The experience was ok. The towels have makeup in them. The bathroom glass was dirty. The towel smell like coffee. The air conditioner wasn’t not working good. The ceiling the paint was coming off. Stay here 4/24/21 for 1 day. First thing in the morning housekeeping knocking on the door and woke me up. Not good experience.

Had a group stay here for my son’s wedding weekend and it was great! Group sales team was outstanding! Delivered everything they promised and more! The wedding was in Winter Park and there’s nothing comparable close by. So happy we chose The Sheraton North!

It's cold, they charge 13 dollars to park and you can't even get a cup of coffee without paying for it. Oh, you have the little coffeemaker in the room. Not at all happy with this hotel nor priceline.

Excellent service overall, clean and spacious rooms! Quality in-room dining and an amazing restaurant/bar as an option as well.

They spoiled me by ending my night chocolate covered strawberries and wine on the behalf of Sheraton hotel (just married). The hotel itself and staff were 10 out of 10. I’ll be back!

Unfortunate I have to leave this review: Everything about the visit started and ended great, but the Lost and Found Department has the worst service I've ever seen. Called 7 times in the last 3 days, not a single one helped me or even tried. I left 3 voicemails for a missing item, and not a single returned phone call, even though the service rep promised they'd call back. I tried to address my concerns with anyone in the hotel but no one even cared. Luckily I didn't lose anything super valuable, but if I had, nothing would have been done.

This is not my first time here & I love my stay in this hotel & I love & enjoy the staff real kind people & service is excellent ~ thank you & will definitely come back & will refer tO all my friends ~ Mikz4u.

Room was adequate, staff friendly. Location is great though! Close to many restaurants and highways. It was easy to navigate to and from my destination and the hotel. I was there for business and it seemed that a lot of other guests were as well.

The hotel is nice, but needs plenty of work on the inside while they work on re-painting the outside. The common area rooms are updated and they have various amenities that are convenient for guests (coffee shop, restaurant, pool, fitness center, etc). The biggest gripes I had with this venue is that you pay for parking your car, which makes no sense at all. In addition, the televisions are quite small and the lights are quite dim in the rooms. You’re paying for the hotel name, but it doesn’t necessarily live up to the prestige of the Sheraton or Marriott name that you may expect.

If you love soft comfy beds there is no better chain than SPG. This hotel was no exception but overall the rooms were a bit run down. Excess adhesive on the wallpaper and shower tiles and grout needed to be repaired/replaced. The food in the club was barely edible but they offered an espresso machine that made a great cup of coffee and the rooms have expanded cable, definitely a plus. Would stay again in a pinch.

I stay here every month for a few nights, and I'm always happy. I want a quality mattress, a clean room, and quiet when I travel, and this hotel never disappoints. Special thanks to Michelle who checked me in last time. She was always smiling, friendly, and a genuinely nice person any hotel should be proud to have as their face of the brand. If you are looking for quiet, clean, and comfortable, this checks all of those boxes.

It was not as Grand as I would have imagined, the breakfast was $16 per person, $12 a day to utilize their parking lot ($20 valet). Kind of old looking inside. I've stayed in better for cheaper elsewhere… well I guess for the sake of saying I stayed in one of these I can say it now. But I just think breakfast should have been free, I mean everybody provides breakfast. Rooms were kind of plain, beds were soft.

This is a great hotel and a good value for the money. It is very clean, comfortable and a great lobby with tons of seating and working areas (great if you're here for work… Instead of being couped up in your room). The front desk staff was warm and inviting and I didn't have to wait in any lines, although Valet was a bit slow for a Friday Eve check-in. The on-site restaurant was great and monthly unique specials. Things preventing me from giving this 5-stars: the insulation between my room and the hallway was insufficient (I think this was my room specifically as the door seemed a bit out of alignment as you could see light through the frame… Room 525). Second, the TV was not very responsive (this is weird), and when I called Guest Services (3-4 times with about 15 mins in between), no one answered… That was a first for me. Weird. Third was the slow valet. Otherwise, this place has a lot of great aspects and I think you'd be very happy to stay here!

This hotel was very pretty. It had an indoor pool which was really nice although it was a little cool the first night we were there, the second day it was warmer and made swimming more enjoyable. The room was amazing. The rates were very reasonable. I would stay here again as the staff was also very accommodating. It has a decent fitness center also.

Rooms are outdated & nasty. Mine had mold, worn out furniture & gross filth. The ceiling had stains on it, & the bathroom door had some kind of scum growing on it. Outdoor jacuzzi didn't work. Nice lobby area, but that's as far as it goes, lipstick on a pig. They also tried to sneak extra charges in on checkout. Luckily I caught it. Would never stay there again.

Do not ever go here. Looked into the sheets and found a whole bunch of gray/black stuff… could have been dirt. I showed pics to the front desk and they refunded $12 for parking. Doesn’t even begin to cover my disappointment at leaving my trip early. I did not gain any sense of confidence that they care to fix the problem. They played dumb and acted like there was no big problem. My trip was ruined. I will never go to another Sheraton. If one is like this, they probably all are.

This place is awesome! A little pricey but the service is excellent and employees are wonderful and helpful. The pool area is very nice, hot tub is nice, etc etc. There is a little store on the lower floor and it has a Starbucks in it, very convenient. The morning breakfast is wonderful, but just a warning, you need to pay for it. There is a car rental station inside the hotel as well. I have really never seen a better equipped hotel. Loved it. Have stayed twice already and will definitely be staying again.

I went to the Sheraton for a corporate event for a few hours, so I did not stay in a room. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. The conference room we were in was also very clean and spacious. I could definitely see us holding another event there.

Very disappointed in our stay. The lobby has been redone and looks nice but the rooms, exterior, pool are all very poor quality. In the middle of the night the air conditioner was making a very loud humming noise and keep me up from 11:30-1:30am. The hotel has lost power and I have a wedding I need to get ready for. With the power out, we took the stairs and there were roaches. Definitely not worth any price — I would absolutely recommend staying elsewhere!

This is literally been the worse experience ever staying in a hotel. Get to the hotel on Friday to find out they charge you $12 a day to park your own car in a unsecured parking lot. Friday through Saturday it was so hot in my hotel room I finally decide to take the cover off of the A. C. To check it out and it is frozen. The toilet also would not flush. I go down to the lobby immediately to let her know and show her the pictures that I took of the frozen A. C. And the lady asked me to sit in the room until someone can come and fix it. I was already sweating and miserable so I said I needed a new room. She gives me a new room. I check out the very next morning to finding out my account was charged $248.50 twice. I have left several messages without a call back. I am completely unsatisfied and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent hotel, got it at a good rate otherwise I may be harsher on the critique. The rooms had some cosmetic damage, but cleanliness was not an issue. Friendly staff and the premises itself was nice with a restaurant and Starbucks inside. Pool area is nice enough and hot tub had a cool waterfall feature. Some generic interstate restaurants near-by and a conveniently located 7-11 can get you by without having to venture too far for supplies.

The staff is very amiable and most of them are fully bilingual (English/Spanish). The hotel has many amenities and offers pretty goid deals (though it's best to book online to get the best prices). Rooms have a small fridge so you can save money by purchasing snacks and goodies to munch on at your leisure. The lobby is well appointed and the location makes it ideal for business travellers.

I enjoyed my stay. Very nice hotel that need a bit of updating. Beds are comfortable. Staff was accommodating. I payed $77, for me great deal. Anything over $100 and I'd be much more critical.

Enjoyed the comfort of the hotel very much. We received the request for an accessible king room overlooking the pool area and the balcony with the waterfall sounds coming from the hot tub area was a bonus for falling asleep. The room was the most reasonably priced deal anywhere near the attractions with the higher quality bed I could find for my stay. The location is in a business district and construction going on made it less than a 5. Was noisy later in the mornings and location is difficult unless you are there for a convention. It is a nice property and next to the highway. The sounds off the highway didn’t bother me at all, but thought it was thoughtful they left ear plugs in the room. Never had a hotel be that considerate.

The room was very good and it didn't cost much.

Soft beds. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are cheap. Pool is nice. Bar is nice. Rooms are dated and carpets are dusty/moldy. Air conditioners don’t have real air filters, and the rooms are only superficially clean. So the air quality sucks in the rooms we’ve tried. If you have asthma don’t stay here. Our bathtub handle was hooked up backwards, so my kid was scalded in the tub. Room keys kept resetting… not staying here again.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Our room is outdated with old scratched furniture. The bathroom is falling apart. It has cracked tile, mold on the shower rod and on the shower head. All of the shower fixtures are lose, the toilet is leaking, bathroom sink also has lose hardware. Bathroom door has a broken lock. The A/C unit is loud, the carpet is dusty. This hotel should not have a 4 star rating when the basics, such as cleanliness, are missing. I will not be coming back.

I came to stay at this hotel through the company I work with. The hotel is very well appointed. However the customer service is lacking. Upon arriving the first day there was a discrepancy in the number of nights booked. Even though I provided the company information I was with and who made the arrangements the desk receptionist just looked at me with a blank stare and advised, that what was in the computer was the booked amount of nights and just proceeded to check me in without further discussion of the matter. My colleagues were also with me who cooberated what I was saying. A simple phone call could have cleared it up. I am a customer service professional and an owner of my own business. In today's competitive business market customer service is the difference in who stays on top among other things. If personnel staff are mindless and do not understand going above and beyond, that business will not be on top much longer. I will not stay here again professionally or personally and I will recommend the company use another hotel in the future. I do not like being embarrassed in public.

Great stay, lovely property. The building exterior is starting to show some age, but nevertheless a delightful experience. We ate at the on property atrium and also at the Irish pub. Great food, well priced. Rooms were updated, a nice stay all together. Only down side was the construction on the highway just outside, but all hotels in this area ate faced with the same. Would recommend and return.

Beautiful hotel. Dog-friendly. Very comfortable accommodations. Convenient to downtown, and a short drive from the theme parks. The Irish Tavern downstairs has fantastic food. This is our new favorite hotel for Orlando visits.

This hotel is REALLY nice and affordable! I have only been to a hand full of hotels that were as good. I loved the fact that there is a Starbucks inside and a restaurant. When it comes to the rooms, they are clean and give you a luxury vibe.

Staff is nice and very understanding of your needs. Are willing to accommodate at any time. My room is clean. Only gripe I have so far is that the coffee maker is too small for the coffee filled-filter that is provided. Caused a mess I had to clean up after. Also, not a gripe but I guess something I wasn't prepared for was paying for breakfast. It's a business, so I understand.

There are so many places to choose from in Orlando that it can be overwhelming but I'm glad we chose this place. It was a decent price after using our T-Mobile Tuesday discount. It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being an older building, it was well kept. We had a balcony and a small refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The only negative is that… for the price, I expected at least a continental breakfast… not a $15.95 per person charge!

This place would get 4 stars, but it has one major exception… the Wi-Fi. First they charge for it in the room. It's 2018… but ok. However, it is seriously like 14400 bit dial up modem slow. I want to load up Mosaic to use it. If you want to come for business then I would strongly suggest you not stay here. Faster Wi-Fi for free from a McDonalds if you are at the Taco Bell parking lot across the street. It should be completely embarrassing to the ownership. Room is nice. Amenities are nice. If you are 75 and don't know what a computer is… then maybe stay here if you get a good deal.

The lobby and common areas were very cold. Everyone I was with this week kept their coats on in the lobby, halls, dining, and convention areas. Thankfully your own room could be the temperature you choose. Features here are glass ceiling over the dining area, bar and business center, that is beautiful. The elevators have a glass front overlooking that area. Face the solid doors if you have a fear of heights or motion sickness, the elevators are quick. The elevators are also spread apart so while waiting you need to stand on the far side of the hall to see which of the four doors opened, again they are quick, it's not unusual to miss your chance and wait for another to arrive. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel does not allow hot plates, slow cookers or the like in the rooms. Just behind the front desk of the lobby is a little shop that sells coffee, soda, other food. It has a microwave, a four slice toaster, and two bagel slicers for your convenience. You can use them for food you bought there or anywhere else.

The location is about 15 minutes north of downtown. The hotel is clean but the rooms have not been remodeled in a long time. There are some rooms that are next to a new highway, and it causes a lot of noise in the room to if with the doors and windows closed.

Sheraton always brings customers through a great service experience. The decor was so welcoming from the lobby to the room. I will always recommend a stay at the Sheraton. It is certainly worth the money.

It was a very nice and safe hotel. Rooms were very nice, large, and clean. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely go again if I had the opportunity.

The hotel is well located in Maitland. I have not stayed at this hotel but have gone to several social events and all have been very good with excellent service.

Went here for work. Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a brief problem with our tax exempt form and their team fixed it immediately. Prices at the bar and the Irish pub were high — average for Orlando. 6 bucks for a beer, 14 bucks for a burger and fries.

I had a very great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. They have awesome customer service and clean rooms. The place was so beautifuly decorated for the holidays that I really wanted a picture there. I asked the front desk clerk if she could take it for us and she happily took the pictures of me and my boyfriend and made sure we were satisfied with the pictures lol. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is they have a $15 charge if you request a microwave in your room. You can however warm your food in the microwave downstairs in the Starbucks restaurant. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice. Would give it Five stars if there was a way to get in the back entrance after 11pm. Even with a key card. Had to drag a ton of stuff all the way around at 2am in the dark.

I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times, now. I like it. It’s a really nice clean hotel. The people are friendly and helpful when needed. It has an easy check-in that always comes with a smile. Rooms are spacious and super comfy. The water pressure and temperature in the shower is awesome. The water is hot enough to relax. AC and heat works perfectly. The rooms come with a refrigerator that works really good. No microwave unless you rent one, however, there is one downstairs that you can use if you don’t mind leaving your room. The Internet is super easy to connect to, which I love and I never got thrown off. They do offer breakfast but you have to pay for it. It would be nice if the reward members got a free breakfast like the Hilton hotels. I hope to stay here in the future.

This is a nice hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, but the greedy management make this place almost one star. Why did the Internet barely work? Why do they charge $15.95 for a continental breakfast that is barely better than the free one at the Fairfield I just stayed at in Plano? Not that I used the phone, but they actually charge $1.50 for a local call! I’d find somewhere else to stay if I was you, I will the next time I’m in town.

Standard hotel with a great hot breakfast and updated interior. The balconies were plain and small, and the large balcony by the suite needed nice furniture and a cleaning. Overall a clean hotel I would stay at again.

This was a nice hotel for the money. The rooms were clean with great amenities. The hotel restaurant is good but pricey. Would definitely stay at again!

They lost a reservation for a wake! You'd think they would have prioritized that, instead they argued with the family until they went into the back & discovered they (Sheraton employees) had been wrong. — The service was not up to par (snacks, tea, coffee all were old — they wouldnt even refill the water dispenser), the rented room was dirty, back entrance smelled of a dumpster, mold & dust was all over the walls as well. The Irish restaurant was nice & the lobby was as well. The staff should have been better prepared, better organized, — especially for such a huge & emotional occasion.

The hotel itself presents nice enough. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. There was a live roach found in the room though. Some of the bathroom fixtures were also starting to show their age. Didn't utilize room service or any of amenities.

It is obvious that this location recently did quite a bit of renovating and updating. The rooms are very large, everything was clean and well kept. I was concerned driving up to the property late at night because it is not well lit in the parking lot, but the inside was a nice surprise. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly and easy to accomdate our needs. The pool was well kept as was the gym. The gym was also stocked with plenty of free weights and machines to give a good workout for the gym lover away from home. The breakfast was adequate and enough to provide for a good wake up meal to start the day and the location of the hotel wasn't that far away from local shops and restaurants. I wouldn't mind coming back one day.

We had a great visit. Be sure to upgrade to a club level guest room for a less crowded breakfast setting, free water and soda, and delicious appetizers, which made the entire stay well worth it. We had a great view of the moon and stars right from our bed which made for a unexpectedly romantic stay. The staff were all very friendly and professional and eager to please. One of our best stays in Orlando.

Very friendly, professional staff. Room service gave me fries that were cold and without any hesitation they immediately brought me fresh fries. The front desk agent who checked me in was by far the friendliest and kind that I've ever worked with. I will definitely be back. I do wish however that the hotel would allow pets on leashes to the pool I would have liked to enjoy the pool while there but didn't want to make my dog be alone in the room.

What to say, excellent super, super spacious rooms Wi-Fi great Super Staff.

Nice hotel. But, I reported to the desk that my bathroom door handle was broken. They never sent anyone to fix it. On my 2d day, the handle came off of the door and I was locked in the bathroom. Luckily, I was able to piece-mill a couple of the parts to get myself out. The in-room refrigerator leaked constantly. So, the carpet stayed wet & the room kept a "musty" smell because of it. I didn't bother reporting the refrigerator to the desk because they never fixed the door handle previously reported. So, my experience with this hotel was not so great. I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

Well it wasn't really easy to go to fun parks at pur stay like universal or sea world but the hotel was actually pretty cool, the pool was really chill, the gym was really chill but it was a little small and the rooms were amazing, I reccomend at your stay to just chill and just rejust.

The room was not very clean as in the furniture had alot of stains, the fan in the bathroom was broken and made a rattling noise, the Wi-Fi was not free unless your in the lobby, the breakfest was not free. Do yourself a favor and stay at a budget hotel.

The experience began with us calling while on the road to the hotel then telling us it was going to take half an hour for a room to be ready when we arrived it was still not ready so we left to the parks. We got back to the hotel that night at close to three in the morning they gave us a room key we went to the room and the room was not even done the beds were on made the room was dirty so we called and they quickly changed our room 21 that was clean when we arrived at the new room I went into the bathroom or saw a dead Roach I did not say anything as its not upset my wife and it was already 3 in the morning so we just wanted to go to sleep. Called the front desk told manager of the situation told him how I kicked it under the sink is somebody can please clean it up because I didn't want my wife and kids seeing it and they gave us a free buffet to make up for the inconvenience of the one room not being done and the roach we went to the park. That night when we arrived from the park we went to a room all I said under the desk to do some homework when she looked up on the wall and lo and behold there was another roach this one was alive walking around is that. 2 days in a roll dirty room roaches call the front desk other than the situation packed our bags got my money back and left to another hotel.

The club lounge is amazing! Lillian and all the staff at this hotel rock. I do miss the arcade that no longer exist with the renovation but love the new look. The only thing that saddens me it the points rate went from 3, 000 to 7, 000 a night but oh well still love the hotel and will still stay there when I need a weekend getaway.

Nice on-site Scottish restaurant with full bar. Sunny pool with hot tub which seems to become the kiddy pool when the big pool is too cold. Great staff.

We stayed here one night and upon arrival we were checked in immediately and greeted appropriately. We got rooms on the club level. We stepped off the beautiful glass elevator and when the doors opened my man and I were like did we just step off of a time machine that took us back to the 80's? The hallways were dark, musty, and hot. As we turned the corner I just new the little girl from The Shining was going to be standing there, the place felt a little creepy. As we found our room the hallway had missing ceiling tiles and things were hanging from the hole. Right in front of our room! We went to shower and there was no HOT water! I called maintenance and the guy came up right away and fixed it. The room in and of itself was comfortable and clean. My kids loved the pool and arcade game area but there were lots of other unruly children running around and were very loud and chaotic. Oh and the club lounge had snacks and the food was pretty good. They have a computer with internet access but every time we went inside there was an employee on it. Overall, if you need a place to lay your head one night and don't want to pay much this place would be ok. The pics are a little deceiving (colorful, lively, updated and enchanced) but are some what accurate.

Best part about this hotel is Debbie the bartender. She was amazing and had our entire party in bits! Hands down the best bartender in Orlando.

I was there to visit and the staff was not friendly and welcoming during my visit. They made me feel unwanted to be at the hotel. The staff that evening Melinia and Nicholous were joking about me complaining that my key did work and she didn't point out the elevators to a guess. The manager that evening joked to her as I walked away. We had the club level were the staff there was very nasty and was more interested in talking to customer than waiting on everyone else. The beds were dirty. You can see the dirt on the skirt of the sheets. It was dust everywhere which made me uncomfortable. I was there to visit July 8 and 9. Not the best service.

Disgusting management! Disgusting Food. Horrible stay from HELL! I booked this hotel for two nights. Day 1: I was pretty happy when I arrived at this hotel because I thought the layout on the ground floor was pretty nice. Day 2: Food poisoned! I ordered their room service for lunch and dinner. I was not amazed with my burger for lunch but I figured I might have some luck with the chicken for dinner. So I ordered chicken fingers that were stale as a baseball bat and some cheesecake that tasted like Tofu. I should have just not eaten it but I thought that I've already paid $50 for the room service and I was famished so I ate it. HUGE mistake! Immediately following dinner, I was vomiting from midnight to 2am. At that point, I realized the stabbing stomach pain was not going to go away so I had to got to the hospital. I was immediately told to get some embarrassing lab work done. I was treated with anti-vomit, anti — diarrhea meds, and some pain killers to reduce my 103 fever. The doctor diagnosed me with gastroenteritis. Aka food poisoning. Sheraton's response: FLAT OUT DENIAL! They director of food services at this Sheraton did check on me. He kept on asking what else I had eaten that day. I said, I had their breakfast buffet and room service for lunch and dinner. He insisted that he inspected the food I ordered and there were no problems. He also told me that other guest had no issues either so it could be food I've had earlier that week.

This is hotel is awesome! First class. Extremely comfortable huge King size bed, loved the rooms, nicely decorated and loved the Starbucks coffee in the room with complimentary bottle waters. Great pool area and loved the landscaping. Great customer service when I arrived at 12:30am in the morning and the Bell hop gentlemen was great as well when I checked out the nextday. Overall a 5 star hotel all the way. Fyi. But if you're a smoker. It is definitely NOT set up for smokers at all. See for yourselves and Enjoy your stay. I DID! ★☆ Oh yes. When booking call and ask for the pre paid is only $85 + tax.
