The FBH was a great experience! The front desk morning staff was so friendly and accommodating. Jonathan and Ernest five stars The room was spacious. The terrace was clean and gorgeous! and they provide beach towels. There were 3 of us Breakfast was not so great it’s not buffet style, we did enjoy it.

It you can never stay at this hotel. This is the most unprofessional place ever. The staff is very rude. The rooms are small. It’s stated it was a roof top pool which was untrue as well. If you check in the hotel and it’s after 6 pm you are out of luck if they don’t have towels in your room. You can’t get towels after 6pm. This was the worst place ever. It will definitely be the first and last time at this hotel.

This place is horrible. They scam you out your money and they have bed bugs. They changed my room for bedbugs and then charged me for the room upgrade and forwarded falsified receipts to my credit card company to cover it up. The staff is horrible & unprofessional. It stinks. It’s a motel and it’s flying creatures every where. They don’t change the bed linen daily. I was given a credit for the inconvenience & then recharged again & they lied to my credit card company and said it was a mistake. DONT STAY HERE! They need to be reported to Florida License and Inspection & BBB to be shut down!

The place is located at a strategic point. The highlight of the hotel above all things is its staff. The warmth and professionalism of both the receptionist and the maintenance people is impeccable. Highly recommended the hotel.

The breakfast is better as well as the character of the SE; Ora that it attends it which couples to be angry all the time, the service of the habitation is good even if they stop not having enough towels.

Great location in Miami Beach. Just a step away from Ocean Drive and the beach. Rooms a little small but clean and awkward stairs to climb to the floors but all in all cozy and decent ambience.

I'm giving a two star review only because it wasn't the worst place that I've ever stayed in Miami. My friends and I shared a room here after being "upgraded" by Expedia and thankfully we only booked one night. About the actual room itself: My main issue was with the bathroom and how cheap and run down everything looked. The stand that the sink was on was made of cheap particle board and the outer finishing had been ripped off in some places. There was a shoe print on the wall for some reason and some of the hinges on the door were blatantly hanging off. A few of our towels also had some sketchy looking stains on them. About the staff: The guy who originally checked us in was nice and helpful and I wished that I had gotten his name. The guy who was working the next morning was not as great. We were going to the beach and the hotel offered a set of beach towels with the reservation. On our way to the front desk we noticed that there was a very simple breakfast of plain bagels, toast, and cereal being served so we each grabbed a croissant. The breakfast apparently wasn't free and the guy at the front desk was very condescending about how we "needed to ask if we could eat breakfast". He essentially treated us like children and it was not appreciated. We also asked to get some more regular towels for our room after we came back from the beach because apparently they don't have any house keeping in the mornings.

I will never stay here again! The person at the front desk at night could have cared less about anything. The floor in our room was coming up and sinking at such an angle that you felt like you were sleeping head down on a hill. Nearly every towel we got was stained in some way. The room was swollen with furniture, with barely enough space to get to the bathroom. Speaking of bathroom; the of the sink area were rusted and the shower handles were corroded and nasty. The bathtub/shower had rust and other things growing. The beds are only provided with a thin silk-like cover over your sheets, until you look and find a thin blanket in one of the drawers, however the blanket provided is stained with what looks like cum stains. The experience at this hotel is one of the worst in my many travel. Never Again.

I am very displeased with my stay so far. First I have to give them a 100 deposit. My stay was paid for through a travel agent. Then there's no ice machine. There's no mirowave and there are homeless people surrounding the outside. Money down the drain. If I had another place to stay until Tuesday I would. Never again. There was no place for zero stars.

It's been a lot of years and Sabuerkeit is a foreign word. It is very central, but the lack of cleanliness in the rooms cannot be a comfort.

Well located, near inexpensive, simple hotel. Rooms are good, plumbing is not the hammer, but clean. Good value breakfast.

Good price and nice place. The bad breakfast is like a hostel all over and very small the place does not fit more than 5 people at a time.

The staff was amazing at this hotel, they were always there to help and even if they didn't know an answer they were more then willing to find out for you. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Great location, about a 5 min walk to the beach and tons of shopping and dinning options.

Nice Hotel for one night of transit, not far from the beach.

FIRST: Please note that that the first picture you see when reviewing the Fashion Boutique Hotel is the tall red and blue building. This is NOT the Fashion Boutique Hotel. That building is on 5th and Washington. Very misleading. Clean but very small rooms. Only allowed 2 hangers to hang your clothes. Staff was very nice. For the price, not sure I'd stay there again.

Not very clean and little cared for. Very soft beds We had: (High price, but this is not unusual in Miami.

Our stay was great and front desk employers are very welcoming with big smiles and helpful with all information with parking lots that aren’t too expensive. They do have valet parking cost $35 in and out parking. Front desk guys Harry was really nice to us when we checked in late at night. And also another two guys don’t recall their names. Thank you guys and keep the great service up. Will consider this place in our visit again to Miami Friendly Staff.

From my point of view it is very good to receive you with smiles and a great welcome because that makes you feel at home, but not to the point that the lady housekeeping is sitting in my bed making FaceTime and screaming aloud. 4 stars because I think it's something that can be improved.

Not clean and uncomfortable — we didn't really feel comfortable. It wasn't cleaned and no new toilet paper was brought — had to use cosmetic towels on the last day. T-D
We had two beds (I think Queensize — one totally soft and pleasant and the other too hard).
Our "view" was on a neighboring house — 1 meter next to it.
There is cheap breakfast ($6) in a mini tea kitchen to take yourself (toast, bagels, croissants, butter, cream cheese, cerials, tea, coffee, jam, yogurt).

First they gave me a great welcome, everything great until the person who made me leave the door open, please be more careful and who supervises do their job.

Very inexpensive hotel. Alex went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and ate good food. The rooms are small but it's fine because we weren't in the room all day. Clean and quiet.

Freaking loved the rooms here. Very stylish and clean. The people working there are amazing, most definitely will return for a longer stay.

Hotel is weird. The ice machine is on the outside of the premises. The front desk staff was sometimes nice, other times they didn't even acknowledge you. There is a patio on the second floor which is nice to hang out on and the key is a waterproof wristband, which is cool. Housekeeping did an OK job of cleaning the room. We received fresh towels but his didn't sweep/mop so there was always sand from when we went to the beach. The complementary breakfast was meh. Just cereal, bagels and coffee. There were no chocolate croissants that I saw on their website. Idk if I would stay here again.

Best experience everrrr!. The customer service was amazing. Rooms were small but comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Just two blocks from the beach. The cleaning lady was very friendly. I really loved this hotel. I would totally come back to Fashion Boutique Hotel.

The room was never fully cleaned EVER. They would come in and make the bed and give new towels but never fully clean the room or the bathroom. The maid "area" was right next to the door and the doors are not thick. You can hear the whole conversation and it would wake me up at 7 regardless of what time I went to sleep. Just laughing and joking loudly (I mean I want them to have fun at work but really! ). It's kind of towards the end of the beach so it's a little bit more quiet area but with tons of homeless people or drug dealers. We'd wall out the door and be offered drugs. We went to the store next door and he'd lock it when the bums would start rolling up. One guy cracked his head on the sidewalk and was still trying to grab liquor. I mean I could go on and on. I would only go if you really had no amazing expectations lol.

Very clean hotel. Walking distance from fun and restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. Only problem is small rooms and no elevator. Hotel has 2 floors. Love the balcony!

We got there the room was small it looked bigger in the images that were show. Night staff I just felt like I bugged her when I would ask for something. Me and 3 of my other friends got bit by bed bugs. The room was dirty it looked like the bed sheets were not washed like if they just fixed the bed before we got there.

It was cool. But the customer service wasn't really all that good. Seemed to me like the only way you get top of the class service was if you were Hispanic.

Centrally located, modern, spectacular beds, but no elevator (although you only have to climb a plant maximum)

Parking situation is the absolute worst. Was told I had to wait for the valet to get there and it could take 20-30 minutes… the walls were dirty. I killed a brown flying bug in the bathroom. Showers didn't look very clean. It was like someone decided to buy some property and make it into a hotel for a hobby.

Great location, black mold in the bathroom. Staff was good for Miami. Parking is $30 a day and takes 30 minutes to get the car (typical for Miami). Not bad for the price, but not like the pictures at all. They certainly used a wide angle lens.

The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin, you hear when someone walks passed your room. The staff wasnt very pleasant the only employees that were nice was a women in her mid 30s that was pregnant at the time and a young man that worked the night shift, the rest were impatient and rude. We slept with sheets and were freezing. After the first night I called the front desk asking if they have blankets and they later told us "Did you check the dresser drawers" like we were supposed to know that we had to search for blankets! I do not recommend staying here at all was not a good experience.

My experience at this hotel was phenomenal. Everything was great, I was very skeptical about the place because of all the negative reviews but I must say the front desk night/morning staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned, cleaned towels I can go on and on. You guys rock I will deff stay with you guys again hopefully I get the same room. Thumbs up.

Room was ok for price, bit shoddy but ok. No valet present for parking. Check in was poor, person working desk did not speak English well. Housekeeping made noise from the moment they arrived in morning and were incapable of working without constant talking … thus keeping awake… so much for a relaxing sleep in.

This was my second stay at Fashionhaus. The first time was the first weekend they opened years ago and my stay was fine, which is why I booked here a second time. This time was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Ever. We check in at 11:30 p. M. We put our bags in the room and left right back out to go eat. We came back in around 3 am. We went straight to sleep. At 6 am, a friend in another room called me and started screaming saying it was roaches everywhere. She wanted to switch rooms so I told her I would walk with her to front desk. When I got downstairs and looked in the mirror, my forehead was covered in bed bug bites. I looked at my arms and there were bites there as well. We immediately packed our things and went downstairs to get a refund. The girl at the front desk didn't know anything. When the new shift came in, the front desk attendant gave us the run around telling us that the manager was out of the country and that the manager was the only person who could do things at the hotel. How do you not have a staff member on site at all times with managerial authorization? When I explained what we had saw and the clear bites on my body, she placed the burden on us to show her bed bugs in the room as if the bites on my forehead were not enough. When they went to inspect the room, they found a nest on the box spring. She immediately gave me a refund.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Upon entering the hotel the hotel smells of mildew. We were occupying room 111. The bathroom shower head was missing, the water ran out of the pipe as if you were taking a shower with a water hose… There were several uninvited guests staying with us called roaches… who ever heard of the manger was on vacation at the time of our complaint and there was no second in charge there… Where do they do that. It should always be a second in command to accomadate you. We also left the vent on in the bathroom overnight and you wouldn't believe the smell we had to endure. We stayed there May28 thru May 31st. I will never ever book there again… Oh I forgot to add that the TV didn't work well with the TV router. Room service had to place the wire in front of the TV… Great view…

Good location. The rooms fairly newly decorated. We did have some problems though, in the first room the Wi-Fi didn't work, we switched to a new room where there was a strange sound like a yawning cat coming from the ventilation. The third room we switched to was good. Ok hotel with good location, and fairly good price.

Fashionhaus has a superb location. Very close to Ocean Drive and the beaches. Lots of entertainment nearby. Staff friendly and in a good mood. Rooms ok but a little small for 2 double beds. Quite clean. Only one disadvantage. Noisy rooms. Next to us was a family with 2 small kids. Not their fault of course but we were woken up quite early. Valet parking on the day of departure was ok. 15 minutes which is fair. No breakfast served but immediately next to Fashionhaus you can have a decent though small breakfast. But lots of breakfast possibilities with in 5 minutes walking.

A hotel very fashion, as its name suggests :) Excellent treatment by employees. Conveniently located in Miami Beach. I'll be back someday, no doubt, and 100% recommend it. Best regards.

Fashionhaus: We stayed here for 1 week. A little language difficulties because no member of the staff speaks proper english but we overcame that. Location is perfect. Little noisy at night, bring earplugs. Clean modern rooms.

The pics on the wall are not appealing either.

It is the worst hotel to ever visit first of all the hotel staff dont know whats going on I was over charged 20. Oo and the vallet serice was a joke it took 30 mins for them to get your car and the worst thing ever happened! it was my bday me and my girls came down from sarasota to come back from the club and be locked out of our room, the hotel clerk couldnt open our door plus he couldnt reach the manager, we called the cops. They never reimbursed us for our lock out and a terrible experience ya the room looks nice but not worth the bullshit! never again, please dont stay at this hell whole.

I had the worst experience at Fashionhaus, I tried to check in with reservations that was made three weeks to a month in advance for them to tell me they did not have my reservations and took two hours to find us another hotel and to get to the other hotel to find out I was only set up for one night when I'm staying in Miami for three days. I would not recommend this hotel to no one.
