This place has roaches and they don’t Matthew owners responsible nor do they maintenance the property as they should and refused to make this right passing the buck with each person you are Tolstoy need to speak with. DO Not stay here it is nasty…

Room was fabulous! Gorgeous unit, freshly remodeled, with thoughtful amenities. That view! Excellent workers, are always cheerful and hard at work to maintain the grounds and common areas.
Loved the convenience near restaurants and shopping within the area. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or a leisure walk on the beach. Mostly young families and mid age couples while we were here. With our unit we also received 2 wood beach lounging w/pads chairs and umbrella for our nights of our stay. AirBnb unit.

Decent place for the money. Definitely need an upgrade but enjoyed our stay!

Loved staying there. Room was nice. Needed some maintenance. AC was leaking. Called and guy came said it was just clogged, but it leaked the whole time we were there. Might have had something to do with hurricane Sally. Only thing I missed there was no hot tub.

We just checked out today and will def stay there again! We had a bottom room and you literally walk out of your door onto the beach. It was so so nice! I saw bad reviews on the parking but there was an underground deck that always had spots and we literally backed up to our door. I also saw negative reviews about no bedding right now like comforters. That was fully explained to us at check in that it’s because of Covid 19.
Every employee was extremely nice.
It’s me my husband and two kids and The room was perfect.
Pool was very nice. It was a great family place. We would’ve stayed longer if we could have.

This was our third stay at Continental. Its a good price with really nice rooms. Not all the rooms are the same and you might get a better room once and an okay room the next time, however the location is amazing. You can walk to pier park… great food and its right on the beach. We were allowed to check in early at 11:30 and get right to the beach. We have come to call this our home away from home. My kids love it.

We were told they could guarantee us a room with a king bed. When we arrived there was 2 queen beds crammed in a tiny room. The pictures were far from what we had walked into. Bugs crawling on the floor. When asked to be provided with what was offered the front desk told us to call the resort collection number who then told us the onsite staff would assist with the situation. Regardless neither assisted us with the situation.

Decent place, just old and a bit run down. They are working on it and that was part of the problem, constant cement grinding and pounding was hard to take, strip out front is really crazy on weekends with scooters and teenagers being crazy. Beach is of course gorgeous. Multiple fees and taxes took a reasonable stay over what this place is worth. Staff is nice. Checked in on Saturday and it took two hours from when we got there to get the room ready. Electrical outlets are poorly placed and a bit suspect, but again the place is OLD. All in all not bad, but us late 50s low 60s will opt for a quieter venue next time.

I love this place. They remembered me after a year and are just the nicest people. No bad view in sight here. Rooms are cozy with character from each owner. I truly feel at home when I'm here. Did I mention I love this place?
