! (Jessie, one of the kitchen staff, is refreshingly cheerful and enthusiastic. ) This Hampton feels like more of a resort than a hotel; there are all kinds of fun, family-friendly activities planned by the staff — — poolside movies with popcorn, board games, arts & crafts sessions, snowcones. When we checked in, we even received adorable little beach balls for each kiddo. So. Much. Fun!

This hotel was one of the best I have been to. Here are a few things I liked and disliked about it: 1. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The room was clean and had good space. 2. The sand was white, soft, and nice, and the gulf water was blue. 3. The 2 pools were relatively small and there was nothing special about them. However they were warm and enjoyable. 4. We all like the complimentary coffee table that is available all day. You could go and make a cup of coffee or tea anytime. 5. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. There is a variety of food and fruits. 6. The ice bags in the pool area and front desk was a nice gesture. Would suggest adding dryers for guests, It would be great to dry up swim suits and clothes instead of causing the rooms to be humid.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The staff were great. They are friendly and very welcoming. Each day a yummy breakfast was ready. The beach is beautiful and conveniently accessible from hotel. There were two young ladies that did the arts and crafts and helped with breakfast that were very accommodating to our kids and I just want to say thank you to them (sorry we didn’t get their names). I gave the hotel a 4 ONLY because the pillows were very flat. That’s an easy fix, just bring your own pillow and then you’ll have perfection.

These people were the best. So friendly. Great place for children. Best view. Wish I could remember the guy that check us in.

Nice views and moderately friendly staff. Towels left on floor were not replaced by cleaning staff. I heard they were sent home early for working too many hours? Breakfast is diverse and average to above average for this type of hotel. No towels were offered for the beach.

Nice beach hotel with 2 pools and a small tiki bar. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets were too small and kept coming off, pillows were all flat so I woke up with aches and pains every morning. Room was humid but guess that is expected being on the Beach. Very high ceiling room, we were on the 1st floor with no balcony, only a picture window of the pool area. Room smelled new as freshly painted. The free breakfast was lacking, staff were overwhelmed keeping up with a full house of guests, kids run around everywhere. Floors are always wet because the pool towels were at the front desk! That is a bad design, ya think? Pool chairs were fun Adirondacks and nice patio with chairs, tables and umbrellas in between the pools. We paid $300 for the night and truly expected more, bed quality etc.

We loved the hotel. However their was two days when our room was not cleaned even after calling and asking about it. Other than that the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a prime location!

The Good: The location is great and for the most part, the rooms are quiet. The Bad: Our room was never cleaned 3 out of the 5 days we were there. Our last night at the hotel, housekeeping showed up at 8:45 PM to clean! Every day we had to go to the front desk to request bathroom towels as they never cleaned the room or supplied new ones. This hotel obviously has staffing issues with housekeeping.

Well everyone is extremely nice from the moment I walked in. Wished I'd had the beach front. Amazing view but it'll $$$ cost you. Love Pensacola and Founders restaurant.

Best location on the beach! I had an amazing time on vacation with my girlfriend. The staff were very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was Always hot and fresh! The tiki bar was my favorite thing about the hotel, only wish the tiki bar was open later at night. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Overall it was what I wanted for our trip to the beach. We loved the hotel atmosphere Anna location. However when it came to the staff customer service it was inconsistent. Upon arrival the front desk clerk Fanisha was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with, even though our room wasn't quite ready she gave us several recommendations and options for our down time. At one point apparently there was a maintenance issue with the room below us and maintenance was sent to our room without any notification that he needed to come work on our bathroom. This situation could've been handled much more professionally. It would've been nice for the front desk to call and inform us of the situation and ask if it was a good time for someone to come. We were in the process of getting dressed and were ill prepared for something to just come barging in working. To top it off house keeping did a half way job of cleaning the room. The bathtub was barely cleaned there was left over broken soap in the soap dish, and the sheets had a few blood stains on them and should've been changed not just re-made. Hopefully if we decide to come back these issues will be fixed.

Location is so convenient to the beach. Our room was very clean and they even accommodated us by allowing us to checkin early. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. We are definitely going back to this location soon!

I stayed here for 3 days. I travel a lot and I must say this feels nothing like a Hilton owned hotel. My first impression coming into the dull lobby was it was dated, very dated. I booked this based on reviews and I was extremely disappointed. Our first night was ruined by a couple smoking pot on their non smoking balcony next to ours. The smell wafted into our room and was nauseating. The pool is old and the deck chairs are worn and disgusting. Our room had a peculiar odour that we could not get rid of. The room was a nice size but because this is a old hotel the bathroom is small. This hotel has been renovated but I was not impressed. The breakfast selection was one of the worst I have ever seen. I'm not sure the fresh fruit is not canned. A McDonald's egg mcmuffin would have been a better choice. Along with our cannabis smoking neighbours, the police showed up in the early morning hours and arrested a man for destroying his room. I have stayed in many hotels in my career but Hilton should be ashamed of this one. I have given this a 2 because of the view and the room was clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

Best Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed at. Hotel is literally right on the beach but the staff is what makes this hotel so awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Big shout out to Kiyomi, Brandi, Renee, Mrs Ro, Carlos, Howard and so many more I can't name them all. Brandi and Trent at the front desk helped me get flashlights and a net for my little boy to crab hunt on the beach. Thank you Brandi. Kiyomi and Brandi are literally two of the hardest working people I have ever seen. I I would also like to thank the kitchen staff for the awesome breakfast they prepared every morning. Those ladies work super hard to provide meals for the entire Hotel. It was super clean and super delicious thank you to all who was in the kitchen. I gave this hotel five stars because there was not a place to put 10 but it was a wonderful place to stay. Staff above all super friendly, rooms super clean, breakfast super delicious, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. My family is already talking about the next time will get to stay. At check-in we were placed at the sea side at no extra charge and had fantastic views from our balcony to the sea. Breakfast, as always at Hampton, plentiful and for American standards very good for us Europeans. Coffee edible.
White sandy beach with nice pubs for the sunbathing beer… great! and dinner… across the street four ways from fish to burger. Unfortunately, we were only one night.

Great place to stay, perfect location. Our floor had just been remodeled, beds and pillows are comfy. We had a balcony room with a gorgeous view of the gulf! Breakfast everyday was good, different eggs and sausage everyday, fresh fruits, waffles, crepes, sausage and gravy. Staff very friendly, overall clean hotel. A few bummers, they were remodeling the hotel and were constantly thumping and banging on the roof, trash flying into the pools from the roof, which I know is short lived so wasn’t a huge problem unless we wanted to sleep in. The lounge chairs by the pool are very old and are moldy and smell musty — they really need to replace them. And the beach chairs/umbrellas by the ocean are not included in your stay, you have to rent them for $7 per hour or $30 per day — in my opinion they were very small old wooden rickety chairs and we refused to pay that. Would stay here again though.

Immediate access to the gulf and a calm bay. Balcony rooms provide excellent views and sounds of the gulf waves. Kid and family friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast.

This was the first time staying at this hotel and I was very pleased with the level of service. This was an older hotel but you really couldn't tell from the outside. The exterior was well maintained. The interior lobby space was very nice and seemed to be recently updated. My room looked like it hasn't been updated in a little when because it showed some wear and tear. It was nice having a balcony overlooking the beach and pool area. The staff was very friendly also. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

I was at this hotel 4 years ago, the experience went well, but however, there were some families having trouble controlling their kids. And we had to keep running into the same families over and over again. The hotel was clean, great outdoor pool, it was right next to the beach, so we has easy access to the beach, and it was great. Except that at the time we went, there was a very severe thunderstorm going on, and luckily we were able to retrieve our items we left on the beach safely.

Great view of the gulf from my balcony. Rooms were relatively odorless and clean. Complimentary coffee and a variety of teas and sweeteners around the clock, paired with a decent enough breakfast. However, within 5 minutes of arrival, I did find a mother and child cockroach exploring the sink in the bathroom. Night was also greeted with walls that seemed to amplify sounds from neighboring rooms, such as the family arguing the room over, the football party down the hall and up a floor, and the nice couple having a salsa dancing party across the hall. Overall, pretty pleasant stay, just a bit noisy at times and a few pests.

Can’t beach the location directly on the beach. Shout out to Chris at the front desk who checked me in and was kind, helpful, and so courteous. Amazing customer service! The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but they are renovating and I imagine after that it will be beautiful. Beach side view rooms are a dream, wake up in paradise!

Excellent! Very friendly staff and close to everything. Walking distance to all the popular spots. The hotel ground keepers work constantly keeping the place nice and clean. Front desk staff go above and beyond to accommodate. Rooms are very nice and clean. Free breakfast a big plus! We will be back!

Spacious room (2 Queens) with basic amenities. Spent Thanksgiving weekend here and the rates were perfect for the room. Hotel has been refurbished and the fixtures show age. Door to balcony was warped but would open and there was dust in the room. Great location and view. Breakfast was solid and was varied each morning. Staff was courteous and helpful navigating the area.

One of the world’s best locations with super friendly and helpful staff! My family all thinks it’s our little slice of heaven! The breakfast and coffee can’t be beat! Pool areas are well kept and a little slice of paradise! For a bit of fun you have to go to the infamous Tiki Bar! Thanks for helping to make our vacation wonderful! If possible could you tell me what the quote on the elevator says next to the hot sauce? TIA.

Excellent beach location with conveniences like cooler ice, towels and Tampa to the beach for equipment carts. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile, especially Chris. The cleaning staff were also very positive and diligent. The room was spacious, but the a/c did have some issues leaving the room slightly humid by the end of our stay. (5 days)

My stay here has been going great. Only complaint is sometimes service is slow. Overall great stay. Even though you can not go wrong with a beach front hotel. Be honest how much time would you really spend in the room.

Don't waste your money here, they hire thieves. I had left behind $500 in cash and I called as soon as I remembered and I never got it back. What upset me the most was that management didn't take me serious so I had to reach out to corporate so they can finally try to figure out what happened with my money. I finally got a call 5 days later and they said they have no idea what happened to it. I at least wanted to hear that they were going to fire the housekeeper but no, he/she still works there so watch out with your stuff. Besides that it was the most ghetto Hampton I've ever been to. The rooms were okay, the bathtub was dirty and the walls in the bathroom towards the bottom were pretty gross. For a Hampton, it was not luxurious at all. Breakfast sucked the only thing that was good was the waffles, cereal and yogurt. The holiday inn resort that's by it, that hotel was worth it! No more Hampton Inns for me since they hire thieves.

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Clean and very friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the 24-hour coffee & tea bar in the lobby! The room had everything we needed — — we loved the good-sized mini-fridge and microwave for storing and reheating restaurant leftovers! We stayed here with our three small children (who loved the pools), and the environment was family friendly for us. Thanks for a great stay!

The best motel we have ever stayed. Breakfasts have lots of varieties and good tasting. One time they ran out of my favorite tea so they went next door to their sister motel and brought back my tea! Staff friendly and helpful. Gulf front rooms are fantastic with beautiful ocean views! Great place!

It's ok when on budget. You're right by the beach. Which is a plus. But the rooms could be cleaner. And balcony is hardly a balcony. With cheap chairs. The outside area is a nice concept. But the chairs are really dirty.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which close to the pier and ton of restaurants. Hotel facilities are nice (pool, access to beach, tiki bars and stay includes free parking and breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Hotel centrally located. The hotel has good free breakfast. We were here as we evacuated due to hurricane Irma and this is the only place that was available. The front desk staff is super friendly. Hotel has 2 small pools. The rooms are little dated. Over all room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Our hotel of choice every time we come to Pensacola Beach. A great park your car and walk location. Large comfortable rooms, comfortable bed. A lot of choices for a free breakfast, bit average fare. Please stop showing Fox TV on the common area.

Hotel is right on the beach. Room was spacious but had no shower curtain. Hospitality did not believe me but took pictures. They had water or but when I asked for it to be refilled the service attendant said she already filled it 2 times and wasn't going to fill it again. Even tho they had signs saying to stay hydrated. The temp was in the 90s.

More than satisfied. Bed was very good. Room is clean and attractive. Breakfast was ample. Beach area is very nice. Pool side is very nice. Staff are all very accommodating Very pleased.

The location is fabulous. A short walk across the patio/ pool area gives you access to the beach. Staff is woiand very accommodating. There's plenty of food for breakfast, and things run very smoothly. I would definitely. Come again.

I stay exclusively at Hilton hotels for work, so we used some free nights to stay here over a few days leading up to the July 4th weekend. The staff was great, as I've com to expect from Hampton Inns in general. The location is unbeatable. Right on the beach and within walking distance to some good restaurants. The breakfast was good and the hotel was well kept. The only downside was the room. It was well taken care of, and the bathroom was nice, but the furniture looked like a beachfront hotel with lots of usage. Lamps were loose and furniture had been beaten up, but nothing that a trip to the beach in the backyard didn't fix. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A great place for a fun beach vacation. There are two pools facing the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We parked our cars for the weekend and didn't need them again! That's my idea of a fun beach weekend.

First off I want to start with their saying :If you are not 100% satisfied you don't pay. Well that is a lie! I was supposed to check in at 3pm and YES they have a sign that says after 3pm but we didn't check in until 4:30pm and their excuse was: we were booked the night before and we don't have enough cleanning personnel. Well, why is that my problem? The reason more to have planned out their cleanning staff. Brittany was not helpful at all when I shared my concerned she just said you already have a good rate… Wow. That has nothing to do with the fact. I was not expecting a full refund just a discount for having us wait so long with my kids after an 9 hour drive. Needless to say I will not return.

It's a very nice hotel. Not too fancy but not bad by any means. It has free Wi-Fi that's not too slow and a few Showtime channels as well as a beach.

We're in a 4th fl room that is ok for sound when they are not replacing the wallpaper as they were at 9pm last night! The hotel location is great, right on a beautiful beach, the staff is friendly and helpful! Only one minor problem so far: we found a papercup ashtray (filled with water and old butts) on our balcony when we checked into our no smoking room!

Great hotel and awesome location. Staff was very nice even though the hotel was packed for memorial day weekend. My wife and I enjoyed the little extras like two pools, tiki bar, short distance to beach, and built within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

Went 2014 that staff stayed 3days 2 nights, the houses keeping no words to describe our stay. Being the first time even seeing a ocean the view was breathtaking views and staff/ hotel, awesome, PRAY AND wishing TO GO back SOON, MY pictures EVEN GOT Deleted. I have search the website trying to find toes in sand because that's when we were there. One again thank you, bertha ramage, ricky myers…

Loved my room! All the employees were amazingly friendly. Everything was beautiful and clean! :) even the shower head was perfect. I'm 6'2 and never ever have a shower head that's tall enough, but the shower was perfect here. (No shower head to my head contac. )

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds… just watch the free breakfast; eggs taste horrible, you might want to go out somewhere if you are really hungry and yogurt won't hold you over.

We reserved for 4 nights and ended up staying an extra night. Clean and large rooms, great staff and location can't be beat. The first night we were there the ac was not working well and the staff brought us another unit instead of making us change rooms. I was so relieved as we were all settled in and did not want to move rooms. Breakfast was good the first day but could use some improvement. We were impressed by the staff. Housekeeping did an awesome job and one evening one of us spilled soda on the bed and Trent brought us a clean comforter immediately after I called the front desk. The Hampton is located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. We did not move the car until we checked out. Be sure to visit Crabs restaurant next door for some good food and great service. We will be coming back as this was the best beach vacation we have ever experienced.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Ultra friendly staff, clean room, and a fair price. I am picky and have nothing at all I would have changed about my experience. I wish all hoteliers managed their property like this owner.

The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Every part of the hotel very clean. The breakfast was better than most free breakfast hotels and we had a very enjoyable rest. Also the location was beautiful and worth the few miles off the highway.

The room I stayed in was alright. The wind was blowing hard so the metal awning outside was making a loud noise all night. Also, one of the rooms down the hall was having a party with their door open. I understand that it was new years but we were there to celebrate a separate special occasion. The hotel could have at least told those people to tone it down for other guests. Overall, it was a safe place to stay with a nice hot breakfast.
