Spacious and clean rooms, great service. Very good lodging option.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. My kids love the pool this is our second time staying at this hotel.

Waited 45 minutes for luggage racks. Handicap parking was at a closed entrance. Found the bed to be hard as a rock. No safety bars in shower. Good note… The Splash Bar and Restaurant by the pool has a GREAT employee who makes good food. Will not stay again as their are hotels next door and I like this area for shopping, SeaWorld, Aquatica.

Our first night was great nothing to complain about checked in got our room got settled in and fell right to sleep in the nice comfortable bed thank you for accommodating us after a long drive now it’s time to enjoy SeaWorld. Thanks Again.

This is our first time staying here… And we will definitely be back.
It's beautiful from the moment you walk in to the amenities to the room and especially Mrs. Truzette that's at the front desk. She was very pleasant from the time we walked in early to when we actually got to check in. And afterwards too.
We have stayed at alot of hotels but this one is by far our favorite.
There pool is amazing and child friendly the hot tub is so nice the play area is cute and because of my foot injury I didn't use the exercise room but it looked great.
Everyone here has been super nice.
We are already planning our next trip so we can come back.

We are staying here while visiting the SeaWorld parks. The staff is probably the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Rooms are clean, spacious and the toilet and shower being in separate rooms is an amazing feature. Next time we come to Orlando we will be staying here without a doubt.

Above and beyond customer service needs to be recognized! Thank you for your amazing service from the moment we checked in … and to top it off we received a thank you card from Madge at the front desk when we got back from dinner. Highly Recommend!

Love this place! Fantastic service. Great value. Free breakfast. Rooms are spacious and updated. Staff is wonderful and attentive. Ask for Madge at the front desk. She gave me a Thank you care! Who does that? And I used to be a Marriott Vacation club owner and never got treated this well. I will be back for sure!

I loved my stay at this Marriott. Very clean and great location. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and the wonderful pool. This was by far the best one I’ve stayed in.

My husband and I checked in to the hotel on a Friday we stayed through Sunday. It was our 10 year anniversary and Sean at the front desk gave us vouchers for our anniversary and also provided great customer service the room was nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly I would stay here again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

The bed wasn’t my cup of tea but no bed is. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I got to enjoy it with my best friend!

Amazing hotel! Enjoyed our vacation so much we booked another night! Everything was wonderful and super kid friendly! Our first morning at breakfast one of the ladies saw my son (1 1/2 years old, I was pushing him in his stroller) eating a banana without it being peeled as I was making plates for him and my oldest son and husband, she got a new banana for him, peeled it and gave it to him. Every morning after that she personally greeted us. The front desk staff was super helpful (I can’t remember names but one was a younger girl that checked us in the first day and assisted with extending our stay with brown hair and the supervisor). The concierge desk in the lobby was super convenient and a great resource. Housekeeping, the grounds men, and bar attendants were all exceptional! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone especially families with small kids. Will definitely be back!

Ducks swimming in the pool, overpriced drinks at pool bar, $15.75 for a Rum Runner, suite has a weird set up for the bathroom and the drains backed up. 10am asked for room to be cleaned, came back at 4 was not done as promised, asked again, finally done at 6pm. Front desk staff make empty promises, not enough hotel cleaning staff to accommodate the amount of rooms. Good continental breakfast was the only good part of 2 day stay. Will not come back or recommend. This particular Marriott is not usually how a nice stay at a hotel would be.

The hotel is nice. The location is very convenient to Sea World and Universal. The breakfast area could use some better organization to handle the amount of people. The pool was very cloudy and definitely in need of being cleaned.

It was nice. Modern, clean, friendly. Nothing over the top, but you'll have an easy, hassle-free stay. Kids had a good time swimming in the pool with some ducks one morning. Lobby area and breakfast are solid. Nice place.

Loved the updated look on the suite… Front desk was very friendly, one thing that was a downer was the non updated AC unit we had in our room. Our room was super Hot in the middle of the night seems as if the The AC just stopped working. Also TV stopped working later that night and room didn’t have an alarm/iPod radio like they advertise… staff was very nice it was my daughters birthday and they had a nice area by the pool where we could enjoy a cake with her and a couple her friends. If AC unit was working correctly it would had been an excellent stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It is so close to sea world… you can literally see the roller coasters from the hotel lobby! The pool was just redone and includes a fun splash pad for the kids. Room was very clean & modern. I had no issues and look forward to staying again the next time I a plan a mini get away :)

I really. Piked this hotel. It had really good breakfast and a market… even though though the pool was out of order they still made a way for us to go to another pool. The setting of the hotel was very nice and clean and the staff and service we're very nice and helpful.

We have friends staying at your property for a few days. A couple months ago we wrote to the hotel to put in a request for something special to be done since one of them is currently fighting for her life. Upon calling yesterday after she checked in, it was found that the hotel did absolutely nothing. We wrote several times and someone on this page confirmed it too. Customer service is severely lacking!

Wonderful hotel! We were very impressed. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The location was perfect for our family. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the a/c unit was loud. The breakfast buffet was delicious too and I normally don't like the buffet at hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great. Directly across the street from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Aquatica is right next door. Right in the middle of some great place to eat and other entertainment. I would come back.

This place is 4 over 5 and went you choose this place for sleeping and you go to SeaWorld they give you fast pass. The staff is great the pool is beautiful yes 4/5

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to say it’s one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location. The hotel is literally right across the street from Seaworld and has pretty much everything nearby like restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. I was told that the hotel had been renovated in November and you can definitely tell. The lobby is super nice and the room we stayed at was super nice and really spacious and for the price it was even better. Had a great first experience and I will definitely come back again.

Very comfortable beds and rooms. Love the separation of restroom from shower. The employees were the most courteous and helpful people I have ever encountered, so very friendly and polite. Even Manuel, who came up to bring towels, showed such genuine caring and concern. Thank you for such a wonderful group of employees.

Nice big rooms with everything you need; The breakfast buffet was huge and nothing was missing; The free shuttle buses run regularly to SeaWorld Park; Value for money.

I ended up at this hotel after another Marriott property messed up our reservation. Because of a second error by the first property, when I arrived they only had one room for us instead of two. Autumn at the front desk went way above and beyond in finding me another room at a different hotel, even though she didn't cause any of problems and had no obligation to fix it. Amazing customer service, thank you Autumn!

Very clean hotel. I personally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Comfortable beds after a long day at Disney World. I tend to stay at Marriott properties, and this one was definitely one of the best. Plenty of parking space.

The price is comfortable compared to other hotels, for two nights and three days is around $220. The place is very nice, has a nice swimming pool and beautiful rooms; The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet for breakfast was very varied. The only thing is that your gym doesn't have enough equipment for a full workout.

The hotel is located in a central area (close to Universal, downtown and Disney. The room was excellent. We didn't need a special service but the employees were friendly. For breakfast, there were not as many healthy choices as egg whites or chicken/turkey meat only pork.

The rooms are renovated. The hotel is in very good condition but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Scrambled eggs are very dry and cutlery and dishes are all disposable.

I had a one night stay at this location, near SeaWorld. I was very impressed with the accommodations and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is very family friendly, they have a splash zone next to the pool. I stayed in a King room. It was clean, spacious, and inviting. There is also a relaxing lounge sitting area outside, in addition to all of the comfortable places to sit near the lobby. They have a great brochure rack with information on all of Orlando's attractions. There is a complimentary bus to Sea World and Universal Studios. This location is within about 45 minutes of Disney and about 15 from the outlet mall, depending on traffic. There are restaurant options within a short walk. The Wi-Fi was free (the upgrade is free is you join Marriott Rewards). The complimentary breakfast was a good mix of hot food, fruit, and continental. They have an arcade and a fitness center, as well as a destination specialist if you are a tourist.

Great location for SeaWorld. Clean, modern rooms. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast is always nice, especially with kids. My family and I really loved our stay here.

If you are going to Sea World this is a great place to stay for families. It has a great Pool, the shuttle to sea world only takes about 10 minutes, it has a decent breakfast. Sea world themed, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

All good and very friendly … Buifee is sufficient … but unfortunately no Volcorn products.

Good hotel right next to the sea world theme park.

Rooms are big enough for the whole family without getting in each other's way. So far very nice helpful staff. However watch for extra charges on your credit card. After being home for 3 days I was still getting charges for parking, $40 yet we didn't have a car. And for food we didn't order. I have called, emailed, left messages and still no refund or return call.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was super nice and immediately called upon our check in to our room to see if we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and recently renovated. The pool was fantastic and very clear. The bartender was polite and was managing several customers at once with a smile on her face. I would have given 5 stars for the stay but on our check out day I became violently sick. When my husband called the front desk to request a wheelchair (I couldn't walk from pain) to be able to get me to the car, we were told the hotel didn't have one, which was very concerning. We were not offered any follow up in a form of assistance and the staff ended the call. We ended up having to call 911. No one from the hotel staff came up to check on us at any time even when the paramedics arrived. I went out on a stretcher right by the front desk without one word said to us. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to the emergency surgery I had to have. When my husband checked us out after this ordeal he mentioned the scary medical issues that happened and still no word from the staff. This has made me go back and think that the hotel staff is prepared for just the basics but when it is time to go above and beyond and really show exemplary customer service (especially if a guest goes out on a stretcher) the hotel fell very short. It was almost insulting.

We stayed for our sons 10th Birthday. Everyone was so nice, and the room was clean and comfy. Thank you to the sweet ladies that brought my son a cupcake and sang happy birthday to him at breakfast. He was so excited. Thank you for the little gift bag, you truly made his day. Everything was great from breakfast to transportation to housekeeping. We loved the cute towel animals! We had a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Nice hotel. Loved the separate toliet/sink and sink/shower. Breakfast has a waffle maker, eggs, meat, and beads/cereals. There is a Starbucks inside.

Fantastic hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke to us in Spanish. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant "flamingo" which is open until 11pm. There are computers available free of charge in the hall. Everything is very new. Without a doubt, 100% recommended. The swimming pool is open while the restaurant is open. Cocktails can be enjoyed at the pool bar. The mojito is not good, on the contrary that the dakiri of strawberry which is delicious.

Visited my brother's family while they played tourist. The room was a little small, but very clean, well stocked, and modern. We had a blast playing in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to friends staying in the area.

The staff is extremely professional, helpful & nice. Complimentary breakfast is awesome which includes waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon and more! And the stay includes complimentary shuttle to & from parks at designated times. You will also receive discounts and benefits like quick cue at the shuttle counter. Olympic size pool… I can go on & on… you will not be disappointed…

Clean, convenient location to restaurants and Sea World. Kids enjoyed pool with zero entry, Breakfast was decent. Was not a fan of bathroom layout, the mini fridge only stayed in two hour increments before having to push button for cool again. Quick Que for Sea World was nice bonus. Staff is helpful.

I will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast offers choices that are both healthy and kid friendly. Rates are reasonable. Interesting place, convenient location, updated baths and large showers, Delta Fixtures and Paul Mitchell products, welcomed my day and got me ready for my flight out of MCO, king bed was comfortable, lots of electricity, large TV swivels to sitting/desk area, grabbed juice and muffin at 6:30AM breakfast buffet.

I only picked a spot for feedback. The location is very good. Spacious room, good breakfast. The staff is very helpful. He tried to make our holiday comfortable and pleasant and ipravilvse Nedorozumenija and fertility which voshhnikli on the first day. We were replaced by a bed for Rebenenka T. C. She was broken.
The children received a nice compliment from Otellja.
Breakfast was very good. It's a good energy charge in the morning.
The pool is really small.
It is conveniently located from all on and shops.
Recommend.

We stayed here for our Disney trip this past weekend and I was very impressed. The room size was great and it was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We evidently got a great rate because I can't find anything that even touches the price we got, to be able to book them again for future visits. The free breakfast, although chaotic, was more than sufficient and was quality food! The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff is excellent! They've been extremely helpful, kind and courteous! Extremely clean facility. Breakfast is awesome. Splash bar and grill has great food and very convenient. I give them Two thumbs up! If you coming to Sea World in Orlando Florida I highly recommend them!

Not have anything interesting.

We had to change rooms because there was a very odd smell in it when we first got in. We were looking forward to swimming in the pool after walking at the parks all day… But it was so crowded, there was barely any room to stand. We were told that there was a problem with a lot non hotel guests using the facilities. And that the manager was taking care of the situation. If "taking care of it" meant flirting with a table of girls, then he did a great job! ;-). Two five story hotels sharing that small of a pool is poor planning on Marriot's part. We also had a disabled person in our group. There are only two handicapped spots on our side of the hotel and they were always taken. Again, better planning Marriott.

Cool place to stay. Make your own waffles and pancakes, cereal, toast, juices, eggs, sausage, save some loot by eating your breakfast here for free. Split rooms for shower and toilet dosent make much sense, and no tub or hose in shower. I would ask for a different room next time to see if these were different. Close to seaworld (5 min drive) wendys, fridays, buffalo wild wings, etc. Would stay again.

This was nice Springhill Suites location. We had a nice sized room. I liked that the toilet and sink had its own room, and the room with the shower also had its own sink and mirror. The beds were comfortable, the a/c was very cold. The breakfast was excellent! There was a great assortment of items and they had many waffle makers available, even with a large group of people in the breakfast area. The elevators were a bit slow, but I believe that was because of how busy the hotel was. Another positive is that there was ample parking with multiple entrances. It was just a 5 minute drive from Sea World. I would stay here again.

Very neat place. Scenery was very cool and the pool was very nice. I can't say much because I've been there for one night so far but I do know that the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very clean, and the service was great.

Nice hotel, with great pricing and decet breakfast included. The room was excellent, with everything we needed. Free Wi-Fi for guests.

Payment was a crib and does not put it me I was two nights and they never cleaned the room, and not picked up the trash charged me 50.00 dollars of more refrigerator not cool. Disaster.
