Great place for a very affordable price! Staff was very friendly and kind! They offer a free shuttle to anywhere in a 5 mile radius which is very helpful, and free transportation to and from the airport, which is a big help. We arrived very early, and they let us check in without any hassle or questions. A big help, especially when you have a toddler who was sick of traveling. Clean rooms, clean facilities and very good location. Would recommend to anyone who is in the area! Thanks for the hospitality!

Will not return. I am very far from a picky person but this place is horrible & needs a MAJOR upgrade, only good thing was the comfy bed. Pool is ALWAYS dirty, don't think they have anyone there maintaining it. Dirty rugs smell like urine, & showerheads dirty as well. Had a coffee machine for what? Hope you guys look at that too because it was dirty as well. Barely have anything to offer. Only stayed because it was very close to the airport. But never again. Good for maybe a night or 2… Four Points by Sheraton Suites in Tampa is 10x's better. These guys need a major upgrade!

Basic. Appears to be newer property with expected amenities and facilities for this price point. Perfectory staff and services. Room was generally clean and well stocked. Towels a bit on the rough side, but you're not paying for Frette here! A/C ran like a champ during hot early summer stay so kudos there. If you need someplace to hang your hat for a night or two… you could do worse. Very close to local regional airport with free shuttle service, nice bonus. Didn't note any air traffic noise. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed two separate nights. Friday night room was musty, but clean and otherwise OK. Sunday was much better. All in all, decent place with good rates.

No frills of the Sheraton line. Mediocre Phillips TV, decent AC, and comfortable bed. Gym has no universal weight machine. No cookies, nothing 4 breakfast and the crowning achievement of setting the standard for cheap: no newspapers. Somebodies overpaid niece at corporate figured they would save a few bucks with that gem. It’s an idea so good that I won’t return.

Just a one night stay for a 6am flight. Shuttle was very convenient and a nice bar to relax in before bed. Suite was really nice as well.

If I could rate this hotel 1 million stars I would. The staff is very nice especially bill at the front desk and the breakfast is awesome and the hot tub and the pool outside are sweet and the room is OUTSTANDING! The shower is awesome and there is a lot of space and the bed is like a cloud and it is quite and the TV felt like it had a built in sound bar and it is just so awesome I wish I could live here.

Rooms are nice, they do a great happy hour and the shuttle is very reliable.

When I review a hotel, most important thins for me in hotels are. 1. Room temperature 2. Microwave, & fridge 3. TV size 4. Anything else comes second Room temp was great it stays cold when you set it to cold, and that makes the difference To be One of The best night of sleep I’ve hade in hotels The Microwave, & fridge available in the room, and TV Size is not bad Airport Shuttle: Departs hotel every 30 @ :00/:30, call hotel for shuttle pick up/hold on arrival RSW. Pick up @ baggage claim door 5, farthest island out. 10-15 minutes each way. Complimentary shuttle within five mile radius of hotel as available. Free Breakfast: No. Breakfast until 10am, restaurant reopens at 4pm. Coffee maker in room. Fridge: In room. Front desk will place refreezable ice packs into freezer. Microwave: In room. Gym: Yes, 24 hour access. Weight rack, moveable bench, treadmills, elliptical, stationary/recumbent bikes. Plan on cardio only. Weight rack only goes to 35. No bench. Pool: Outdoor, hot tub.

Perfectly located near the airport, mall, highway and near everything. Small, clean hotel with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, nice gym, little restaurant/bar and plenty of free parking. Rooms are in great shape equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee/tea maker, safe, traditional wall a/c but with automatic temperature control. Rooms on the first floor have rear doors that open directly to the pool area. Bathroom was absolutely perfectly clean. Also some rooms have Jacuzzi. Advertised "sofa bed" is actually a love seat.

Good property with parking. Restaurant opens daily Monday through Sunday till 10.00 AM for breakfast and then 4.00 to 10.00 for dinner. Not great choices but good food. Front staff is very nice. The property is close to Mobile and Racetrac gas stations. Rooms are clean and maintained. The back side parking near pool doesn't have much lights mostly dark in the night.

Good room friendly staff. Fair restaurant prices. Free airport shuttle though mine came later than promised.

The check in experience was nice and smooth. The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays. The room was a decent size and was superficially cleaned. Upon further use of the room, some of the sheets had spots on them. One comforter stored in the closet had an old blood stain in it, (reported it to the front desk). The rest of the room was clean. The overall hotel stay was nice.

I stay in Starwood Hotels all the time & I have to say this hotel was fantastic, the staff the food the location the rooms just a awesome place to stay & management did a great job in getting into the Christmas spirit.

It's OK. People are friendly. Facility looks clean in the lobby and the pool is very nice. Elevators are pretty slow. Rooms are clean but lots of noise coming from people down at the pool area and the roadway.

We had a professional event here, the lobby and the second story overlooking the lobby up the stairs was very visually pleasing. The location has a nice atmosphere with helpful employees right from the tile you enter.

The room itself is nice, but not spectacular. The hotel, services, and staff is amazing. The bed is super comfy! The only complaint I have is that the cell phone reception is at times non-existent when inside the building. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel but over priced! Get home to find out that I was double charged and I am not the only person from my group that had that happen to them! Now I have to wait a few days for my money to be returned to my bank!

Average rooms. Most of the staff was decent, but we arrived with a pizza for dinner when we were checking in and a lady behind the check in desk gave us a disgusted look and walked away because she apparently is grossed out by the smell of pizza. They also forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers when we checked in, but I had that fixed quick the next morning.

It was a clean and relatively large room which was nice. The mini fridge was in an interesting spot but that's not that big of a deal.

The Sheraton was nice but it was not "four stars" as it described itself. The pool was small, workout room was ill-equipped, and breakfast was not provided as seems to be normal for hotels. The rooms were nice but Wi-Fi was spotty. A plus is that the lobby was extremely nice and the parking lot had ample parking. Plus, it was very close to the airport and right next to a CVS/gas station. All-in-all, I would go back but it wasn't spectacular.

But… Most doors in the back area, leading to the pool and the back area parking, have non working locks. These doors are supposed to open from the outside with your room card but they open with just a push. This is a great security concern since anybody could park at the back of the hotel and walk inside without being noticed.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Beds are extremely comfortable with pillow tops, great pillows, soft sheets and blankets. A/C very cool. Love the frig and microwave. Lobby has free coffee in the am and lemon water in pm. Good value for the price. Restaurant just ok,

Great place to stay. Mike at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, and Clint was a great server for breakfast.

Excellent experience! Clean rooms, crisp linen, couple hundred channels rather than the usual 20 on the TV. Bed was comfortable. A. C. Actually kept the room cold!

It was a hectic night. Our flights had been cancelled due to issues with the first plane and all our luggage had to be left at the airport. The staff, room, and food were wonderful. Great job 4 points, would definitely do it again.

Staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing. Not too close to anything but a gas station. Shuttle will take you to mall and shopping plaza. Rooms are comfortable.

The rooms are very nice and everything is clean. My one drawback is that the cell phone service inside the hotel is bad. Using my data in the hotel is useless cause the signal won't go through.

The hotel was very nice the staff was extremely helpful the rooms are very spacious and the king size room suites have a nice whirlpool. The pool and hot tub area is nice and secluded however the restaurant does not open until 4 p. M. For dinner there's no lunch served in a restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed a very nice stay at the Sheraton. We booked a Deluxe room and had a Whirlpool / jacuzzi in the room, which was very nice! The hotel also has a nice pool, and a heated outdoor pool, making your stay relaxing. Very good service in the restaurant from a nice lady on the Christmas 24th! Thank you :)

The people are friendly and provide a great atmosphere.

Stayed just the one night but the staff was great was supposed to have a room on the forth floor. The young man running the front desk said he had first floor room he could put me in. I walked with a cane and I appreciated it. Food was good and the young lady tending bar was a joy to talk to. Beds shower an television was great to.

This hotel has the worst service ever. They put one towel in the room to use after showering. When I called the front desk, they told me they don't have enough staff to bring me another one. Who does that? So as I am walking out to go to work, there is 3 people working at the front desk! RUDE.

We stayed there for one night after a week-long stay on Sanibel. The hotel amenities are very good, the rooms clean, the workout room has a lot of exercise machines and weights, and they even have a small outdoor pool. The front desk and other staff are nice and try to be helpful. The overall feel/atmosphere was definitely more 'small towny' than in other hotels of this chain, and than in other hotels in Fort Myers, but it was nice to be treated rather personally for a change. Would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Rooms very very clean. Laundry was clean and crisp. Great workout room (bring your headphone — I forgot mine! ). Staff did everything possible to make our stay more comfortable. No ocean view, but it's close to the airport and hotel offers shuttle to the airport. No breakfast bar, but there was a restaurant there (we didn't eat there). Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub.
