This house is a pretty package till you take the wrapping paper off. Very dirty food stuck on plates. All the TV remotes are missing, the hot tub drains when you turn it on and doesnt heat even though we paid extra for it to heat. The pool is dirty. There was poop on one of the toilets. The pool is filled with popped balloons. No one in management cares they just yes you to death and then send people who don't know how to fix anything or speak English. The front door only unlocks if you pull the door as you try to unlock. My son got locked in his room because the door handle came off. There are no handles on the shower stalls and no shower curtain in the bath tub shower. There is mold grown on some walls a massive fire ant problem by the pool and bug nest all over the walls by the front door and on the patio. Keep look there are plenty of other places to stay near by, wish we chose another one.

Our Family visits 3 or more times a year. Always enjoy it. This time roaches were observed in bathroom, several bedrooms, and kitchen. When message was delivered concerning issues, the response was, roaches loves Florida. Water pressure extremely low in several bathrooms. Additional locations needed for parking for 8 bedroom, 8 bathes. Paid for heated pool, but pool was not heated until a day before departure.

Ample parking space, removal of garbage set outside, communication from staff is all great! I do recommend they provide a better system to check in at front gate, the wait to obtain a gate pass was ridiculously long 1-2 hours unless you come 30-60 minutes prior to resort check in.

Great place, huge kitchen, lots of room and entertainment for the family and its safe away from the covid 19. Recommended to everyone.

This place is horrible. The unit we rented was beautiful and well maintained, but outside there were raucous all night parties, fireworks until 3 in the morning, ATV races in the street and management did nothing about it. The gate at the exit closed on my car and did over $4000 worth of damage, the cameras that are posted everywhere are mysteriously unavailable so they are not covering the damage to my car. The HOA is run by liars and they only look out for themselves. If you want a place to go and wreak havoc and behave like a maniac, this is right up your alley, if you want a quiet, safe vacation spot where they will treat you with respect, look elsewhere.

Love this resort. It’s modern amenities makes it a great place for vacation.

Great family place. Wonderful and spacious homes that are new and clean. Clubhouse has plenty of fun for kids and adults.

Nice place to stay. If you have a large family you will love this place.

The clubhouse pool and water park was below 60°. Could not use any of it as well as no one in the community. When I called the clubhouse or the owner of the house or the management company no one would do anything about it or cared. I would definitely save your money and go somewhere else.

Perfect holiday for a family. House was very spacious, with all amenities, very clean.

Champions Gate was an awesome community to have a family vacation. The houses are spacious and very accommodating. Everyone was happy. We definitely refer others and come again!

Enjoyed spending my vacation at Champions Gate the staff was very polite, very helpful and very friendly. The food from the Oasis Clubhouse was excellent. I would recommend to all my friends and family to come invest vacation time there.

My daughter is the owner here, but I had a great time. The staff was very nice & helpful. Can't wait to go back!

The resort was very impressive and the clubhouse also. Our villa was fantastic; so spacious and clean with a lovely pool area.
My only criticisms are the queue of cars to enter, and lack of small useful kitchen items in the villa. Although it didn’t bother us too much it did seem like there were one or two loud pool parties late at night when it does specifically sat that noise is to be kept at a minimum after 10pm. The cinema room was a really lovely touch and every home should have one!

I'm still here until the 5th of july once again amazing place to stay and amazing customer service this is our 2nd year in a row and we are already talking about next year lol. This is by far the best place to stay coming to Disney world and all the other attractions.

Amazing place. By far the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly and helpful staff. The pools at the club house are fantastic and our villa and personal pool were out of this world. Wonderful holiday.

Takes over an hour just to get into the community. The line to get to the gate is over a mile long. Lots of rowdy teenagers getting out of their cars in the line and making inappropriate gestures at their friends in other cars in the line. This is a far from family friendly vacation community. I do not recommend this place at all!

If you are ever in Orlando area… need to make reservations here… Best place to stay in Orlando. The homes are absolutely beautiful. All kind of amenities. Great location.

Good place to be out of the parks craziness. Children will love it.

Nice gated community. I've rented 6 and 8 bedroom homes for family trips several times. Always a great experience. The management companies are always friendly, helpful and the homes have always been clean, well stocked and we'll worth it. This route is much more private and cheaper than staying in an on property resort and one of the local theme parks (when compared to groups of 8 or more). I highly recommend to anyone bringing large groups to the Orlando area.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Close to Disney and Universal Studios. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The club house bathrooms are not handicapped accessible. Other than that it is great.

Great place for a family vacation, each house has a pool, and game room. There is also a great club house with activitieds and water park like pool, the house we rented sleeps 10 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone.

2nd time here with the family great place to stay.
