Great people work here, they treated us very well. I highly recommend this Sleep Inn. Six stars!

Room was clean, quiet environment.

Good and friendly staff at check in. Not a luxury hotel but good for the price. Clean room with amenities.

Safe in my room, 342, is not securable. Front desk suggested there should became key in the open safe which can be used to lock the safe. NO KEY! Front Desk told me there is nothing that can be done to secure my valuables!

The receptionist badly faced, of bad treatment, throwing away the objects … taking a deep breath. Etc… Really nasty!
Unfortunately my wife and I were wrong with the choice…

We ordered a package to the hotel, and they didn't want to deliver it, the manager never showed up, under the pretext that he had already left, we left an authorization to deliver the package to a friend of ours and they didn't want to deliver it either, this person's treatment was lousy, the rooms smell heavily cigarette, breakfasts are cereal, and soft drinks are almost always tasteless, but what bothered us the most was the little interest of the manager in giving a good service, we stayed 5 days stayed and if you knew we were there, according to them we had already checked out.

Couldn’t get an extra blanket was told she didn’t have access? Also was told we needed to talk with manger, talk with her and she said all she could do was switch our room. They program their Tv to only 20% for volume. Worst experience ever! They are not kid friendly either.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast: it's contential with waffles. The tea and coffee was surprisingly very tasty. Its a 2 star choice hotel and they did a great job. We will use again!

Nice place with perfect location. Was quite and clean with one of the best prices. Right behind the airport. Parking and breakfast very good too. I'll stay here again for sure. Pharmacy and rest in the same road.

The rooms are very bright, not exactly new, but tolerable for a short visit (with a maximum of 2 nights). You can do without breakfast without missing anything. Parking is available directly at the hotel and also free of charge. Wi-Fi is also available as a free offer, the reception is sufficient to send mails.

This hotel was a great choice. When I arrived at the airport, I called the front desk and they promptly sent the shuttle to come get me. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly.

Beautiful place. Got manager's special rate. Room very clean. Nice and quiet. Helpful staff at front desk… Very accommodating. Wifi works beautifully. Cannot wait until breakfast in the am. Recommending this place for everyone.

Arrived late evening after a day at the beach and was given the room closest to the check-in desk. By the time the 4 of us showered I went to turn the air conditioner lower because the room was very hot and humid to find that the carpet by the air conditioner was squishy wet with water. My husband asked that our room be changed. The breakfast was the worst hotel provided breakfast in all of our travels. No eggs, juice machine broken, dry muffins. When I asked if I could get individual bottles of juice for my boys the lady at the front desk said, “I don’t know what you want. The juice is concentrated for the machine. ” I said no, maybe individual bottles like you sell by the sodas and she then told me they could just drink coffee. They are 14 and 16. Then as we were leaving this morning I pulled the blankets up to make sure we weren’t leaving anything and there was a discussing stain on the comforter. I do not recommend this hotel.

The price was right, location was great, service was exceptional! The down fall was my room, 305 was infested with tiny ants. I was immediately moved to room 311, there was no hassle to do so. As I walked down the hall there was a large cockroach with wings on the floor in front of room 316. I let the lady at the service desk know. Walking back to my room, I noticed two small roaches on the wall. I couldn't find any other hotels in the area so I stayed there. I will not stay at this facility again.

We stayed here last night and the room was clean and the bed and sheets very comfortable. However, the best part of our stay was the honesty of the staff. I left a valuable and sentimental ring in the room and they had it at the front desk when I went back to get it. Thank you Sleep Inn for a great night and even better day!

Awful experience. From arrival everything was just a disaster. The computers were on the fritz. The reception staff kept apologizing. They didn't even call their manager to assist. They could have offered a complimentary coffee while we waited for their systems. Finally I got checked in on paper. Asked if they could arrange a take away break fast as my flight was early and needed to leave at 3.30am. They said no. Breakfast is served at 6.30. The room was spacious with the hot water non existent for about 5 min. Ended up have more cold shower than hot in a space age cubical. Little weird for me being to many hotels. Sorry guys. I give you a big thumbs down even though you offer budget accommodation… Its below standard on service…

The hotel is a few miles from Miami airport, so convenient if you want to spend a night in conjunction with a flight. The rooms are nice for the price paid and clean. Breakfast included in the price with the essentials both sweet and salty. Shuttle service to and from the airport, in case you have to go to the hotel after landing immediately call the hotel to request the shuttle, we waited for it for more than an hour and a half.

Very unfortunate experience at this hotel. I checked in prior to my flight out of MIA only to find a few bugs in my hotel room. After speaking with front desk staff, I was moved to a room two floors away only to have the same issue present. I checked out and spent the night in the airport lobby rather than being able to get a good night's sleep before a day of travel. My message to the hotel manager has not been returned and the survey I submitted only prompted an email saying that they hope I choose their hotel again. A total waste of my money.

Decent hotel With comfortable room. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttle service to the cruise port was $10 per person. Be sure to bring your own snacks and beverages as the provided vending machines are very, very expensive. Breakfast was as to be expected, made for a good start of the day. Staff was professional and courteous and answered questions I had.

Very clean and unexpected comfort; shuttle to and from airport service available A+; room service available from outside provider, delivery to room door — although convenient, pizza was gross and prices kind of high. Would recommend maybe not best entree but E for effort.

Good hotel, the truth that we liked, clean, with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
At breakfast you have waffles, toast, juices, coffee, milk and little else, TB you get list of restaurants that you can ask for at home.
By the way we ordered in Domino Pizza and Super good.

They don't have local to leave luggage.

They have terrible customer service. We had ants in our room plus spiders, and mold in the shower. When we went to the counter we were told that we had to wait for the manager at 11pm. We waited. When the manager showed up she told us she could not do anything except give us another nasty room and a 15% cash back or we would have to wait until Monday when the actual manager comes back from “vacation”. She was useless!

Got to the hotel at 9 and stood in line for an hour and then soon as I checked in I didn’t go to my room, ran down the street to a store for some food and came back and my room key did not work at all. Got another key, it didn’t work. Got ANOTHER key and a manager to walk me to the room and it didn’t work. I was told to wait in the lobby until the “maintenance guy” gets here from home! Long story short I had to get another room 2 and half hours LATER! I got in my new room at about 12:45ish after traveling here for 9-10 hours from where I was. But the guy who was being trained was very nice and mannerable.

Worst hotel ever! Airport shuttle never picked us up! Supposedly phones were down had to take $20 taxi shuttle to pier next day booked because we got there so late after waiting 2 hours for free shuttle that never showed! Was told talk to manager in the morning then told manager won't be in till Monday! Nothing but lies! Hotel dirty and old and Lady that worked breakfast was the rudest lady ever to everyone there! I had sent someone there before we went and 2 other people that I referred to stay in the next couple months who r cancelleing this week! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I had a little problem with ants in the room but nothing serious. The breakfast area was small and the breakfast options were very limited. This is a hotel of necessity, if you really need an affordable place to stay for a reasonable price. The pool was in a weird location, being quite far from the main area and having to walk though busy areas like the lobby/ check in desk.

Overall the hotel itself isn't bad. The room seemed clean and decently maintained. They do offer free shuttles to the airport as well. The reason they are getting two stars is the extra fee I was charged. I used the safe to store my passports and cash when we went out that night. I lost the safe key somewhere in Miami. I get that It's my fault and I lost it, and there should be a charge to replace the key, but the $100 charge for losing a simple safe key is insanity. They know if you do they can charge whatever the hell they want because you will have no choice to pay it. It’s a pure and simply money grab for them.

Staff at reception was outstanding and very welcoming. Rooms could be cleaner but were in general clean (i don't like carpets). Shower had a good size but it didn't operate as expected (warm water not steady). Breakfast area was nice and offered a good choice, but tables should be cleaned better after their usage.

Back side of Miami airport, quiet in rooms, sometimes outside loud. Transportation to airport if needed. Comfortable beds. Very low water pressure. Breakfast free but you will get more at McDonald's & IHOP down the street. Staff were all nice. No gym (fitness room). Shower is a tube really weird-kids with think it's cool but if you have any closterphobia I would stay away, felt like I was in a space tube.

This hotel offered great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and updated as decor will allow. The location was convenient and the breakfast was good for such a busy hotel. All in all a good value.

The location close to the airport is excellent. Breakfast is very good. And the rooms are very clean. Perfect to stay a few days to go to the malls and then return to the airport.

Correct, near airport consider calling the hotel for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport average breakfast.

Easy accessible from main road, lots of other hotel as well, just a walk away to nearby restaurant. Room was clean, bathroom a bit small, but they have most of the things a hotel would have, fridge, microwave, safety security box, table and desk, lcd, hair dryer and swim pool outside. Waited for hours to be picked at airport and end up calling he hotel, they send somebody to pick with a different logo shuttle since the shuttle to hotel was not operating, overall it good!

Decent hotel. They have airport shuttle and free parking if you stay there the night before your trip. Nice convenience but makes for a crowded parking lot as one might imagine. Breakfast included but ends early and it's "ok"

Cozy. Very friendly staff. The best. It is 5 minutes from the airport when there is not much traffic. The area where it is located is quiet and safe.

Stayed here in between flights. Convenient to the airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Exactly what I need for a place to simply spend the night.

It's Ok. Old and need Renovation. For one night in transit it is sufficient. The waffle iron from the breakfast buffet is simply Awesome.

Crowded breakfast. There's no place to sit. No scrambled eggs, no ham. Fruit only banana and orange. Very good room, no microwave. Dark Parking at night, dimly lit.

Simple Hotel. To make a transit night is not bad. Old, the carpeted of the ground is not what I like most. Good General Service.

I very much like to forgive the full number of stars at this hotel. The designated 2 stars surpass it in the offer locker, the rooms are very fully equipped and absolutely large enough (you can not expect a suite in the designated CATEGORY. The entire staff, especially the sales manager, is very committed, competent and friendly. Forgotten or Out-of-Hygeneartikel are provided free of charge and, if required, Extra care (such service is not self-evident even in many establishments of higher classification). An external service provider also provides extensive Soeisenanfebot for room service. The location right at the airport offers of course the usual creek — but also benefits. We are also happy to welcome individual nights, who would like to sleep well before or after the flight is here in the best possible way. Absolute recommendation!

I stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night to go to an interview in Downtown Miami. The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and had some dining options to have dinner. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel overall was very quiet, however the walls are slightly thin and I could hear the people next door. I turned on the A/C and fan and it blocked out the noise of the people next door talking. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent for the price. Overall for the Miami area and the price I paid, I felt I got a good value for my money.

Over Priced For the same price or sometimes $10 more you can get a nice room at the Marriott Hotel. The barroom is the size of a closet. Terrible breakfast, I don't think the patties were real meat, and I had to spit out the boiled egg I tried because it tasted like plastic. The carpet looks like a homeless shelter'a carpet, very dirty. The desk staff wasn't friendly. I will say that the shuttle was on time and friendly. The only good experience.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended. Worth the money especially the location to the airport. There is also an awesome sub shop down the street open 24hours.

I spent one night at sleep inn and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and very nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the noise, you could hear people in the hallway and people walking above you but it wasn't horribly loud. The bed was super comfortable and it was the best sleep I've had in awhile. I actually left my wallet in my room which contained my passport and over 300$. I called and the woman was very nice and had a shuttle driver return the wallet to me immediately with everything intact. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Close to Carnival and airport.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room clean and spacious. A couple of issues in the bathroom with the shower and toilet roll holder and the door entry system had gone down. This is a good place to stay after a long flight before you start your holiday.

I stayed at this Hotel for 1 night after having my reservation cancelled at another local Hotel. I was expecting a pretty lousy room, but was instead Blown Away by the quality of the accommodations and friendliness of the staff. My room was spotless, well stocked and very quiet. I was so impressed by the quality of the accommodations that I'd be willing to pay twice the rate asked. Very affordable. Looking forward to my next stay.

Good value for money. Especially if you need a night near the airport.

Only stayed for a short overnight layover at the airport. Nothing fancy or impressive but staff was helpful and it was a cheap option compared to some other hotels and allowed us to get some needed rest between a long string of flights. They had a shuttle to/from the airport which is a nice cab fare saver as well as decent free Wi-Fi for guests. The thing that did this place in as far as 5 stars for the price range was the gloomy dim lit hallways and our room had a bit of some kind of smell to it unlike the air freshened hallway.

It is quite acceptable, rooms are comfortable, clean bathrooms, and is fairly close to the airport, the Wi-Fi is good, transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa have every 30 minutes.

If one is passing through Miami, a good option is to stay in many hotels near the airport who have a service of small free buses that pick up passengers and take them to the hotel. In the case of the Sleep Inn the shuttle bus goes every 30 minutes them 24 hours, which is very convenient, to the avoid is the taxi, etc. To return, the same. Each 30 minutes it can take the micro in the hotel and again at the airport.
Prepare a gratuity for the driver that makes luggage up and down the suitcase to the micro bus.

Front desk is very polite and cordial. Room was very clean and AC worked great.

We hosted a 50th birthday party for a dear friend in the Studio Sleep Inn Miami Airport just to the right of the concierge desk. What a FABULOUS experience and a awesome venue! We had Mitchell Ray assist us and he was fantastic as we were last minute in pulling this together and he was so helpful and thoughtful. The food was great! Julian took care of our bar needs and did a wonderful job. Many of my out of town friends have stayed here and while I haven't seen the rooms, I understand that they are comfortable and very nice. Great job!

Cheap, clean, pool, near a golf course, airport shuttle… Only complaint is that the free Wi-Fi is horrendous at night and there's no wired option.

I stayed at the sleep Inn for one night and I had a lovely time. Rooms are clean, neighbors are quiet. It's a nice place to stay. I didn't try the pool though.

We paid more for this hotel than any other Choice hotel we stayed in over a week's time. The room was extremely small. The TV had a capped volume and we could barely hear it over the outside the room noise. The bathroom had a shower only and was very cramped. We could hear what was going on in every room around us and in the hall. The breakfast was a continental breakfast so we didn't have breakfast there. One good thing is we didn't hear any planes flying out or coming in.

Good and clean rooms. Very comfy beds and nice cleaning and restock of towels. The breakfast was okay, you dont leave hungry. The only bad side was the dirty pool. Nice pool area but dirty. Nice ice machine and good parking.

Location, staff, and accommodation were wonderful for an overnight stay before going on my cruise. There was an hour wait to get picked up by the hotel shuttle, but he was very busy. Shuttle driver was also very knowledgeable and helpful once we got on.

Good for a few cheap nights. Would not recommend if you want something cosy.

With the access to the airport shuttles, Port of Miami shuttles and pool balancing the broken toilet in our room, the sketchy area and the awful breakfast, the stay had the potential to be fair. However, when we returned to Miami from our cruise to the Bahamas we called the hotel about early check-in. The desk clerk could give no valuable information regarding time of availability of rooms so I asked to speak to manager. Initially I got an answering machine but when I called back I got the general manager. I asked about how soon we would be able to get early check-in considering that the check-out time is 11am. She had no idea stating that it was up to the housekeepers. I asked if there was a time limit for the housekeepers to clean the rooms and if so could we possibly get at least 1 room prepared for us. At this point the manager became very defensive and began to yell. When asked to stop yelling so that we would come to a solution she stated that she wasn't yelling that's just how she talks. As a customer, her tone was EXTREMELY offensive. She decided that because I was so offended that she would not be able to help me over the phone and to see her when we got to the hotel and proceeded to disconnect the phone on me. Upon arrival at the hotel she invited us into her office. Again, she was very confrontational yelling, waving her hands and hitting her desk (we have a video recording to show this.

We feel really very comfortable at the hotel, very close to the airport, half way of shopping malls and the coast. It has free parking and breakfast is good.

Totally recommended. Near the airport and the mall, clean, good service. The only thing not favorable this far from Miami Beach.

I enjoyed my stay this past Memorial weekend. I had and smooth and easy check in with Silvia. She went above and beyond with great service. The reason I have this property 4 stars is because the furniture is out dated and the the shower door was really hard to open. I thought I was gonna break it each time. Other than that the hotel served it's purpose for my stay.

Worst hotel stay experience. 2 hours waiting at the airport and a decadent service. If you want to avoid problems on your trip to Miami. Do not come to this hotel. For you and for your family.

A couple of nights in Miami were as we went to Orlando and it seems to me an excellent choice to stay in Miami, excellent service, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and it has a strategic location for access to the airport and to the International Mall and Dolphin Mall. If we go back, we stayed there again.

I was a night with my family and I thought it was excellent very clean and well-kept, good service and careful attention.
