Great Place! Friendly staff!

They overcharged my card by 400$ and three weeks later I still don’t have a refund. The manager is rude. The room had bugs, no hot water the whole time I was there. We had to run the water for like 20 min before we could shower. Worse experience of my life!

My stay was wonderful clean an nice room service awsome.

Upon checking we noticed our room was missing soaps. We reached out to front desk for the hand soap and body wash. Front desk said they couldn’t get us some until 11pm when they had another person come in. Expecting us to not wash our hands at all. One of our rooms key card was not working at the same time. Was given new keys by front desk. Went up to my room and keys would still not work. It took over 1 hour to get into the room and meanwhile when the front desk person came up to unlock the door. We found roaches coming from all corners of our room. Showed her them and she explained that she was very sorry and would try to switch both rooms. In the room we was locked out of also had roaches coming out from the box spring area. At this time upset about the situation I went down to front desk. I spoke to Megan about moving to a sister hotel Nextdoor. Megan said that even though reservations was showing online they wouldn’t have them available due to them only cleaning the rooms when they have confirmed reservations. She offered to move to a competitor Nextdoor only offering to take care of the one night the rest would be my responsibility. At that point because of my family needing to finish school work and we had already packed our bags on a cart. I decided to try 2 new rooms on the first floor. I went to the rooms to inspect before unloading all my bags. Both rooms where dirty and also had bugs next to refrigerator and on walls.

Spacious and clean rooms with plenty of towels, 2 tv's in the suites, along with ceiling fan, microwave, and fridge all for an affordable price. The only issue was the door latch on the initial room was too loose, so requested a different room. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location; close to International Drive. Loads of restaurants and stores of every price point nearby. Very walkable location.

The lady that checked me in on 11/5/2020 was amazing.

Cant say enough good about this hotel. Checked in for a night in October on way thru town to see family in Cape Coral. This place is clean, service fantastic and location is absolutely perfect if your headed to the parks. Definitely recommend to all.

Clean and Very comfortable suite. Nice breakfast options. The only detractor was the elevators we're in rough shape. But I was there for a convention and it was a very convenient hotel for access to both the convention center and many nearby restaurants.

Nice rooms! Didn't have all things needed for our family reunion. Had to travel to another hotel for gatherings. So we were back and forth. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of parking. Staff was great!

I have stated that a SpringHill Suites but not this particular location on Universal Boulevard. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and we had service every single day while we were there. The breakfast was extraordinary and delicious. There was something for everyone. It was conveniently located around visible and interesting attractions and it was easy to get on and also the highway if he wanted to go to another place. I would recommend for all who travel as it was a reasonable rate for a weekend getaway.

We had a horrible time getting from Charlotte to Orlando and arrived at the hotel at 6:00AM for our 8:00am conference. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, offered a late check out and asked if we needed anything else. The room was wonderful and the bed was amazing for the short nap! The dual shower head was incredible after a 10 hour lay over! The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to serve us. It made a rough night 100x better! Thank you!

My family and I spend 3 nights at Springhill hotel and it was amazing. In the lobby they have goodies, coffee and tea 24/7. At the check-in they gave us by mistake a room that was being serviced/repair. We went back and they gave us a new room. Next day I received an email from the manager. In the afternoon had a phone call from the reception telling me that they were bringing a bottle of wine for all the inconvenience. The room was double bed w TV, has an adjacent room with sofa/bed and Tv. Desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom was spacious. I definitely will come back and super duper recommend this hotel. Plus is close to restaurants, shopping malls, International Dr. Tourist attractions.

This place was nice enough! Quick walk to Walgreens, Miller's ale House and all the touristy stuff by the Orlando eye ferris wheel.

The staff working here are amazing, from the kitchen, to the maintenance staff and front desk always so polite and willing to help even to the most arrogant custumer. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely came back to them next trip. Thank you to Paula Santiago, Angelina Quiroz, Ester Macias, Carmen Rodriguez an Sofia Contreras for every thing you guys do. Muchas Gracias!

The hotel is clean and very updated in the looks. Breakfast was a buffet and an upgrade from traditional continental with waffle iron, eggs, sausage and assorted pastries. Only thing to complain about is that our suite is very small and awkwardly shaped.

Gteat location friendly staff good breakfast comfy rooms.

All went well though breakfast is closed 30 min early. Other than that the beds are comfortable and the showers work great. Breakfast is standard "continental".

Paula, Esther and all the nice ladies from the breakfast area gives us an amazing experience, every morning was a surprise for my kids! Highly recommended hotel in the best area of Orlando.

A bit dated, and a bit musty smelling in a few halls… but the service was excellent! Great people more than made up for the slightly older facility. Nice location as well. Very easy access, but not crazy traffic. I'd consider this location again the next time I'm in town.

Rooms are nice. Prices are competitive. Breakfast is a great bonus. The only issue would be the frequency of people going in and out of the first floor doors. You will want to be far away from the exits or you will hear slamming doors all the time.

The location was very convenient. Rooms were neat and tidy of a good size. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good too. On the whole it was a pretty nice stay.

Good location, friendly staff. Building feels a little dated but overall it's a descent hotel. Large suites with mini fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. Serve a free breakfast in the morning. The TVs are old sub-HD and the cable is 4:3 SD. The AC in my room this last time wasn't super efficient. Set it to 60 degrees (its coolest setting) and after a few hours it was no where near that cold. There is also no way to turn off the fan. It runs constantly and is pretty loud. So trying to sleep with it going all night right next to the bed gets kind of annoying. The internet was free and really fast.

This hotel have an excellent location, safe and with a great amount of restaurants to choose from behind the hotel, in addition of pharmacies and supermarkets. Very good service, rooms spacious and clean, but especially the ladies serving the restaurant provide a delicious breakfast, very healthy, suiting the taste of both my children as of adults, a personalized attention which made us feel like at home… Would recommend the hotel and for our return we will stay definitely in this same place…

Had a great stay here. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious. The layout of the basic rooms here provide a "living room" setting with TV and an area for beds and TV. I prefer layout of the room at Residence Inn next door, but the service is the same for the most part. Great staff — Anthony was personable and helpful in making sure we got what we needed. Really decent breakfast offering as well with enough space for many. Beds are VERY comfy and the 12 p. M. Checkout is amazing.

Hotel é bom. Dentro do padrão. Só o café que deixa um pouco a desejar para o nosso costume. Ovo mexido em pó é duro! De resto tudo perfeito.

Nice hotel. Recently remodeled. No real complaints. Gave a 3 star rating only because it is a little lower end hotel, for example no closet, just an alcove.

We were here during the hurricane Irma for 2 nights and the staff was truly amazing. We were safe and our room was perfect. Maintenance was fantastic with the leak in our room. We had fresh towels without any wait. My thanks to this staff for the great experience.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and had a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly. The room very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Pros: Well maintained Hotel and grounds. Plenty of parking on all sides of the hotel. Courteous staff, good customer service provides by every staff member I encountered. Amenities like a business center and gym are available to guests. Cons: Some areas are not well lit and could use brighter lighting, like the hallways that lead to the hotel rooms.

Great place to stay. Clean, the staff very professional and helpful. Close to Disney and Universal. Only problem and a small one, no hot tub, would have been so nice after a day at park.

Arrived very early, was given a key to enjoy the amenities while we waited! Room was clean and very spacious for a family of 5. Breakfast was busy in the morning, but we were able to get a table. Hotel is within walking distance of a few restaurants and ice cream places. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Orlando area.

Great food and friendly service. The only con was that you could clearly tell that someone had been smoking quite a bit in the non smoking room. It had my children sneezing throughout the night.

Typical spring hill suites room. Service is good. Room smelled funny when the AC ran and it needed to run a lot as it was hot and humid. The whole hotel felt humid. My experience during my previous visit was better. The location is great. I'll try again.

I travel quite a bit and have a pretty good sample of hotels in the Marriott chains to compare against. I can say that although this hotel is a little older and slightly outdated in some ways it makes up for it with amazing people, great food, perfect location, and focus to details with their customers. I'd like to call out Paula in the kitchen staff specifically. I always have an apple with every hotel breakfast and this morning they didn't have any. I asked and Paula delivered. She went through the kitchen, found 2 apples in perfect condition, and even wrapped them for me to take the second with me. This is customer service at its finest an example of exactly what you will find here with this staff. Highly recommended hotel! Thanks for the great stay.

Stayed here for MegaCon to avoid traffic, and I never regretted it! Within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center, they have extremely friendly and helpful staff, as the breakfast they provide is one of the best I've had (create your own oatmeal for example)! Rooms are welcoming and clean, and I would defiantly come back here if given the chance.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the Orange County Convention Center! 1.2 miles (roughly) from door to door! Great rooms (every room is a suite! ) and price is easier to justify than much of the closer hotels. A+

The Suites was amazing, the front desk staff were attentive. Housekeeping was on point, I was pleased with my stay.

The hotel lost our reservation and so we had to go through quite the hassel in order to resolve the issue. Other then that, the rooms are spacious and the showers have two heads. The room tvs are a bit small. Breakfast is good. The pool is nice, lots of families there.

Service was excellent. Room was a little iffy — — no electrical sockets near the bed, small "corner-cutting" room layouts such as closet too close to the bed and not enough room for the toilet. Clean and respectful staff and hotel.

I loved the experience my family and I encountered at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean. My family and I enjoyed the hot breakfast served daily. I would've given this hotel 5 stars, however, the hotel rooms are a bit outdated compared to the front lobby. I highly recommend this hotel. If I'm ever in the area again, we'll be sure to stay here again.

We have been to that hotel 4 times this year and we are planning to be there at least 3 more times. The hotel is great. Friendly and considerate employees. Once they over booked and they were still wonderful with each person.

I checked in here for 3 nights and for the first two nights people will smoking marijuana and it was coming true right in my room and my son has asthma and I kept on the front office and they was not doing nothing about it and I told them for 3 days and then never move me to different floor I have to stay home from Disney they messed up me and my kids is vacation I will never stay here if they gave it to me for free they said they'll do something about it they offer me 7000 points and I couldn't even get another room then they said they'll give me 25000 points and they still never gave him Harbor room if you have kids I do not recommend staying here.

This is my first hotel view. This has been one of the most unbearable hotel stays of my life. The hotel is sandwiched between the highway and the airport. It is literally shaking from the noise at all hours day or night. There is also a fan in every bathroom that will not turn off, and has a beautiful high pitched resonance that fill in the moments between the trucks and the cars like a symphony of torture. While it has beautiful design, decent staff, and may be very very close to the airport and Kellogg, it is entirely non-functional as a hotel due to its location.

Cancelled reservation New Years Eve blamed the third party website. I of course was completely upset. The lady managing at night was completely rude no apology. Then called the person who was there earlier, she comes back and blames me saying my credit card wasdeclined which did not happen. I said why didn't you call me she replied not out responsibility. Worse experience ever from hotel. Will never stay at a Marriott property again.

Rhis has been one of the best hotels I've stayed! The have a delicious hot breakfast every morning and they have a tabke set up with coffee and tea all day and nighy. They're very attentive with excellent customer service. The room and the hotel is very clean. The bed feels like a cloud, very comfortable. I'm definitely coming back!

Friendly staff and nice offerings like complimentary breakfast buffet and afternoon cookies. Property must have great housekeeping team because everything was spotless. A few upgrades I would love to see would be a hot tub and pool being heated. I recommend this hotel for big families who want a spacious guestroom.

Entertainment excellent, the staff makes you feel like family, the rooms very good and location second to none.

I love this place, my wife and I stayed here a couple times now and every time it's better. The place is so clean, the rooms so well taken care of, The beds are so comfortable, the staff is so friendly and helpful, I can't believe how well the ladies at the breakfast bar can keep up with evrything and the place is located next to everything.

My 3 children, my wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Orlando, Florida. From our arrival until our departure all the Hotel staff was very friendly. We were treated super well. Ms. Silvia (room #704) gave us a first class service in the cleaning of our room, the ladies that prepared the breakfast were very attentive with all of us thank you very much for your great work all the morning. I highly recommend it!
