Absolutely worst and most disrespectful service I have ever received. I was spoken to and treated like a vagrant. Was accused of smoking in room, which I did not do, and room already had a smoke smell prior to my stay. I was then accused of breaking a lamp which never worked in the first place. I actually purchased light bulbs in hopes that it was only a blown bulb. The room was filthy upon arrival so much that I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean before I even felt comfortable enough to stay. It is unfortunate that the owner is so incompetent, rude and unprofessional since this place has so much potential. I would not recommend this place to NOBODY!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week. Our room was big. It had a seperate kitchen and bathroom. The room itself was big also. The TV was horrible. Wi-Fi was excellent but we got no linen change.

Its a cheap place to stay the night if needing a room while passing thru the area.

Was desperate to find a pet friendly hotel. This establishment was full at the time. Stayed at american value in winter haven (yes, always read the reviews, everyone of them are true or worse. ) This establishment after one night of sleeping here gets a five star rating.

Visited there with a friend. He was renting a room there for $230 a week. The room was large with a small kitchen sink but no cooking facilities other than a microwave. There was no flat screen TV and no satellite service but there was basic cable and HBO.

Awesome spot for fishing… FREE WI-FI ACCESS. Plus the Lake view is amazing.

Visited and stayed. Both times were amazing.

I was visiting my friend and I was impressed that it was like a apartment instead of a regular motel that just has a little refrigerator.

Bad place 2 be the manager is mean and wont think twice to throw u out and keep ur money.

Not clean at all, not safe either. Door handle was hanging off my mother in Laws room. Sheets were nasty to the point of my husband and I Sleeping on top of our clothing. Mold. Sick from the smell of cigarettes overwhelming. Over all should not even be in business.

My nephew and his family were staying there and got kicked out because he lost his job which is understandable because they couldn't pay. BUT to keep their things from them which includes their sons car seat, diapers and clothes from them is just TERRIBLE. These people are cold hearted and I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

A very tranquil place facing the Us 92 in Florida. Keep your eyes open as you are likely to miss it the first time you are going by. It lacks the usual frontage with bright sign boards. The motel it self is on one level between the lake and the highway. Very pleasant to walk along the highway which leads to shops and other mobile homes. Very good view of the airport across the highway from the entrance to the motel. Our cabin was on the lake front. It was like being in the countryside. The night was silent and peaceful. Good sleep. The cabin was roomy with kitchenette and small bathroom. Enough amenities for two people to cook and dine comfortably. Shower was a little on the small side. The people were friendly and very helpful. The motel needs refurbishing. It has been in present ownership for 20 months. The ownership would benefit greatly by upgrading the cabins and improving the frontage.

Country style setting rooms with views kitchenettes.

Dirty rooms, mold in shower, undefinable stains on carpets and pillows and sheets, unusable kitchenette. The kind of place that is rented by the hour. Stay Away.
