The staff we interacted with were fantastic. Other than that it was disappointing. We actually cut our trip short and are moving to another hotel in a different area. Breakfast in their restaurant was not great, so we decided to try the tiki bar by the pool for lunch. My chicken was raw. The bartender was apologetic and super nice (it’s obviously not her fault). She took 25% off the bill which was a nice gesture. The other issue was people walking in off the street to use the pool and bar. This would have been fine if not for the dogs, in fact a dog walked over and started drinking my husband’s drink! And not like a well cared for clean dog, this was gross. The owner of the dog did not care at all, it was so uncomfortable. She kept coming over to us and trying to make conversation so we ended up leaving the pool. We’re not anti social by any means, but this was weird stuff (telling us she was a dancer, and that some guy showed her a bank roll earlier in the day…what? ). Maybe I’m sensitive because it was my birthday. We’ve been planning this trip for months and my actual birthday at the resort was pretty bad. For what we paid I expected much more. We cancelled our dinner reservation after the raw chicken incident and found another local waterfront restaurant and had a great dinner, then checked out first thing in the morning. Overall the resort is a bit run down, our room had peeling paint and we had to hold the handle down the whole time for the toilet to flush.

Location! Location! Location! Everyone was friendly so service was good and the food at the restaurant was good. We stayed here 9 years ago. It needed updates then and now needs more. The gal at checkin told me they had redone all the rooms since then. Well, the took out all the carpet and replaced it with LVT and ceramic in the hallways. It’s got to be the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We were on the 2nd floor in the Azalea wing (there’s no elevator so lugged all of our bags up a flight of stairs). Well, every small child must have been in that wing and 1 small, high pitched barking dog. We asked to be moved because we’re allergic to dogs. We were first moved to a room that apparently hadn’t been cleaned that day. Then, got moved to another room. It was clean BUT the bed was terrible and had a 20+ year old pillow topper on it, which didn’t help it at all. They need to invest in new mattresses, an elevator in every wing and update the bathrooms. Very disappointed for the price we paid! Had we known it was Spring Break time, we would not have stayed here.

Very nice place to enjoy the manatee. We enjoyed it during the Florida winter but had a great time. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here in order to be on site for our early swim with the manatees. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went swimming with the manatees and Eric and Laura were great guides. We got very close to the manatees and they made sure we got to see them. They took us to different spots to make sure we had a great experience. The private tour was worth the money! Loved it!

The food is fantastic, the accommodation are just as good and you can dock your boat for $10. So cheap! Loved everything so far.

Location is great, pool area very nice and outdoor activities were a plus with kids. Hotel is very outdated, needs a good makeover. Paint opening, dirty walls. went to Tiki bar for dinner Friday, bartender isn't friendly to guests, just her locals. Took 10 minute to get her attention just to get the bill. I signed it and handed her the cash for it but was still charged in my card. Finance office said since I signed the bill that was that, didn't matter I paid cash, so spent $70 on chicken tenders and fries and 1 drink.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff are always kind and warming! The manatee excursion and the sunset cruise are worth the experience, staff are very knowledgeable of the history in the area! The entire tour is full of information you would never know! The whole area is kid friendly! There about 3 parks near by, one with a beach from the spring!

Wow! we had an amazing time! there is so much to do on property we just chilled the whole weekend! the staff was amazing. Special shout out to captain misty and captain cory! they made our trip amazing. We actually swam with manatees! next time I am going to do the sunset cruise. It's on Friday and Saturday nights!

First stay while exploring Black Diamond. Excellent staff, bar and rooms. Don’t miss the Adventure Center!

Is like old Florida very peaceful beautiful spot, home away from home. Although the hotel is over 50 years old they’ve try to keep it up to date. Is not as pristine as it used to be but it’s still pleasant and good service is provided. Is descent enough for a weeks stay if you’re scalloping, fishing or just paddle boarding to the springs. No boat-they have charters, rentals and other options to choose from! Is a beautiful location & service was great! I recommend bring your family & friends stay a while and enjoy boating, fishing, and or all you can do on the water and make memories!

There was urine in our bathroom toilet in our room when we arrived, carpets are filthy, the place is just down right dirty! Do not expect what the pictures show! The windows didn’t have locks they were screwed into the framing, front desk staff was very rude, should not be working a job that requires them to do customer service. I’m a pretty fair person but this place is disgusting! Don’t waste your money going here.

We came up to the Plantation to meet my aunt and uncle that just came off a cruise ship! We had amazing service Deena was running circles around people! Our drinks were never empty! Beautiful area, Great service! Deena is always amazing every time we come here. Come and see her, she won’t disappoint.

Very comfortable large accommodations. Pool and the only jacuzzi at a hotel and our stays open late. Wonderful at your fingertips concierge service via text at check in. On site tour, kayak, paddle board rentals are perfect for going to see the manatee! I highly recommend!

The hotel is okay 👍🏾, easy in and easy out, large grounds to move around, able to avoid heavy traffic, we bought our own heater, did not use the WI-FI, so there were no complaints. The Bed was soft and firm good sleep.

Dont waste your money. This is probably the worst hotel I have been in in many many years! BEWARE of the “resort fee” of $20 PER DAY which lets you use the pool, hot tub, exercise room among a few other useless amenities. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that actually charged you for using the pool and hot tub when you are a paying guest. Just bump up the room rate and don’t nickel and dime customers. Do you really think that people appreciate it? NOT! Besides that — other than the single cup of coffee cup we each hot in the room there was NO BREAKFAST ANYWHERE! Really? There was not even a muffin anywhere Back to the “Resort Fee” for a moment — the gal who checked us in pointed out all the sections I had to initialfor approval — when she got to the Resort Fee I asked what that was and she said she would go over the when I was finished initialing. WHAAAAT? That is a pretty sneaky strategy, in my opinion. By the way, we did not use ANY amenities whatsoever. This “Resort, ” if you want to call it that, is in dire need of some major remodeling. Bathrooms or really old, carpeting needs replacement. This is probably the furthest thing from a resort I have ever seen. I am very happy we did not eat there. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like! We actually cancelled our 2nd night because we were not happy. We left the “Resort” and drove straight to Dunkin’ Donuts for a nice hot cup of coffee and a donut and it was wonderful! Be careful folks.

Probably one of the worst stays ever! Customer service was horrible! Broken phone! Broken hair dryer, the floor was absolutely filthy! Some of the towels had dark stains on them 🤢, they advertise updated resort, but walking in the room was like stepping back into 1972! And the halls! Omg it sounded like people playing shuffle board it was so loud! Opened the curtains to look out the window and even our kids were grossed out at the windows, they were disgusting. Overall horrible! And double charged us to boot! Lol.

We ate in the dining room looking over the pool and river. We got there at 12:02 and ordered right away. We were the only ones in the dining room and it took us 45 minutes to get our food. The food was delicious and we will eat there again.

Great amenities, pool area, spa, kids pool/splash zone, scalloping, charter boats. We had a wonderful time!

This place used to be amazing but not anymore the cooks can't cook and they cleaned my room once in 9 days. Way over priced for the service.

If you’re a single person… they don’t cate where they put you & don’t care about your well being. Gardenview for a single person is a parking lot facing the highway in a nasty dirty room. Security doesn’t want to protect the customer. Single people are discriminated against.

The property is beautiful on the outside. The Tiki Bar outside, the front desk, bar inside, restaurant was nice. The pool was OK the Hot Tub didn't work and the kid water park was out of service. The reason I gave 2 stars was because of the hotel rooms. My hotel room had mold in the bathroom and smelled like someone smoke in it. When we complaint to the from the front desk at 11am said they will send someone to clean & no one from house cleaning came. So at 5pm my husband went to the front desk and they told him the housekeepers left for the day after knowing about our complaint. So we asked to switch rooms they said no because was fully booked. So we said send someone to clean the room because the smell was so bad we couldn't open the window because it was broken. At 6 pm they sent the assistant up and told her to change the sheets, that's not cleaning even the assistant said Wow the smell was bad and grabbed febreeze that helped a little but she felt so bad. I have stayed in a lot of resorts & this place is on my list of places not to stay based off the room experience & the management not caring to resolve issue but thats why the rooms are falling apart and rooms have mold.

The wife and I stayed there to celebrate our 20th anniversary and we were not disappointed. Great food, great service and very reasonable prices. They bent over backwards to find us a fishing charter captain after a scheduling conflict. Captain Eric delivered and we had a great trip with him. Lots to do and see within 15 miles of the hotel. Met some great people. Our experience was so good, we may never head to the Keys again. Five out of Five stars! Already planning a return trip! Thanks for the hospitality!

Have stayed a few times for little get away and every time have had such an amazing time. The property is so classic FL and the people here are just all really really nice. Staff and guests too. Restaurant was a delightful evening with a fireplace in the lounge and an excellent local singer. You guys are in if my favs. Keep doing it right!

We love spending time at the Plantation on Crystal River whenever we can. Great atmosphere, marvelous staff, super amenities and a boat ramp on sight. Been visiting for years and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is a gem! We were welcomed warmly by all staff and the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The tiki bar food was delicious and the live entertainment and pool were very festive. The on site boat charters at the adventure center were incredibly professional and made our scalloping excursion one to remember. Our teenagers had a blast at Plantation. We will be back very soon!

A hidden gem with amazing food, rooms and views.

I have stayed at The Plantation for years and have never had as bad an experience as I did this last weekend. Sandra the "manager" is a liar and has terrible customer service skills. After I booked my room on May 31st 2019 for August 24th 2019 I was assured I would have the room I requested. Upon arrival I was given a room that was no where near what I had requested. Then I was accused of lying and told there was nothing that could be done. She was zero help and only offered me a room at a higher rate. The experence was so terrible (including roaches in our room) I left a day early. Once I got home I called to confirm that I was correct and that there were notes on my original reservation aswking for a specific style of room and location (even though Sandra had said there weren't) and the person said she could see where I had been moved after the reservation had been made. George Ann in reservations and the girls at the tiki bar are the only thing good about this overrated and overpriced hotel besides the location.

Have stayed here a few times. Very convenient. But has needed a facelift and upgrade. That never happened. Time to move on to a better place.

If you love daytime water activities this is the place for you. However there is absolutely no entertainment. They have a nice bar, but no live music, or anything else. The hotel is on the verge of being fantastic, needs some maintenance. Needs a good cleaning, updated paint and carpet. Wouldnt take much to make it amazing.

Have stayed at this resort many times in the past and have been very happy but not this time. There were stains all over the room on the floor and beading. They had additional charges when I got there. There was also allot of construction going on. Hopefully the new owners can bring it back to what it used to be to cause I would not recamend it now.

By far a horrible experience… dirty rooms, horrible food, and not to mention getting robbed! If you do stay make sure that all your valuables are secure even if your in the room. Staff very slick in how I was hit. Returned from dinner to a serviced room only to find blood on what was supposed to be clean sheets. Called to have new ones put on immediately and expressed my sincere disappointment with the cleaning staff. Now I know that was a mistake as the lady who came to change the sheets lifted my wallet right off the night stand. She placed the clean sheets on top of the nightstand (and my wallet) and somehow managed to drop it in the dirty sheets and walk right out the door. Then tried to do the same thing to my wife’s bag but couldn’t get into it. I wondered why she was in such a hurry to get on her way — now I know. Really a shame but I see some other folks had a similar experience during there wedding stay. Management could have helped and perhaps compted a night but basically told us a big sorry about your luck! Nice… scalloping was great but I will never return to this hotel! Beware if you stay! Had to hit a star for a review but would have put a negative sign in front of it if I could!

Big fat zero! Hotel is dirty, food not so great, sheets on the bed were disgusting and when we called to have the sheets changed my husband's wallet was stolen from our room while we were in the room. We had to file a police report only to find out that theft is common at this hotel. They do not offer any safes in any of the rooms. Think twice before you stay here and keep a sharp eye on your valuables! Hotel manager on duty didn't even offer to help as she said there is no proof. You would've thought she would've called in the employee or at the least discounted our stay.

We always love our stay here! Third year here and will definitely return. We use this place as a great family getaway. We usually book about 4 or 5 rooms. And it is never a disappointment.

Police were called and a report was filed. Officer said they are there regularly for theft. I will not recommend anyone going there, nor will we be going there again.

Stayed here this past Friday night 7/20/18. They have a restaraunt on property but we went to Codys and had a better meal which was better priced, but if you have any kids, the 82 degrees restaraunt is probably better. The room was not bad, but the lower level and in our hallway on the second dfloor must of had something wrong with it because you were sweating until you got into your room. Also, I had to go all the way to the lobby because the three ice machines were either not working or out of ice, seeing how we had been up early and drove more than 7 hours, it would of been nice if they had worked. We decided to head to the pool to try and relax but when returning to our room, we decided to walk by the dock and look for fish. They really should put in a brick walkway because everyone staying here got mud everywhere. I can say that even though the room was ok, and not cheap, I was definitely expecting more. The only reason I gave it such a high rating was the staff. They were fantastic. I thought it was really odd that they had the windows screwed shut. Either way. They have a nice bar at the pool and also have big cheese and shuffle board. If they would just address those two points I had, then I would feel that I got more for the large sum of money I spent here.

The resort is sub par overall. Great location and some of the staff understood customer service. Others not so much. The place wasn't very clean, saw cockroaches on a couple of occasions, maintenance starts banging in wall next door without any notice, then others come to fix an outlet in our room and left all the mess on the floor afterward. Rooms were musty smelling as well. We would wait several minutes to get seated for breakfast on a couple of occassions before anyone woild notice we were there. They would be chatting aroind the corner and never bothered to come around and man the front. The website is misleading as well. For the price you would expect better. Only plus is parking your boat out back. Pool is nice too.

The workers here from the front desk, servers, and the cleaning crews are very hepful. I have not had a single bad interaction with any of the staff. The rooms are clean and open. The beds are very comfortable and the dehumidifier works wonders. I would definitely come back for a vacation here.

The best resort in Citrus County! The employees are so friendly and what to help. Plus it is beautiful! While there we saw a mother and new baby manatees right along the sea wall. If you have a boat, pay attention to the tides.

Love this resort! The location and grounds are amazing! The rooms are nice… the MATTRESS is HORRIFIC. Dated and hard as a rock. We had 10 rooms booked for an event and all rooms had horrible mattresses. All guest woke up with back and body pains from an uncomfortable nights sleep. We will not book another stay here until they update the mattresses.

There were parts of this hotel that have clearly been updated and were very nice. The bar staff was very nice. It did annoy me that front desk staff couldn't answer basic questions about the manatee tours considering they are on the same property and I'm pretty sure the majority of their guests are staying there just for those tours. We had a delicious dinner there one night, but subsequent meals were mediocre. The room was beautiful but there was a suspicious stain on the sheets and hallways are very very dirty. Also, you can hear every single noise in the hotel. We got NO sleep. Sheets are probably the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. Also, dirty towels were not replaced by house keeping. The pool and grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. If we were to go back to the area I'm really not sure if we would stay there again or not.

My daughter and I were there the week following Easter. We had an incredible time. I loved our room, spacious, with beautiful hardwood floors at a good price and the staff were excellent and just adorable. Orlando went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Swimming with the manatees was a bucket list item for me and the experience of a lifetime. The grounds are gorgeous. The buffet included was excellent as well. I miss you all.

I came from Orlando after HOA (Show Choir Nationals, the competition was called Heart of America) and got to my family’s room. The rooms were nice, not too fancy, but they leave a good vibe. Now what I’m here to talk about mainly is the Manatee Tours. It’s a MUST! Our guides, Misty and I think the guy’s name was Mark (sorry if the name’s incorrect, you were just as awesome, I promise! ) made the trip just as great as the trip itself! Not only were they experienced and knew where to go, but they were extremely nice, welcoming, and all around fun people to be with! Will definitely be back for a Round 2 with these two soon (whether with Manatees or Scalloping! ) Much love for them and this establishment!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the grounds are well kept. However the rooms are extremely overpriced for what you get. The several rooms that we were in and out of all had a strong must smell. There were barking dogs in other rooms down the hallway. NO MICROWAVE! For what you pay no microwave? The rooms felt like a $60/night room. If you have to spray air fresher all over just to be able to fall asleep something is not right.

Definatley a 5 star resort! There is so much to do here right on the water with several beautiful springs! There is so much to offer here from Swimming with manatees, Fishing, scalloping, golfing, boat rides and rentals, Restaurant. The list goes on! The staff is very professional, friendly, always on top of everything and the rooms are classy & clean! Wherever you stay on the property has the best nature coast views! Definitely One of the best resorts I have stayed at! A++++

We stayed there only one night! The hotel is great, our room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and a coffee maker. The air conditioning is noisy but as in many hotels in Florida. The relaxation area/pool is really great with beach volleyball and giant chess games/ladies. There is also a tiki bar! There is a shop and a restaurant that we have not tested. Look no further, you can book a room here!

Friendly staff for the most part. AC in unit I was in didn't work well at all, but the room was nice enough. Mattress seemed old but sheets and linen were very clean. Carpet throughout the entire place is old and in some places seemed moldy. Pool area was nice but no outside bar. Jacuzzi stank but was hot. Grounds were nice and location was beautiful.

Got a great deal in the off-season. Even better than the chain hotels nearby. The plantation is beautiful with lots of amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely courteous and helpful. They welcomed our dog for a small fee (our sitter canceled at the last minute). Returning with our boat in tow is a strong possibility. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Beautiful resort on Kings Bay housing a hotel, restaurant, rental facilities and a golf course. Definitely aptly named as it resembles a white plantation house. The location is perfect for those interested in water sports or manatee viewing as it sits directly on the bay. For those more interested in golf you will not be disappointed in their course. If you want to host a celebration the facilities are more than adequate. All in all, a great place to stay.

The rooms were average the service was awesome and everyone was pretty nice and accomadating. The grounds were very well kept and there were plenty of activities to do to keep everyone busy. Taking a boat to snorkel with the manatees was amazing! The pool was beautiful!

This hotel was extremely underwhelming for the prices they charge. For over $330 for just two nights with all their fees tacked on, you would expect the hotel to at least have central heat and air. This hotel required patrons to use space heaters in their rooms at night. Upon walking into the room, I noticed sections where the wood flooring noticeably sank when I stepped on them due to soft spots in the flooring (they bowed when my 11 year old stepped on them as well). We thought this may have been just our room, but it was the same in our friends room across the hall. The window in my friend's room had previously been held in place with duct tape (they left some of it on there when they peeled it off both on the glass and frame) and the hardware which held the window in place was lying on the window sill. Our window had actual holes in it through the corners exposing it to the outside. The beds must have been custom because they were only slightly bigger than a twin and felt smaller than a full. Our bathroom stunk horribly of sulfur (at least we hope that's what it was) maybe from use of well water or something. The waterfront view you pay extra for not worth it at all. If this place were $40-50 a night it would have been fine, but at their current price point, you would be better off staying at a Best Western up the road to save on the cost — you would be more comfortable there.

The manatee swim is a fantastic experience. January is a good time to go as the manatees swim in to the warm springs. Captain Steve was a knowledgeable guide and Captain Lance had hot chocolate waiting for us back on the boat. Several manatees will come right up to you and roll over for a belly rub. I highly recommend this trip.

This is one of the best resorts I have been to. The service was super, the staff was 5 star. My compliments to Misty McMann for taking care of our stay and her class in customer service. Our dining experience at West 82 was nothing short of fantastic. I recommend this to anybody coming to Crystal River, Florida. We hope to return in the near future after they complete their renovations. I can't imagine a better version of this resort.

We stayed overnight and only had a positive experience. Our room had hardwood floors, pool is wonderful along with hot tub all that came with the resort stay. We have nothing but positive for this place. The manatee experience was the best. The captains know those manatees like the back of their hand. Their knowledge and concern of the ecosystem merits much praise. This was simply a wonderful experience for us.

Accommodation in need of renovation — unfortunately the hotel really came down and not clean either. I cannot understand that this hotel is categorized as a high class, it is on the stand of 1980. The carpet in both the rooms and the hallways is so spotty, dirty and frayed — unbelievable! On the lampshade and chairs are stains.
The bathrooms have also been very old, from the bathtub the surface coating splinters. Unfortunately, it also smells in the rooms and you can't open any windows. The windows are very dirty! Around the air conditioning was all moldy. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel on our trip.
On the pictures of the homepage It looks much nicer, more refined and upscale.

With one if not even the best hotel of our entire tour. Very clean rooms. Great service. Friendly staff. We booked a Manateee excursion from there.

We stayed here for two nights, the place is wonderful. Beautifully maintained right on a channel. From the riverside we were able to see two manatees swimming. The pool was wonderful in the evening. For our tour we saw and swam with five manatees, which is rare since we were in the off season. I highly recommend the Plantation.

Very nice resort, spacious rooms, staff sometimes unmotivated, after a brief storm, were not given to branches lying around and leaves and the pool not cleaned, although ran enough staff around.

Rooms adequate, but nothing more in relation to the environment. Slightly obsolete compared to the standard expected, size of the rooms one can small for a hotel outside built-up areas.

Pool and elegant in a very pleasant (rare for US).

Very quiet, clean, beautiful location, convenient to dining and shopping. A well above average accomation, with helpful, unobtrusive staff. The spa was excellent.

Great place to stay and eat. The golf course is also fantastic. This is the best place to stay if you want everything close. You can rent a kayak right from the hotel, visit Kings Bay Spring in about 5 minutes, get to Three Sisters Spring in about 20 minutes, and get to Hunters Spring in about 15 minutes. The rooms are nice and the staff is very knowledgable about the area.

Rooms very large and beautiful. The always-running fan in the bathroom was in the night. This one had a hair dryer from above after showering that it does not freeze. There was also a heater in the room. Breakfast at $13, 50 buffet.

Stayed one night in February 2016 to visit nearby springs. We brought 2 dogs with us. The room was well within acceptable condition and cleanliness; no complaints. The staff was outstanding. Every single staff member we encountered was outwardly friendly and helpful. Each staff member face a strong impression they truly cared about doing a good job and making guests feel welcomed. The location is so fantastic! Within 5 minutes of arriving we spotted 2 manatee in the canal that swam under the dock we were standing on. Three Sisters Springs is 5 minutes from the hotel and during season is one of the best places to see dozens of manatee. The food from the restaurant was pretty good and the staff there was very attentive and provided high quality service. This overnight trip was a last minute "let's just go and see what happens" decision and very much a success. As of now, we plan to return in about a year and stay for at least 4 days, maybe 8. Thank you!

The newer rooms are nice. We originally had a villa suite with an upstairs bedroom and it was a big let down. It was old, not very welcoming, and located across the roadway from pool, restaurants, main lobby, etc. Not great. The second room we got was a junior suite and it was quite large and comfortable but the bath did not plug properly so our toddlers had to shower. The outdoor pool had a very impressive design and was kept at 80 degrees in Jan/Feb. Hot tub was large and was around 104 degrees. The tiki bar located near the pool offered food and drinks that could be eaten poolside. Beach volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a large outdoor chess board made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Golf, kayaking, diving, tours, etc… were some of the other activities offered but we didn't get to try them. Breakfast was a-la-carte or buffet. Buffet was $13, children under 4 yrs eat free. Buffet was good for the price. Overall, the hotel was 4 stars compared to a Fairmont. The cleanliness was where it lacked. Otherwise quite pleasant grounds and staff.

Clean, affordable and oh so slightly dated. Location on the water is pretty spectacular and the kitschy little tiki bar is a fine place for a cheap and strong drink.

There were four of us, a mom and daughter in each room. Both rooms were large, great beds, and being there on New Year's Eve, it was quiet. The staff allowed us to have a late check out with a minimal fee so after our Manatee Tour we were able to takes showers and change clothes. My daughter loved the swimming pool, and the other mom enjoyed the jacuzzi. We definitely will be back for another visit.

We had a beautiful honey moon here, breakfast the next day was phenomenal! Sucks it rained but the staff was pleasant and accomodating!

After just one day in the plantation on Crystal River, I can say that I have been on the whole, very satisfied with the hotel. There are very nice and the rooms are very big, it's clean and the pool is class. As far as I heard play free golf and boating can be. It is a very nice large estate.
I have criticism for the fridge in the room. I had to go the sleep before making out. The volume of the refrigerator was too loud.

Not the most modern place but if you want a little peace & quiet then this is the place! Also very good restaurant (at least for dinner). Tiki-bar & good sized pool are bonuses.

This is not a resort, more like a nursing home. Unfriendly, thin walled, really no amenities. Don't waist your mula here!

WARNING DON'T GO! My wife booked a 3 day stay online the price was around $975.00. She put 1/2 down an a discover card. When we checked in Plantaion asked for a card for the (incidentals) on. We charged nothing to the room cash for all our drinks. Before we checked out we got a call from Discover thay had charged over $3000.00 to the card. We checked out on 7/5/15. As of 7/9/15 still out $3000.00

Quiet, nice employees, over floating manatees and a class pool! Great chance to play golf.
