Helpful staff, small weight room, free breakfast plus a full kitchen including dish washer. The only minus is that pets are allowed. And I suspect that applies to all rooms. Lingering odor near the door of my room. Good location.

2nd time I have stayed in this location, Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Quite area of Weston nice location next to a shopping area that can be easily walked too. Room was very clean, AC did not allow me to adjust the temperature down: button was not working properly. I was not there long enough to have this effect me. I will be returning to this location when I need to come back for work.

Although I only stayed overnight, I would definitely stay on a long term basis (a week or more). It has a nice, small but full kitchen, with a small bar-style counter but enough counter space all around to cook a full meal. Full fridge. Bathroom was very nice, didnt feel small. You can do your business without your knees or elbows hitting the tub or sink. The bed was firm but gave some way which was great for my back. There was really nothing to complain about.

Very clean and spacious. Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and more appliances available for day to day use. Ample parking and wonderful staff. Beautiful area not to mention only 22 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale airport. Fast food restaurants and gas station near by. Very quiet.

I recently stayed at the Towne Place in Weston and I was totally surprised to find this unique gem hidden in Weston! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away with the customer service and theroom was awesome! The manager also greeted me with a smile! I will stay there again the next time I travel to the area. Great job!

Great hotel for an extended stay. My family and I stayed there for a few weeks while our home was undergoing repairs. It was nice to still be able to cook since the room had full size appliances with a stove and full size refrigerator. Also, having free Wi-Fi, laundry and site and being across the street from a grocery store as well as many restaurants made it really convenient. Next time we will definitely be coming back for a stay-cation.

Wonderful hotel! My family and I had really enjoyed our stay. I will recommend it to everyone I know. It's a quaint little hotel that's very quiet and I would recommend getting a top floor room in the 2nd building that overlooks the lake… great view!

This is a great place to stay if your traveling on a vacation. 20 miles inland so not close to the beach which is my preference. Great breakfast included — not just fruit and cereal! Very quiet and allows pets — pretty pricey for not having a pool but if you want a kitchen while your on vacation (not me) then this is a good location.

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and it was fantastic! Awesome location, in a very upscale but quaint location, very quiet but also convenient, because there are more than 15 restaurants within walking distance. Hotel has quiet lake view rooms, a swimming pool and has free shuttle service to Sawgrass Mills Mall everyday and I especially love the complimentary fresh-baked cookies everyday.

I stayed at TownePlace Suites Weston and it was great. The best Marriott Hotel in the Weston and Fort Lauderdale area. Full Kitchen in every single room, free hot breakfast and internet. I will recommend it to everyone.

Very helpful, friendly staff! Spacious room. Clean but showing its age somewhat. Very strong smell of an air freshener or vacuum freshener in the room. Comfortable bed. Slept really well! Very small breakfast room but good breakfast. In a very good area across the street from a little mall.

Room next to the entrance door, groom broke the blow we heard the door slam until 2:00 in the morning accompanied by the barking of the dogs and the cries of children as we were in the part Family and pet friends… Honest breakfast. When we asked if everything went well we explained our night without compensation…

Thank you lord for this place. Hurricane irma left us without lights and power. This location opened us with open arms. The room was fantastic amd comfortable. The customer service was exceptional. Clean and quiet rooms. Close to shops and grocery. The hotel I stayed in the night before was horrid. I will forever be a mariott goer. This is the perfect hospitable experiance!

Pay just for a place that deserves it. Always our stay is guaranteed when you have the Marriott brand backup. They are hotels that are not characterized by luxury but provide excellent service.

I'm staying here for 3 months while working out of town. It is one of the few hotels where you can get a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. The hotel is clean, quiet and close to where I need to be.

Very comfortable and spacious suite, was upgraded to a two-bedroom unit due to elite status. Complimentary breakfast with good selections. Some of the furnishings need replacement, but overall great value. Located close to major highways.

Great location and convenient for dining. Common areas were well kept and offered a lot of services. 24 hour Walgreens practically next door. Room was very spacious and conformable. Would definitely come back to this TownPlace.

Great location if your in town on business! Within walking distance of a few restaurants and short drive to a lot more. Walls are on the thin side so if you get rowdy neighbors you might notice more here. Pool, on site laundry and excersize room are all a little bonus and the complementary breakfast is pretty good. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

I was a little disappointed because I expected a little more from a Marriott property. The beds were clean however the kitchen was lacking it was rundown and it wasn't properly stocked with silverware and glasses. They had 4 glasses but no wine glasses rundown coffee pot just not what I expected from a Marriott.

Excellent cleaning of the rooms and the frontdesk, as well as breakfast and Lady serving Monday through Friday.

Good and clean place to stay. But the breakfast is very limited and there is no hot milk nor mirowave. And there is no butter and corwason.
