Horrible conditions! Chair ripped, door didn't close properly, smoke detector missing … I've stayed here several times but this was by far my worst hotel experience ever! I won't be bHorribleack!

The bathrooms are not clean, their is hair in the shower. A towel that was not picked up. The toilet has dirt all over it.

This hotel doesn’t meet the Baymont Inn standards that I have enjoyed in the past. As soon as you walk in the door it had a moldy odor. There were huge dirty spots on the carpet throughout the room. The refrigerator was in need of defrosting badly and had mold on the ice that covered the freezer portion. Found bug (s) in the bathroom, no telephone in room to call front desk. We had 0 towels and had to walk to front desk to ask for towels and bring them back to the room ourselves. Coffee pot had never been cleaned and still had the used filter and coffee grounds in it. The chair looked as if a cat had scratched the vinyl and it was in shreds! The top sheets on both beds were wrinkled and dirty. All in all it was a horrible room. I will never book a room here again, nor will I ever book a room at Baymont unless I see the room first. I was told by the front desk they cannot get help, only have one housekeeping person and she cannot keep up. She said they have a new owner and is going to refurbish the hotel soon. They should close it down until the renovations are completed. Who’s responsible for this hotel’s condition? Baymont? New Owner?

This is quite literally the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. My room was infested with roaches and crickets. There was blood splatter on the walls from what I can only assume to be someone pulling a needle out of their arm. The ac only blew Luke warm and had mold in the vents. The TV was stuck on 1 channel. They only had sheer curtains in my room so people walking by could see right into my room. When I went to address these problems with the manager he insults me by offering me $30 back instead of a full refund on a $200+ room. I'll be speaking with the FL health department, the local BBB, and an attorney on Monday. I fully intend on suing.

Absolutely disgusting! I checked in and they gave me a room I walked in and it smell gross then I walked into the bathroom and it had not been cleaned at all. There was a towel around the toilet like it had been leaking and the towels were gross. So I walked down and got another room but this one was not much better. The lady at the desk said well check this room before you move your stuff — shouldn’t you know which rooms are clean? Although housekeeping is severely lacking at this hotel. You would think with COVID they would have better cleaning standards but no. There are bugs and hair in the bathtub and stained towels. Then I took my kids swimming and a worker came out and said my kids are too little to swim in the pool and they had to get out. There are 10, 7, and 4 and there are no signs stating no kids in the pool. Awful experience from start to finish. Do not waste your money or time here!

These hotels are just disgusting! I didn’t even walk on the carpet barefoot. If you’re a pet friendly hotel TAKE OUT THE CARPET from the pet friendly rooms. Having carpet in pet friendly rooms is just nasty. The rooms smelled of mold and bleach, the beds mattresses are OLD, and found hair on our linens. I didn’t even shower there because it was gross. We originally booked the room for three nights, but only stayed one. This hotel is just one star away from being shutdown.

The guy was high out his mind and the rooms didn’t have towels or cable in it.

Nice soft clean beds, but the window curtains are see through. So no sex, or you will have an audience outside.

Disgusting room bugs and blood on the sheets and pillows.

Stayed 6 nights and it was perfect! Beds were comfortable and the shower was great!

So I walk in and I'm very excited about the relaxing jet tub. Then. I look over and see a baby roach. Excitement nose dive. It was killed but I've never had that happen at a hotel. 2 stars because I really hate bugs.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were well sized and mostly clean, there were a few spots that were missed from previous guests (some candy left in the corner of the room). Thr beds are comfortable and clean. The pool was pleasant. The breakfast was great. Overall, I would definitely come back.

The lady that checked me in was not welcoming at all. When I walked up to the desk, she didnt even say anything to me. She just looked me in my face like I was suppose to greet her. She barely said anything to me, which made me feel some kind of way. Check out was fast and easy. The lady that checked me out was pleasant and welcoming.

Do not recommend what so ever. Pay the extra 40$ and stay somewhere else. They have roaches, hair in the beds, stains on the bed and pillows, room smelled like urine/smoke, & filthy carpet. I guess you get what you pay for. Take my advice and go somewhere else! I read the reviews but I was hoping for the best, but I should’ve paid 30-40$ more and stayed somewhere else. We also changed rooms 4 times! Tried to get money back and go elsewhere, but we paid for our room through hotels. Com and that would’ve been a long process. So we said screw it. Never again will I ever stay here or at any Baymont for that matter.

Rooms were pretty good and a solid pool. Staff was helpful as well. Breakfast though wasn't all that great. Really just waffles and they kept running out of items.

Looked like there was vomit on the wall behind the nightstand, between the beds. The tiles in the bathroom weren't grouted, so they shifted. Sheets had blood stains on them. When housekeeping cleaned, they took the dirty towels, but failed to replace them. Wasn't impressed, especially after seeing 3 and 4 star ratings, and the cost of the room. The desk staff was very nice though.

Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was good. A little dirty tho.

The first room was unsafe cause the safety latch was broken so I requested another. The bathroom door handle was broken and so was the leg from the desk. The air conditioner didn't cool very well I would have left but we were very tired from driving.

Nice rooms. Not much breakfast choice. VERY BUSY ROAD! The traffic starts at 6 am with all the people heading to the air force base.

Sorry service in attitude would not honor the rate ended up going to a sister property down the street and had to pay $13 more they tried the double the rate on me instead of give me something that was reasonable. Horrible attitude and a bunch of excuses.

Front desk clerks were great, I had to by my own washcloths and towels cause the house keepers werent up on their job! I did meet one of their staff members who to me gets treated bad, but she was really friendly and really made me and alot of the other visitors feel welcome. She greeted everyone with a smile and some small talk. The breakfast was ok, they didnt have any meat. I love the waffles and bananas so I was good. This hotel was close to alot of restaurants and walmart so that was convenient.

This Baymont is by far the absolute worst Baymont or Wyndam property I have ever stayed. We have visited Baymont Inns all over the SE & have always been able to rate the properties a 3.5 to a 4 stars. The only real positive aspect of my room was the room was clean. Our room has so many issues ranging from the sprinkler heads dangling from the ceilings to the dresser having huge areas of laminate pulled off down to bare wood, to what appears to be water stains or mold? Around the top of the room, to cigarette burn on the comforter, to nasty nasty walkways everywhere, to outside our door there is what appears to be vomit on the walkway & it looks like it dried & the sun baked it into the concrete, to the railing on the outside of our 2nd floor being dangerously loose. And 1 thing I almost forgot, ALL of the weather stripping is missing from the door. I can see much daylight around the door. I will meet with management staff in AM & will address same issues to Wyndham. Update… Went to speak with the Manager the next morning. He offered to change our room, I declined because as I said, at least the room was clean. He seemed very comfortable making excuses about the room conditions… said he could not do improvements now because June & July were his busy months. I am not sure why he did not think to make upgrades BEFORE his busiest months. He refused to sit down to have a conversation with me. But just stood there looking as if just wanted to be done with me.

Nice place. Everything appears clean but you can tell that they don't clean the bathroom good. Everything else is nice.

Staff at check in was great and room was nice and clean and well kept. Realistically better than expected. Also very surprised they have an elevator for access to upper floor.

First night of our stay we were in a room that the door doesn't lock. When we called we were told the owner doesn't get in until 10. At 1130 I called the front desk again still nothing they finally moved us to another room at about 230. The laundry facility was out of order our whole stay the first room tub didn't drain the 2nd room the hairdryer was broke. Overly ripe fruit and dry cereal for continental breakfast. The only plus I can give you is the beds were comfortable and the pool was clean. Housekeeper Nunu was great. The rest left a lot to be desired.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by friendly staff. Lobby was clean and neat. Parking lot had appropriate lighting and we weren’t afraid to make several trips to the car. Room was clean and neat. No unpleasant odor. Bed linens clean. Breakfast area was clean. We were very happy with this as an unplanned stay over. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this facility again.

Nice cozy motel, has everything you need for a fair price. Nice people at the desk.

Wl they have chArged my son n law 3000 dollars onhis credit card and won't speak to me about this matter I'm calling a lawyer.

Where to begin? this place is disgusting! mold! bugs! dirty sheets and beds! the bath tub floods thd floor because it leaks at the bottom. Dirty dirty! we booked the efficiency room. Which is 2 rooms connecting. Booked for 2 nights but left at 6 30 am after night one. The only reason we even stayed 1 night is because we got thete so late. Thank God for the Hampton across the street for not only having a room but letting us check in at 7 am. To top it all off as we were telling the front Desk clerk Daniel. He Was abusive to my wife… calling her insane. It was different when I came down. He shut his mouth and although he ttied to talk over me… I put this little boy in his place. I will be contacting the owner of this place today… Along with a call to the Health Department. THIS FAIR WARNING DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THEIR WEB SITE! DO NOT STAY HERE! OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THE BROKEN TOILET! I Have pictures of all of the above and will be happy to send to the owner IF he wants to see them. Hopefully he will be more receptive thsn his Desk boy Daniel.

If you enjoy Mold, broken tiles, unclean sheats, and a very pissy attendant at the front desk who looks like Jesse from Breaking bad, you will enjoy the baymont inn! Infested with lovely German cockroaches and nasty to its core. When first entering the baymont, you may notice its family owned. There lying many of its flaws. Outside you will find disgusting sidewalks and a hardly functioning elevator which will lead you to your equally functioning room. Good luck getting in the door. I had to shoulder-slam my door open. Yes indeed, it only took my family 1 night to realize the horror that is the bates motel. Oops! I mean the baymont inn. Do enjoy your stay. And no, that's not a mint on your pillow.

We've stayed here many times before but never had to experience: 1. Our 1st room I requested a handicapped room. The sleeping area was fine but the bathroom strongly smelled of urine. 2. Our 2nd room was non smoking but strongly smelled like marijuana. (The front desk confirmed) 3. Our 3rd room was ok but we vowed to never stay at this hotel again. (We stayed because we pre-paid for the weekend and couldn't get a refund)

From pictures appeared nice but far from the truth. It smelled musty and moldy. It wasn't CLEAN. When we went for the breakfast included it was lower than acceptable in quality. We were to stay 6 days but checked out the first morning. I would not recommend.

Never seen so many roaches and bed bugs in my life! should be shut down.

They actually had some pretty nice beds. I was able to sleep very well. Place was clean and quiet at night.

Nice hotel very friendly staff. Candice was particularly helpful and very nice.

It's a nice area, breakfast is pretty good but, the pool is always warm and there are always people there so it's weird, the lady upfront Is hot though.

The place was very nice and the people were also very nice. Clean, and the pool was Great! We will go back again some day!

Many small bugs in the carpet, and there was a huge roach crawling across one of the beds when we walked in… The woman at the counter was insanely rude. When my mother went and told her about our findings, she responded with "That's fine. I can sell the room for a much higher price tonight anyways. "

I give this place a 1. We had roaches in our room. The Front Desk Clerk had a nasty attitude. The bed sleot great, that was the only upside.

We arrived late at night (1:30). The staff was very friendly and flexible. They even offered to keep the breakfast bar open later than normal for us, so that we could get enough sleep. There is a clean freshwater swimming pool outside that (9am — 10pm). The king size bed was very very comfortable. Overall clean, well stocked. I appreciate that they offer toothbrushes if you forget yours.

I really like the staff, front desk and cleaning. Everyone was polite and helpful. Clean rooms that smell great!

It's a simple hotel, but a great considering the cheap room rate. My room and all common areas looked clean. The included continentsl breakfast area was very clean and we'll stocked. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms are adequate and the free breakfast is convenient. Most of the desk clerks are super nice and helpful. It was quiet when I stayed there even though they were full and it doesn't have an interior hallway. Felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. Would stay there again.

Great hotel and staff. Parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of at certain times of the day.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel on friday till monday it was nice the bed was so comfy it was len just had a lil smell and the eveing front clerk wasnt nice but coverall it was. A good stay.

I am writing this at 1:30 in the morning freaking out because I have found 2 bed bugs in the bed with me one full of my blood one dead on a kleenex. I have the lamp on watching my husband and little 6 year old daughter sleep trying to make sure no bed bugs get on them. Not even 1 star but had to choose it to warn you all.

Overall a good experience. Room was large, updated and clean. Front desk was friendly. The only things I was bothered by was that the complimentary shampoo and lotions were half used and all there is covering the window is a sheer curtain… not very private and its very bright in the morning as soon as the sun is up.

HORRIBLE costumer service! The first thing we wanted to do was rest after a long drive and we get to our room and everything was dirty, the pillowcases, towels, sheets and the bathroom full of hairs! The lady at the front desk didnt even bother to help. Do not reccomend this place.

One of the best hotels for the money that I've ever been at. Perfect accommodations, great breakfast. Soft beds and hot water. Attendants are very pleasant. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
