Very low prices. Shady area. Shady place. Be careful if you got a package deal and are staying here. If you're a single guy you'll be fine though.

It was dirty. Old stuff from the people before was stuffed under the bed no soap shampoo or conditioner and when we asked we couldn't get any cause the lady up front would have to close the front and go to the back and she was pregnant it was to much for her I guess for the same price I could've got a better hotel on the beach don't go there only this good was the A. C.

Clean and simple rooms. Nice service. WARNING: requires a 50 dollar cash deposit as collateral.

For the price rooms are fine. Building is in good enough shape. 50 dollar cash security deposit that I didnt know about until here. Other than that. Not bad.

Came here to drop a friend. But the rooms are nice, big and very clean. Good service too.

In a generation that is hungry for money this "motel" is no exception. The person that checked me in yesterday took my money to book a room until Wednesday and gave me no receipt, no room number, and said that I was booked. I couldn't get in until 3pm when housekeeping would be finished. I went there a little after 3 and the woman at the front desk almost couldn't find my reservation and in top of it all he booked me an upstairs room when I clearly told him I wanted one on the ground floor. I have a handicapped mother in tow with no way to get her up to the second floor. I think the check in staff at the front desk mostly charges what they want and how they want. Oh btw the toilet seat was broken and no ice chest.

This is an older hotel. But, if you accept that fact. It is not a bad place to spend the night. Yes, there are patches on the wall. Yes, there were a few ants. It's Florida!. But it was clean, the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Because of other reviews, first thing I did was check for bedbugs, NONE! Just don't look for it to be fancy or updated…

Our rooms were horrible, we had to switch rooms the first time because our AC didn’t work and our sheets had stains on them. The second room wasn’t much better, our AC had food in it and our bathroom door was broken. The sheets also had many stains and hairs but we gave up at that point. The bathroom was also extremely small with almost no room to move, but that was kind of expected. We had 4 people in our room but were only given 1-2 towels that looked dirty. The staff were very nice but the rooms were not. I would recommend going somewhere else, but this hotel was still an ok sleep. By the way the “high quality Wi-Fi” is absolutely horrible, I couldn’t connect to anything my entire trip.

There were plenty of open rooms, but the manager thought it would be best to put us in the room where it looked like someone had committed suicide, and they thought this was an acceptable clean up job… it was right over the bed. Also, one of the employees or one of their friends I'm not actually sure, knocked on our door accidentally at midnight, and when I opened the door she said "bye Felicia" instead of apologizing. This place has less than 3 stars for the right reasons.

Great customer Service. The area the room is disgusting, I had to go to Walmart and get new sheets. The building looks run down. The room smell like 3 year old tuna. I wish I could give it no star. The bathroom was disgusting the towels have stains on them I put bags in my feet to shower just nasty.

Do NOT stay here. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in and I do not say that lightly. We had two rooms booked and the experience for both parties was extremely poor. The first room had dirty towels with brown stains, wads of hair on the floor, and bugs. The second room had holes in the wall, pubic hair on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub, ashes from a BLUNT behind the toilet, hair on the bed, and the door wasn’t sealed completely. We were warned about the area and to not walk around during the night hours due to crime and suspicious activity. We quickly booked another hotel and we didn’t receive our money back. As we were leaving, 2 different groups of people were complaining to the front desk about the poor quality of the room. The pictures online are NOT what the rooms actually look like, so please do not make the same mistake we did. You will end up losing money and probably with bed bugs.

So I go online searching fo a motel and run across Rodeway inn. By the Florida mall. Let’s just say the pics don’t match the place at all. A lot of unfinished interior issues, walls have hole filled with caulk, ceilings are horribly repaired, base board missing, TV has lines in it on every channel but one, very few channels. Beds are very springy and we’re not big people. Light bulbs missing from fixtures. Immediately wife noticed tiny spider in the bed. There is no pool. Lock latch broke on door. Defiantly will never stay here again.

This place is horrible, I mean low down. I booked this hotel just trying to save a buck. When I check in to my room, it was horrible, crack walls, the bed wasn’t under the head board and just not up to hotel standards and also bugs (roaches) I instantly left to another hotel. My Uber driver even said “how dirty the place was”… I ask for a refund and the GM (Sandy) refuse to refund me. She had every excuse but the worst one was she doesn’t have a REFUND BUTTON. Are you serious! I warn everyone DO NOT STAY HERE… I was basically rob (pls don’t let their pictures excite you, the hotel does not I REPEAT DO NOT LOOK LIKE THAT. False advertisement at it best!

Yuck! Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but that's the first thing we smelled when we walked in the room. The so-called blanket we had, had cigarette burns in it! We had no top sheet. It says on the website there was a breakfast, no there wasn't! If it was just my husband and I we would've left but we had three more people with us.

Start was bad itself. Got single bed when we paid for 2 beds. Hot water wan't there. Cleanliness was very poor. Bugs in the room. Overall unhappy with our stay!

The worst stay ever, every time I'm go out of my room I have to ask in the front desk to open my door with the hard key, my room don't have HOT water, too expensive $112 per night (I hope was something good, but no) and for complet my bad experience staying there they charge my $50 for a little bit of coke in the bed (Maybe they don't wash the bed clothes). I don't recommend.

HORRIBLY FILTHY AND JUST PLAIN BAD! Hands down, the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at… and my partner and I share a combined age of 85, she's European and we travel frequently, so this atrocious literal hole in the wall really sets itself apart. You name it, it was bad. The walls were nasty. The door was nasty. The carpet was absolutely filthy and had not even been cleaned in awhile. The bed headboard was nasty. The pillows were the absolute cheapest pillows, and old. The pillow sheets were around 2 decades old. The iron board was bad. The frig was loud. The art was broken. The comforter had cigarette burn holes. The hot water was out. The bathroom is so tiny, you can barely even turn around. The towels were old and scratchy. The outlet covers were nasty. The carpet wasn't even down in the corners. The trim was disgusting. The outside grounds were nasty and tight to drive around in. This place won't even let you inside and you have to talk to CSR through bulletproof glass… that should tell you everything you need to know right there. I can't believe we didn't check out right away but it was late and it was New Years so everything else was booked… we had booked this 30+ days in advance. Had never heard of Rodeway before but rest assured we will NEVER stay at one again. I've traveled 18 countries, and I can honestly say this is by far the worst hotel ever… it was substandard… charging people to stay there is just a crime.

I didn't receive my 5:00am wake up call, like I was promised, luckily my phone went off, so I wasn't late to my flight!

The service was great I watch a movie got dinner drunk a few drinks and had a good evening with my kids.

The worst: Unsafe. Dirty plaxe. Nest of cockroaches. They stole things from the room.

When I was checking in the man told me a price I agreed to then told me to give him cash for that price because his systems updated and if I didn't have cash that he would have to change my card double the price he gave at first then when I wake up this morning the lady at the counter said it was a 25 dollar charge for my little dog and I told them I wasn't paying that because the man from last night watch me walk my little dog and said nothing about there be an extra charge the bathroom was not clean hair on floor behind door just overall bad experience.

Horrible experiance sticky floor and the floor was rug… smelled horrible picture broken with shards still in the frame. Male supposed worker came to my door at 1130pm asking if I was checking out in the morning. Had bookbag on… called front desk. Several times no answer. Weed smoke all around. I had my 7 year old daugter with me. It was deplorable experiance. I will never go here again. It was more like a run down motel not hotel. The internet never connected and the cable TV was 5 channels with all others movie preview channels. No lock on the inside of the door.

Friendly staff, but the motel was very shabby. Doesn't look at all like the pictures, and DEFINITELY not worse the price. Parking only goes one way around the building, there's literally almost no Parking, maybe 10 spaces, if that. The area doesn't feel safe, so we did not sleep well. ***UPDATE*** I got charged TWICE with 2 different prices for one night. When I discovered this in my bank account the day we checked out, I called and spoke to someone who guaranteed one of the "holds" would drop off by that afternoon. Now, 2 days later, both charges have hard-posted to my account. I just called again and the person who answered had no idea what to do and said to call back tomorrow. Beware of fraudulent charges!

Does not have what it advertise is a non smoking rooms and they do not allow pets they have no cable tv, Wi-Fi does not work properly floors are dirty cant walk on floor with black mass on your feet and they force you too check out even if you want to pay for another night room service sucks food is bad and staff are poorly cleanliness is bad and if you smoke in room they charge $225.00 fine for cleaning which I dont see how cause the rooms are not clean at all leaves food in rooms and nothing works but the plugs.

It is a great hotel I know I wrote a bad review but the longer I stayed here the more I found out about the place. It is a nice place to stay. It is quite little place nice for families it is close to the Florida Mall and is near a lot of restaurants and Walmart. I would recommend staying here with a whole!

This hotel is dirty with bed bugs the staff and management are thieves. Smoke detectors not hooked up in rooms. I would give negative 5 stars.

Husband and I booked this place, looked like it came out of a horror movie. Room was not great, dated and dirty, and when I asked for more pillows I was told I had to wait. Bathroom looked good. Windows didn't look secure, cancelled reservations. Does NOT look like photos. Staff was nice and helpful though.

Had issues with the staff communicating my reservation, causing me two days of grief and turmoil while traveling… not to mention several phone calls to different levels of help in order to resolve the problem which, ultimately, was resolved but not communicated to the necessary staff, causing me more aggravation and phone calls at check in. The housekeeping staff woke us at 930 by pounding on the door and asking if we were checking out (checkout is at 11, we were still dead asleep as we were on VACATION and had been out late the night before). Glad the issue was fixed, which is why 3 stars instead of one. I still haven't received the refund promised… they say it could take up to 7 days to be credited back by their company, however, it was withdrawn from my account immediately… funny how that works. Not a great experience, though the gentleman who helped us check in was EXTREMELY cordial and helpful and did everything he could to help us when we checked in… he was the best thing about the stay.

Had a horrible experience, checked in at 11:00pm hoping to sleep, but was faced with bed bugs and cockroaches all over the place. I literally have marks all over my arm and back from the bed bugs this morning. It was so bad we had to leave and at another hotel!

Smell of cigarettes in the room for non-smokers. Some cockroaches, hygiene is not the most appropriate and not to mention the "breakfast" (just two muffins and coffee or milk). For the price at least cleaning should offer…

Smells like smoke in our non smoking room. Asked for a pack and play and didn't get one. Wife and I had to sleep separately each with a child so that they wouldn't fall out of the bed onto the hard tile floor. Ants on the beds. Sketchy people all around outside. I felt unsafe and disgusted. Only good thing was the lady at the front desk was very nice.

The inn was old. But the staff was friendly and polite. The rooms were old and smelled.

I wouldn't stay here again either. For the price we paid we expected cleanliness! First thing my dog started sniffing was the bed spread Gross! Dogs love stink! No matter how tired u r don't forget to read reviews they say it all. I won't make that mistake twice!

Cheap but u get what u pay for. Looks clean at first but when lights go off, its bug central roaches in microwave. On floor. Etc Went to sleep and woke up with bug bites on left side of hip and arm. Staff super helpful and friendly. No breakfast at all except coffee. Convenient location.

I would NEVER get a room here again! As soon as we walked into our room, we were hit with this moldy/mildew smell. Not to mention that upon my husband entering the bathroom, a ROACH crawled across the bathroom floor. Feeling disgusted, he moved one of our bags and found another roach under our bag. As we were packing our stuff back up to leave, my husband came across The THIRD roach on a picture frame on the wall. In between packing back up, my husband checked the bed for bed bugs. No bed bugs, but, there was ALOT of hair on the sheets! Other things we were really disgusted with was mold and mildew on the bathroom door, around and behind the toilet, which leaked and continuously ran. I must admit that he lady at the front desk was very pleasant and refunded me my money without any questions. HIGHLY disgusted with this hotel! Don't let the pictures fool you because they are VERY misleading!

I have stayed at this Rodeway Inn multiple times, and I am always satisfied. The rooms are clean, up to date TV's, fridge, and comfortable beds. They actually have muffins, and other assorted continental breakfast goodies by the coffee every morning too! The price and service can't be beat and the location is the perfect spot to get to any Orlando attraction. I will be going back very soon.

My wife and I chose this hotel due to its convenient location (close to the Orange County Convention Center) and its very agreeable price, and we couldn't be happier! First of all the rooms were very nice, flat screen TV's and a little mini fridge, the front desk was kind and very helpful, when we arrived our room didn't have any towels and so we went to the desk and they helped immediately. The breakfast was pleasant, some nice muffins and oatmeal by the coffee, we thought it was great seeing as how some hotels in the area don't even give you a breakfast and they're double the price! We definitely will stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area, as the price can't be beat, the service is super friendly, and you are in close proximity to all Orlando has to offer.

What the hell is wrong with me!? Well, I just stayed here for day two of my three day stay in Orlando. The first room given to me was, uhh, devoid of bedsheets and pillows. It was a naked bed. I momentarily went into the room and stood still. I said out loud, "What is this!? A wh0re house!? " In disbelief, I went back to the front desk and asked if that was the norm. I was told that it, indeed, was not. I was moved to another room near the luxurious outdoor washer and dryer. No complaints about that really, I even used it. There are a few friendly local cats that will come by if you're out there. My room featured a CRT television mounted near the ceiling and a strong odor of cigarettes. I always travel with two or three bottles of pure essential oils for this reason. I figured I had used all my complaint points with the first room, so I just took it like a champ. Also, the fridge was unplugged and off — how rude! If you stay at this hotel, do not leave ANYTHING visible in your car, the area is not very peaceful at night and there are all sorts of people milling about. The hotel is creepily draped in surveillance cameras and warning signs. This was an emergency hotel because the one I was staying at last night (and again tomorrow) had an odd price spike for one day. I opted for adventure on Orlando's OBT. Whoooohoooo! The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to 24 Hour Fitness. Not highly recommended.

Stay away from this place! This is an old, dusty and miserable looking place that's not worth your money. A bug fell in my forehead while sleeping, not the best experience.

Paid for negative opinions from housekeeper joyce. . Joyce wuz in the process of cleaning my room when I asked her not to put my two bed blankets on the carpeted floor. There was a made up bed right next to her. well I got the death zombie stare, then the eye roll and lips pursed. with hips akimbo I was asked how many more days was I staying over for, as tho she were making a mental note in her head of how much her elderly self would have to tolerate from me, the complaint queen of the complaint dept. the nerve of me to ask for material I put next to my body not to be placed for however long on carpet so000 many folks have walked on, spit on, vomited on, or worse, in between shampooing. then I went outside after keeping my comments to myself, & made a cell call to an employment agency about an issue I had logging onto their site. well lo and behold, here comes my housekeeper clearing her throat, walking up on me where i'm leaning against the railing outside my room. she is holding my dirty linen and says, "some folks need to just go on back to where they came from if it ain't workin out here. by the way where u from?! " i was in shock. i just looked @ her and paused for a sec before speaking to the person on my cell. after I finished. I went into my room where she was cleaning the sink. i said im from the west coast. she says, "there's a go — go strip club down the street kinda new. U should go work there. u look like that type!

Terrible Service. Wouldnt know about the rooms though. Showed up for a CONFIRMED reservation, and was told that they were overbooked. After speaking with the Manager, the hotel's Customer Service agent pretty much told us that she could cancel the reservation and we would not be charged. This would leave us stranded in Orlando trying to find another room. I brought up that they overbooked, and would have to find us a place to sleep. (laws in some states, that sometime pose penalties. ) She found us a place (comfort suites, another choice hotel 20 minutes away. ) that was double the price, and refused to cover the cost of the new room. I called choice hotels, and they infomed me I could book the room at double price, then call in the morning to speak with Customer Affairs to try and get the price of the room lower. I ended up doing this, and it is still an ongoing process between the manager and choice hotels. A letter will be written to the CEO if I have to. Ive done it before, and it usually always yields an anwser. And to boot I was charged for both hotels at this point leaving my bank account lower then anticipated on vacation. Anyhow from what I saw of the hotel was not very good, but typical of most lower star Orlando hotels. -Nighttime check in was done behind a window, and the lobby was closed. -The parking lot was very very small. -Typical outdoor hallway hotel/outdoor pay laundry.
