Stunning View BUT accommodations not acceptable. Black mold and no air conditioning.
Celadon Beach Resort
17757 Front Beach Rd Unit 1901. This trip was to take my sister out of town for a quick getaway. Arrived on Thursday left on Sunday. Total $840. The cleaning fee was $304.3 bedroom/3 bath.
Thursday night the condo was HOT. Temp 78. Slowly, it began to drop. It finally dropped to 72 by morning. During the day on Friday it kept rising. It seemed? like no air was flowing. Text the number for help. Sent maintenance out. AC fan was broken. Will not have a new one until Monday. Offered fans. We accepted the fans. Now instead of hearing the waves, we heard nothing but loud buzzing fans! Very hot during the day. Only until about 12ishAM did it become bearable. When getting dressed after shower, basically feel like you needed another one. Had to keep the curtains pulled during the day to keep down on heat.
The photos on the Airbnb site are not as the condo looks.
1. Living room photo verses what we walked into:
No greenery
No highrise entertainment center
No end tables with lamps
No red placemats
2. Master Bedroom
Bugs in light fixtures
Vent hanging out of wall
Black mold in shower head
3. Bedroom 2 off kitchen/dining room:
TV is sitting on small end table that sits lower than bed. No way to watch TV lying down.
The bed is very lumpy and you roll down hill towards bathroom side of room.

Nice being away from the busy strip. Yet close enough to just about anything you'd like to do.

Very nice condo but does need to update and a few repairs needs done. Does have a good view of the oceans.

Great view and very nice rooms.

First, the Hospitality APP sucks. It never worked for us. Second, when we arrived at 11pm, the garage gate was broken and we had to park across the street for the night. Third, our condo did not have an ironing board, hair dryer, and the hall shower was clogged. It held water for 8 hours waiting on the maintenance crew to fix it. There was also mildew on the ceiling above the clogged shower. For $300 a night we will choose another place next time.

Great place to stay! Very clean building. Very nice modern condos. We had a great time here!

Was a great place to stay. Close to a few little stores. But the view was amazing. Had a little run in with the staff, one of the guys where pretty rude. But over all, it was a good experience and would stay again.

We stayed on the 17th floor in a beautifully decorative 3 bedroom, 3 bath. We had 2 adults, 5 children and had plenty of space for everyone. The view from balcony was beautiful. 2 sets of complimentary beach chairs were a great amenity. Check in/out process wasn't complicated eventhough we checked in after hours. We booked through Wyndham Resorts, who I highly recommend. They were very helpful making it a smooth process. The only negative (minor) is that the master bathroom sinks don't drain well. We would most definitely stay here again & hope to get this same condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay & enjoy a great vacation!

The location is really great, right on the beach with a beautiful view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. It really makes you feel like you have a temporary home despite being such a large building.

We had a blast… I would recommend this condo to anybody that’s going to panama… The living was awesome view were great I loved it.

Great view. Quiet and the parking is underneath the hotel. You do not have to park a block away. Easy access to the beach too.

Rooms are beautiful, front desk seems to be empty most the time.

Absolutely beautiful! Great view of the Gulf and sunrise/sunset from balcony or the beach. Friendly people and beautiful accommodations. Close to restaurants and bars. (Try Whiskey's! ) We will definitely be returning! Loved it here!

Stayed here while family in town for 4th of July. Great room. Fireworks where exploding just in front of tenth floor balcony. Very clean and much more quite than expected. Parking spots very small as in most condos. Golf carts not allowed in parking garage.

Great place to live. Great place to rent as well. Beautiful views. Some rentals, not like the other condos though. A bit strict on some rules but very nice place.

We stayed in room 1308 and it was wonderful. The beach was amazing and the condo was convenient to local shops and the real crown jewel, the Winning Dixie. Only complaint is that I stubbed my toes on the dadgum claw foot couch like 10 times.

We stayed in 1308. It is the nicest unit I have ever stayed in at the beach. Everything is high grade and luxury. The beach wasn't crowded and Freedom always made sure that we were comfortable in the chairs that came with the room.

This is a really nice complex! The view is amazing, and the rooms are pretty nice. The parking garage is a little tight, and makes parking really dangerous. The balconies near the rooms can occasionally flood with rain. The pool is nice though, and the walk to be beach is real easy. Overall it's a pretty nice place!

Clean rooms and great atmosphere!

Celadon is great! We loved the condo and property. We rented from Buffy and Mike and they were great to work with. The only problem we had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was old and badly in need of replacement. Mike insisted that it was new and we just didn't like the pillow top. Last we knew, he was visiting himself to confirm that it needed to be replaced. It was condo 603.

This place is perfect.
Quiet, very clean and very affordable. Hope to visit for many years to come.

Great I loved it when we stayed. It's right on da beach.
