Beat from moving daughter and this place was extremely comfortable. Slept well. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything was great ; but they need to get better bartenders that know their drinks, it’s kind of funny when you need to pull out a book to figure out how to make a drink and take 20 mins with no line waiting. Seriously.? Get someone mature that knows how to smile and greet ppl when they approach the bar!

We just reserved 14 rooms for an upcoming event at UCF and couldn’t have had a better experience! Heather was amazing and so kind to us. The process felt so easy and I will certainly recommend them to everyone!

From check in to check out it was a delightfully enjoyable experience. Alaina warmly welcomed me into the hotel and informed me of the on-site restaurant where later that evening I was greeted by Omar and delivered a wonderful meal. Both Jonathan and Craig in sales were extremely helpful in local to-dos and the GM, Amber, followed up with me personally to make sure that I had enjoyed my stay. Definitely the place to stay when doing business on the east side of Orlando!

We attended a graduation party at this hotel. Landscaping was pretty. Decor in lobby was very nice. The catered meal was missing a lot of flavor to me but I did appreciate the wait staff. Did go to the bar to purchase a long island. Was disappointed in the taste. Very sour and not made like the drink is supposed to be.

Stayed with family in a beautiful room! It was such a nice room, and for the price… wow. Unbelievable we got such a great deal at such a great hotel. 10/10! Great service at the front and the bartender introduced us to my new favorite tequila.

Started for a week here. Very nice rooms and breakfast! Close to the training event. The staff is some of the friendliest I have experienced in a hotel. The only minor fault was the quality of the materials used for dinner. Cooked well but just not worth it plus a bunch of great options near by.

I was staying at the Holiday Inn Orlando East — UCF Area for work and it was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. There was an issue with my reservation when I arrived and the staff was helpful and courteous making sure things were resolved quickly. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

It's a very nice and new feeling hotel. It had a good size mini fridge, microwave and the room was good size as well. My only complaints would be the doors are pretty thin sound-wise, and the internet was 5 up/5 down. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was 5 minutes from UCF campus. They were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had good food and building extremely clean. Rooms were spacious, very clean and beds very comfortable. The pool was nice but it did not have a hot tub. It is not really needed in FL but would have been nice for a chilly evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. You could get either free buffet or free menu item if you got it with your room. Rooms were not very sound proof and I found my TV on when I wasn't there and no one had been in the room itself. I think the remotes can change tv's in other rooms. Overall nice hotel and comfortable beds.

Everything else aside, let's discuss the number one issue that every consumer should be concerned about while staying at this location, and all Holiday Inn locations with the same policy. That is, safety. I'm an Orlando resident, not a tourist. I know very well that there is a lot of crime in Orlando, more so during holidays and summer months. My mother, as well. She recently sold her house and needed to stay here for 2 nights for more privacy than she had in my home. She was hoping for a pleasant stay. Over night, her window was smashed and truck was broken into. Everything turned upside down, a few items stolen. Medicine included. But it isn't about the items stolen, which the hotel was quick to excuse their liability on that one. We never mentioned them being responsible anyway. What we are irate over is the fact that their security guard claimed to catch the guy in the act, but he took off. He claimed, 'well, he didn't take anything'. But he did, or maybe someone else walking by since anyone would have been able to reach into the broken window because the hotel security never bothered to call police, nor contact her. Upon morning, once she discovered it, she went in and asked to speak with hotel security. She was told they were not there. She called police, the officer asked and the guy quickly came from the back office. Wow, afraid to speak with a senior citizen. Some security! The officer even lectured him that they should have called it in.

Real nice place to stay! Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was great and even the hostess, she was so nice and she welcomed you with a big smile, I think her name was lesli real professional. The server they all nice. My room was very clean. I will recommend people to stay in this place. And I will come back again.

Good facilities inside poor parking difficulty in transit entrance and exit.

I’m writing as my husband and I are leaving the restaurant and heading to our room. We have been impressed from the time we walked in the door to check in. While checking in we noticed the restaurant and traveling from Ohio we were hunger. After taking our baggage to the room we went to have dinner. We were greeted and made felt welcome as soon as we got of the elevator and asked for a table. We ordered drinks which were exceptional followed by the chefs special. The entire meal was noticeably fresher cooked as soon as it left the kitchen, we could smell it. The manager, chef and bartender were quick to meet any of our request. Food was amazing! The absolute best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in. All of the staff are always asking how we are and interested in knowing our travel story. We will look for this hotel in the future for any of our travel needs.

By way of background: I stayed for two nights, on very short notice. The room and bathroom were not particularly clean. The windows do not open (for me that is an issue, for others it doesn’t matter) and the beds were not the same quality I am used from other holiday inn’s. Other than that, it was all fine. Small gym with weights, breakfast was good.

Don't judge a book by its cover, the outside is not all that great and is surrounded by not so pleasing views, but once you enter the hotel it is beautiful and clean. The rooms are up to date and clean as well. Breakfast wasn't great, but overall a good stay.

The staff was very accommodating for our very large group. The facilities were fantastic. Beautiful area, very close go UCF. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I'd happily stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

The rooms are nice and the staff is extremely helpful. We have stayed here with a large group of numerous occasions and they always take excellent care of our group. The hotel is reasonably close to UCF but it a long drive to Disney if that is what you are planning.

Easy check in process. Public areas are well well laid out and maintained. The room was clean and well appoin. My only challenge was the a/c was blowing high when it was 48 outside. It took a little while to warm up the room. Once warmed up it was good to go. Enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. The staff in the restaurant we're very attentive and accommodating. I would most definitely stay here again.

The front desk crew were awesome. My problem is the sound coming from the street. Y'all need to put in "sound proof" glass. And, these certainly cannot be hurricane windows. We can hear every motorcycle, place cars chasing after cars. It is as though they are in our room. How can anyone sleep at night when your room is facing the road. The road noise and it is constant has given me a terrible headache. I cannot stay here again with all of the outside noise.

It was a very nice place to stay… loved the decor and the bar staff was super friendly… not because of drinks, conversations were enjoyable. Desk staff could be improved on. But over all it was good.

My husband and I chaperoned a high school event held in the banquet hall. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful, and were very patient with our large group of high school students. The lobby was nice and welcoming, though we did not see any of the hotel rooms. We will definitely consider holding our event there again next year.

A very respectable front desk and the cleanliness is not lacking.

Nice location and friendly staff. A little far from where I am working, but the traffic was moderate this morning and the hotel is near a number of restaurants and shopping. Not sure what traffic will look like when it is not the weekend, but I would certainly consider staying here in the future. Front desk gave me some shaving cream because I had ran out of it.

I was there for a holiday work party. The reception area of the hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. The ballroom was very nice and the food that was catered was delicious. It helped to make for a great event.

Excellent hotel and best service.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Based on them alone I would give this place 5 stars. Any issues we had while there-main one was the hot water wasn't working when we got back late one evening — they went out of their way to fix it and make sure we were okay. Breakfast was great with many selections (note: it was not included or complementary for a regular visit-we had a coupon as we were there for a special thing and they included breakfast in our stay) Pool area nice and quaint with what feels like a get away spot to a nice island to just chill and relax (no one else was at the pool when we went down to sit outside and relax) even if there were people there, there was plenty of room to sit and have your own space. Only reason for 4 stars is that when people walked by the door we could hear everything they said and door slams. Even with that I would choose to stay here again.

Had a late check in for a relative but the hotel was accommodating and polite. No issues, clean and secure rooms in addition to the immaculate lobby. The only downsides is it is on a very busy street so my grandmother heard quite a bit of sirens from her room on the top floor. The breakfast is also not complimentary, costs around $13 to partake but no one in my family elected to. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Today, the Holiday Inn Orlando — UCF hoatrd the final luncheon of the year for the Central Florida Navy League. It is always a pleasure being here for events. The staff is kind and professional. Our meals are always delicious and very nicely prepared. Thank you. See you next year!

The rooms at this hotel are probably the best I have ever stayed in and that is comparing it to Disney and other premium hotels in very popular areas. The staff and everybody that I met there was very nice and generous.

Great people stayed during Irma unbelievable breakfast came in after delivering generators and pumps needed a shower and they didn't stop breakfast till 11

The staff all across the board were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist or ensure the stay was pleasant. Craig, I believe he was the Director of sales and the Supervisor for the front desk were very friendly, professional, accommodating, etc… to ensure superior guest satisfaction. Thank You! I forgot to mention the room as the staff stood out so much. It was very nice, clean, comfortable, well decorated, and the pillows!, I loved them, I forgot to ask who is the company/manufacturer. The bed was perfect, not too soft nor too hard. I had a great night sleep, didn't move an inch. When I awoke, I had to remember where I was, as the whole experience was exceptional. The lobby was nicely decorated. Again, thank you. I hope you all are staying safe during this hurricane.

The hotel is located near several restaurants and stores, so it is very convenient. The lobby was very clean and was easy to navigate. I was there for a professional event, so I did not see any of the rooms.

There's a very good restaurant in it, and it's a nice place if you're looking for somewhere that has a calmer cafe kind of vibe but with a wider selection, or if you're looking to wait out the rush hour traffic.

The service is good, the food acceptable and the deal is friendly though nothing exceptional.

Here's the thing, this hotel is nicely renovated, and the room was pretty nice. But then there are things like one of the two lights in the bathroom was out. Or there were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom that someone tried to fix but failed. And the little folded up towel decoration on my sink was soaking wet when I picked it up. And if you sit at the bar there's like a weird kinda mildew smell. The staff is friendly, and everything else is pretty good. Since maybe it was just my bad luck, only taking off one star.

We loved our stay, the drinks at the hotel bar was not good the food was not good at the hotel, the room was super clean, I brought my own cleaning products and cleaned, we sleep on top of the bed and brought our blankets and stuff.
The lobby was clean and beautiful the hotel was wonderful! I probably won't be back because they have better, but if I can't find exactly what I want I will be back.

Decent Holiday Inn, clean, good staff, etc. Unfortunately my room overlooked the pool, and for some reason two drunk couples decided to have a loud swim at 12:30AM.

As an elite member customer of this hotel group there are certain things I'm supposed to get, offered and automatic, like room upgrades and executive level floor when available, this hotel does not follow the protocol of the IHG group, when I stay at this particular hotel I never get, or even ask any of this things that should come automatically and when I ask them about my upgrades they make me feel like I'm asking for free stuff without deserving it at all, like I'm begging for this things, it's not the staff members fault it's the person who runs this hotel, they offer me to be in the executive level at a 30 dollar up charge, I said no, I spend on average 30, 000 (yup that's 30 thousand) a year in hotels 90 percent of that with this hotel group how much more executive can I get and they try to up charge me, come on guy who runs this hotel, how money hungry can you be, need less to say as long as I can avoid this hotel I will.

The place is nice looking and the room was good but they charge you for breakfast! 3 bucks for the same juice you get at others for free.

We were here for a Robotics competition and let me tell you, the doors were so thin, you can hear people chatting and walking down the hallway. Not to mention, during the mornings when people leave, and the doors slam close, you will hear that as well. The rooms were decent, the beds were OK, the sheets in our room were clean, the mini-fridge, didn't work so well in an enclosed cabinet, so all the heat trapped in it, made it work harder. The shower head needed to be soaked in vinegar to get the hardwater calcium buildup out of the holes. Our room was next to the vending machine/employee only area and when they opened and closed that door at midnight, it woke me up. Our deadbolt to lock the door, didn't work at all. Not to mention, when one key worked, the other didn't, and so when we found out later, that my key didn't work, when they activated mine, my husband's stopped working. Thus him having to get two new sets. The breakfast isn't bad. I think I looked forward to this every morning. It's a buffet style, or they have menu of your choosing. The buffet starts with cut up fruit, yogurt, some muffins/breads, then the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes (cubed potatoes, didn't look too appetizing to me), sausage patties, bacon and depending on the day French toast or pancakes. There is a chef who will make an omelette to order, just gotta ask the waitress to find them. The oj is the frozen stuff diluted with water, it tasted like it.

Very disappointing. Had to check out super early because the room was so filthy and the staff waited on their general manager Brandon Fragale who is not competent and will not even call you and do anything to resolve any problems. The room was unsanitary. The toilet which doesn't flush was disgusting and the peeling and chipping paint all over the bathroom ceiling is hazardous. The AC does not work and does not cool the room. Set at 72 degrees the room stayed at 80 degrees. The linens smelled and appeared to be unwashed from the prior guest. And don't even try to ask for a special accommodation if you have an injury or a disability because they will tell you the handicapped accommodations are for disgruntled guests who have serious problems in the room. Stay away from this nasty place.

Very clean hotel. Lobby is gorgeous and staff was very helpful. Location was nice. There were many restaurants around and a very large theatre with IMAX. Since it was on the east side of Orlando, it was easy to go to the Kennedy Space Center as well as going downtown. Only con was a poor fitness center. It was clean, but there were no sanitary towels and the equipment was falling into disrepair. Overall it was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Everything is good except for one simple thing that absolutely ruins the whole stay. It is clearly a Hotel designed for the corporate or seminar world as the entire 1st floor is dedicated to conference rooms and a restaurant. But their Wi-Fi internet is probably barely sufficient for a small family of four as I can only connect 15% of the time and even then it is slower than molasses. Their excuse is always that the hotel is full and everyone is using it at once. Well then up the capacity to meet the needs of your customers! I've stayed there twice. The first time leaving frustrated but in hopes as the problem would be fixed before I return. I was wrong and no one seems to want to acknowledge that there is an actual problem. I will definitely not be staying here again; I do not care how clean, new and nice it looks.

Great location and service.

The Hotel was ok. But it was to much money just for the room. Breakfast is not included and was 10.00 per person. It had a 32" plasma TV and the beds were nice and comfy.

The hotel was nice, clean and felt new! the bathrooms are pretty small though, I found it online for about $90-$100 the night which is a really good price for a Raddisson. If you stay here you must try the restaurant, they offer specials every night.

Great staff, clean room, got a free upgrade to a better room for the four nights I'm here. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, it's very quiet! The prices for food really isn't bad for a hotel. Only bad thing is that they don't have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Book late online and get a discount. Really big king size bed, very clean. Nice lobby.
