I went to this property yesterday to visit a few guys I had served with in combat that were staying here at this hotel. I had brought my service dog with me. The staff were very nice, and very accommodating. They did not give me any unnecessary drama regarding my service dog. We all sat in the pool area, in the shade. Not bothering anyone and the staff had walked by us many times, even commenting on how well behaved my service animal was. They had asked my entire group if we needed anything or could be of any assistance to let them know. Not only did I find the staff to be very professional and kind, the property and rooms were very nice and made for a really nice grt together for a few guys that haven't seen one another in over 15 years since our last tours in Iraq. Thanks Marriott Villas at Doral. We appreciate the hospitality.

We are long time Marriott owners, we stayed this Thanksgiving at Marriott Doral. It was very nice. The staff was amazing the amenities are good. The activities director Heidi was awesome! We liked the access to Trump National Doral and the use of their pools and health club. It would be nice if Marriott offered a discounted golf package for owners Thanksgiving dinner at Trump National was first class all the way. Food was amazing and service outstanding. — at Marriott's Villas At Doral.

Awesome place clean quiet place. They have a lot of amenities and activities on site. Friendly staff Housekeeper Manger Diana came by and asked how things was going she was so Friendly and informative when asked about the fire pit. Was here for a birthday celebration and this has been the best choice. By the way they had cleaning products and some laundry detergent to start u off. The kitchen is beautiful full stove with stains steel appliances. Big in room hot tub jacuzzi. — with Latisha Dickenson.

I would LOVE to return there again. It was a great vacation. Plus the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful with me. So I’m gonna say thanks to them. 😀👍🏼

It’s a beautiful resort but needs some tlc. Remote didn’t work for the first few nights nor the outlet. Front desk staff is useless at best. But the large rooms and location are great.

This place is AWESOME! We flew the redeye from California and arrived at 6am. They were able to get us in a room and not sleep in the lobby! Room is beautiful and ther view is spectacular!

Just across from Trumps place but it was quiet, convenient, and generally good service. The front desk screwed up service with the USPS by giving me the incorrect envelope delaying my Express Mail but that was the only down side. Small but convenient minigolf. Nice Hammocks to enjoy nature.

We had a great time here. Rooms were clean, the staff and daily activities were fun. You get access to the TRUMP side where they had a nicer pool, and better fitness room which was a bonus. Very kids friendly, and a short drive to many restaurants, grocery stores, and 24/7 stores.

My kids loved this resort. It's great that you have access to the trump resort pool across the street. There's a fantastic shuttle service that will take you there, Publix and downtown Doral. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The suites are large and comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable villas. Very friendly staff. Very nice pool and activities area with lots of outside games. Drinks were great! View not so good, but the area is under construction. When everything is complete it should be very nice. Would definitely go back.

Good place. I loved to stay here. Friendly staff, good view, good pool and facilities. It is also cool that you can use the pool at Trump. I am from Denmark where we do not have any snakes or alligators, so I found it interesting to see a snake here (but I was VERY happy not to see any alligators)

Staff is very nice, attentive, and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Rooms are large and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped with new, modern appliances. Location is great for exploring the Miami area. I will return.

Just got here. This is my first time and my first day but so far it has been great. Beautiful room. Good food and friendly workers.

Friendly and nicely appointed with amenities and spacious villas. Pool overlooks a small lake. Lots of optional activities. Shuttle will take you to beach or Trump Doral resort, where you are welcomed to use pool and facilities. Downtown Doral is in the process of being built up. It is within walking distance and will really make this place a nice destination. Close to airport and planes are constantly flying over. Guests may find this either charming or a nuisance but all is quiet inside your condo.

The apartment is very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Large rooms, large comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. Quality ancillary services (Jacuzzi, gym, games room, billiards, large swimming pool) best value for money in Miami half an hour from ocean's drive.

Ideal location to relax and go shopping. Close to several malls. Is not on the beach. Their facilities are impeccable.

The social area and cute with plenty of space to share with the family… the rooms comfortable and clean.

This is one of the older properties and is definitely in need of a refresh and general maintenance. It borders the south and a bit of the west side of a retention pod, which makes for an interesting view. Unfortunately the rest of the borders of the same pond are lined with construction, and they are in the early stages, so a lot of dust and noise. The staff here was excellent. The local area does not have a whole lot to do unless you want to treck back into Miami.

No even half star, room service didn't clean through nor supply as it's supposed to. I know Spanish and heard them saying I quote " these people won't give good tip". We tipped them anyway. Then front desk gave me such a hard time with a simple task even worse I was told they would give me a call which never happened. And one more I almost lost a 130 dollars pair of shoes just because lack of attention professionalism, and poor sense of hospitality.

My family stayed here when they were in town for my brother's wedding. This place is beautiful with an amazing pool. The rooms are like luxury condos with a view of the pool on the patio, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room. There is an open bar right next to the pool, and while I was visiting, there was a Mario Kart tournament going on, and a "sangria and smores" event as well (In 2 separate rooms). I definitely recommend this place if you can afford it and need to be in the Doral area.

Our stay at this villa was very enjoyable. My family and I felt at home as the entire villa was so comfortable and clean; spotless. We loved the fact that we were able to get around with ease. The staff were very accommodating and professional, responding to my queries in a timely manner and offering assistance where necessary. Our check in was smooth and in no time we were chauffeured to our building. There was a shuttle to take to us close by and we appreciated that. However, we were disappointed that there was no pick up from the airport. We were also disappointed with the early checkout as our flight wasn't until 6 p. M. However, we were given an hour extra and was grateful. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay there again.

Nice place. Great rooms. However, complex is small and they try to keep everybody busy but you have to get out or get bored. But if you want to just relax, great. Lots of activities and amenities. Wonderful staff! Access to Trump golf course right across the street.

Beautiful place and location. EPIC staff including concierge and housekeeping: Friendly, helpful, respectful, motivating, professional. Every single one of them. The unit itself so beautiful. We were in Hibiscus building with beautiful views. Everything needed for entertainment ready available or you can call front desk. The beds so comfortable I didn't want to get out. Big shower and a huge separate tub. The two bedrooms nicely separated for complete privacy. The hotel shuttle takes you to near by Publix and to across neighbor Trump resort to use their pool and golf course if wanted. The resort heated pool, hot tub and bar awesome! Fully enjoyed different days activities and entertainments. Understand this is low season and it was cold. The construction and airplane noise doesn't affect the quality of rest when inside with doors closed. Fully recommend Big Bus tour. If don't mind returning home early, worth using transportation provided by the resort. Our guests and we loved it! Thank you to all for an unforgettable stay for these first timers!

The staff is amazing. Francia in the morning and Fernando the night manager. Both very helpful and warm. Next to Trump national so you can use their facilities. This is primarily a timeshare thing so if you staying less than a week don't expect much of housekeeping but the apartments or villas are so big you won't really need daily work. They have a bar but closed early. They do sell liquor on site and the gym is open 24 hours and the pool closes at 11pm.

The service is outstanding and the staff are very accomodating. They give you a sense that they care and their friendliness is catchy. Lots of activities for families both alone and together. The facilities and the rooms are top notch. Beautiful place! A must see.

Clean and very roomy time share. Rooms have been updated and have full kitchen and updated furniture. Staff very friendly and lots of activities available. This property is near the airport and planes do fly overhead making it a bit noisy at times.

We spent our Christmas here it was great. It had alot of fun activities for my kids to do. They really enjoyed the pool. The staff was wonderful. The surrounding was always clean. The Hotel is very good for shopping and relaxation. It's not near the beaches. But for Golf lovers. There's the Trump National Doral in front.
Staying at the Marriott Doral gives you access to Altrump National. Use the pools and all the common areas. To u to introductory class.
One of the best people at Marriott Doral is Gloria who is in charge of the Vizcaya room. Take care and entertain our children every year we come. Definitely an excellent person.

Very cozy suites with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + living room, dining room and kitchen. In the courtyard there is a barbecue area by the pool. Very nice. Recommend.

The 2 bedroom Villa we're in is well equipped and nicely decorated. It's spacious and the washer and dryer are great. It could use a bit of a touch up here and there. It's a bit musty, but expected being as it's Miami and humid.

Great experience overall. My family flew in from the Netherlands and we arrived a bit after them. Hotel accommodated as good as they could. Great suites great service.

Stayed over just one night for a friend's wedding nearby. Beautiful lobby and room with awesome pool area and amenities. Peeked into the gym which looked fantastic but didn't use it. Would definitely stay again.

The facilities were immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with good quality basics for cooking. The pool was large. Overall a good stay.

Definitely makes you feel like a home away from home. It is just like a two bedroom two bath apartment with full kitchen. All the amenities are included. Very well cleaned and very well maintained. Activities for both young and old. Quiet, clean, nice pool, Grill area and games for all to play. The only one thing is they do not offer breakfast for their customers. Otherwise the place is really nice we're definitely come back.

The Two-Bedroom Condo was a home away from home. There was everything you need & more, such luxury and contemporary decor. We were celebrating a birthday & the birthday girl receive a beautiful wine & cheese tray along with champagne and a birthday balloon & birthday card signed by the enitre office staff. We were so touched by this gesture… 1ST CLASS ALL THE WAY! We had a wonderful view of the fire pit and pond. We end pur stay with a relaxing night at the pool & Jacuzzi. So Relaxing. I highly recommend the Marriott Villas at Doral.

Wish I had more time here. It's was a resting place for our family after the cruise we all had early flights. We checked In early morning and waited for a room. Staff was so helpful and patient with us. Will be back for a longer stay to enjoy all that it has to offer.

Not up to par for a typical Marriott Vacation Club. It is on the direct flight path for incoming planes beginning at 7:30am. So close you can almost see passengers in the window.
The pool bar and grill is minimal. 5 bars stools, limited drinks. No live entertainment. Bar closed at 7pm. Who does that?
Food prepared by bar tenders, only 4 tables in grill area.
We arrived on a Sunday and the pool was full with what appeared to be locals day of mostly children. Monday it was empty.
Room was nice, except for mattress.
No one at activity desk to help plan a day in the area. She was on vacation. We met an owner of 12 years she said it was a "generic" Marriot. Being polite I guess. Look like we were in the middle of a construction site. And on and on… Employees were very nice. As are all Marriott people. Totally disappointed. Wont be back.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I felt like part of the Marriott family. Apartments are very clean and well maintained. The area across the lake is under construction and I'm sure it's going to be even better in the near future but hopefully it doesn't drive up the price. We are already thinking about booking again for a holiday family reunion. Thank you for a great time!

Excellent to spend with family.

We will be here through Sunday and so far so good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to choose from and group fitness was good with a fitness gym 24 hrs if you want to work out alone. The 2 bedroom unit was clean and had everything we need. The area was close to shopping and restaurants. Shuttle to Trump National Hotel and able to use the facilities there for free was a plus. Will definitely recommend this place.

Be aware of relentless timeshare sales pursuit. Other than that, see below. This location is awesome. We always stay here before cruising and they said all suites were renovated. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Hands down I fully recommend this place. The rooms are extremely clean, well maintained and awesome!

I rent a villas with kitchen. They have everything I need. The microwave don't work and they came right away to replace it. They are apologetic, nice and quick to respond. They even gave us complementary wine and chocolate for that little inconvenience. The view is super nice. The whole family had fun playing at the pool. They have hourly activities for kids and adults. Very relaxing!

Everything about this resort was great! I thought about rating it 4 stars because of the air traffic noise but the Villas and staff are top notch and it would be a disservice. The sound is minimal and you don't even hear it after the first two times. Housekeeping service was great, front desk was great, transportation drivers were great as well. If you work hard for your money like I do you require excellent customer service. This is the location to receive it.

Amazing Villa. The rooms look like an upscale apartment. The pool with the restaurant has a Hawaiian look to it which is spectacular. The amenities such as the gym and game room are a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back again.

This was an amazing place to stay in Miami. A beautiful resort with so much to do. Every one of the employees there were so nice and friendly. They do what they can to make your time there so special. The rooms are just beautiful and we had a great view of the pool and the lake. We were so blessed to be able to stay there with some great friends. 5 Stars!

We just got back from a week long stay here. Our room was just remodeled and perfect! At one point our air wasn't getting cool enough they sect someone up immediately to fix it. On the last night there the dryer (which is brand new and all digital) wouldn't dry the clothes right. We needed to get the stuff dry to pack. At 9 we called front desk-by 9:20 they changed out the dryer and brought us red wine and chocolate for our trouble. We always stay at Marriott and this is why! Amazing customer service and pristine.

We (a trio of 55+ ladies) stayed June 11-June 18, 2016. The suite was clean, spacious and welcoming. We found the grounds to be immaculately groomed and the pool area was delightful. We participated in many of the weekly activities — flamenco dancing at the pool, owners cocktail hour, exotic animals by the pool. Latin Night at La Esquina del Lechon was especially wonderful with a delicious array of Cuban foods enjoyed in a delightful atmosphere. We visited Trump Doral on the shuttle bus which was lovely. But I must say that the most memorable part of our experience were the absolutely lovely people that work at the resort. Each and every one was friendly, courteous, and pleasant. Even with all the delightful employees, three stood out, Matthew from Engineering, Jonathon the Activities Director, and Stephanie also from Activities. These people are rare jewels!

Great place to stay with the family! Only part I didn't approve was that there is no mini market, although there is a 7-11 close by. So if you plan to stay make sure you pack everything you will need if you were staying at a friend's apartment. Also the villas rest next to a lake with a beautiful view during the day. And even though you can't hear the planes inside the villa, once you go outdoors you notice jets leaving the airport every 5 minutes!

The service is very good, the food is very good also 10 of 10 should go.

Small, yet excellent. My wife and I have been to many Marriott resorts and this place by far is the smallest of all with only 141 suites. However, don't let the size full you. Staff members are very attentive and they provide excellent service. Their activity department is also great for kids. Many things to enjoy and our kids loved being at the pool. Definitely recommend for others.

The customer service is excellent! The view of the lake and mini ⛳ from the balcony is a selfie moment waiting to happen!

We stay here every year and love it! The rooms are more like condos than hotel rooms, and are always very well kept with lots of thoughtful amenities. The staff genuinely cares and always goes the extra mile. Can't say enough good things about this place!

I stayed here in April 2015 and enjoyed every moment. They had great activities for the kids and adults things like arcade room, poolside dance off, barbecue area, and access to the Trump hotel amenities. The front desk staff was great and the housekeeper went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Although the facility is nice enough I will NEVER go back to this hotel. I forgot some articles of clothing in the closet and when I tried to recover them the managers and Lost and Found department were very disappointing. The clothes were never recovered and every time I called I was told someone would get in touch with me, but it never happened. I spent several months and numerous phone calls trying to find any resolution whatsoever. Four months later I still have no resolution and instead of working with Marriott they sent my claim (incorrectly so that it had to be redone) to Liberty Mutual. Marriott also did not forward any contact information for me on to Liberty Mutual and would not give them that information when they asked further delaying the process by an additional month and a half. I am thoroughly disappointed that the hotel is allowing their staff to steal with no consequences and no resolution for the affected party.

Its an amazing place I go there every year I love everything there its so fun. Everyone is so nice and you can play pool.

I rented a last minute time share,, and in the beginning was a little reluctant when giving up my credit card info. But after doing a little research on how this all works, and how a scam might be detected,, I went for it. Had the greatest time at this resort. Just got back and am already planning our return. Awesome employees. Especially Danielle at the front desk. Nice pool,, hot tub. Location was perfect for first time visitors to Miami. Loved the room too. Thanx from all four of us :-).

Very pleasant experience resort staff was very nice and attentive to are needs and the Villa's are very well kept definitely would stay again.

I was there with my family a year ago, and loved it so much that we will go back very soon. We loved everything that was within the hotel villa. One thing we would like to see happen any time soon, is that we think they should have a buffet at least at dinner time, included with their prices, even if that meant that they would have to charge a bit more. Other than that 100% great. Love it.

I was with my family for vacation in July 2013. I have been to many resorts and found the Marriott's Villas at Doral in Miami, FL to be one of the best I've ever experienced. The room where we stayed is very cleaned which is important to me. All the utensils are completed in the kitchen. The people at the front desk are very courteous as well as the maintenance and housekeeping employees. I thought I was living at home. I would definitely come back to this resort again. Access to all the Miami spots is a short convenient drive.

Everything is good. I am staying in a 2 bedroom and the view, quality etc. Everything is very good. However everything else is chargeable. Like housekeeping, food etc. I think if facilities are more important to you then residence inn would be better where you have breakfast and evening snaks. If you need an apartment to stay while you are here. There is no better place. Staff is very nice, courteous. Location is very good. Lot of choices available to eat. Good view of water from every room. Golf course accessibility. But here is the problem. You have a great room. Great kitchen and great service. But be careful on what you are spending on. Remember. This is a great choice for couple of family outing. Guys hangout for golf. Etc. Not for light vacation.
