I’ve never been one to leave reviews, especially bad ones. But BUYER BEWARE with this hotel. Worst experience ever in a hotel.
I’ll start by saying they have no staff barely. There’s no receptionist or anyone to speak to in person if you need help. You have to call them.
It was 11:30pm, my friend and I went to down to the pool because we could see there were people still swimming. Sure enough all the gates were open and it looked like there were about 10 people swimming and enjoying themselves. Because there’s barely any staff we assumed they must just leave it open all night. Well then this lady comes banging on the gate. Because of the banging with her keys in her hand you can’t understand what she’s saying. So everyone just continued to stay in the pool. Well, about 15 mins later she comes back and just starts locking the gates without saying a word. So now we’re locked in the pool area. She then has the nerve to call the cops on us. She LIED to the cops and said she told us 3 times to get out. We had no choice but to hop the fence. Suppose I hurt myself having to jump the fence? Because she certainly didn’t come back to let us out. Then I call her and let her have a piece of my mind. She calls back and says well there’s a sign that says pool closes at 10pm. Welp, first of all I didn’t see it and secondly why was the pool left open? Such a joke.
We have encountered a gross room. No lights in the room but one bulb. The toilet runs and I have to take the lid off myself to get it to stop. The toilet paper holder is broke from the wall. The blankets had hair on them and stains. Frankly, the place is gross. They also fail to mention you don’t get a cleaning service during your stay until after you book and have paid. Staying for 4 days and have to use the same towels the whole time. I just can’t even put into words what a disappointment this place is.
