RUN HAUL A$$ PASS THIS PLACE! Saw a roach first 10 minutes here. Cabinets are broken, there's a hole in one of the bedroom doors. THERE'S ROACHES HERE MAN! ROACHES! I can't even get comfortable thinking about all the damn ROACHES dancing all over my things. I'm so disgusted. Plus a $450 deposit for this filthy ass place.
Horrible apartment, the ONLY reason I gave it 1 star was because it's a 10 minute walk to south beach. I would never stay here again EVER. Our first night here we found a roach in the apartment, the door has a huge punch hole in it. The ice tray in the fridge has black mold on it. The shower rode was rusted and we found 2 more roaches in the shower plus 1 on the bathroom floor. They only give you 3 towels no wash clothes. It's 1 TV in the apartment and a radio with no cords. There is no washer and dryer in the apartment they are in the parking garage OUTSIDE. On top of EVERYTHING there is no direct contact to the apartment, if you call you'll get a at home representative that knows NOTHING about the apartment. We were told we can check in at 1, once we arrived we had to wait in the rain for a hour for the owner to come cause he was unaware of the time we were told. Good luck is all I can say!
