One of our favorite BG resorts! Employees here are great and very helpful. Loving the spa. When I found out we were in building 1 I think it is room 610. I didn’t think I’d like it I’m use to being close to the bigger pool but I fell In love with it. Just beautiful! Great place to bring your family. Room was very clean!

Although the villa was very nice and the pools were spectacular, the majority of the staff treat guests like second-class citizens. A week before our stay, we called the resort to see if we could have a package mailed to the resort during out stay as our daughter needed new corrective lenses. We were assured we could have packages delivered to the resort so we placed the order. During the stay, we received notification from UPS the package was delivered to the resort. However, the resort was unable to find the package. We were assured the package would be located initially. Then, after not receiving call-backs and making repeated attempts to get the package prior to our trip to Discovery Cove, the staff became rude and belligerent. One noteworthy bully was named Boris. This fiasco nearly ruined our daughter's trip to Discovery Cove but, thankfully, Discovery Cove had goggles with corrective lenses. After leaving the resort, we completed a survey and requested a call back about our experience but have received no such call. We've filed a claim with UPS and are awaiting the results of that investigation. One final warning: be prepared for long wait times on the elevators, especially in Building Saturdays are the worst. You may wait 30 minutes or more to get on the elevator if you are on an upper floor.

Great place to take grandkids and visit Disney. Addition to recommendation. We went to the owner’s review this morning. Took 30 minutes to see a rep as they couldn’t find any record of our ownership. After finding us in their system (with no explanation of why there was a problem. ). Another 10 minutes to see a rep. By this time we are upset that we we have spent 40 minutes of our time and we are expected to listen to a presentation of 60 minutes. The rep was understanding of our frustration but was “obligated” to do his presentation. When he could see we were frustrated he had us “opt out” of the presentation. We were escorted to guest services and told because we didn’t fulfill our obligation of the 60 minute presentation therefore forfeiting our “gifts”. Not a great way to treat owners.

The staff was very friendly, the room was updated, love the in room kitchen, the view was great, pools, hot tub, and sauna perfect.

While the pool was fun the weather didn't cooperate. The owner upgrade meeting got cancelled as soon as I told them I wasn't buying any points. They told me I couldn't get my $120.00 fountain bucks. They treat owners like dirt unless you upgrade at the meeting. Been a bronze owner for 12 years.

Well, it is a great place and location with lots to do. However the salsa dance class with Giovanni is the most fun! I’ve talked about it several times since my last trip and tonight’s class did not disappoint. I wish it was every night! Lots of fun.

Being an original owner here (from prebuilt) formerly Oasis of the Lakes, I have to say I am alarmed at management of this resort. It’s gone downhill tenfold.
The pool is no longer a delight to step into as freezing, compared to other resorts. (Sheraton Village across the road & Hilton Vistana up the road)
Their is not enough staff to help with luggage & everyone passes the buck to other staff. No bellboys at all to meet & greet?
What the hell is happening to quality service.
I’ve not even checked in yet, so God knows what else the Fountains will fail in.

It's only our second day but so far we love it. Comfortable rooms with everything we need. Comfy beds. Clean. Spacious. Love having a washer and dryer in the room to wash clothes during the week. Close to the parks. Cons: Don't like having to pay to use the shuttle to get to the parks. Delivery drivers can't get through security to bring you your food. You have to drive to the front to get it. Nothing big just minor inconveniences.

The resort is located 10 minutes from I-4. Our kids love the main attraction of the resort (the pools). They have 2 main swimming pools. Part of the one pool is a heated (open 7am — 11 pm). The other one has slides (open 9am — 10 pm). The slides closed at 7 pm though. The room is very spacious for 2 y. O kid to run around happily. It has 2 bedrooms with bathroom in each. The kitchen has oven, microwave, an island, range, full size fridge, coffee maker, deep sink, dishwasher, large dining table, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. It has a small stacked washer and dryer. The patio is nice facing a lake and pool. I highly recommend this resort if you have kids (most kid loves pool).

Had a great time with my family for a week. Great pools, games and local food, drink and entertainment. Staff on the resort are friendly and keen to help. Rooms clean although decor a little outdated. Need to work on the communication of arranging transport to and from suites to pools. Would stay again though!

My parents have been enjoying Bluegreen at this location for quite some time now. We stay with them when possible. The rooms are always clean as well as the grounds and pools. We had food from the Craft bar and brought it back to the room with us. The bartender was on point! Food was good, a little pricey but expected for a resort. When we left we met Carlos, a maintenance guy and his coworker, Dan (I think) who we chatted with while leaving. Carlos has a great attitude and wonderful personality. What an example of what an employee should be like! See you at Christmas!

Me and the family visited The Fountains a couple years ago and it was a very nice stay. Me and the family came this past week and we’re highly disappointed. When we entered the room we noticed right away that the A/C was not working. The kitchen sink had a foul odor as my wife had to use bleach to clean it. The A/C guy came to the room and told us the A/C was frozen over and there was nothing they could do about it. The steam room and hot sauna looked like it wasn’t cleaned on the daily. With that the pools looked so dirty and did not look pleasing to go in to swim. The Starbucks they serve in the clubhouse is not real Starbucks coffee as it tasted like community’s coffee. On top of that the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly which is sad given as a customer you should receive a great experience you won’t forget. I will not come back to this resort ever again.

They almost did a great job, I guess we'll settle for a good experience. The resort had Immaculate grounds the facilities were outstanding in almost every capacity the service staff helped us get checked-in and they were quick and responsive. We got to our room which by the looks of it was recently renovated to a very clean and modern look. Once we come into our room we noticed that there were towels everywhere the beds were unmade, the lights were on, toilet did not work and was splattered with excrement. We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room in a different building. The room that we moved to had not been updated and was old and kind of run-down looking. And importantly we lost our great view of the lake. So instead of upgrading our room because of the horrible experience we had they actually downgraded us. That just doesn't make any sense from a consumer standpoint. We still managed to have a good time at the very large pool. They're groundskeepers start exactly at 7:30 everyday and have no concern of the noise pollution. On the plus side the pools were great! Their activities coordinator did a great job. Everyday something wonderful to do. 3.5 stars.

The resort is nice, and the staff members are friendly. We stayed in building seven, and it was as if the walls and ceilings were made of newspaper. We heard everything going on around us, which made sleeping difficult. It was right next to the garbage dumpsters, which made napping in the day impossible. All those things are minor, but I do have a major concern with the large pool area. The people sittian issue that could have been confirmed with review of security cameras. The regular staff member and the security guard both looked embarrassed and apologized when they had to say there were no cameras! Children running around everywhere, and no cameras! There are cameras in the lobby and around the grounds, but none for the pool.

Very nice room, but be aware, you aren’t close enough to anything if you don’t have a car. No gas station nearby, no shuttle service to anything, you will need to walk about a mile for anything. Universal and Disney are miles away. So if you go, make sure you have your own transportation. The resort is gorgeous. We stayed in building 2, right by the pool. Food at the pool was just above average, not bad, but not great. The location and lack of transportation was our fault. I read reviews that stated they had a shuttle service, that is absolutely NOT correct. So, 4 star place, 1 star for my planning and trusting reviews online.

Clean. Well kept. Comfortable beds. Fairly modern. A lot of pools with different size depths (awesome). Wish the main one had more shade, but “for a low low price” you can get a cabana. The shaded indoor/outdoor pool is a gem and sees less traffic. Very secure property. Note: the other Bluegreen Property (Sunshine Resort) is closer to Disney. (Suggestion to property, get a few floating “pool closed” signs). Definitely be back.

This is a beautiful resort with 2 huge pools and a very large campus. Our room faced the largest pool, Wakoola Springs, a beautiful view. There are many activities and a good restaurant poolside. We had an issue with the jacuzzi but they came right away to repair it. Poor drainage from room10314, had to plunge toilet 3 times and master shower did not drain, otherwise an awesome experience.

Loved the layout of this place. The only thing I didn't like is that when they closed the pool down in the middle of the day for maintenance no one was notified. So you walked down to the pool with all your pool toys, towel, and the kids dying to get in the water, only to be denied. The slides are a blast! I even went down them several times with the kids! The Dive in Movie night is the cutest! Catch and release pond was relaxing as well! They were kind, friendly, clean, everything was maintained to greatness.

We stayed here about 10 years ago, and it was great. However, it was even better this time. Our condo was beautiful, beds were comfortable, pools are nice, grounds are beautiful, game room is huge, and the location is fantastic. Negatives would be that the pools close too early (overall Bluegreen complaint), and the food and drinks are way overpriced-especially being an owner. $6 for a caramel apple? I think not.

This place is so nice. Nice open pools. The rooms were nice. If we needed extra towels or when our dishwasher wasn't working someone was over in less than 10 minutes. AND it is affordable!

This place is one of the best resorts that we've stayed in and we travel a lot and stay in a lot of resorts every year. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the entire staff is exceptional, professional, and very friendly, the pool is fantastic (including water slides, kids area, and games), the amenities are plentiful, the security makes you feel safe, the restaurants are good, and you can just tell everyone there loves their job… which means management is doing an exceptional job. This is the best resort to stay in when coming to Orlando. It's minutes from the gates of Disney, Universal, Sea World, and all other major attractions. We have stayed there 10 or 11 times and we continue to go back there year after year. You will love your stay at the Fountains, guaranteed!

This was a very nice place! HUGE pool and nice hot tub. Places to grill and good music playing. It has corn hole and water slides with a pool volleyball net. Definitely a great place to vacation with or without kids!

A resort with 3 swimming pools, has a lake, projection room, and multiple activities, the rooms quite spacious and well equipped.

Our stay here has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful and have gone out of their way to help accommodate my special needs son. Our room is huge, bright, clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully appointed to make you feel at home. The pools are big, clean and just the right temperature. There are so many activities and little extra things that I could go on and on. So I'll just say that the Fountains made this vacation the best ever.

Spacious accommodations; not accessible, but plenty of room for a wheelchair. We were in a 2 bedroom. The king room worked well as far as shower & space but had a low toilet. The queen room was placed so my chair would not go in the room, but the bathroom had an elevated toilet. Simple to make work… full kitchen… convenient to Sea World, shopping, International Drive. Grounds beautiful; attentive staff…

You sell the package 699 8 days 7 nights with lies I would not recommend Çobrar, 237 dollars more supposedly not qualifying in the package.

Rooms were nice but laid out strangely. Tile floors throughout looks nice but you could hear everything from the floor above. Chairs being dragged across the floor were very loud. People yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. Needs better acoustics, for sure! Very clean property inside & out. Very Well kept. Nice pool area & amenities.

Little overwhelming because of the size. Avoid the main pool with the lazy river during Spring Break. There are other smaller pools that are good though. A lot of fun activities for kids and families. The Legends golf course on site is very challenging and fun. Many good food options on site and conveniently located to many Disney World locations.

I was there and had a wonderful time, very friendly staff, The resort where the owners stay is beautiful, but the location where people stay to see if you want to become a owner for the other property is a little dated but was still nice, could use new carpet and new updated furniture. 5 stars for the owners property at least from what they showed us. The grounds are beautiful, I did Love it there, and the staff is wonderful and we needed maintenance repair for something minor and they came so fast.

Our stay was Mostly pleasant and fun, Alex at the front check in for first time guest was so nice and made us feel so welcome! The time share presentation was all good till the last 30-1hour I’d say because we were interested till the man called over his “boss” who supposedly could only tell us the pricing but actually didn’t until we agreed to sign a lease on a “point” system timeshare “deed” of ownership. I got so fed up with the two no three! Time go around I said no four times and then I quote said “it’s a hard no” they still didn’t get it. My husband is patient but I wasn’t feeling it and if the people there would of just gave us pricing so and stop saying “well we are trying to get more family’s to make time for vacation “ “do you want to vacation or not it’s a choice you can make “ It started to sound their own way of being salesy. I need to not spend 1400 dollars a year on a 3, 000 point share that only gets me 7nights at a hotel. Because I could just booked that on a peak season at the same resort for the same price. I understand the reason for people who have a little extra cash but we aren’t that family that can upgrade “eventually” like they say. Long story short if you have the extra cash Do the point system if not don’t bother. The Resort is nice at least where we stayed level 5 at building 4 right next to the club house check in. Thank you so much The Fountains Resort, no thanks to your timeshare employee and management.

Wonderful place to clean extreme, many details and kitchen with everything you could need in it, very good customer service and located in a central location. Is very recomebdable.

Just got my room. Day 1 of 4, ceiling has cracks from wall to wall in two rooms. One crack right above king bed. Ceiling has been poorly patched in several places of kitchen. Looks like the ceiling material was on the king bed. All the lights take time to brighten, so initially you are in a dark bathroom or shower for a bit… not ideal for nightime. Building 10 is NOT for relaxing in daytime, kids screaming at pool and music constantly heard. Location to theme parks seems to be really good if that's what you're after. 9 out of 10 staff so far have been super polite and helpful. The furniture could use a stain touch up pen in a lot of places. A few stains here and there on carpet and cushions. All in all if you are not going to be in the room much other than nighttime its a good place to stay. Everywhere else is very nice, just not what I expect from a room when my wife and I are trying to get away. Whole place I'd give 4 stars, the room I'd give 2 stars. Settled at 3

Location is wonderful, and is within minutes of Walt Disney World. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are so nice and clean. The pools that are available are fabulous! Such a great place to stay!

The rooms are mostly nice, however I stayed in building 1 and I noticed the bathrooms time work is not good, there is also no pool towels at the rooms. If you want it, you have to call the service desk and they will deliver it. The hallways on building one also has a "smell" to it. The "market" is always packed and if you want coffee be prepared to wait. Their pools are awesome, the game room is a MUST and their fitness room is very nice as well.

The pool is beautiful. The kids loved the splash zone. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The nature trail is very nice for a leisurely stroll. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with the full kitchen. Loved the convenience of being able to cook and eat in the room. It made it especially easy with 2 young children. Close to the theme parks so it didn't take us long at all to get to Disney.

Amazing locale, very clean inside and out (shout-out to the worker who was sweeping the lobby outside stairs! ). The room was amazing, the amenities were great. We had 8 people in our party, and we all felt at home in our suite and in the area. Each and every employee we encountered was sweet and helpful, joking with us and always smiling and willing to solve any problem.

Stunning Views! So many walking paths that are all beautiful! My one and only complaint is that the pools close at 10 and 11 pm. Which, for a hotel, makes sense, but for a Vacation Home, it's a little strict. The bars were also odd hours. It seemed the bar at pool was only open during daytime hours! And they didn't make any colorful/fruity/pretty tropical drinks. I think the bartender just didn't know how to mix drinks to make them pretty. I also noticed that the outside maintenance group was very inconsiderate of the people on Vacation, meaning they used LOUD machinery at 6 or 7 am! Blowing leaves around seems a bit overkill, especially that early! Overall, though I would totally stay here again. The views and spacious, modern rooms were perfect.

The resort was nice and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. When we needed more of something they were quick to bring it up to the room. The pools and hot tubs were great. There is a Starbucks and pizza place in the main lobby that we like too.

Nice room, friendly staff. The property is beautiful and there are quite a few fun activities for families. But there was Not enough hot water to fill the bath tub. No housekeeping services, no shuttle services, water pressure sucks and we seen several cockroaches in our room.

If you are looking for luxuries don't go but within the price scale is the best I went worldwide and the people very friendly.

It was an awesome experience. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The pool was lovely and we even got room service and it was fast and the guy who delivered it was so friendly. I didn't catch his name but his pen didn't work and we gave him one and he was super cool about everything. This place is great.

This is my second time at the fountains in 4 years. The first time was great but short. This time we stayed for 6 nights and have have room service. Everything was PERFECT. The rooms have been updated, the staff is WONDERFUL. The only downfall is that the bar by the pool closes at 9pm! This place is close to all the parks and nightlife. SUPER happy with our stay!

We went to visit friendships that Habitavan, me that of very emprecionada with the habitation. Modern designs, slab floors, kitchen with granite plateaus and a wooden wall like accento, very nice and clean.

The rooms of 6 people are Padrisa! Although the sofa-bed had some stains. And we asked for some extra towels that never came… The pool was really cool hi!

We stayed here for a week in March 2016. Its a nice place, with comfortable and clean unit. They also have a security presence there at night. I did deduct one star for two reasons: 1) Check in took 45 minutes! Only one desk clerk was on duty. That's the longest i've ever spent checking in, and 2), it can be very difficult to find a place to park at night. They really need more parking.

Hey travel-family, another great stay at the Fountains. They have done some updates to the rooms. New tile floors, stained dark colored cabinets in both kitchen & bathrooms, & some new furniture. We stayed in one of the building that faces the lake, and it was beautiful. Getting up in the morning and watching the sun come up, what can I say. Wish that everyone could see it. Well Happy New Year to all, be safe out, see you next year.

It is a very good site, to go to rest, the apartments come equipped with everything, to be able to spend in family without worries.

Location in relation to parks is good. Staff was hit and miss, most were friendly and accomodating. Overall, amenities were pretty good. There were a LOT of flaws, we could easily accept a few, but there were many. -Pool was open, but no towels to be found. -Staffing at the pools, and the activities kiosk was spotty, and unpredictable. -After first night, only parking allowed at our building, was handicap. (Lot was being resurfaced, but then, don't fill those rooms. ) -Some closets don't open/close properly. -Bed fell off of, what appeared to be, a bad frame. (Repaired fairly quickly. ) -Toaster doesn't work right. -Can opener broken. -Refrigerator missing shelving. -Oven heated slowly, not sure it got to temp. -No basketball for court. (Pretty decent court. ) -Kitchen faucet that shuts off unexpectedly. -Dishwasher that leaks. I'm sure I'm forgetting some items, but you get the picture. Overall, it was O. K.

Stayed here for 4 days and the room was great. Fully supplies for cooking and was very clean. Unless you request it, the cleaning staff doesn't come so anything left in the room is safe. The public areas are nice, pools are heated and the view is great. Only problem is the parking, I was in building 8 and there was not enough parking for the rooms available.

Although the rooms are very nice and comfortable, it doesn't make up for the poor experience of the rest of the resort. There is little to no customer service here. Policy is placed well above customer satisfaction and in my opinion that doesn't make for very good business. They've assigned me to a room that had people occupying it. They have printed out the wrong parking pass as well as check in & out dates on our paperwork after we have told the staff more than once our dates. Internet does not work if your trying to do work and they do not answer the phone when called. It honestly feels like they don't care for their customers and it is widely noticed from everyone in my party. The location and rooms are nice but for the amount that's paid, I expect much better services. I don't really recommend this to anyone. Honestly, motels in the area are much cheaper and a lot more better at insuring your needs are met.

We stayed in building 1, Lake Eve in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and it was PERFECT. The resort was gorgeous. There was always something to do so spending the day at the resort was totally worth it. The pools are heated so it was perfectly fine to swim in the evenings. The staff was all very friendly. If we needed anything they were more than happy to bring it to our room for us. I can't wait to come back in the next few months.

The Fountains has great rooms and amenities. We fully enjoyed our time. We got two nights in a 2 BR condo and attended the vacation sales presentation. We were there for under 3 hours and could have been out faster if we hadn't asked so many questions. It was one of the best presentations we've been to.

Stayed in one of their newly remodeled and updated units. Very nice, clean and spacious. Everything from furniture to TVs to decor is very modern. Clubhouse is nice, has a Starbucks, frozen yogurt bar and game room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to just about everything you would want to do and explore in Orlando.

The employees here have great customer service. Every employee making eye contact with me or within about 6 feet made a point to greet me. Our check in was a pleasure. While we were supposed to have a room in building 2, they informed us up front that the elevator broke and may not function for a few hours. In doing so, they offered to put us in a different building. At our request, they allowed us to stay one evening in a different building and move back to 2 the next day when the elevator was fixed so we could be closer to the pool. That being said, building 8 was much newer and cleaner than building 2. However, building 8 is farther from the main pool and the resort is in construction of building 9, making it a bit noisy at this time. Building 2 is dated. It had wood interior paneling and lamps made of wooden stakes. On the deck in building 2, there was a dead cockroach. None, living nor dead were found inside at any point. The decks are all screened in, and the air conditioner worked well. The suites were all furnished with the appropriate items to cook your own meals and serve your own drinks. They have a pizza restaurant on site and it is pricey, and this is the worst part of the review… while the restaurant is open, they will not allow pizza delivery drivers on the property. I'm not sure about other types of delivered food. We ordered a pizza from Dominoes and were forced to go off property to meet the delivery driver to pick up our food.

The location is perfect, centrally located to an array of activities. The room was immaculate and includes a washer and dryer, which came in handy on several occasions! The service was the only part of the stay that was lacking. They were extremely unapologetic when our requests weren't met and were never overly eager to help when called upon. The amenities amd room were perfect, but the staff need some updating on customer service!

The Q-Dreams resort is spectacular.

Had a great time at the Fountains Resort this year. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The amenities in the rooms and resort are great. Multiple pool areas with hot tubs. The large outdoor pool area has a set of water slides, water volleyball, little kids play area with water spraying structures, water basketball area, grill and bar area, and other activities that the staff put on throughout the week. They have staff dedicated to selling tickets to the local parks and recreation areas. This is a great place to stay at for your vacation.

Well. Where do I start? On March 29th, 2017 I made reservations to stay at the Blue Green Resort. I was told to call the day my flight was scheduled to inform the "welcome center" that our flight would be getting in after midnight. I was ASSURED that there would be a package in the welcome center drop box with further instructions for our stay. It is now 3:30am, after flying to Orlando, Fl from Boston, Ma we went to the drop box only to find that there was NO PACKAGE there for us. We drove over to the resort to figure out what the problem was, and they had NO RECORD of our stay/information on file! So now, my husband, my 3 year old son and 6 month old baby will be spending the next 3 hours in our rental until the Blue Green Resort sales rep arrives at 7. Totally unprofessional. Cannot WAIT to see this representative in 3 hours.

My daughter stays home, no daycare, no other interactions. She's a heart patient, 2 open heart surgeries and she's 2 years old. We went for a vacation weekend, and when we came home the next day she had a fever. We thought it was an ear infection from swimming, but then she got sores on her mouth. Took her to the pediatrician, she now has Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. My poor baby is in agony. Guess that's what we get for going to a place that obviously doesn't keep up with sanitation. Never again.

I love this place and so does my daughter, this will be our 3rd time staying here. I love the fact that you get a full kitchen and washer and dryer it really helps if we don't feel like going out to eat, we could always just cook or pop something in the microwave. I always feel at home when I'm at this resort. Also this is not far from the parks.

I've been to this resort twice. The presidential suite is great. The pools are good, and overall the resort is recommended. Pluses: Again, the presidential suite is top notch, and a great fit for my six-person family. The beds were ridiculously comfortable on both stays, and overall the resort is nice, generally clean (see below), and a decent place to stay in Orlando. Downsides: On the latest visit to the Fountains our air conditioner was broken when we arrived and took a couple of hours to fix. Also, The floor was disgusting. My feet were literally black on the bottom after walking on the tile floor. They couldn't resolve the issue on the day we arrived, and we ended up just cleaning it ourselves. The arcade is too expensive.

I come here occasionally due to friend's owning timeshares for birthdays and other celebrations. It has a nice pool and there always seems to be some kind of activity or event happening. The rooms are nice and fairly good size with a open kitchen/dining/living room right when you walk in and two rooms; one being the master and the other having 2 beds. The space can hold a good party of 15 or so no problem even though space isn't really the reason my friends chooses to have their celebrations here. Overall a nice place with nice guest and staff.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we love it. The floor plans of the rooms make it great for traveling with friends or family. The new water park is hours of fun. The drinks and food from the bar weren't the best but still pretty good. The lake is scenic and I'm hoping to take a paddle boat out today or tomorrow. The security provides a nice piece of mind which is nice while you're traveling with valuables. The staff and service that's provided is always top notch and done with a smile. There's a few minor issues with the room. For example, some of the power outlets don't work in our room but that's any easy fix and nothing to get upset about. All in all these place is great for a family getaway.

I'm loving my stay here at the Fountains. Our rooms are very clean, spacious and well furnished. Beds are comfortable, and having a full kitchen is very nice, and the screened in balconies are excellent for relaxing at the end of a long day in the parks. The location is great, less than 15 minutes drive into any of the major parks. Staff are very friendly, everyone is quite pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm staying here now and can't wait to leave. The room is dirty. Very dusty and not kept up. The rooms are large, but disappointing. The air filter was from January (its now June) and was full of dust. I reported this and no one came to change it. Noisy neighbors banging around at 1am. Lots of people reporting stolen items at the pool. The pools are crowded with lots of unsupervised children and teenagers. There was trash in the pool. The playground is very small. I will not be staying here is!

We were on the top floor and told we could only have one car in the lot where we were staying. The rooms were very well layed out though are besroom had barn doors. They were easily opened and not very private. Our bathroom didn't have a door except fpr our water closet. The bathtub was outside of the water closet though. The balconies had wonderful views of the lake next to the property and the pool. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, but the bowls were small and the fridge didn't dispense water.

FYI This is not just a simple hotel… its a Timeshare Vacation Resort… so just know that although it is listed as an Ascend Collection, Choice Hotel there will be a $100.00 deposit. For incidentals, $12.50 per day Resort Fee, and a slight possibility of their being snobby to short stay hotel guests upon check in, unless you opt to become a timeshare member! Its a newly constructed, expansive property remote from main attractions, however they do provide Concierge for tickets and I believe shuttles. Pools are heated &: ok… indoor pool is a bit noisy & c! rowded within main clubhouse. $50+Charge for checkout later than 10 am. Suites are very large, super clean! Fully equipped with full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, & all amenities. Loved in room, hot tub bath! Security ultra high… cameras and gated with active monitoring. Recommend for advance purchase, private — style family vacations. Management is very reasonable, if you have problems. Shampoo, soaps are Bath & Body Works, not my fragrance, so recommend you bring your own.

My family and I planned a Christmas gathering, for this upcoming December, and were excited to be using a promotion that was offered via a telephone call. My family was looking to use a previously used resort, that we thoroughly enjoyed, due to the amenities and customer service, but since we received a called, decided we could look into it, and potentially use this resort instead. We were promised a 2 bedroom villa, for 4 days/3 nights, adding an extra day and night. After researching the area and doing a little plan with our family, we decided we would give this place a run, instead of our usual Bonnet Creek. Earlier today, we called to confirm our reservation, and put some things in place, and were told the villa we were promised was not a villa but a 2 bed hotel room. We spoke with customer service reps and supervisors, who tried to accommodate, but due to the holiday, said they were booked up. We paid in full in September, well in advance, and have put out extra money to insure that this trip was a memorable experience. This trip was suppose to be a bonding experience for our family, as we lost 2 of our own this past year. I am extremely disappointed and wish that we had kept our previous mind to utilize Bonnet Creeks resort. I am even bothered to the fact that they were "unable" or unwilling to refund what we paid, so that we may try to find a space that would work for us. Even in trying, it is so late in the reservation stages, I'm not sure that we could find a place.

I have not even got there yet, but already hate bluegreen so much I would never spend another penny with. Now that I'm reading about all the Wi-Fi issues I want to go even less. They have lied and lied and lied to me and I am dreading having to interact with their timeshare sales people. If you are reading this before it's to late, get away from them as fast as possible.

I would rate this resort with 5 stars but we ran in to many different issues while staying here. The Wi-Fi for residence would not work inside the room only out in the cold balcony. I was told this was an issue for the entire building. The room service is limited. Only thing they did was make the beds once on a 4 night stay. We took out our own trash to a garbage shoot on the complete end of the hall way to find out it was locked. One of the two main elevators were not functioning which made things very hectic and stressful while moving in and out. If you have other options than this resort I would go with that option.

My wife and two children stayed in a 2 bedroom during the second week of Dec, '14 for our Disney vaca. 5 days at the parks didn't afford much time to "experience" much of the resort. However, what time we did spend was enjoyable. The pools are great, the staff was very friendly, and the room we were in was very nice. I do agree with an earlier post concerning Wi-Fi, but I was able to connect three phones and a tablet simultaneously. We only used them in the early morning or late evenings at the resort. When I attempted to connect the second tablet (5 devices if you're counting) the network wouldn't allow it. I would not rate this place at 1 star simply due to limited free Wi-Fi. There's much more to the resort than free internet;).
