Check in was a breeze! I was able to get early check in and I was offered complimentary water upon arrival. The room is very spacious and the layout is perfect. Housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning the room! The price is well worth it! Book here and you won’t be disappointed! Right off the beach, near all the best bars and restaurants! The AC was acting up and the Wi-Fi was very slow and choppy. It would have been 5 stars if not for those issues.

Very bad and our electronics just vanished from on charge from our room. On our first arrival the lady behind the counter wasn’t welcoming and didn’t seem helpful at all. We were very early and were able to drop our luggage get changed and head towards the beach. Finally checked in at 4 then the air con didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and the safe didn’t work but luckily there was a change in staff and the new guy couldn’t of been more helpful. We had our car in valet parking and they needed at least 20 minutes to bring ur car to the front so u need to give them lots of notice. The day we left she brought the wrong car so we waited probably over 20 minutes to head out so our early start to beat the traffic didn’t happen. The worst thing that happens was all our electronics went missing! We have lost our video camera and cable, fit bit watches and cables. They were all plugged in on charge and we were asked why they weren’t in the safe? Didn’t realise we needed to lock all our things away. Devestated we have lost all our video footage and my son his watch we he worked hard and saved for, for this trip. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is a small, no frills hotel that is clean, affordable, and directly in the heart of Miami. From our room we were able to walk 10-20 minutes in every direction to get everything we needed. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Very nice atmosphere. Prompt housekeeping. Could some bistro tables outside.

I've been coming annually for at least 7 yrs… as a matter of fact, I am here now… lol first time, I tried a AirBnb… didnt go well. Lol From that first time, ive only stayed at the @SuitesOnSouthBeach. Listen, the square footage is 600+, the small amenities (complimentary champagne) are awesome, the location and the staff is welcoming and accommodating. I will always stay here verses the boutique or name brand hotels… Peace☀️My mother's Day wknd was so awesome, Thanks!

Suites on south beach is a GREAT HOTEL! The rooms have a home feeling to it. Refrigerator, microwave, balcony and more. The staff Alex, Rubin and Shakira were excellent in all aspects of customer service. I will definitely come back in the future.

The place is good. But the service is more or less. They don't have a toaster. And they charge you obligatorily USD20 per day for the Wi-Fi and a lot of things you don't get (like a welcome bottle of champagne, among others). I don't think he'll come back. It's very expensive for what it is.

The exterior is a bit lack luster, but once we were inside we were greeted by friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. All of this for a reasonable price in a great location.

Again and again when I'm in Miami South Beach! Clean, spacious rooms, extremely well located on the Collins. Multi-storey car park vis-à-vis. No breakfast, but every room has a kitchen.

Very nice hotel … awesome ppl.

The place was very conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, nothing outrageous but they did the job. The beds were comfortable & the Wi-Fi worked great (it's my pet peeve with hotels). Staff was friendly and directed us towards cool food/drinks spots. The best part about this hotel though has to be the location. It's two streets from the beach & a couple blocks off the nightlife.

For walking lovers is a great location, public parking garage just across the street. Clean, private and friendly staff. Remember you are in South Beach, you will not sleep the all nigth long.

BAD EXPERIENCE! It was the week of my birthday that I stayed! It was sooo frustrating my key wouldn’t even work. I got multiple keys and they still didn’t work. Finally getting intomy rooms hour later my door was sooohard to open! I basically had to kick my door in to get inSMH! Then while in there my TV wouldn’t even cut on! It was just ONE thing after another! Horrible experience I will never stay at this hotel again!

It's a good hotel but the price is no what it's but it's ok.

As we approached Suites On South Beach there was loud raucous dialogue. After we got over that incident, it turns out a female guest was in the process of removing an unwanted individual who made his way past the coded doorway and was knocking at their room. He apparently accompanied another female guest past the doorway. The bubbly upon arrival put a smile on our faces and the large room ensured that it remained for a while. However the baby roach we found and killed in the bathroom floor turned that smile upside down. If you intend to get a restful night, hope you have better luck than we did. From the noisy guests to the car alarm going off continuously, thank goodness it was only for one night. We got the best recommendation for a quick breakfast (FL Cafe) on our way out, so things weren't all that bad.

Staff cordial. Very clean. Right in the heart of it all. Won't be looking on expedia. I found my new south beach getaway.

This is such a wonderful hotel. Staff was very welcoming, nice, helpful, and more. The deluxe queen studio is like living a dream. I've only seen 5 star hotels as clean as this 1. It looks like they have multiple locations but he 1330 address is sooo convenient to everything. The only reason I didnt rate at 5 stars is because theres no view at all, even from the patio so you literally have to go all the way out to the street to see anything. Just a small hickup in an overall wonderful place.

Excellent location and service. Very near to the beach access. We chose the hotel for its closeness to public parking since we had seen bad parking experience. We found easy parking and also lots of restaurants and clubs around.

Look, I am all about fun. I love going out & having a good time with friends and such. BUT in the case of people screaming and shouting from midnight to 6am with no punishments is just completely unacceptable. The crowd at this hotel is RUDE and TRASHY. Me and my girlfriend slept for 2 hours each night we stayed there from the constant noise from rude neighbors that were prancing around the hotel in the wee hours of the night. And as in noise, I mean full out screaming, shouting, and discussing disturbing things (we heard everything cause they were screaming. ) We called the front desk, and nothing was done each time and at one point after a couple days of being there the man at the front desk actually said to relocate to a different room because we were near the entrance and that it was people coming home from the club… GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Great location surrounded by everything. The room is very spacious, rate was very reasonable! Only Con is how late the check in is, but then again that's the norm for most hotels nowadays.

Wasn't very impressed with exterior but the interior is better. Everything else is ok.

Good location, good staff, but takes a long time for the car to come back from the valet.

It's an excellent location, the room has kitchen furniture also all things that you will need in your trip. I recommend.

My Boyfriend and I stayed at Suites on South Beach Miami May of 2015. It started a little stressful as parking in Miami is a task! The gentleman who owns the business next door came out screaming at me as my BF went to check in because our car was too close to his establishment. It upset me very much, but Kevin, the young Front Desk worker never broke his hospitable role. He was kind and friendly although I know I was very upset upon our meeting. He even offered an idea for a local, original night club for us to go, Mangos which happened to be one of our favorite parts of Miami. After telling us about the club, Kevin gave us free door passes. From there on out, everyone was friendly. The room was very nice although I can say the city is very noisy and you can very much here it in the rooms, but honestly, you might have to expect that in Miami right? Our last night in Miami, all of our personal possessions were stollen right out from under us on Miami Beach. We were left with ZERO money and had to close all of our debit cards immediately. Gregory who works nights at the desk called the manager and helped us call the police and get info on how to get to the airport, etc with not a cent on us. I really appreciate Gregory's and the Manager's concern for us in such a troubling time! The next day Kevin helped us with everything we needed from printing boarding passes to offering a late check out if it would help.
