Absolutely fabulous place! Quiet, yet within easy reach of food, shopping, and Disney. Two pools and two hot tubs, plus a hot tub or pool in each villa. Beds/furniture are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
The large pool my house came with did not have a very good filter at all and included no temperature gauge. So it was cold in the daytime (which was a plus), but was uncomfortable when evening/night rolled around, and the overall outside temperature was cool. I will now describe the features that do not differ based on what house you have (main house, public pools, etc. ). If this is not important to you, skip the next paragraph. The staff in the main house seemed very friendly and willing to help (shout-out to Diane the receptionist, who held my Amazon package for me and was incredibly nice), and has great air conditioning. Both public pools (shallow one for kids and regular for everybody else) is right behind the main house, and also had a hot tub with constant relaxing jets of bubbles right next to the regular pool. The only minor issue here is that the pool is warm, usually only being 20 or so degrees less than average daytime air temperatures (somewhere probably near 60 degrees, which is NOT okay since this is FLORIDA), however both pools are decently big and the hot tub is very relaxing. I still believe they should lower the temperature in the regular pool, but one way to work around it until they do, is to sit in the hot tub (yes, even during the scorching heat of daytime), let your body get used to the hotter temperature on your skin, and after 5 — 10 minutes in there, get out and jump right into the pool that's about 5 feet away.

Townhome was clean. Had a toilet problem our first night but they fixed it really quick. The home was very spacious for my family. We were all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to stay at Encantada!
