I called to book rooms pre-blocked for a wedding January 28-29. Prearranged by wedding planners. Someone named Angelica told me there were insufficient rooms and I would have to pay regular rates. I asked for a manager and was left on hold then disconnected me. I am a decades long rewards member and was treated very poorly. They obviously don’t care about Marriott-Bonvoy members if I was treated like this just trying to book preblocked rooms for a wedding event. Worst treatment by a hotel I EVER RECEIVED.

This was a surprise birthday party for my husband. Hadn’t seen him for 3 weeks due to work and Jorge behind the counter helped me surprise my husband. I left him notes in our room and all to include guests participated in everything. Marlon the shuttle driver helped by picking him up at the airport and have everybody on board saying happy birthday to him 💕 Luis the bartender totally awesome with his conversations and kindness. Kudos to the chef service to staff I’ve posted numerous pictures and my husband decided to stay an additional night and there you go awesome. Highly recommend and we live in new Smyrna Beach just wanted to stay close.

I have tried to reach out to the general manager, EW. She is not responding. There is a COVID-19 testing site in the middle of the hotel. The testing site was not in a secluded area of the hotel. The waiting area was set up in the hallways. We had to pass this to get to the pool, restaurant, car, etc. The testing site worker was unmasked. Gross!

I had to change my room three times & each room was horrible. My first room had red ants crawling all over the walls and bathroom floor. My second room had bugs in the sink and a lizard running around the room and the third room had bed bugs and/or ants in the bed, carpet and bathroom floor.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay enjoy the pool view and the rooms are very nice cozy the bar staff we're amazingly cool.

Friendly staff. Pleasant time at the pool met a young lady from south Florida who is here to meet Harry Potter for her 10th birthday and a gentleman from Main. It’s so nice to be back out meeting people.

My flight got canceled so we decided to stay at a hotel close to the Airport! Really good hospitality and close to all the restaurants! The suites are nice and clean and the bartender at the Sky Express was awesome!

Staff at the breakfast buffet was outstanding the manager was exceptionally outstanding thank you very much for a nice day highly recommended.

THis hotel is great with the separate sleeping areas. Indoor/outdoor connecting pool. Very clean and the staff is very accommodating.

The Suites were Lovely. Good food from the restaurant Would definitely lodge here again.

It's a beautiful place clean staff is friendly it's close to the airport and they pick you up and drop you off at the nearby stores and pick you up as well.

Really good Hotel, indoor outdoor pools, great staff especially the Shuttle driver. Quaint bar and the salmon off the menus is outstandingly good. Definitely recommended.

Lovely hotel, with excellent and friendly service, along with superb food!

This was a decent hotel for the price (comparing to other hotels in the area). Hallways are very noisy with children and couples. If you want a place with a quiet room this is not the hotel. Staff were friendly, seemed like a safe, good location. Pool was in good condition. Overall I would say for the price this hotel is a 7/10 — nothing fancy, hotel appeared to have been in its prime in the 1990s. A little outdated in style. But not a bad place to pick if you are traveling on a budget with a family.

Our room felt damp and musty, that's with the AC running all night. The pool area could use some work. The divider between the outdoor and indoor pool area was falling apart and the hot tub water has a brown tinge to it.

Very comfy room, only spent 1 night at end of holiday. Booked it as had a pool and I could sit out for the day. Pool area lovely but there are no shower facilities or changing facilities. As I checked out at 12 but wasn't leaving till 4, I ended up leaving for the airport still with suncream on and would have liked to freshen up before I left. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was the lack of shower /changing facilities. Would stay again and recommend.

Clean. Lots of space. Comfortable firm bed. Great shower. Love the layout. Could stay for a week. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Starbucks in the lobby.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Sharaton Suites Orlando Airport! The staff was AWESOME! Everyone I came into contact with was welcoming and very friendly. The staff catered to all of my needs and they were all very attentive. They even helped me pick out a few fun activities in the area to keep myself entertained. To add the cherry on top… the hotel offers an airport shuttle! So guests of the Sheraton don't have to worry about transportation to the airport. I will definitely be visiting Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport again.

We stayed here to catch a 5:15 am flight out of Orlando International. It's proximity to the airport was perfect. Our stay was nice. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We had a King suite. The bed was comfortable, linens were crisp, clean, and white. The pillows left a bit to be desired. The building had a slight musty smell. One other complaint is the lack of close ice machines. I had to walk half-way around the building to get the only ice machine on the floor. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! In fact, my wife and I are planning to do just that in a couple of weeks.

Wonderful stay. Our room was very clean, which I was pleasantly surprised to find. Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Lots of room in the suite, comfortable beds and linens. Did not get to visit the pool but enjoyed our rest before catching an early flight.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We come to Orlando for races, my son loves the pool (it’s half indoor/half outside. I like the AAA price. This last weekend we weren’t planning on staying, but the weather dictates a need for a hotel. Sheraton was there for us AND the race director who couldn’t believe how absolutely nice this hotel is for the AAA price. Sheraton has all of our business whenever we need them. I would have given 5 stars but the pool deck between the hot tub and pool needs to be changed. It’s just too slippery. Too much technology out there now days to have a slippery pool area indoors like that. But this is minor compared to the overall QUALITY that this hotel offers.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were always very friendly and the room was amazing and very clean. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take a dip in their indoor/outdoor pool, but it looked so nice. The courtyard is also a really nice area to walk through. In addition to these things, the food here is off the charts! I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Suite was very roomy. Everything looked brand new in the suite. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Nice hotel close to the Orlando airport. I was here for 2 days on business and enjoyed the 2 room suites and rooms, if a little bit dated. The hotel was clean and the gym also was adequate for getting a full workout in, even if small. One complaint was the layout of the hotel, with it's O shape meaning I had to walk a significant distance from the lobby to my room in the back, even though it was on the first floor which is preferable (you can park in a rear entrance for closer access from car to room). Finally, breakfast is not free and for ~$16 I was not impressed with the selection (the nearby stay bridge suites we stayed at had a larger, hotter, and free buffet along with on-tap cola and breakfast beverages). All in all, certainly wasn't a bad stay but with many other choices nearby, I will probably try somewhere else next time I'm in the area…

The staff are what makes this hotel worth staying in. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping has been welcoming, friendly, and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. The reason for 3 stars and not 4 is the old bedding and obvious lack of staffing. I've read some reviews that the beds are comfortable, and my coworker agrees hers is, but my mattress must have been skipped over if they were updated. It's old, flat, and uncomfortable. When I arrived, the pillows in my room were all feather. I can't use feather pillows because of allergies. The staff was quick to find me poly-fill pillows. However, the housekeeper said something disconcerting when she delivered the pillows — that it took her so long to bring them because she was looking for the best ones. That's a huge flag to me that new pillows (probably bedding in general) need to be bought. Also, the detergent has perfume/fragrance in it, which is not a great idea. As for the staffing issue, I noticed every night the bar staff (2 people) were practically run off their feet. They are expected to tend the bar, run the coffee shop, take food orders for the whole dining room, deliver the food, take room service orders, AND deliver room service. Kudos to the evening bar staff for keeping their smiles through all that. I hope management takes note and hires additional evening help.

Very good hotel near the airport.

Checking in was fine. The person at the front desk was very nice but the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is the noise. This hotel has a weird layout and our room was right near the pool and I mean you look out the window, and if it could open, you could literally feel the hot tub. It is 9:40 p. M. As I am writing this and there are still numerous people at the pool making lots of noise. If you are looking for a restful sleep you won't get it here. DO NOT GET ROOM 108! I have both tv's going and I can still hear conversations perfectly : ( UPDATE: It is now 11:46 p. M. And the lights are still on at the pool and the noise level is still the same. I guess there isn't a cut off time for the pool.

Met friends here for a quick-bite at the Sky Grille before a flight. Food was above average, was quick, and they served a good variety. Kids menu was very friendly to the one 5 year old in our party. Served a wide variety of alcohol if you are just looking to unwind at the bar.

We had great customer service. We got our room switched from a single king to two queens, but they gave us the wrong keys. The restaurant served decent food. A little overpriced and the Alfredo sauce was mostly just butter, but not too bad. The indoor/outdoor pool area is really nice. The suites are great if you have kids and want a bit of separation. Price was reasonable.

Quick check in, very polite staff, pretty clean room with great layout for two people. Items for sale in room clearly labelled with pricing. K cup coffee maker but cups don't fit so overflows… but VERY comfy bed! (tho sheets had few spots of discoloration which was a tad offsetting till realized were clean — just stained). Bed sleeps incredibly well & very quiet in am (with earplugs — but still no wake ups). Bathroom had few areas that showed wear n lamp had only one light/switch for two beds (unusual) — so no reading if other person needs to sleep… still, would def stay again.

Can't thank the staff here we were here in Florida vacationing and we were suppose to fly out the next day so we booked our room at the Sheraton Suites and my son was sick before we got there and we no sooner got checked in our room and we had to take him to the ER and he was admitted so we of course extended our need for our room and tonight when we went to the room there on the table was a gift box with candy and a hand written Get Well card from not one person but several staff members brought tears to my eyes because not only is it hard to be states away from home and your kid is sick in the hospital but then to know that their are such caring people and businesses who care! The rooms are decent size but slightly dated. Nothing horrible though. The elevator situation is a little complicated because there's only one and it's at the opposite end of the hall as the lobby. You could end up walking to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator to the second floor and then walking all the way back to where you started to get to your room. It's in a quiet area with nothing but hotels all around it so there's not much to walk to. Lots of chain restaurants within a couple of miles.

Misrepresented as a five star when it's more like a 2. Rooms are relatively clean but not nearly up to the standards that are expected of a Sheraton. Shuttle is useful but only if you have 30 minutes to wait because scheduling it doesn't matter. Staff is consistent with a 2 star hotel. Accommodating as possible but working with limited resources. Would not recommend.

Location was very close to the airport which was awesome since Orlando airport is super busy it seems. Also very close to a ton of places to eat. The room was very clean and made you feel welcome. Service was great. You did have to pay for parking which I thought was kind of ridiculous since most of the hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

Nice and Low-key but luxury. Everything you need. Not too much and not too little. One of the most comfortable stays I've ever had. Area is perfect. 10/10

My friend and I won a two night stay here and we had a great time. The room was very comfortable and I liked how they had a mini fridge. The service though was what made it for me. When I went to check out, there was a problem as the company who gifted me the stay had not prepaid and I was being charged for the stay. Cassie at the front desk was so patient with us and our situation. She talked on the phone to the business for us, sent needed forms to them and handled the situation all while helping other guests. I just wish I knew how to contact the manager here so I could commend Cassie for how great she was. We would not have known what to do without her.

We stayed here with our two large dogs when we lost power during Hurricane Irma. The hotel is nice, rooms are all suites with couches and a desk/work area. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. Very accommodating and dog friendly place. Will definitely recommend in the future.

The suites are cute. Pool is very cool. 2 in one. The Jacuzzi was cool. These guys are solid gold… they were open today. During Hurricane Irma! And tomorrow… lord willing. I applaud the workers there. My ass flew out this morning. Lol I couldn't turn down a free airline ticket out of a hurricane!? Sheraton staff were great.

Great location. Clean and very helpful staff. We arrived very early in the morning on the night of our stay and was hoping we could use their facilities until check-in but they had a room available and let us check in early.

Hotel is conveniently located near business centers and airport. Bed was very comfortable. Shower knob barely stayed on. Water pressure was decent however, tub drained slow. The hotel ranked low due to poor housekeeping and poor service received by the front desk staff. Shuttle drivers were very nice but arranging rides with the front desk staff was a little troublesome. Also, our room (the entire 3rd floor to be honest) also had a very damp smell.

Very nice suite, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, I would say, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, and the pillows, just right softness. We ordered the room service for dinner for 2 person, I just had a salad, was quite expensive, $88, and the value is just not there. The quality and value of the food could be improved. But the hotel seems clean, it is kind off the road a little bit, so it's not full of noise. I like it to stay at a quiet and clean facility when the city is full of tourist trap, the suite we stayed was roomy, I would definitely stay again when I come to Orlando again.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the suites were most conducive to conducting business which is why I chose this particular hotel in the first place. Also, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as many nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely return in the future.

The only thing I would have changed was the cleanliness of the pool. There was a lot of build up on the tile around the inside of the pool. Right above water level. Like black scum. Rooms were great! Great price! Great staff! Would definitely recommend.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, rooms were nice but the hotel halls were very dirty. The staff at the general store werent present. They also charge 10 dollars for overnight parking which is quite frankly bogus given the dirty grounds and lack of security in the parking lot. If you stay at this property, do not expect a five star experience.

Really great place to stay, all the employees were very accommadating, room was clean, beautiful landscaping… However for 135.00/per night they even charged for parking? 10.00 Really! … No breakfast was included! … I have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and they include a great breakfast! … Maybe on an expense accn't it's ok but out of my pocket… not a second time! …

Hotel staff not as friendly. Hotel food is aversge. Rooms however are very comfortable and clean.

Our flight was cancelled and we had three exhausted children. Barbara at the fruit desk got us a room at a great rate (a suite no less! ). Lifesavers. And after Disney, a bargain!

Great service and friendly staff. Helped me out with even scanning documents that I needed. Rooms were suite style she very spacious. No concierge lounge was available which was a little disappointing.

Clean, friendly, comfortable beds, nice pool, good weight room, great pancakes at the restaurant and a good choice for a nice hotel visit. Free Wi-Fi for all guests is nice. Free Shuttle service within 2 miles gave us 37 restaurants to choose from.

The hotel service is poor. They should have a area just for pets not through out the whole hotel. You can hear the dogs barking during the night. Location and facilities are great. I have stayed at sheraton hotels all around the world and did not have the same experience at this one.

Airplanes flying overhead were a bit noisy, but I suppose expected. I was given two doubles instead of the king I requested, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Only spent one night. Rooms were nice. Kinda funny smell, restaurant food was so-so. Decent stop over until you get to Disney.

I had a meeting at the Osceola School District and needed to stay close. This was my best option and I'm glad I stayed there. The suite was wonderful. A sitting area with desk, couch and chair to relax in. A microwave and refrigerator rounded out the room. The bedroom had a door so you could block off the lounge area if needed. The bed was comfy. I don't care for their shampoo and conditioner and wish I would have brought my own. Also their "barista" for their Starbucks drinks needs to work on his frappuccino skills. Mine was mostly "foam" with a layer of liquid on the bottom. Dining was inconsistent. I got a hamburger for dinner that was over done. However my gluten free french toast with caramelized bananas were amazing. I'm sure that if I need to stay in that area again, I will choose this location.

Great for a quick night's stay and I really enjoy the design inside the hotel! It's just that they should probably have more luggage carts for the guests.

Just to let everyone know it looks like a nice hotel with great rates. But they failed to inform us that both pools would be down for renovations during our stay until it was already past the cancellation time. I would rather eat the cost of the room than be without a pool in FL all weekend.

Great location, right at the edge of the airport and near a long stretch of road with lots of restaurants (both local and national chains). Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious bathroom counter. Loved the huge TV! They also left some candies for us on Christmas morning, which was a very nice touch.

Infested with ants, when I woke my toothbrush was crawling with ants, but suite was beautiful and comfortable.

Keep getting conflicting info from the front desk. Checkout time. Shuttle schedule. Annoying.

Overall, this is a nice hotel located very close to MCO (about a mile and half north) ; rooms are surprisingly attractive, with large flat LCD TVs in both the living area and bedrooms (including a ton of HDTV channels + nearly all Showtime channels imaginable). Thumbs up there. Also, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. The fitness center is sufficient and has enough equipment to get in a solid workout. Though, there are a couple of significant observations that cannot be overlooked: -The room smelled "damp"; in other words, it felt like there was an excessive amount of air moisture in the room, leaving a bit to be desired for room comfort. -Considering how much traffic this hotel gets, there should certainly be better (more) lighting outside near the parking lot area, including the pathway leading up to the hotel driveway. I was surprised at how dark it was at night. Would NOT want my significant other (s) walking through that parking lot alone. They have a security guy who walks back there occasionally, but lighting would make a world of a difference. Overall, I would probably stay here again in the future, but it wouldn't be the first on my list.

For what I paid to stay and eat I would expect to not pay for coffee, much less wait for someone who expected a tip to put it in a cup for me. Staff was detached, disinterested for the most part, and the shuttle driver may have been incompetent. Room is real nice, there is a pond in front to walk and sit around, place is located well but you have to drive or catch a cab to go most places. I should mention the shuttle driver picked me up after 1.5 hours when I was on the phone with the hotel about to cancel my reservation and find a different hotel.
