All very good especially the staff who attend in the breakfasts very good people and the cleaning very friendly all very nice.

I just want to thank the staff of the Holiday Inn Miami Beach Oceanfront! From an early check in, to a penthouse suite upgrade, to the concierges, everyone was friendly & helpful & made my 1 night getaway so memorable!

Great stay great hotel masiel needs a raise she was very helpful and the only one who seemed she cared when I needed help with something.

A nice enough, if not slightly dated hotel.

The first day I had to complain about our dirty room eye contact was left in the bathroom, so much dust under the sink with so much stain because the water was leakingthe curtains was dirty and sheets had some stains the lady told us they didn't had no housekeeping on staff and told that this was unacceptable and left then a nice young guy ran to us saying they would find someone to take care of it ps I have photos! Next day I find a bed bug on the sheets that I have record it and took pictures I went down stairs again the same lady I told her that I wanna speak to a manager and showed her the video and asked to be removed to another room but we he have reservations and will come back later since the manager never came to speak with mewhen we came back the manager came he told us we have 15 min to leave the premises because and will call the cops if we don't leave because of room damage because and will cost 500$ because self Tanner and make up was on the sheets and pillows and cannot be cleaned and it and used again etc etc which self Tanner and make up are washable!

Run fast this place is nasty! ’We Checked in and checked right back out. The toilet was like a gas toilet you had to use your foot to flush it. The hallways were dirty with food all over the floor. Another couple was there and leaving as well stated they seen roaches. It was horrible. Very outdated to be paying $1400 for 3 nights. More like a $50 room. I expected much more from a holiday inn.

The location is perfect. The hotel it self, a little outdated but ok for the price. Customer service NEEDS A LOT OF WORK! of course because of covid they don't do daily cleanings, thats fine, but when you request a towel change, trash removal, or extra coffee… ya thats not happening. They need work in this department for sure!

I WAS STOLEN WITHIN THE ROOM OF THIS HOTEL I stayed at this hotel and they didn't clean the room because they were very busy and the number of guests was very large, and on the third day I went to the reception to request the cleaning service. Before leaving I organized all my clothes in my suitcase and left a single clothes hanging on the chair (a FENDI brand jacket). Cleaning was scheduled at 2:00 pm when I returned to the room around 5:00 pm the room was clean and my jacket was not on the chair. I quickly went to the hotel reception and informed the manager, who called the person in charge of the room service to check if it was in the laundry room because She could have taken it without realizing it with the towels. The staff said no and the manager simply ignored it. Very insistently she went to the room to check and confirm that the jacket was not there. She said she would leave a message for the general manager and that the next day she would be in touch. The other day no one got in touch, I went to the reception to check and she simply told me that they didn't find it and ended up not caring about giving any kind of assistance. So I told her I wouldn't call the police to report and sue the hotel because I really don't want to have this wear and tear. But I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and concern on the part of this hotel!

This Hotel did NOT meet the standards of COVID-19 cleanliness and safety regulations. There was a cockroach on the floor dead from before we got there, and it stayed there the entire time we were there. Not one person from the hotel staff picked it up. Not one person cleaned out room, offered for more towels, or checked up on us. When we asked for another key because ours didn't work correctly, it’s as if we were an inconvenience to them. The hotel staff was rude and unacceptable, the hotel front desk “supervisor” was the most rude, irrational human being I've ever met. She never smiled once, when we checked in she said she could find our reservation because my card was declined and when I asked if she could try and run my card again, she rolled her eyes and acted as if I was stupid. It took 30+ minutes to check in and was horrible. Also, online it was a “breakfast included hotel” we got there and there were menus to order breakfast. There were no cleaners anywhere in our hotel room for precautionary measures. There were no sanitation wipes or anything The shampoo bottles and conditioners weren’t replaced and our room stayed dirty. We are in the middle of a pandemic, yes we travelled but there should be cleanly standards to be met that have failed to be. I was charged with 3 EXTRA charges of at least 125$ and was completely unsatisfied, mortified and just angry every time I stepped foot into our hotel.

Do not stay here! Worst customer service EVER. We canceled our reservation back in March due to COVID and have still not received our refund. I have contacted the hotel on numerous different occasions. Every time I speak with someone, they tell me a different excuse and that our refund has been processed. Almost six months later NOTHING, no credit and they still have our money. Corporate has been NO help. Stay somewhere else. This place is a scam!

Stayed there this past weekend and it was AMAZING! Katrine and Brandon are on point with their customer service! Rooms/hotel were very clean, cozy lounge, all amenities were easy access and very well maintained! Valet timing was awesome! Always called for my car when I left the room and by the time I got down, my car was waiting! I can go on and on about how awesome my stay was! Nothing bad to say at all! Looking forward to staying there again! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING MY STAY A ONE TO REMEMBER!

Amenities on partner site is miss leading. We looked for breakfast to be included in our rate only to be told when we checked in that it was not. The hotel is clean but could use some updating on upper floors. The customer service was great. Friendly and informative front desk staff, although no adjustments offered for site misrepresentation.

Wonderful 2 night stay! Got to check out late because I'm a IHG member. Ate dinner once and breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant it was good. Breakfast buffet. Good pool. Beds were really comfy. I will stay again for sure. Glad I didn't stay right in South Beach. It was a nightmare!

Overall good experience. Beach access was wonderful. Views from ocean side rooms amazing. AC wasn't the best in the rooms and breakfast brunch was good but pricey. Staff was helpful. Gift shop had beach items we needed.

I made a 1 night reservation to go with wife and 2 kids to a family event and head back to Orlando the next day and we had the most horrible experience. We have stayed at many hotels, including many Holiday Inns, and this is the very 1st time we have experienced so much stress on a hotel stay. I was excited when we were allowed to check in at noon, but the excitement didn't last long. The room's temperature was 75 degrees, but I decided to set the thermostat lower and go to lunch. We returned 2 hrs. Later and the temperature was 76 degrees. Called room service and an engineer was sent who confirmed there was a problem. Front desk calls to let me know we will be assigned another room and to wait about 20-30 minutes and they will call my room again to let me know when ready. After 1 hr of waiting in a hot-uncomfortable room and the kids getting cranky, I decided we are all going to the lobby and wait there. So, I go to the front clerk to let her know I won't be waiting in the room and guess what… the new room was ready and nobody called to let us know. Go to the new room and the TV remote control does not work, and it probably just needs new batteries, but I didn't even mention this until checking out, so the future guest don't have to go through this. I also had to remind the clerk that our room was reserved with "breakfast included" and was only given 2 "breakfast cards". When I questioned, the clerk said that "no matter how many ppl are in the room, they only give 2 cards".

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. Each time I come to Miami I always stay here. The staff here treats you like family and that is something I will never forget. I want to recognize Lourdes for making sure my reservation is ready to go, thank you for the wonderful upgrade! Andres at the front desk for always being positive. Kaira at the Paradise Cafe for treating me like one of her children and to Rudy, night MOD, for handling situations quickly and effectively. I always recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will be back.

Had a great time at this hotel. The gift shop had lots of great items at reasonable prices. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonable as well. The breakfast was exceptional! the pool was beautiful. Location was amazing (just steps away from the beach). The beds were very comfortable.

A great place to stay. When you visit Miami Beach, you will likely only stay in the room to recharge your batteries (figuratively and literally). The room was upgraded to an ocean view, but had no balcony access. It wasn't the largest room I had been in, but it had quite a large TV, perfect for winding down. Bathroom was a bit small, but water temperature and pressure were excellent. For the price, I doubt any of the local competitors can beat it. Good pool with access to a bar and direct beach access. 1. Price: Good 2. Restaurant: Good 3. Bar: Okay 4. Staff: Excellent 5. Room: Good.

Old, squeaky elevator. Neglected rooms and poor attention on the part of the hotel workers.

Good hotel and calm location. Room is clean. Beach access. Swimming pool and bar by the swimming pool are awesome. Staff is friendly. Chairs and umbrella by the pool is free. Chairs ($10/ea) and umbrella ($15/ea) by the beach is for rent. Breakfast is standard. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

While not top of the notch, but it's clean, has private access to the beach. Staff is responsible. I would give it 3 stars although they branded as 4. Overall is good.

Excellent location, beachfront. The lobby is of great size, with bar and restaurant in front of the pool.
The rooms are of good size, with the classic equipment. Minibar, microwave and safe.
The pool is in front of the sea pass and is small, most people cross the hotel pool on the side because it is heated.
The beach is excellent with fine white sand and the sea is quiet.

Great option on the beach with private pool. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Checked bags in early with Steve at the concierge desk. Steve, from New York, gave us tickets and watched our bags while we enjoyed the pool and beach until our room was ready. Couple blocks north of The Primo Cafe “great tasting and priced food”. Highly recommend for families. Please take care of Steve and his crew and enjoy some excellent food at a short walk down the street. Will stay there again.

I was in that hotel 2 weeks ago and it is very nice, clean and the attention is excellent. Something I liked is that in addition to having pool you have access to the beach directly.

Very well located, something poorly maintained. Although the room is for 4 give breakfast only for 2, you must pay aside. We don't have a garage and the parking is very expensive in that area. The swimming pool is not heated.

Great place to stay. Really like the boardwalk, beach, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, bar inside, paradise cafe and gift shop. Its really nice that they have a laundry room too. There so helpful with disabled people, which us a really nice change. All staff really nice, helpful and friendly. Having the door man really great, there very helpful. You can even borrow a wheel chair if you have to. The disabled rooms are really nice. This place is like paradise. I am staying here 45 days and I do happy to be here. I am in paradise. Everyday been nice and hot.

Good attention of the hotel. Just a procession of young people passing Argentina, empaño the stay cries in the night, banging of doors to the rooms of other passengers at 3 in the morning. Lacking control.

We had shortage of clothes from the suitcases, and we didn't have any reply from the two managers with whom we speak … Reason for which we feel very pained. The people of the valet parking, David, boot and people in the dining room are excellent. The hotel is comfortable and the location very good.

First of all, the rooms are beautiful. The beds were cushion top very very very comfortable. Usually we stayed hotels and I have a miserable night sleep. This is fantastic! We had a room that overlooks the ocean and it just felt like a vacation even though it was a business trip. The staff is very very good they remembered us from a previous trip and they have valet parking and they bring the car in advance if you call them which is very helpful.

I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel. Rooms were clean and good views of the ocean from the room. The boardwalk was excellent and the beaches directly behind the hotel were clean and free of rocks. Beaches slightly South were rocky making walking uneasy.

It costs everything extra. Not even a fridge is in the room. But for the payment of $10 a day you get one. Hotel was not nice. Parking is extremely expensive here and it is only possible with valet parking if you want to use the car park for a long time. Was very annoying. The location, however, is very nice, right by the sea. Pool is also very nice. Miami overall has become very expensive. There are nicer countries. No need. Rip off.

The hotel was okay. It's located near the beach, which it's very convenient especially when you have children. The food at the hotel is okay, but pricey to not have that much of a variety. Gratuity is added no matter if it's 1 person or 20 people so take that into consideration. Local transportation was easy to find.

The experience at this establishment was excellent, excellent all around, particularly for me it was very important to have no drawbacks of any kind and so it was, I got reacquainted with my three children and we share a perfect holiday.

Great place to layover for an early MIA AM flight. They gave me the Spire upgrade which is nice. The property is well maintained. They are right on the boardwalk and beach. Hanging out late night by the pool with cocktails is a great relaxing place to hang. The staff and valet folks were great. There is a Starbucks within easy walking distance.

Its one of the coldest nights of the year at 43 (reported to feel like 33). The heater didn't work. They promised a portable heater that never came. We slept without a heater.

Holiday Inn located on A1A is a nice hotel with good ambiance, access to beach, pool and fitness centre. It is next to Fontainebleau which is beautiful hotel with great night life around. The hotel staff allowed us to check in 2 hours early and the stay was good. There is also a parking garage located across the street as well as Valet parking available which was 38 bucks for a day.

Excellent location! Clean! Friendly staff! Restaurant food tastes great and is high but reasonably priced for location. Save your money and choose this over the local boutique hotels. You’ve got quality and reasonable cost here!

Great breakfast, but dear. Hotel chain, not bad room, clean, equipped with TV, safe, air conditioner and coffee machine. A little less good the bathroom. The sea view has a beautiful panorama. Swimming pool with self service machines and bar. Too bad it's a bit far from ocean Dr. Which is still easily reachable by bus or taxi.

Excellent hotel, somewhat far from the heart of Southbeach, but there is good transport and it's free.

Checking in to this hotel was extremely pleasant. Super engaging staff with excitement for their customers vacation. Cherry, front desk representative, really made me feel like this is my home for the next four days. From offering me a free drink for being an IHG member, providing a complimentary bottle of water, to even lending me a couple small bottles of toothpaste! What a great start to my time in Miami!

Good value for money for this hotel. Deserves to be a little refreshed but it is well located close to the beach with a swimming pool and a small outdoor restaurant.

Everything was perfect, a not insignificant detail the subject of air conditioning to — 30 degrees celsius all the time, you had to enter with a jacket to the lobby (I do not suffer the cold but felt much) poor those who work there.

Do not comply with the contracts under any base … they Seem to lawyers of the devil is not a hospitality company that seeks to highlight the opinions of their guests. Where possible I will give all my contacts and most of the worst of the reviews of this hotel, unlike my first few days in the Suite of the New Point Miami Beach Apartments.

Excellent location in the midle Miami Beach, Breakfast very complete, multi-lingual Reception, cleaning the rooms. And view from the room to the beach espectácular.

I can't recommend this hotel, who is looking for something for just one or two nights can't lose much here, but if you want to stay longer: Finger way!
The rooms are not modern, the plaster crumbles on the wall and the air conditioning is mouldy. Our room was very clairvoyant, water pipes make extremely noise.
The staff speaks mostly Spanish instead of English, I know really friendly in Miami differently.
The Valet Parking Service costs a slopping 36 dollars.

The hotel is good, the rooms are furnished, but the beds are super comfortable.

This place has seen better decades. Out of service elevators and generally tired decor. Not worth the price we paid.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. I asked for a sunrise view and got one. The batteries in my smoke alarm died, maintenance replaced them right away. If I ever go back to Miami, that's the first hotel I'm calling.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach. It would've been nice if there was access to a fridge and microwave. Thought the room would've been a little more up to date. A free breakfast should come with all rooms and you should not have to pay for a beach chair and umbrella.

Provide it as 4 stars. Very nice the lobby, the rooms are of terror, having paid for the most expensive one that was supposed to be the prettiest. Except the view and location, the rest just a scam.

I was hosted in this beautiful hotel, the truth was known to all the staff, especially to David for a receptionist to burn helped and guided me, since I was alone with my daughters they made me feel very safe. I will come back next year. To and another person to highlight is Martin, cared for at all times when we were in the pool, a great friend… I am the mama of Fiorellaa…

Concierge was helpful and quick on their feet. Laundry option on 4th floor, gorgeous ocean view, and friendly staff. The room had a slight clog so when you shower it's slow to drain. They should get that fixed. Parking is expensive. Room was clean when we entered. There was no refrigerator or microwave inside our room.

I was not impressed at all. Most hotels at least offer a microwave oven or a small refrigerator where I'm from. Ocean view out of a window. Smoking was only allowed outside which was fine, but when it was raining and I was close to the door I was rudely asked to move. For the price if you don't want your smokers near and entrance please make an area that can be accessed during rain. Overall minor details. The staff were friendly.

Good location. Power was surging really bad while we were there though. Went on and off about 3 or 4 times. 2 of the times we were eating at the hotel. Also need to get your staff on par with one another. We stayed 3 nights. First night we got some type of Rum Punch with our drink cards. The next night we got told at one bar they wouldn't do it, and the bar outside after leaving inside, did. Kind of annoying but, such is life.

I was in this hotel for the first time. I don't think the numbers are cheap, but the view from the window to the ocean is worth the money.

Great hotel. Clean, staff, breakfast. Only flaws that their sixth floor oceanfront… It's actually only a quarter and you don't see the ocean because of the palms. For the rest super recommended!

This hotel was so so. The views were amazing. The service was great. The room was clean but dated. The parking situation is bad. The only option is valet which is very pricey. However no matter where you stay the parking situation will be the same (valet only) …

Price was amazing, service was top notch, location was dreamy and I was treated like they wanted me to stay. Trust me — I would have. Only complaint was the parking fee.

Everything her was great. I had a free night thrift there rewards program. It's not stuffy or pretentious like some places feel. The bartenders at the pool bar were good. The pool and beach were awesome.

Ok — this one is hard because we love it here just wish the hotel offered more of what we are used to having in a room so here it goes: Needs to have a microwave and a refrigerator. Needs to also have complimentary coffee in the morning or continental breakfast. Needs to have weights in the fitness room. The treadmills are very nice! Parking is $36 a night so plan that in your total bill. The room was very nice and the hotel is awesome! The gift shop in the lobby came in handy a couple of times. It was extremely nice to be right on the beach and right on the boardwalk. The walk was about 2 miles from the good shopping areas (South Beach) so it is a bit of a hike but we loved it!

Guest room was very small. The front desk was passable as far as friendliness is concerned. The hotel is obviously old but we'll taken care of. We paid $234/nt plus tax with 1 breakfast included. I don't feel we got our money's worth compared to hotel rooms without breakfast included.

I was originally put on the 5th floor which has an exciting view if the roof of the lobby building. The lobby itself was huge and immaculate. But after stepping off of the elevator I felt like I had just stepped into the 80's. The room was super small the ceiling was low and the mattress were really hard and uneven. When we first checked in we had an issue that mostly wasn't the hotels fault so I won't go into it. But the next day this really pleasant woman expressed her apologies for the mix up. I asked to have another night and she said she would try and book the same room for convince. I said I was in 516 and she laughed and said she would get me another room and some free drinks at the bar. The 10th floor must have been renovated because it was very nice. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. They made it right in my eyes. Oh and of course, the breakfast. Standard but paid. $12 for all you can eat cold $17 for hot food.

I enjoyed the pool the beach the hot tub the room everything was great even the security guard was cool with the naked girls in the pool at 4am. But the breakfast buffet was $18.60 and the quality didnt seem worth it really. So negetive one star for that.

Have been to other Holiday Inn resorts, like in Pensacola and Panama city beach. Was hugely disappointed by this one. The rooms are small, the bed is even smaller. No fridge or microwave oven in the room. In fact there's no common Microwave at the hotel. The kitchen staff asked us to use the Microwave in the common lobby of the Four Points hotel next door. Also was told that the room has two double size beds, but after checking in found out it was actually single size beds. Compared to other Holiday Inn resorts this one is pathetic. Paid $770 for two nights for a room without a balcony or ocean view or even breakfast. The hotel/room no way justifies the price. Feel disappointed, specially looking at the other options available nearby. Also it can at most be three stars, no way near four stars. Hugely disappointed, didn't expect this from Holiday Inn.

We stayed here after getting off a cruise. We stayed in room 1102 on the PH level. The room was a little hard to find because you have to walk down a long hall That only had doors that go out to the roof. It rained that night and water leaked into the room through the floor. Made a 10 foot sopping wet spot. After investigating found mold growing on the table legs and on the carpet. Table legs were rotten. It was obvious this happened before. Informed the desk clerk and they acted indifferent like they had heard it before. Can hear everything in the hall and in the room next to us. Did appreciate the early check in and everybody was friendly. We're also offered late check out.

Terrible hotel. 84 degrees in my room and the AC doesn't work. The service is atrocious. I stay at a proximately 50 to 70 ihg hotels per year and I can say with out a doubt this is a retro, dirty, poorly maintained crap hole. Any 5 star review is clearly from someone who has little experience in the hotel industry. If you think this is a good way to spend your money or points think again.

An absolute old run-down old Holiday Inn, the rooms are totally abgeranzt and spent, the Parking cost per/day for$ 27, the you have to take in purchase as there is no Parking except for a Parking garage opposite for $37
