I tried to book a hotel but the office clerk would not let because the credit card has my husbands name on it. I explained to him my husband is in the military and that I have a power of attorney and he still wouldn’t let me. He was very disrespectful and kept cutting me off and raising his voice. I’m just trying to visit family, we live 350 miles away. Absolutely ridiculous.

This hotel is a high class, compared to where I am coming from other Red Roof Inn. Keep up the good work guys. A great place to take your family for a get away or business purposes.

It needs some TLC and the rooms smell musty or like smoke. There are alot of construction workers staying here. Kinda odd at night when I see nothing but trucks and hard hats traipsing around in the lobby. Otherwise it was decent.

I was very happy with room I had for 2 days. It was very clean and surprizing bed very comfortable. Loved the shower. It has great water pressure unlike most motels I have stayed in. I would give it a 5 star.

It's a bit shabby and needs a face lift and a scrub down. Additionally, with no breakfast included, it's not as good a value as other discount or mid-priced chains. If you have other options in the Winter Garden/Orlando area it would be worthwhile investigating them.

The room was pretty decent. Very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. I saw a couple cigarette butts in the hallway but I think that just from nasty guest. For $90/night I think we got off great.

Staff was very friendly everything was very clean inside and out would definitely come again also looks like they've done lots of remodeling new furniture in room. Pet friendly. Very helpful with things to do in the area.

This red roof inn is very nice. The rooms are all inside, which is not typical of a Red Roof. The room was a nice size. The linens are nice. The pillows flat, you may want to bring your own. The room was newly redecorated. The tub was old but the surround new. The room was very clean and nice. The floors have been redone in ceramic which is priceless since the hotel welcomes pets. For the pet portion, I brought my 4 lb puppy who is house broke. The pet area is across the parking lot at the end of the hotel, it could be improved. There is no grass under the tree so my pup got very dirty feet. There is a swamp area right next to it where the fencewas down. I didn't know what might come from there. Also, it was right next to the semi parking, so distracting and loud. The hotel staff were very helpful and quick to act on any problems. The fridge and microwave were very helpful. The pool is small, but nice, and has a handicap lift. Overall, a nice hotel and I will return.

The location is near off of a busy intersection. Easy access to highways, restaurant and shopping. I would stay here again.

I was on a business trip and let me say that this was the best place to stay. Very clean and Zenaida was the one who attended us and she is so professional and helpful. We need more people like her.

I almost had to call an ambulance for my Mother. Some guy called Carlos who claimed to be the Manager and would not give further information, to his superiors or the Owner of the hotel treated my Mother like she was some sort criminal or garbage. My Mother who is known for being too nice if anything got completely trampled on by Carlos. I could hear my Mother on the other side of the phone begging him to stop treating her like that because she was not feeling well and he DID NOT CARE. He treated her like this because her card did not go through only a few minutes ago! My Mom's bank had blocked the charge in case it was fraud because it was an unusual charge. He would not let her take 15 minutes to call the bank and have it unblocked! I tried to call for her because he had her in such a state, she was in tears and shaking. She has heart problems and her blood pressure was raising sky high because he was so nasty and aggressive he scared her! Not even 2 minutes after I was on the phone talking to the bank, he yells at her to get out in 5 minutes! How do you expect an elderly woman to pack up with a dog and leave that fast? Especially when all she expected was to pay and stay longer? He accused my Mom of being rude to have an excuse for his own rudeness, meanwhile, I heard him through the phone! He lied about my Mom, threatened her and threw her out like a criminal. My Mom is a very sweet, classy, respectful elderly woman.

The hotel is a hidden gem: This is my go-to hotel for the past six months — — probably stayed a total of three weeks here and there. — — for the past 6 months. Always helpful, accommodating, considerate, in particular Assistant Manager Carlos Yeguez. Reasonably priced rooms, no hidden fees, clean, comfortable. Quick access to Turnpike. With WalMart, banks, non-chain delicious eateries within 1-2 miles.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Good, easy hotel if you just need something cheap and basic before or after a cruise.

It is an excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. They were pet friendly with no extra charges for our dog. The grounds were well kept and appealing. I only have 2 minor complaints. With the exception of one gentleman during the day, the front desk staff seemed to be made of wood. The didn't look up when you entered or walked by. They didn't greet you our even respond to my offered "good morning", it just seemed kind of unfriendly. The other thing was the lack of hot water late at night. I got a shower after 1am and Luke warm was the best I could get. During the day it was much hotter. Still, all in all I will stay there again and would recommend it to friends with the warning to shower early.

Very clean rooms! The staff is not very friendly. I came in a couple hours early check in and the desk person responded rudely "check in is at 3pm". Main hallways could be better maintain. Thin walls too. You can hear everythingfrom the other rooms.

Room was clean. Was extremely expensive for just the room even though it was season there no coffee pot in the room it was a community center coffee pot. Was quoted one price over the phone when made reservations and was quoted another price when I drove 5 hours to actually get there on the Friday afternoon and probably no rooms left in that area so I didn't have much of a choice except to take it. But I'm really glad it was very dog friendly in that made up with the rest of it.

Smells of cheap cleaning chemicals. Furniture worn out. I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. Felt interogated at front Desk. Would have left if I had not already paid. Worried about safety of myself and auto. There's not much choice here in Ococee and paying over $100 for this room is very over priced should have stayed at Marriott Fairfield Inn up the road live and learn. Edit to this after an hour asked to have room changed, Front deskclerk said they had none. And he could not leave desk to investigate, Fumes overwhelming started to get nautious had to leave checked out n one hour. Big mistake. Tried to call owner next day no response apparently comes in once a week. Mr Patel /Sent email no response / Response from owner who emailed me even ruder then Carlos manager. Finally I resolved matter thru American Express.

I so enjoy being harassed for money every time I go in and out the front door while staying at this hotel hotel management has an obligation to their customers to be free and clear of any type of harassment people begging for money people in and out of the hotel who aren't guests I'm not staying here again nonsmoking establishment yes I walked to my room on the second floor filled with cigarette smoke stale beer is it was disgusting is like a never-ending frat party gone horribly wrong people up all hours of the fucking night running around yelling screaming this morning I left there I had a 8:40 a. M. Thanks to all the know he's in the Ruckus I didn't get to bed till 1 not a fan of this Red Roof Inn.

We booked this hotel based off reviews that it was cleaned up and better than before. Unfortunately my husband got there and the hallway was full of smoke and smelled like weed. There were beer cans in the elevator and he said it was like one giant frat party. I am so disappointed when you go to a nonsmoking hotel the hallways don’t need to be full of smoke and stink. The alarm clock was covered in dirt and crap my husband didn’t even use it. I’m now glad I didn’t bring my child to that hotel and we will NOT be booking again. Only reason it gets two stars is because at least the bed was comfortable.

We chose this because of their very friendly pet policy. Hotel staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were still in need of minor repairs from Irma but nothing severe.

Management was extremely unhelpful… One manager Carlos, has to be the worst person in hospitality. I booked a room through Priceline for a certain date and because I used a third-party it would seem he was extremely irritated. The experience was so bad I then proceeded to request a refund within an hour of booking and was denied. Warning this place will steal your money and the manager Carlos will insure it!

This is the best hotel that I stayed in in Orlando free Wi-Fi fast king size beds noce bathroom safe environment I love the price because it's worth the stay.

Smell is awful — both at hallway and in the room. Very noisy — you can hear everything from nearest rooms and from the room upstairs. A/C unit is very noisy too. No breakfast. Water is $2 per small bottle. Parking lot is very tight. A guy on the reception Carmelo tried to cancel our booking at the day of our arrival. He said that he can't charge my card I used for reservation and asked to tell him other card number over the phone. I double checked my card with the bank and asked to charge it one more time. After my insistent requests he finally charged my card but was very rude anyway. I think he just wanted to get card number for some fraud. Avoid this place if there are any other options to stay.

It is worth the price. Clean and spacious rooms and a courteous staff.

I started out with (2) nights stay and was very happy. I extended my stay for (3) more nights and was still very satisfied. Due to unfinished business situation, I extended my stay again for (5) more nights. The hotel general manager, Mr. Laurent treated me very generously by discounted "each" extensions of my stay. The discounted price made a very big difference and leaves a very good feeling. The general staff are friendly and kind people. Because I had a very welcome experienced at this Red Roof Hotel, I decided to signed-up for its loyal RediCard member to earn reward points for free future night stays.

Stayed do to no power or water cause of hurricane Irma. The front desk Carmelo Hernandez was so nice I really enjoyed the stay.
And close to my job. I will be going there and can have my dogs.

After hurricane Irma came through I booked a room on 9/12/2017-9/14/2017. The first night I was charged 157.49 and the second night was 123.74. Any other time the rate is 89.00 a night. Sounds like price gouging. I will be making a report.

How rotten are you to not refund an 80 year old hurricane victims money when she accidentally booked the wrong date. You should be ashamed.

Wow at first me and my daughter's like the room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Until my daughter checked her bank statement and saw a $35 dollars charge on it. So I call to speak to someone about the charge (a lady who said I'm busy right now but I will call you back) That was at 2:30 today. At 8:00 I decided to call back because I knew I wasn't getting a all back from her. I spoke to someone who said his name was George and asked him what was the $35 dollar charge for? He said property damage to 3 towels. 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth, I said excuse me because if you're talking about the make up that my daughters got on them that washes out. He said I don't know what it was house keeping through them away. Hold up let me get this straight. You think your gonna charge me $35 dollars property damage and can't prove it? No sir I'm going to need proof because I know that the make up comes out. And I'm not paying for anything you have no proof of. We didn't take your towels and you have no proof that your towels are damaged. I pray that I don't have to come back to Ocoee Florida to take someone to court for falsified charges on my daughter's bank card. Because that's not going to work for us. Be careful of the falsified charges here.

Would mot recommend this place because of rude personnel, Carlos came off a miss communication error with an attitude and just plain lied about his communications with our employees. Holiday inn, close by and nicer, $9.00 more.

Creepy pill heads everywhere. Carlos at the front desk was uninviting and made asking for towels and a blanket into a big deal. I've never experienced a towel limit of 2 extra towels in a hotel or motel environment until this. Not well kept. Sulfur smelling water. This was a meeting spot for a family vacation and Carlos's attitude put a real damper on our stay here. Also gotta love the owner's responses of not being able to find peoples' reservations as some way to discredit their complaints.

Rooms are newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and neat. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. Happy hour is fro. 5pm to 7pm offering adult guests 2 free beers and minor guests 2 free waters.

Please check all towels & hand towels. When you check out they are charging your accounts extra fees. Verify the towels @ checkout. Otherwise you will experience this. I was a satisfied customer prior to a fraudulent charge on my credit card. This inn charged my card for $10, stating I damaged a towel post check out. I checked in on Friday night & checked out on Saturday morning. Monday morning I work up to an extra fee charged to my card. When I called to find out what the extra charge was for, I spoke with Carmelo, and he could not tell me what the damage to the towel was. He informed me I should call the manager when he gets in at 4pm to express my concerns. I called back after 4pm & spoke with Carlos instead, & he proceeded to inform me that the manager was not there. Carlos did inform me they keep the towels for 2 weeks for evidence & he will have the manager call me. I dont appreciate the fact that I know for a fact that I did not damage a towel & they are randomly charging accounts. Its bad business & its just $10, however they are not telling the truth, that's the point I'm making. Its unprofessional. Who knows how many people they are charging the accounts & the customers are saying "its just $10" but don't go the extra steps to follow through with the allegations.

Wonderful overnight stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. I have only one comment to add as feedback to options when booking your stay. I wished there was some sort of fee to be able to check out later such as 3-5pm. That is all. Great experience otherwise.

My husband and I stayed there Thursday and Friday night this week. We had a wedding in Mt Verde on Friday. Late Thursday night arrival NO PROBLEM. They took our pics as we left Friday for the black tie wedding. The friendliest staff ever. Isabella kept our already spotless room clean. Laurent, the manager, was as friendly as ever. Walking distance to Denny's — 100 ft — and a 10% discount for staying at Red Roof Inn. It was exactly what we were looking for at an awesome price. Free Wi-Fi and HBO. We read the amenities and knew no breakfast, but they have delicious coffee, tea and hot cocoa 24/7. Hair dryer upon request — I took my own, no biggie. Also Happy Hour from 5pm-7pm — free beer. We chose to pay a cheaper rate and forgo breakfast since Denny's was in their front yard. We would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I loved my stay, the staff were very nice and professional, the room were very clean, the hotel is very clean inside and outside, the bed sleeps soooooooo good, the only thing I didn't like is you have to pay $10.00 a day for mico & frig. They should add one to every room. But other than that I were very pleased and that is where I will be staying every time I go to Orlando, no more International Dr.

Very clean and pet friendly. Even though they didn't have a fridge and microwave in the room we requested a fridge and got one and also used the employee's break room microwave. Very nice place.

Do NOT stay here! They double charge you for 2 rooms! VERY suspicious and deceitful! I called to complain that they charged me twice. Said it was impossible because they only charge / swipe your card when you check in room. VERY strange how they swiped my card and then said their system crashed so they had to swipe my card again. Now I'm being charged for TWO Different rooms. The pregnant girl at the counter must be running some scheme! I filed FRAUD charges with my credit card company because something shady is going on. I read past complaints where they seem to do this on a regular basis.

Stayed overnight on 1/24/2015 and was VERY pleased with this hotel. This IS A BUDGET hotel, yet keeping this in mind, the rooms were clean with no lingering odors, no stains on the carpets and the decor is very up to date. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean with a modern decor and no mold. Basic amenities, but again this is a budget hotel. Great location that is close to lots of restaurants (both fast food and full service) and felt very safe. Staff was wonderful and the housekeeper (Monica) could teach a few things on how to clean a room, to other hotel housekeepers where we have paid MUCH MORE than we did this stay. The room was practically dust FREE which is BIG DEAL in my book. I have severe asthma, so not seeing dust on lamp shades or tops of paintings, light fixtures, etc. Shows that she maintains the rooms with an eye to detail. This is not a 5 STAR hotel, but if you want someplace budget friendly, clean and in a great location, then, this is the place for you. The only negatives (in my opinion) were (1) the internet kept fading in and out, but that wasn't a big deal to me and (2) the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear other guests coming/going from their rooms. Again, this was not a big deal to me. I would not EXPECT soundproof rooms and luxury amenities for the price that we paid. It was the best room we (me and Karen stayed in from are cross country trip. From Oregon to here. Rooms were AWESOME compared to all the others we slept in.

We stayed in a "smoke free" room that wreaked of smoke. One month later I pulled out my son's pack-n-play and it smelled like smoke. We will now have to get rid of it because of that one experience. Terrible.

Do not stay at this hotel***. You will be very sorry! they double charge your card and claim you stayed days you didn't stay! ***please do not stay at this hotel*** f-rating.

Very comfortable and pretty reasonably priced. My son and I are staying here now! The customer service is fantastic.

Am staying here now during spring break since my 18 wheeler broke and is at the peterbuild dealer down the street. Hotel staff is AWSOME, Wi-Fi is as good as TWC Road Runner AWSOME. 80 TV channels AWSOME. Best sleep in a KING size bed i've had in a king time AWSOME. Dennys rest give u 10% off ur meal from RRINN. For 60$ I feel like a KING. thanks red roof inn.
