Location and friendly and traffic is not as busy. The Inn has everything you need. I love the pool and landscape.

It's not to comforting when the first thing you see is that the door has been kicked in.
The employees to lazy to clean up after breakfast so they roped off dining room for up coming event.

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed, and we stay all over the eastern region showing horses. You share a porch with the room next to you that woke us at midnight 130 230 and 400. They were drunk and arguing. The hallway smelled of marijuana and the manager had nothing really to say other than security must have missed it. Empty bottle of vodka by our back door. Do not stay here.

They are very family oriented. The management staff is awesome. They will work with you. They understand that life happens, just talk to them. But also they have a business to run. This place is awesome. I'm talking from experience. I have lived there a couple of times. And they have brought this place a long way. If you stay the staff will make you feel like family!

This quaint little place,. Is so cute inside,. The breakfast was good, a little salty… But the staff was so friendly… rooms were quite a "good" surprise! Very clean you can smell the bleach.

Rooms were clean. Pool was decent. Had issues with smoking in rooms down the hall which ultimately made its way to our room. All the rooms in our hall were no smoking. This consisted of not only cigarette smoke but also marijuana. My self and my children have respiratory issues and when brought up to the front desk, they did nothing about it. Will not be staying again unfortunately.

Staff was amazing. Sadly room had ants, and needs a good cleaning. Also had to wait a whole night for a new blanket because they were dirty when we got there, and they didnt have any others.

Remember that saying: you get what you pay for? Well here you will get what you pay for and a little bit less. If you don't mind sleeping with a lot of noise then this place is good for you. I ended leaving this place around 3am because I couldn't sleep.

It was kinda hard to find the entrance we had to go in the gas station next to it to enter. The room was decent but we did not find enough towels for the number that we booked it for. Breakfast was decent as well but tables were a bit small at most four people can sit.

It some what looks like the pictures. The kitchen and TV area are a little different but other then that it was very nice. Enjoyed the pool and the guest. The employee's were very kind and the place was overall clean. The two beds we had one could be replaced its been a little worn and the room doesnt get as cold as we would have liked but it was still nice. Loved it overall. And it was great to have a full size fridge and microwave and toaster oven for cooking if needed. The room did smell of smoking when you first walked in but then went a way and we were in a non smoking room, since we don't smoke due to our kids asthma and ours. Other then the few things this place and its staff was awesome. Would stay again. Had a real home like feeling. Thank you to all of the staff there for making me feel as comfortable as possible while we were there for the week. Anyone reading this if you book here and then drive to it and see what we seen which looked like not such a good neighborhood don't judge it by that it really is a nice place and nice people.

We got there on June 6th and was disgusted with the site of the room. The microwave was filthy and the coffee pot was stained real bad. The floor was chipped. There were 3 of us in the room and had to call for more towels, he brought 1 towel and looked in the room looking for more people. We decided to find another motel, we did not feel safe. Would not recommend this place to my enemy.

1 star because I have to to review. Absolute false advertising. I have no idea how the ratings are so high here. The lamp shades in my room are busted, there are patches all over the walls and ceiling from obvious large holes. And to my dismay when I entered through the "patio door" there's a bag of trash and the can for cigarettes has chicken bones in it. I know it's a cheap hotel, but there should still be standards. This is not ok.

For the price, this is a decent place to stay. If you are looking for anything posh, not the place. But it is clean enough for the price. I especially liked that the room had a door that led onto a small patio that opened onto a courtyard grassy area and swimming pool. I would stay again.

Wow, where do I start? The room was stinky. I'm assuming it was because of the nasty carpet. There were little roaches inside and big roaches outside. The towels were dirty and I came home and notice a rash on one of my thighs. It turned out to be ringworm. This is basically an efficiency. If you're coming to be in an inexpensive motel/hotel but still care for cleanliness, you should keep looking.

We arrive after the check in time but I called and the person told me they would hold the room for 24 hrs but they took 73.81 out from my acct after the time. Then the room had confetti on the floor. Roaches. We cleaned when we first arrived. The made us give 25.00 extra dollars for early check in. There was party animals next door who’d be singing at all times of night. Someone peed on the ground in front of the apartment motel door and it stank up The place. On another note, the staff was very kind.

The front desk staff was great. The room, well I don't know WHAT exactly went on there before our stay, but I'll just say there was leftover glitter and fake flower petals in the room. Housekeeping specifically asked if we needed anything when they came around the first morning and didn't bother to leave an extra towel (there were 3 of us & only 2 towels). And we asked for another roll of toilet paper since ours was almost out. When we returned in the evening, I had to go to the front desk to get both. That was night one! Day 2 wasn't much better since our neighbors apparently decided to smoke their pot outside, but where their door was in relation to ours was about 6 feet so it came in our room through the air conditioner too. No I probably wouldn't stay there again, but we figured we were only going to be sleeping and showering there so as a last minute reservation, it was what we did.

Came in from N. J… Had a great stay breakfast was great Grits were great! Housekeepers were very nice. Pool was great with the music. 1 complaint Please get lounge chairs for the pool area. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Behaved in a racist way to Latinos who did not speak English and opened the car at dawn and did not care.

Was not happy with the rooms. Roaches and smelled awful. Only good thing about it was the front desk clerk Aden. He was very helpful and respectful with great customer service. Very lucky to have a young man so respectful working for a roach infested hotel! Get that problem fixed and you’ll get more stars! Get rid of the prostitution and drugs on property!

I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of five because of the interior is out dated and I noticed a few things that were not cleaned or made properly that being said let’s begin my review. I am on a business trip for four days and I require a few things in a room and this hotel has it and more. Kitchenette with a full fridge and toaster. The room was presentable and clean though outdated it is comfortable and spacious enough. My room slept three people. Water pressure was good. The bathroom is clean. The room is like a small efficiency. I was in a non smoking and there was no Oder. It has a front and back door. Outside is really nice and beautiful. Staff is helpful and very nice! I had no issues with my stay. I think some of the reviews are lies trust me I’m am at the hotel writing this and I would definitely come back to stay and would also recommend to anyone reading this. There is security on guard and they work with the police station so the reviews about drug addicts hanging out that are recent are lies. It’s located next to the highway and a gas station. Breakfast is hot and good but doesn’t have meats like eggs and sausage and stuff. Take my review for it. The price is right for this hotel and it is four stars in my eyes.

Rooms r not really that great. The beds r ok, the environment in and around this hotel is not very great. The staff were nice.

Hotel was a little outdated but overall my stay was nice. My friends and I had a great time visiting Jacksonville and being at a hotel that was cozy was definitely a plus! The guy at the desk, Ayden was very sweet and helpful. He had us fresh hot coffee waiting before we left early in the morning. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Service was good at signing in and the room was ok. The room needs to be updated. As for the food in the morning that was great and the staff was really nice.

The are roaches everywhere. You got to sleep with the light on. Pool was so bad with bugs and leaves I had to take the skimmer and clean the pool myself. Place is dirty. Floors are sticky No water pressure in shower.

Excellent place… comfortable rooms always clean. Internet very fast and good location.

Insanely good cheerios in the morning. Coffee too. If you smoke crack you'll make some new friends. But I mostly enjoyed the breakfast. Great hospitality, hospitatilty inn. Thumbs ☝.

Great selection of breakfast with a upscale dining area. Friendly folks that work here, best thing is they don't really bother you or try to watch you like a hawk. The rooms are on point w the little kitchen area, and huge closet space. It's a little pricey but it's worth every cent. Probably one of the best hotels on the Westside of Jacksonville.

OMG! At first glance the place looks nice. Now, I don't know if it was because we were in the Smoking Section of the hotel or what but our room was far from my initial view of the Office/Main Building. I did not believe it was even an option to smoke in hotel rooms any more however, the smell, the unvacuumed floors, along with urine scented sheets, unflushable and running plumbing was just my surface impressions.

When I arrived at 1:00 a. M. The door to the office was locked. I called and was let in by Erin who was nice and polite as she checked me in. I went to the 1st room that was assigned to me and when I opened the door, the room looked like a tornado hit it. It had already been inhabited and was not cleaned at all. The trash can was full, and both beds were messed up. I called the desk and got a new room. As I walked through the hallway, I could really see how dated the place looks. The hallways were trashy themselves (guests put their trash and linen in the hall? ) and the paint plus lighting look dingy. The 2nd room I posted on SnapChat to show how rundown it was. The pictures that are shown when booking vs. What you actually get are WORLDS apart. The only saving grace was that the television was modern enough for my brother to hook his game system to. I would not book this place again.

There staff is the best staff ever. The front desk clerk was so nice (erin). Even the security. Came out in the ran to show me where to park. Clean rooms and great beds.

It was a pleasant experience everyday I would wake up to eat breakfast in there lobby. The rooms where decent with bedding and space and basic needs including a tv. There was also a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink drawers an cabinets. The people were nice for most part as well.

Dated but the room was clean even on the wall hangings and tv. Air filter was good. Employees were friendly and well presented. Pool was open and clean. It has a very homey type feel to the place. We selected this place because it was affordable and accepted pets.

Check is was good and fast. But room was supposed to be a deluxe double with with a couch. How ever we got a standard room. We payed for other. Thats why I payed so much for room. I even called when I made reservations to confirm this. So im kinda upset about this. We are staying a week so I want to be comfortable. O well what you gonna do when your excaping a Hurricane.

STAY AWAY**** My family learned the hard way. After reading multiple reviews, looking a photos, seemed to be a great deal on an amazing room. WRONG! We always inspect our rooms for bugs, etc before bringing in any luggage. We arrived with our small child and was greeted by a sign on a door across from ours listing their "candy" prices, as well as the cloud of thick Mary Jane smoke. That was nothing compared to finding a crack pipe in our bathroom. We left IMMEDIATELY after driving 12 hours straight. AVOID this place at all costs, don't endanger your family after reading what are obviously fictitious reviews. Ps. I'd give it 0 stars, but my review won't get posted.

Okay if you're looking for an inexpensive overnight stay. Would not recommend for a longer stay. First room they sent us to had not been cleaned. The room we wound up with needs updating, but was basically okay. Basically clean, but I kept my sandals on. Our room had doors to adjoining rooms on both sides which did not make me very comfortable. The main door for our room had a deadbolt that would not lock, but there was a security hasp. Doubtful that I would stay there again.

An overall positive experience, it was a nice place to stay for the price. The staff is very friendly and available when you need things. There are some improvements this place could make, like better quality towels and toilet paper, but otherwise the rooms are cozy.

Nice pleasantly surprising Jacksonville hotel. Friendly counter staff in a spacious lobby. The room was large for the price. 2 queen beds with plenty of room to move around. A convenient efficiency area with a full size frig. Smaller bathroom but clean and up to date. Outside was a large enclosed pool with lovely plants and greenery. Pool was clean and clear with kids and adults having a great time. On site well lit parking close to our room. This will be a go to stop when needed again for Jacksonville.

Great service, but found a couple of bugs in the room the first night. Loved the amenities in the room, and the giant sized bed, but we are on a low carb diet and had to go to the gas station for breakfast. Would visit again if in the area. Price was right as well.

This place seems like it's for the homeless. •••BUG INFESTATION When we first walked in, we were met with cockroaches scurrying away, as well as bed bugs. I am currently sleeping in the chair because I don't trust the beds. •••RETCHED STENCH It smells like a spoiled diaper and like someone smoked weed; my nose burns. •••STAFF While everyone is complaining about the staff, I don't see their attitude as the problem as much as how poorly kept their rooms are. Does it even reach the expectations of Health Services? •••FLINT, MICHIGAN'S WATER Overall, a bare necessity we need; water, smells like rotten eggs and has a green tint to it. •••INTERNET SERVICE I haven't even bothered trying with Wifi.

It wasn't very nice to look at from the road and there were peep hole showing me another bedroom sweet. The breakfast was cheap and weird but other than that it was nice and the staff was very nice.

Nasty Nasty bed bugs the staff is very rude they don't have manners and the mattress is old the wire is popping out. The TV is old pool is nasty they need to be closed down like really. I have been here more then once and nothing change. The rooms is not worth the pay at all its sad that they charge they customers for that much money to stay in mess. The room have a Oder I would not be staying again NO NO.

Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, I will recommend to anyone staying in Jacksonville, the breakfast is above and beyond the facility is clean, and if it had not been so chilly we would have been in the pool free popcorn, only two things I didn't like, the old small TV and flat hard pillows.

At first the staff seemed super nice and friendly. The hotel is extremely outdated but it was ok. Not very clean and the maids do not clean either, youre lucky to get towels. We were on business. We were supposed to stay a month. We barely spent the week. We ended up having to leave considering the staff does absolutely nothing about the tenants they have staying there who are robbing people and their vehicles. I'm glad my husband and I are observant, as people tried stealing our truck and breaking into the back door of our room. I believe the office staff are kin to the people that are doing this. I was warned during the week stay by other ppl who were stuck there because their vehicles were stolen. Mostly working class ppl staying here so they prey on them, like us. My 17month old even felt something was not right. He kept screaming to go bye bye. The ppl who tried robbing us had been staying there as well and we're the only ppl who didn't leave during the day like everyone else who was there on biz made me wonder how they paid?. They fought constantly, you could tell they were on drugs as well as stealing cars. I let the office know, they walked right by them screaming yelling and throwing things in the parking lot, meanwhile the vehicle he was driving, he ripped the license plate off. I witnessed all this craziness over a course of about 4-5days. Our final night was apparently their plan to finally rob us.

If your staying a night or two If your staying longer expect older appliances, smelly rooms and flat pillows. I will return because the staff is so helpful and friendly and they have one of the best breakfast selections.

Extremely kind staff, feels family owned. Very clean for the price and well maintained. The kitchen in the room was convenient with a full fridge; we spent Christmas here while visiting family and the place was beautifully decorated. Even though this side of town is not the nicest I felt very safe here, I saw private security and cops patrol often. The internet is slow but I'm from that area of town and it's slow everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

If you work online like I do, good luck internet only runs in Lobby well anywhere else is swamped with no good service… For a business, it should have the highest bandwidth available, I have stated few times that it is their bandwidth and that people might want to work online while staying here… They just reset it like that helps, When I check their network there is at least 10 computers on the network I am on and one is an XBOXOne if that tells you anything, so If you work online you might want to check into something with better internet or you will be out of luck like I am.

If you like having the worst internet connection ever while at the same time having ur stuff stolen, come here.

Made a short stay to check it out for extended stay while house is being built. I loved it. Privately owned and the staff was wonderful. An older place but well maintained, great grounds, nice pool and I loved the long, large screened porch with ceiling fans. Close to many places to eat and just a hop to the expressway so everything is within a short distance. They have a living room type area close to the lobby with large screen TV and the game was on! Quick breakfast of mainly cereals, bagels, muffins, juice and grits with cheese! I enjoyed my stay enough to book for the 3 months until house is finished.

What can I say about Hospitality Inn 20 out of 10 best place ever sorry I didnt stay longer. Staff the best of the best I felt like home.

I have stayed here several times and have been impressed each time. Not a four-star luxury hotel by any means, but the rooms have always been clean and comfortable, the staff have always been courteous, and it always feels as if I'm staying at a relative's house. They will continue to get my business any time I need to stay in Jacksonville.

We switched to this hotel after staying at a horrible one a few miles away. I am so glad we made the change! The rooms are clean, the lobby is beautiful, the gazebo and lawn area are well kept. The staff are extremely friendly, housekeeping comes every morning and is willing to help in any way they can. Every few months the staff makes dinner for all of their guests, the dinner was amazing and well put together. The location is great! I would recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is wonderful! It has a beautiful courtyard and gazibo that makes you feel relaxed. It has a kitchen and nice rooms. It has a swimming pool that has a handicapped chair access that made it so easy for my disabled 7 yr old to get into the pool. My family stayed there for 2 months while waiting on our house and Ms. Jan, the owner, is so sweet and the housekeeping staff is the best. I would rather stay here than a $200 a night, stuffy, overpriced hotel.

My girlfriend and 2 kids stayed there this past labor day weekend 2010 and just wanted to say the place was great. The staff is more then friendly and accommodating then I ever expected. Very clean rooms. Continental breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Pool was great as well, grounds were very nice and the hotels located next to everything you could possible want. I look forward to staying there again. Paul Coral Springs, Fl.
