Super clean, comfortable beds. Lost a star because my curtains could not close completely and my toilet was having issues. Great customer service and am excellent value.

Awesome staff. Great hotel for families with pets. No restaurant, no laundry facilities and no gym The building is old and needs major renovation.

This is a great hotel that is greatly priced, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because j believe it could’ve been a little more updated. The outside of the hotel makes it look like a resort but the rooms are a little small and outdated. On top of that, I noticed a few problems with the shower and water. The hot water takes awhile and in my room the cold water didn’t work. We called the front desk and asked for it to be fixed but the maintenance guy didn’t do anything. I think the water might all be on the same water line but overall it was a great hotel!

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, free parking. Reasonably priced.

Good price and large rooms. I did notice a strange odor in the hallway and in my room, but it was not bad enough to lodge a complaint. Also the room did not have a chair. The only place to sit was on the bed. Most hotel rooms I've stayed in across the US not only have chairs but a desk also. Hotel was convenient to lots of stores and restaurants.

That's the place I always stay. Nice place to stay because good restaurants are walking distance.

Thank goodness I only had to stay one night. The room itself wasn't too bad but because they are under construction, the place felt grungy and it was rather dusty. They need to restrict construction to floors that are not occupied.

I hate to rate lower than 5 stars but, I really didn't enjoy my stay here. I stay at La Quintas all around the country for at least a week at a time. The majority of the staff I encountered were not very friendly. There were two that were very nice. The major issue I had was that the entire hotel was undergoing renovations. Loud banging would start a little before 8 each morning. I understand that, the hotel will be nicer after its overhaul and that it wouldn't be easy to close the hotel for the duration but, to put people on the floors that were being renovated was a bit irresponsible. I actually encountered people on the elevator a few times that had checked in and were immediately checking out. Hopefully it's better next time.

As soon as I walked in I REGRETTED my decision to stay here. Ceiling tiles were missing, the place stunk. I tried to overlook it and went on to my room (which had to be upgraded to a suite because something was wrong in mine). I get to the third floor and they are doing renovations. There’s wet paint, plastic on the floors, and dust everywhere. My room had grimy floors, a broken AC, dirty shower, stained sheets, and a balcony door that didn’t shut all the way. The only thing positive about my stay was that it was only 1 night.

Room 317 has the absolute best view of the sunset. Beautiful sky. King suit. I love it. Little pricey over the weekend (especially since it's soooo noisy in the morning due to the renovating) but that's obvious. Still. I would stay again!

I came to this location because the Tamarac location had no more rooms available. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front desk. Great customer service! (From both locations) Nice clean room. The ONLY fault I had with my room was that I was unable to turn off the A/C. No matter what button I pressed, it would turn off or down. Other than that, a pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Was at the La Quinta Inn for the Easter weekend. There was a banquet going on in the banquet hall with people from my church. It was in honor of our pasror for his 10th anniversary — (or 10 years of meritorious service). Enjoyed every moment of it.

Hotel is under renovation. Cold shower! pool closed! No chairs to sit on balcony, not even a outside sitting are on grounds to enjoy the weather… we are Here for a funeral wanted to stay extra days to unwind and we have this mess of a hotel at $184 a night! Spring break rates! Give me a break! On the bright side staff was great and gave me a credit for one night upon check out… update been done for 2 days and still have not received credit I was promised…

Hotel is under renovations, but room was clean. Breakfast is continental style. Staff was very friendly. Pool was closed for repairs. All in all not a bad stay.

Very dingy and cheap hotel. Compared to the other la quintas I’ve stayed in this is by far the worse. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and the mattress had a weird stain in it that looked like urine. When I told the front desk about it they said no other rooms were available. I checked out and left and stayed at a better hotel. The pool is broken here and the breakfast selection is some of the worse I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t stay here!

I am in a wheelchair, handicapped so I have special needs. My family wanted me to stay in a nice Hotel/Inn, they wanted to be sure I was not alone in case of a blackout or other emergency, because they had to travel for a month. So here I am in this Inn, with extremely, and I mean very, very poor Front Desk/Concierge Service, but the Maid service has been very helpful and kind, they surely deserve Praise and acknowledgement for that. It seems to me since the front desk know my room is fully booked for over a month they don't have to pay any attention to give any service or even make sure I am a satisfied customer. As I mentioned before : the Maids are very kind but I;m sure they only get minimum pay, so lets tip them when they do help! There was only one Person from the Front Desk/Concierge that was kind enough to help me when I moved in, but unfortunately she seems not to be around anymore. When someone enters my room, turns on a light that was off, or closes a door or doe anything that requires me to got to it and change it to its previous stage, that means I have to move there. That in turn causes me pain, thats why I am sometimes disappointed when that happens, but the Inn deserves a better rating because of the excellent Maid Service.

Currently, they are under construction. The staff seem very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The AC worked great.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are so friendly. I'd gladly stay here again.

The rooms smelled like mildew and wet towels and employees are great besides this short oomph lumpa looking troll that was extremely rude and disrespectful! So our stay was a headache at the end. Wish she never showed up because she caused this bad review! All because she told us we had a late checkout and the decided to reverse everything and change her mind!

Great Breakfast Customer Service Fair.

Room was comfortable only good thing about this stay. Everything else was disgusting. Would rather eat toothpaste off of a dead rat instead of eat what few selections they had. Bathroom was covered in paper towels look like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Staff was not helpful and at night there were prepubescant teens running around drunk off their asses. Don't come here there's a better looking one down the road.

Great and affordable place to stay. Complementary breakfast, room was clean and the staff is very friendly. Big shot out to Danny at the front desk he was able to make sure that I had a crib in the room for my baby and I needed to check in early also, he made it all happen for me and I am very happy.

I didn't want to stay here after reading some of the reviews but I am happy that I still went. T hotel was nice. Room was cozy. The surrounding area offer lots of shopping options. Will be going back there.

Nice clean room. Basic, no fuss, no frills. Here on a work trip. Breakfast was poor, at least at 6:15am. No fruit sadly. Only one elevator works, which is fine. There was a bit of a wait to get upstairs, and there's no lobby access to stairs.

This location was well kept, food was good. I would recommend.

Wish I wouldn't have booked this room for three days, now I am stuck here. No fridge or microwave. Construction outside which is loud and an eyesore. Tv has limited options. Not a great value for the price.

Disappointing. They constantly have issues with the cable service and it's always the same excuse that "the satellite is having issues" Monday evening I had to go somewhere else to watch the football game because the one channel that had the game was not working. It takes more than six to eight rings to get someone on the front desk phone. The good thing is that the staff that actually works are nice hard working people.

Danny was great. Helpful and kind. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Room was clean and up to par.

Stayed 4 days there Rooms have no fridge or microwave very low water pressure no clean towels or washcloths brought to room daily. And don't waste your time on free breakfast, coffee tastes like instant and juices was orange drink and apple drink not real juice with limited selection to eat the Danish I tried tasted freezer burnt and the bagels tasted like there were day old as well as the bread for 72 dollars a night you would think they could put in a little more effort and provide a better tasting breakfast. And the hallways smelled musty. This hotel really needs to be thoroughly clean and renovated as I spend more time in hotels than in my own home over the last yr I would rate this hotel as the worse one I was unfortunate to have stayed in.

In for a long haul — 4 weeks and I need to make it my home for the period. Not bad. Except that it is a hotel and no cooking allowed. Also no restaurant attached to it. But, you have a lot of restaurants in a one mile radius which you can even walk to.

Very nice area and representatives. The bathrooms didn't like me much. They have an outdated sense.

Bare bones hotel/motel which does not have a fridge or microwave. Free breakfast in the morning which is nice.

I enjoyed the suttle comfort of the rooms and the luxury it provided.

It was clean, but one of the beds felt like it would eat you when sat on (dipped down badly) Also nice space for breakfast; however, might want to consider adding another waffle maker.

Payed extra for a room with a fridge and microwave received neither and still had to pay for them. Also the whole hotel needs major updates the furniture in the rooms looked like it went through WWII. Also shower had hair stuck on walls when I went to shower. Place is disgusting.

Just got a call from one of our parents that corporate office called her and confirmed it was a case of bed bugs in her room. NEVER EVER, WILL I STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER! Booked 20 rooms for our Hockey Team and several of our guests complained of having flea or bed bug bites. Hotel was contacted and they say they are conducting a test. Rooms were heavily deodorized to mask the pet smell. Window in room had cob webs and were dirty.

I would just start out by saying I would never stay here again. Ughhhhhh! The first night we got here they wanted us to pay extra for a room they had already told us had a microwave and fridge. The next morning breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am and didn't start til almost 7:30. Compared to other nice laquinta inns I have stayed at breakfast consist of bagels, waffle maker, scramble eggs, boiled eggs, choices of cereal, danishes, muffins, coffee, different juices, and choices of fruit. This place only had bread to make toast, bagels, boiled eggs and apples; didn't see any oj or milk or any other juices at that, HORRIBLE so we went out to breakfast. Once we got back to our room around 1:15pm nothing was cleaned or changed. This has been an experience in itself this hotel needs a whole new management because you can tell nothing but the lobby is being cleaned at this place can't wait to leave here. Oan the patios looked like they hadn't Been swept since the place opened. There was dirt ashes and a couple ashed blunts out there DISGUSTING!
