Great views but pool area little noisy from 2nd floor. Beautiful condo. Would definitely go again!

We had a quick trip (just one night). I wish we would have booked it for 2-3 nights instead. Great property, quite & clean. King size bed was comfortable and the view of the gulf was amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

Away from the main drag, yet convenient to everything. Well maintained building. Good parking (garage) with skywalk to building. Two pools & hot tub. On the beach!

The condo was amazing, absolutely beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony, the place was very clean, the kitchen top notch with all the plates, glasses and silverware. Wi-Fi is super fast. We stayed at the end of the month of August, so more towards the end of the season still the check in was surprisingly easy. Easy access to the beach. Overall experience was great and I highly recommend this place.

This is a great condo. Nice and clean with an amazing view of the ocean. You can see down the coast a long ways. Trimmers are very nice and the price is very reasonable. We would rent this place again.

We have been staying here every August for 6 years in a row every, very nice place to stay, It is close to the beach and close to everything. The only thing I would suggest to management is do something about the smoking, everyone in this condo lights up and you cannot enjoy the ocean air without smoke blowing through your condo every 5 seconds, there is signs posted everywhere No Smoking but knowone abides by it.

We stay at Seyechelles every year. And we always stay in condo 1606! We HIGHLY recommend it. The owners keep it so nice and up to date. The building is easy — the area is FIVE STARS with easy access to local restaurants, grocery, beach fun off and on the water and great parking. Resort amenities have never been a problem; always a plus!

I really like the way that it is on the beach shore and there is 2 or 3 restraunts that you can walk to from the resort. Its very nice and there is 2 pools and a hot tub.

The resort was very clean and the staff was very polite. We had a great ocean view with beautiful views of the sunsets. We highly recommend this resort.

Five of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway girls trip. BEAUTIFUL view of the beach. Secure parking. Minutes from everything… theres even a restaurant downstairs. Condo was super nice, housed us comfortably, ppl were friendly & helpful. I loved the pool as well. If you want a place less fussy and free of Spring Break type crowds & shenanigans it is a great spot as it has more locals & is at the very beginning of "The Strip" I will definitely be going again.

Absolutely can not beat the view! Wish the pools were a little deeper. My mermaid fin got a little scratched. : (

It was all good! House cleaning sucks. Noes bleed section, twenty first floor. Never been that high in my life! Lol.

Our favorite Panama City Beach condo! Great views. Easy beach access. Steps from Schooners restaurant. Love it!

I love it! The view, the location, close to everything. The beach just in front of you. The pools, hots tubs. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely stunning views. Our stay at Seychelles Beach Resort has been amazing! The condo is modern, comfortable, and has everything you need. It's like home away from home. With activities, steps away from a gorgeous beach, and restaurants very close by, this resort is perfect! I will definitely be back.

Great view! No issues waiting on elevators, but 1 of them seemed a little sketchy. The door flapped a little and some vibrations and clicking were present. We rented a room privately, so can't review service. Room was nice. Pools were ok, one was heated and overly populated, while the other was empty! Beach access is awesome and not overly crowded! Seats were 30 for the day and usually booked, but always unoccupied…

We have stayed at Seychelles multiple times and love it here. It has great amenities and a very helpful staff. We always have a great experience here and highly recommend it!

Well this place would get negative stars if I could. We have had issues with this condo since we arrived. The place smells like fish. The A/C really doesn’t work. The lamps in bedroom have no bulbs. The TV doesn’t work. The coffee pot doesn’t work. Went to the place where I checked in and voiced these complaints and was told they would be fixed. Well guess what, the y were not fixed. Cross out this place on places to stay in Panama City Beach.

The room we had facing the ocean is awesome! Nice with all of the amenities of home. The only small issues are the surrounding people either smoking weed, being loud at 10pm at night and the cussing when you have little ones. Our room refrigerator had loud humm that started to get on my nerves at night so had to deal with that. The closest Walmart is like the HOOD meets tourists LMAO really a war zone with the shelves literally bare or stuff just thrown around, don't go at night time. The drunks and young men checking out the girls is funny entertainment. The store is overwhelmed with people. Perferred grocery shopping is Winn Dixie or the best place is Publix! Overall we had a great time and the room was excellent. Overall a great family trip to 30A.

We have stayed at Seychelles for the last three years. All tho we have friends that stay further up the strip, we enjoy staying at the quieter end of PCB. This resort is well kept and wonderfully managed. Although located in the eastern end of the strip, it is still very close to all the attractions and resturants. Beaches are nice and the pools are clean. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Seychelles is a well kept property with a great location! Convienently located near resturants, activities and a great state park. Beaches are very well kept! We will visit again.

Nice place, but a little high on room prices but overall beautiful place. Access to beach.

We've been coming here for 4 winters now & just love the sunset views off our "05" unit balcony. Plus having a gated 3-level parking ramp is nice security for your vehicle. Nice amenities for exercise too.

Seychelles is a great place to stay on the beach. I stayed there for a week with my fiancé and we had a great time. Everyone there is great! I would recommend staying there.

The condo was wonderful! Really clean and very nice. We stayed for 2 nights and headed towards Miami for the rest of our vacation BUT the kids loved the condo and the beach so much we definitely had to come back and stay with Seychelle's! Also a big thank you to Rhonda who helped us book a room last minute. Wonderful customer service! I hope to book a room with Rhonda for our next vacation. First time customer & a most definitely a returning customer. Thank you!

… wouldn't stay here ever again. Pricing is ridiculous, this place is like a motel, no where near a "condo". Room was dirty and staff was rude. Act doesn't get cold, doesn't cool past 72, too many codes. Master bed is on the hall way side where you hear all traffic at night. No upkeep. Stayed in condos twice the age in way better shape than this place.! Would never book again.

We have never stayed ocean front property before Seychelles. The owners of this condo have taken great care of the unit. In saying that, the people who rented prior to us, left behind dirty dishes and skillets placed back in cupboards. Not owners fault! Housekeeping does a nice job, but most places are the same in that the floors are never really "clean. " We loved our stay and would stay again. Of course, the view is awesome!

I did not stay here but rather was shown condos by a realtor. The facility was clean and well maintained. I liked the secure parking and in fact all entrances were well secured. Very nice place to be.

I loved my stay here. This hotel was so very nice. Everything at Seychelles is perfectly accommodating. Parking here was a breeze and plenty of it. Hotel access was just as simple. Five large elevators that zoom up and down to cover 22 floors. There was never a wait, even at checkout. The room was exactly as described. The view was incredible. Beach access was very easy. The very friendly staff helped me enjoy my stay with a happy down to earth attitude. I was impressed. I will stay here again!

We stayed in unit 2003 and was very pleased. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner provided everything we needed. The views from the 20th floor was breathtaking! Schooners next door is a good place to eat. The staff at the beach was very accommodating. Chairs were provided for this condo too. One of the most relaxing things I did was sit on the balcony in the mornings and late into the evening listening to the waves coming in. We just enjoyed our stay so much!

The resort was at the end of Thomas drive. It was close to a lot of stores. What I liked about it most, was it didn't have a lot of traffic. And the room fit all 5 of us comfortably. Will definitely book here again.

The room was adequate. For our visit, we were to spend the first night in one room (103), and then move to a second unit (106) midday on Saturday to spend our remaining two nights. We were to be contacted by the front desk late morning or around noon to let us know when the unit was ready so we could move our things. We waited… and waited… and waited. No call came. Mind you, we were tying up our plans waiting on this call to move to the new room. It affected our day's plans since we had to stay close to get our things out of our current unit. Finally, my husband got tired of waiting and around 1 p. M. Went to the front desk. They were unaware that we were waiting on a call (the front desk personnel was aware when they checked us in Friday night and apparently never communicated). They assured him that they would call shortly as soon as the unit was ready. He double-checked that they had his cell number correct. we waited two more hours. No call. So at 3 p. M. He goes back to the desk to find out when the unit would be ready. They informed him that the owner of 106 (the unit we had reservations for) was in town and had decided to stay in the unit until Monday. Ummm… what? They claimed that the owner had not blocked off that weekend, so they thought the unit was open when they made our reservation. They had known this since around 1:30 p. M. And did not call us. So we hung around all day for no reason.

Stayed above the 10th floor, great views, great staff. A bit expressive like everything around here in the summer. We will come back.

The room was spotless and had an amazing view. Very relaxing. I will look into coming back in the near future.

Was kind of skeptical staying somewhere different than I normally have but I must say I'm totally impressed. I really loved this resort. Two pools, free beach chairs, & also free dvd rentals! Stayed in unit 803 loved the decor & the keyless entry! Will definitely make this my new place to stay in the future! Resort is also budget friendly!

Great family place on a nice beach. Have stayed 3 times in 2 different condos in the building. My brother also stayed in another. All have been very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Each is independently owned, so there can be variance. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Close proximity to all the attractions if you get tired of the beach.
