Nice hotel with lots of dining options nearby and in the hotel. Pool area is nice, the food service was quick and staff was friendly. We had 2 connecting rooms that accommodated a total of 8 comfortably.

Very nice — we loved the restaurant Fiorenzo — great food and great service. The exercise room had excellent equipment and plenty of cardio machines. Our accommodations were comfortable. The meeting spaces were easy to access.

Had a great stay! Corner room was spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. Nice views. We will be back!

Pool was filthy, paid for an upgrade that doesn’t exist, parking is awful, interesting crowd of patrons for a Hyatt — more like a double tree crowd at this location. Not a non smoking property-

My massage was excellent! We live local and did a spa day. Pool is big and refreshing and the mahi fish sandwich was delicious.

Clean which is a big plus. Nice restaurants.

No valet service when we got here. Self park and walk. Phone service and Wi-Fi terrible in room. Didn’t get the room advertised but rate was charged for nicer room no room makeup each day needed to go down hallway drop my towels and take clean ones room run down needs remodel no couch in room.

Perfect clean and with a good smell in every corner. A lot of technology good signaling impossible to have a bad time! I wanted to thank Sol an Argentina who was so nice she was busy and she left what she was doing to help us and give us recommendations about Fiorenzo! she was embarrassed by her english but we congratulate her for her great effort! Wonderful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Todd and Jeff the bellmen go above and beyond with every interaction. The front desk staff was helpful with any questions. The housekeeping staff was courteous and great. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. It was an absolute joy to stay there this past week.

Love this hotel but the staff is really what makes it. I met a housekeeper named Mary and she was seriously the kindest lady I have ever met she was nice and super helpful. I must of asked her a hundred questions and she was patient and very helpful explained everything to me. Gave us ideas of places to go and things to see. All of the staff is amazing but Mary is definitely my favorite. Keep Mary she makes people want to come back! Thank you for your awesome service! My family and I appreciate it more than you know!

Great hotel but I felt customer service could have been better. We asked for an extra blanket and were told they were all in the laundry. All? Also, I was sent an itinerary of activities happening at the pool, yet none took place. Seems as though the details go overlooked.

Spent 3 days at a convention at Hyatt Regency. Wonderful experience. Got sick while I was there called room service and ordered some healing food and when it was delivered it was delivered with a note from Priscilla B letting me know she covered my food and for me to feel better. I've come here several times for different conventions and this latest one was great. Even though I wasn't staying in the hotel as a guest and was only attending the 3 day seminar, Will was very accommodating and provided me with an access key to be able to pump in the locker room. The staff is always great and the fact that they were so understanding of me being a new mom and needing that privacy was amazing.

This 5 star is for concierge service. They are awesome. Front desk? Not really. All they do is directing you to somewhere else like — me: can you send this bag to my room? Her: bellman can help you, me: can you call Bellman? Her: aw, they are right there. (she could say, sure. And take a bag and call Bellman, tell him what to do. This is a service. ) this was not only one big failure. But enough for now. B line restaurant was pretty good. Friendly staff. One Asian female chef was very professional. She was running a show like a boss! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name.

Although the roadways outside the Hyatt are confusing at best, the establishment itself is excellent. The main entrance is located on the second floor and loaded with decor to match its pricing and popularity for events. There are numerous shops located inside with food and trinkets, but the main 1st floor area is where all the events and conventions are held. They couldn't have setup a more appropriate venue for dozens and dozens of vendors. For those staying in the hotel, there is a huge pool for outdoor relaxing and/or entertainment. I can't speak of the rooms as I didn't stay, but the overall structure is excellent. Just beware food purchases, as they're Disney level prices!

Stayed here for two weeks for our honeymoon. The staff was incredible — they gave us a voucher for a bottle of champagne from the market, but the market would only redeem it for wine, which we don't drink. We still appreciated the gesture though! Self parking was convenient and there are many, many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance of the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very professional and very clean. They host a conference that I go to every year and they always do the best job when it comes to getting you in and out of your hotel room and the conference being connected to the hotel with air condition pathways. Our room is absolutely amazing. Gabby downstairs was very helpful with getting us into a room just a little bit early because my son takes a nap. Thank you so much for accommodating us and we will definitely be back next year.

AMAZING HOTEL! Upon check in request main tower (tower 2) and as high as you can get. Both towers are beautiful and completely remodeled. The Peabody ducks are greatly missed. A tip: ask them how their occupancy is. If they give you a lower number, kindly ask for an upgrade because with more rooms available, why not? However they do have policies so don’t be disappointed if your request is politely declined.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Florida! This particular day, I was performing a wedding ceremony… The staff were remarkable, and the venue was absolutely stunning! I have stayed at this hotel many times myself, so I knew that the bride and groom would be happy with their selection. The staff were so accommodating and even made sure that I had a few things that I needed for the ceremony. I recommend this hotel 10 times out of 10!

My son and I were a guest for the week of July 8-14 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. On our last night we realized the housekeeping staff mistakenly removed my sons “best friend” Green Guy, who must have gotten tangled in the sheets, from our room. The staff was extremely sympathetic and tried their best to locate him, but we were flying home the next morning and they were unable to find him. They took our information and gave me direct contact numbers to follow up with when we returned home.
I received a call this morning from the laundry service at the Hyatt that Green Guy had been found. He is now in the safe keeping of security and will be brought home to us by a friend who is still in Orlando.
Huge thank you to the Hyatt Regency Orlando hotel staff for their diligence in finding Green Guy. They have been nothing but professional and compassionate throughout this process. They treated my so son with such genuine kindness and recognized our loss, small though it may have seemed to others, was huge to us. They went above and beyond to help us, and we are beyond grateful. Very classy organization and management!

This hotel is incredible. First of all I wanted to get a room on the Fourth of July and spoke to a lady on the phone two weeks ago and gave me her word. We stayed on a corner king room on the 26th floor install the fireworks on Fourth of July. It was an amazing opportunity for my family to see the fireworks around town from up high. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a Birdseye view of Orlando. It is so beautiful.

Customer Service is great. We had everything we needed. Could improve signage within hotel as it can get confusing trying to find what you are looking for. Rooms were very nice and clean. They have a nice small bar area where the mini refrigerator is. It would be a nice touch to add a small microwave to the rooms to complete that area.

Gorgeous facility. The staff were super courteous and helpful. The rooms were spatious and very nice. The pool was humongous and awesome. It was literally across the street from the convention center so our morning 'commute' was like 5 minutes. All in all, we loved it.

Gorgeous hotel! We travel quite a bit and always stay with Hyatt. This Hyatt Regency is gorgeous, absolutely stunning. It is connected to the convention center which in itself is beautiful. The staff at the Hyatt were so helpful when we needed some extra items as well as some assistance with parking. There are several pools here, two quite ones off on one side and a more vibrant one with a waterfall and cabanas. Parking is easy and plentiful. The hotel is fabulous, feels like a full service resort.

This place is quite large. I enjoyed the copious amounts of elevators, and their fast-moving speed. The room is great. I definitely enjoyed the lights under the night stands to light the way in the dark — excellent attention to detail. I hope we have our annual convention here again as it all went mostly well. Minor complaints: 1) For the banquet, our server was not attentive — not refilling drinks, or other matters we had to ask repeatedly about. 2) The parking situation for valet parking is awful. They need to figure out a better system because there are people arriving, leaving, and the valet parking all in the same small circular area. Otherwise I enjoyed it, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hyatt Regency is a wonderful property! Check in was simple, and staff was very friendly. Room was not immediately ready upon check-in, but had no problems asking bell staff to hold a few things from Megacon. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check out was relatively easy also — only thing that wasn't clear right away, was finding the key drop. Would recommend, and absolutely stay again.

Really enjoyed the hotel and all it's amenities. We spent four days working a convention at the convention center and it was easy using the covered crosswalk to get back and forth. Food choices in the hotel Marketplace were fast, handy and delicious. We also ate at the diner and the food was pretty good there too. Staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Great time at hotel.

I have stayed here twice. It is a very large campus, capable of handling very large groups and Conventions. This Hyatt is within walking distance to anything on International Drive, including upscale and not so upscale dining. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The Regency has several eateries on the premises.

Beautiful! I loved it, but very sad as my kids couldn't get into the pool, and that's why I decided to go, because their pool we liked on the Web photos.

WOW! This place is gigantic! Have you ever seen the movie " honey I shrunk the kids"? That's why I felt like walking through here. This hotel was lovely. The amenities were great and the hospitality was even better. I have stayed at a few Hyatt Regency hotels and I have always had the best service and hospitality over any other hotel. I highly recommend this place for your visit. It can be confusing to get around if accessing the convention center or the conference rooms. However there is always someone around to help guide you.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! I don't know where to begin. There is so much beautiful open space in the lobby. The fitness center is nicer than some gyms. It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. The room was really nice. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room. There was even a TV in the bathroom mirror!

We were there for more than a week, and found the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to be great. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, were receptive to and honored special requests, and adapted their schedule to meet our needs. The bell staff was helpful, but gave no indication that they expected to be tipped. The people at the front desk and at the Concierge's desk were always helpful, and never gave the impression that they were rushing you because someone else may have been waiting. There are at least two swimming pools. This is a very pleasant place.

Careful attention of each and every one of the employees who have attended me in the different services that I have requested, I have enjoyed to the maximum of its facilities, bilingual employees, adequate cleanliness and privacy that you expect.

Very nice cool hotel. The pool was great with no deep areas so good for kids. The restaurant was high priced but good and bar was beautiful, funky and fun. Location is great… on International but not in a crazy busy high traffic area. All of the staff, at least the ones we interacted with, were all very nice and helpful, even housekeeping! We stay in or around Orlando often and this hotel is a new entry to our top 10.

From the restaurant to the rooms, it is very clean and fantastic. The staff is very helpful. And the rooms were spacious and amenities were great. Especially loved the TV in the mirror. Who doesn’t want to watch HBO while you are brushing your teeth. Would stay at this hotel again if in the area or even a Hyatt regency in other parts of the country!

Wow! I can't even describe what an awesome experience this was for us! We had a corner room with full length windows on two entire walls! The pools, and there were several, we're amazing! Awesome kiddie area with a sand spot that was like a real beach. The landscaping was gorgeous. Workers were all courteous. I would love to stay here again!

Clean, modern rooms. My bathroom mirror even had a TV in it! HUGE conference space. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurants right in the hotel. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the hike to get to my conference… the place is absolutely huge.

Professional and efficient service.

Attended a conference at the hotel but I didn't stay there. So this is purely about the hotel's conference facilities. They did a great job. Staff was really attentive and helpful. People always made a point to greet guests. The food was really good for the event, better than typical conference food which is usually pretty good. Overall the hotel looked great. They put a ton of work and resources into the remodel and it shows. Would be happy to stay there next time for sure!

The hotel has really fancy rooms with features such as a TV in the bathroom and a high quality TV in the bedroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall the rooms are great. The ballroom s are also very nice with atypical decor. The hotel is overall a great place to stay with conveniences such as a Starbucks cafe and a diner. Just be prepared for the massive size of the hotel.

Great convention hotel. The meeting spaces were very well laid out, the in hotel food choices were really good (I ate all my meals in the hotel for 3 days! ) and the staff could not have been any nicer. My room was quite comfortable (Hyatt quality I rely on! ) and well located. Thank you Hyatt Orlando Convention Center!

This is a lovely hotel. I visited for two nights to plan for a conference we'll have there next year. The conference side is very large but organized; the hotel itself is pleasant to be a guest at. B-Line Diner is great for breakfast and the market is nice for a quick bite or coffee on the premises. The touch screens throughout the halls are very helpful for finding your way. I'm looking forward to staying again!

Place is very nice. Clean and modern. Amenities are great. I just don't like all of the fees charged daily. Why can't customers park for free? Smaller, dirtier hotels have free parking for their guests.

Excellent hotel. Excellent room. Service from literally every employee was amazing. Kudos to the team. Amenities are great, concierge was able to take a dinner reservation for the evening at Fiorenzo while I was on my way to grab coffee at 7:30am. Only downside is parking not included but they will include a shuttle pass (which we did not attempt). Will leave separate review for the restaurant. Really great way to spend NYE.

This hotel is very nice and has everything you could want in a hotel. When I arrived I had to wait even though I ask when I booked my room could I check in early because I was traveling from a far distance. As I waited for my room to be cleaned I see other people who came in after me getting keys and going to their rooms. As I get to my room and settled in house keeping just walks in your room and this happen multiple times no knock or anything they just walk in. I even had issues parking and the staff just talked to me as if I didn’t know anything. They were completely nasty. I even had the nerve to buy water that cost me 10 dollars for 2 bottles. If you think that’s bad how about being charge for eating at their restaurant and drinking at their bar when you never stepped foot in either! When I asked her to explain what was going on with my total she try to rush through it as if I wouldn’t catch what was going on. They charge to much already and they try to get extra money out of you. As you explore the hotel security kind of follows you. My experience at this hotel wasn’t great I feel that the staff should go back into training for hospitality and that the rooms should come with a microwave instead of you having to go all the way to whatever floor it’s on to warm up your food and the fridge doesn’t keep your things cold. When management trains the staff again I’ll think about coming here again!

This is the most convenient hotel to the Orange County Convention Center. Great location to all the activities along International Drive/Sand Lake area. The hotel is luxurious, with amenities including 2 pools, a gift shop, a great steakhouse, a very good quality diner and a nice lobby bar. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, too. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Valet parking is $35 with in/out privileges, but there is ample self parking nearby. Strongly recommend.

Very nice but very expensive. Edit 12-2017: stayed here again this weekend. Definitely a 5 star hotel (not just my review). Huge rooms, huge bathrooms, clean, high end fixtures, TV in bathroom, I would pretty much live here. Very impressed overall. Close parking in a nice deck with music playing, walking distance to convention center and nice restaurants.

Beautiful rooms, the NICEST staff. Amenities are beautiful and helpful. Every staff member we’ve encounter has made us feel like we are their most important guests and it’s sincere. Only negative is buffer and coffee shop food. Key lime pie needs a new recipe. Marie calendars is better. We’ve gone off site for meals and brought back to our room. It works out. Entertainment in lounge is fun and great voices. We are very pleased and will come back.

I really wanted to like this place. It's enormous. The food was just okay and extremely pricey. I loved the curbside staff — — they were gracious, friendly and helpful. The bed seemed an odd size, despite its claim to be a king — — felt narrow and wasn't terribly comfortably. But the service level throughout was solid and the hotel clean/efficient.

A top notch hotel right at center of all the action. Weather you have a conference at Orange County center or you want to visit Disney and SeaWorld parks or just to have fun at late night restaurants and pubs just outside everything is just a walk away. The reception staff is very helpful and polite. You get panoramic view of city from top floors as it has 27 floors. The hotel has grand and lavish decor and uses technology for guest comfort. I was pleased to use their TV which is inbuilt in bathroom mirror. Simply impressed. Their lift is also super fast and you reach top floors in seconds. I would highly recommend this hotel for Orlando visit.

The elevators are awesomely fast! No waiting. The rooms are quiet and nicely appointed. Floor-level motion-activated nightlights are a nice touch. The hot water is actually hot! And a TV embedded in the bathroom mirror made me feel like a rock star. Finally, the room service team brought meals faster than promised. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

I attended the wedding expo. It was a very long trek from the parking garage to the conference room. But the walk through the hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and grand I felt like I was in a fairy tale. I will definitely consider the Hyatt when I am in need of lodging in the Orlando area.

We were there for Magical Dining at Urban Tide. The food was very good and the decor in the lobby and leading right up to the entrance of the restaurant was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself looked dated and smelled a bit musty. White tablecloth prices but regular tables. Great food and good service though.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. So far excellent dining recommendations in the local area outside of the hotel itself. The room was very clean upon arrival and very well updated. I ordered room service one night and it was up to my room very quickly. Overall no complaints so far into my stay with a few nights left.

Excellent hotel for the price. Very clean and very nice atmosphere. The restaurants serve amazing food and each have their own unique themes and decor. The rooms were clean and offered a beautiful view of the pool and a nearby lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Even in the event of a hurricane (Irma) and all of the special request being made. Service remained professional and even comforting in a highly stressful situation. Desk staff has been able to answer all questions from nervous guest and willing to accommodate many situations. Rooms are very tidy and comfortable. Bathrooms are great and staff is extremely helpful. Amy and the rest of the front desk staff is amazing!

Overall experience: Very Good The Hotel: Huge convention style hotel, spacious, multiple restaurants on site, close to a myriad of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close (within 20 minutes) from Disney and Universal attractions. The Room: Very clean, Very Comfortable beds (2 queen) Large enough for up to 5 people. Bathroom a bit small Activities: the pool areas very nice Restaurants: Coffee shop near lobby ALWAYS CROWDED and long lines. Need more staff and cashiers. Diner and two other restaurants were good but Prices too high for the quality/quantity of food served. Complaints: Hotel advertisement page says under AMMENITIES: PAID PARKING which misleads guests into thinking that Self-Parking is PAID or included when in fact the Self-Parking fee is $20 per day PLUS Tax) simply too high and unfair to guests. Air conditioner unit in the room very noisy.

Top notch Hotel love the newer tower including the concierge club… the beds in the room are the best in the industry and it's always clean and smells good… I love this hotel.

It's a really glorious hotel in size and scope. It's just gorgeous. But my main complaint is that the signage and wayfinding are not good. There are so many event rooms and it's never clear how to get to all of them. Luckily they employ a ton of staff to make it a bit easier.

Went for a conference. Nice rooms. Water provided for the conference attendees. Nice workers helping to direct people. Nice furniture. More outlets could be used by the furniture.

Great customer service. The staff is really cares about you. From nail to toe they are amazing. Their housekeeping lady, the receptionist all were amazing. The rooms are perfectly clean, air conditioning and fan are operational. There are plenty to do around the facility. Only thing they don't have is an all inclusive meal service.

It gives you a free trolley service to the main avenue.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I got a convention discount (GeekyCon), and it has a convenient bridge to the convention center, amazing staff who remember you even after just checking you in, and two pools (a lap pool and a leisure pool). There's TV's in the bathroom mirrors, which made all of us laugh.

Staff was great! Let us check out a little later then normal checkout. Pool was clean I didn't smell like chlorine after. Beds and room was fantastic. I would definitely go here again! Thanks to everyone there! Made my family's little vacation very enjoyable.

The hotel is very beautiful and its rooms are very comfortable and the service to the customer very well I like.

Updated rooms from the Peabody days. Tower 1, where we stayed, has quick elevators and over looks mostly the convention center and their pools. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors. I suggest trying the newest tower. The rooms also have new mirrors in the bathroom with TV's in the glass, an adjustable spray shower head, glass scale, and full wall mirror. (This is in a double queen standard room. ) The property is tidy and the pools are beautiful. One has a grotto waterfall (You cannot go behind the grotto), another has a water slide, and there is a wading pool on the upper levels. The property is also within walking distance from Mcdonald's, Walgreens, Red Lobsters, and Denny's since the restaurants tend to be pricier, but they are delicious in their own right. Stop by B-line Diner in the hotel, it's 24-hrs and has excellent food! (But as mentioned it is $$ per meal. ) There are also great little shopping center with a large movie theater, clothing stores, and more restaurants of all sorts. (Chinese, Cajun, Cuban, Greek, and Seafood. ) The staff is accommodating, so do not hesitate to ask for help or adjustments. They treat you with respect and that your problems are important rather than brushing them off.

Very nice place. Nice staff. 70 dollars in hidden fees like, access to the fitness center, pool etc regardless if you use the amenities or not. I just think it is deceptive when a business advertises a price knowing that even though it knows its going to charge mandatory fees for standard amenities found at every hotel but does not include those fees in the advertised price. I mean could you imagine you go to a smoothie shop to buy a smoothie. The advertised price is $7 dollars for the smoothie, but then you get the bill and there is a $3 dollar mandatory fee for using a straw or sitting on a chair or something like that. People would lose their minds. I don't know why we accept such shenanigans from hotels. Also the self parking is 20 dollars a day regardless how long you are parked there. I. E. You plan on staying for a night, you get there at 7pm leave the next morning at 7am. They will then charge you $40 dollars for parking. I guess I am tired of hotels like this nickel and dimeing me.

I had drinks at the bar at this hotel. Prices are high, but not exorbitant. The atmosphere is classy and the lobby is beautiful. Drinks were well made and tasty, and service was excellent.

The hotel was clean and comfortable; however I was offered the government rate by one of the front desk clerks but I had key my badge in the car. She told me that would not be s problem, to show it at checkout, but at checkout the manager said the hotel was at 95% and that rate was not available and even though it was not our fault, the manager did not honor it. That was disappointing.

At a conference (Xamarin evolve). Great venue, great food, great staff. Not much within walking distance but that's not their fault. Love this place.

Spoke to front desk twice and they will gladly book us 2 more nights at $199 a night and still charge us for the night we didn't use. We said no thanks! Well check out and go stay at the Hilton where they want our business. STAY AWAY! All they want is your money. We are not packing at 2 am when we need to stay 2 more days. I've only been here a few hours and felt the need to acknowledge the dining staff that went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I'm sick with a cold and had a real craving for chicken noodle soup. Since it was not on the menu I ordered plain noodles instead. To my surprise when room service came, they had made me chicken noodle soup. It was delicious and just what I needed to start feeling better. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with good dining options. Rooms are comfortable and we'll equipped. Only had one issue where the shower lost all water pressure for a minute, but it was still a great place to stay overall!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I especially thought the TV in the bathroom mirror was a great touch. The resort pool was beautiful along with the water slide. They even have a rooftop pool that was beautiful. There are many places to eat inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Classy rooms with great bathrooms. We stayed on the 29th floor and the view was awesome. The fitness center and locker rooms where wonderful. My favorite part though was the king sized bed with a view. :)

The Hyatt Regency Orlando was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to every request. The room had a coffee maker and a fridge, but no microwave. The rooms were spotless and looked brand new. The restaurants had great food and service!

I attended Advonation Event at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Orlando, Saturday January 9th. The service was great for the event. Water was always full in the ballroom and the complementary pens and paper pads were very useful. The Bathrooms were small, but well maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My only disappointment was Parking was a very slow process.

I cannot believe the service I got, it was awesome. The room service was nice, the facility is futuristic. The elevators itself is a world of it's own. The elevators can just get from my 15th floor down to the lobby in within 5 seconds. The room was excellent and the amenities were NOT dated and were fresh and new. There are a variety of services and the two pools were GREAT! Especially the Grotto Pool. The indoor lighting is awesome and overall I think that my stay was the best as it could be. This place is worth the money and easy to get to tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend.

We are very happy with our room. It is one of the best experience we had in last 10 years of traveling all over the country and overseas. Very clean, very spacious, and modern. Our staff, we're very helpful, polite and friendly. We had an issue with one of the TV, but it was fixed in 10 minutes after we asked for help.

The hotel was fantastic! Service was great and so we're the rooms and views. Didn't realize how huge it was as well. All the pools are heated!

Stay here frequently. It is convenient and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have 2 pool areas, 1 for each tower. The one in tower 1 is almost a private pool because most people don't know about it. All stays come with access to the gym area, which has a very nice steam room in the men's locker room. If you're looking for a bargain, you can book the hotel through hotwire. It is the only 4.5 star hotel in the area, so you always know you're bidding for the hyatt. Hotel does charge for parking and resort fee. The resort fee gets you 2 free bottles of water a day, trolley passes for i-drive, and free Internet. I almost always go to this hotel when in Orlando.

The hotel was clean and easy to navigate although it's so large that it's an extremely long walk to the convention center. Being under the same roof made the conference convenient. The rooms were nice. On site restaurants and bars were also convenient.

Amazing friendly service. The beds were very comfortable. Everything is very clean. There's even a TV in the bathroom mirror! Definitely the best hotel I have ever been in. 5 stars!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. We stayed one night on the 7th floor, our window overlooked rooftops, so there wasn't much of a view. But outside of our room by the elevators, the windows overlooked the pool area and it was beautiful, especially at night. We parked in the parking garage and were quickly shuttled to the front lobby. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The room next to us did have their room service trash outside the door from 8:30pm til we checked out the next morning at 10am. I thought that would have been picked up sooner. But the maid was two doors down when we were leaving, so I'm sure it was picked up when she passed by. Other than that, the hotel was great.

I was there this past Monday through Wednesday attending a Conference and had an amazing time. This property was the Peabody Hotel, and I must admit… Hyatt has done an excellent job in improving the property. The new Tower is beautiful. The pool area is amazing. The service here is most definitely five star. Everyone I met had a smile on their face and everyone was always courteous and helpful. My only constructive comment was how far you have to walk to get to the conference facilities, but on the plus side, you can walk inside, in comfort, free from the Florida heat. The restaurants, bars, and lounges were also fantastic!

The following is an email I wrote to the Assistant Director of Rooms, Mr. Dee Zumbo, in response to his inquiry of our stay at his hotel. He was checking up to make sure everything was peachy because we had an unfortunately experience of finding someones dirty clothes in our room dresser during our first stay. It's been over a month and we haven't heard back from him. "Hi Mr. Zumbo, Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and switched hotels shortly after our arrival. We drove all the way from Miami to arrive at a Zumba nightmare. There were many people literally running around yelling at the top of their lungs in the lobby and hallways of the hotel. It was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We couldn't even hear what the front desk was saying to us at check-in it was so loud. On top of that, we couldn't get in the elevators after check-in. There were waves and waves of rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate people that made it impossible for us to get in any of the many main building elevators. We've never experienced anything like it. There were no staff to assist us and when we spoke to the front desk they offered no assistance in escorting us to our room. The front desk agent offered to switch us to the older tower and give us a complementary night. We reluctantly accepted, but the same thing happened. We could not get in the elevators to get to our room. We went outside, this is around midnight now, to call the platinum line to see if they could help.

Great rooms, Huge campus, close to lots of attractions, awesome swimming pools and excellent customer service!

Our stay was fantastic. Service was superb, room was clean and beautiful, plus the view was amazing from the 22nd floor. The hotel overall is lovely, and offers amazing rates if you catch it at the right time. A few notes: There is a $20 per night "Resort Fee". There is an $18 per day charge for parking. The included (free) Wi-Fi is very fast (by free hotel Wi-Fi standards) with the option to upgrade to faster speeds for a fee. The resort has two pools, the grotto pool and a more standard pool (which is a quasi roof-top pool). Although not listed as such, we found the grotto pool to attract families with kids, and the second pool to be much quieter. Attracting mostly couples and adults. The resort has a very large convention space, and is connected by skybridge to both sections of the Orange County Convention Center. We tried "Rocks" (the lobby lounge) for dinner one night. Drinks were unique and the apps were superb. Service was great. Prices were eye-popping, as are all restaurants of this type. However, portions were very fair. Two apps were enough for my wife and I to consider a good dinner. We tried the Spicy Pork Nachos (not so spicy, but good flavor) and the Wagyu Beef Sliders (excellent! ). We tried "Coffee Etcetera" (the lobby coffee shop) serving Starbucks creations. They also serve many grab and go type offerings. Prices are inflated, for Starbucks drinks it doesn't feel so bad. However, $5.

Formerly The Peabody, don't expect the ducks from its glory days. Instead, this giant hotel boasts standard Hyatt amenities. I stayed in a double queen, handicapped room on the 6th floor that was pretty standard except for the amazing bed. The pool is quite lovely but gets packed after 10am. Parking is so expensive that it's worth it to valet both your cars and the cars of any visitors. Though be mindful in leaving at least 10 minutes ahead of your departure time to call the valet counter as you could be waiting a while. Note: Your mandatory $20/day resort fee includes perks the front desk won't even tell you about, so be sure to ask.

This place has disrespectful employees. I have met five unprofessional employees. I have been hung up twice when I called the front desk in regards to being locked out of my room for absolutely no reason. Then the 3rd time I called I had received help. My 4th day I was leaving. I have late check out for 2pm. Then at 9am on 7/5/15 a blonde older maid didn't even knock. She opens my door. I scream to shut my door as I grab something to defend myself. The door gets shut. I look and see its a maid. I reopen the door and ask her what she is doing. She replies "I'm checking rooms". My response is "you don't go around checking rooms like this". She obviously didn't care. Beware of the maids. Also expect trash to be around the pool chairs. Then 24% tip for room service. The operators are trashy. Room service rarely gets your order right. Then when they need to fix your order it's about 20 min. It's absolutely ridiculous! The rooms are dusty. I travel, we've stayed at at least 75 different hotels between America and Canada. This is the top 5 worst hotels.

Loved it! Definetly worth every cent. Spent my birthday here and I did not want to leave. Lol.

Great hotel stay, everyone helpful, great service, would stay again if in the area.

First of all, our room that we reserved was not ready upon arrival, did we get a complimentary upgrade? Yes. But did that mean we no longer had the option of a balcony? Yes. My pregnant wife was on her feet all day and after a long day, we get to our room on the 26th floor and the key doesn't even work. Then the receptionist is full of useless excuses on why the keys didn't work. Unhappy with this service. I'll stick to Marriott.

We were very impressed with the grounds and staff here. My husband and I went for the weekend for our anniversary, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is gorgeous to say the least. The attentive staff really made our stay special, sending up a treat upon hearing it was our anniversary. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Orlando.

Fantastic staff that went out of their way to accommodate. Management staff worked with my specific financial issues and avoided embarrassment. I was allowed to bring my small dogs (fee required) and they upgraded my suite. All the accommodations you could want are on the grounds. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel is neat and clean, except for the bird poop all over the balcony (EWWW). Staff is courteous, and the location is super convenient. Room service for breakfast was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this hotel. Should have taken my chances at the adjoining food court.

For a 5 star hotel the beds were awesome. We had to order blanket to feel comfortable. The a/c was not working correctly. They didn't have king bed as requested. The staff was not friendly and I have a picture to be uploaded later of german roaches in the bathroom. The last visitor left a few things in the room. Which we gave to the staff who didn't seem to care. I ordered orange juice with my meal never recieved paying $27 for for $18 tray of eggs benedict. I had the worse time and unclean hotel. The valet service was full and we had to park in the garage yourself and walk in the rain to check in.

I just love the scenery, it's so beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous, but for the outside to look the way it looks the room aren't anything to brag about. And their ac in the room is a joke. Lol, my ac in my car gets colder than it does. I just feel for $300 a night the room should I have more going on than what it does. However, the outside is everything. I loved it and gave 5 stars for the outside view only. It's huge.

I accidentally left my business clothes hanging in the closet when I checked out. I didn't notice until a few weeks later when I went to pack for another business trip. I contacted hotel security and an amazing rep named Edith made it her personal mission to find my clothes. My name was not on the room, so that made it even more challenging. I talked to Edith at midnight and by the next morning I had a voicemail that she'd found my items. I completed an online form and the clothes were mailed back to me in just a few days. What amazing service.

There is nothing quite like staying at a Hyatt hotel, particularly the Hyatt Regency Orlando. This hotel is top-notch and well worthy of its five-stars. The hotel itself is an architectural goldmine, with 40-foot ceilings and beautiful sights to stumble upon while walking just around the main lobby. Late-night-insomnia-stricken strolls around the hotel proved to be one of the better parts of my phenomenal Orlando vacation, with a perfectly-smiled staff that'll cheer you up faster than a 64 ounce cup of Arabica bean coffee.
