Reasonable prices for bed and breakfast. Clean and disinfected room. Great and respectful staff. Saint Claire was most outstanding. I am definitely coming back.

I really want to love this hotel since it checks all the boxes on paper. However, I feel that if you book a suite that accommodates 6 people, there should be enough flatware and plates so they can eat. To make matters worse, our sink was backed up and garbage disposal not working so cleaning was a challenge. Sink was not fixed even after reporting it to the front desk. Great place if it is just for two people and you don’t actually need to use the kitchen.

Best place to visit and to have a good time with family, staff are awesome and friendly and I have a very special friend in the hotel that deserves a lot thank you all!

We love all Hilton Brand Hotels. And that is where we stay at least 30 times a year.
However I will caution people about this one location.
Apparently others are able to get into your room without your knowledge.
My family and I left after staying for 3 nights, when we left we left 8 uncooked eggs in the refrigerator.
Well to our surprise we were assessed a $250 cleaning fee. For eggs thrown in the room.
When I called the manager informed me that eggs were found thrown around the room.
I drove back to the hotel and 4 out of the 8 eggs were in fact thrown.
I assure you neither my wife nor I threw eggs in out room.
And management swears by their employees so 2 things are at play here.
1 This location is the most unsecured hotel you can stay at, because of the ability of people being able to get in your room and cause damage.
Or
2 The crew at this location are preying on guests to charge a cleaning fee and perhaps either keep the money or increase their revenue.
In Both cases my family and I were taken advantage of and the management just didn’t care.

This hotel truly does feel like a "home away from home"! The rooms are always nice, clean, and spacious and the staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend staying here whenever you're in town!

Excellent front staff. Rooms were roomy and very clean. Breakfast staff was attentive and the food selections excellent. 5 minutes from sea world. 10 to international drive. Would definitely stay there again.

This was meant to be a quick drive to Orlando to assist my daughter’s search for a college apartment.

We stayed twice and twice was very nice with rooms and staff.

Excellent taking into account cost-benefit. The room is in two room apartment with a 52M2 larger than a department. The pool very good. The breakfast for our taste can improve, but if you like waffles, etc is very good. In the afternoon from 17 to 19 from Monday to Thursday they serve a buffet with drinks included even beer and wine for free.

Large clean spacious rooms with full kitchens available. Great customer service and nice variety of breakfast and sample dinner items like wine, soup, salad a mini sandwich which are complimentary. I like this hotel and will definitely return next time.

We have just spent a very happy 10 days at Homewood Suites. The room was exceptional, the service was excellent and we were ideally situated for all the Orlando attractions. We would happily stay again.

A lot of foreigners here. I think we were the only American people staying here. Most of the foreigners were from South America. Clean room. Kitchen area only has one chair in the suite when you would need 3 more for 4 people. Refrigerator stove dishwasher new. The the suite has adequate room for four people when you pull the couch bed out. The temperature setting was phenomenal in this room very comfortable. Breakfast was a madhouse free for all. The waffles are a hit. Apparently they don't teach people manners in foreign countries when they come to the United States. Nice pool, there's even a sitting area where you can Grill and have a fire pit. Probably would stay here again. The digital room key does not work on the phone. Tried many times to rectify the problem called the 800 number and it still didn't work very unhappy.

Stayed in January of 2018 for 2 nights. Very clean, modern newer hotel. I believe just a few years old. Had little need to interact with the staff, but when I did everyone was nice. Breakfast was great. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Honestly couldn't find a single thing wrong. Would definitely stay here again.

I almost gave this hotel 5 stars! However, I’m big on customer service and the front desk staff could have been more courteous and especially to Diamond members. I was a bit disappointed. Besides that, this hotel is immaculate. Its one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in and we are Diamond members, so we have stayed at Hilton properties a lot. I will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They accommodate our late check in while we were enjoying the theme park. Love that they have a mini-kitchen in the suites with supplies. Everything was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was good. Will be staying again in the future.

This hotel was amazing! Everything was perfect! Check in was fast. Room was perfect (2 bedroom suite)! So clean! Housekeeping was on point! Breakfast was great and different every morning! The evening social was awesome! The pool was lots of fun for everyone! And location was perfect! Near everything! And loved that their is a person right in the lobby to buy tickets to the parks! I feel like I just can not give enough praise to the hotel and the staff! Thank you from my family for a vacation full of amazing memories for a lifetime!

Just arrived, but so far, it's nice. UPDATE: We had a great stay. The hotel is very nice. The evening social could be a little bit better, the pitcher of iced beer was warm and flat. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and it was a great location to Sea World. It's too bad they aren't a Sea World partner hotel, to get those benefits. The shuttle to the theme parks is nice, but a limited schedule.

Stayed here for 10 days in a 2 BR suite as a family of 7 it was more than spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and full sized fridge. We checked in online so on arrival we just picked up a key card. The boys loved the basketball court and fire pit. There is a concierge desk for discount park tickets and limited strollers to use if needed. Breakfast and evening social was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was amazing, with 5 kids they were always available to vacuum, clean bathrooms or bring extra towels. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for around six months and place was great. Great customer service. I felt right at home. Free meals M-R and full breakfast daily. All rooms have full kitchens. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Nice area to take walks or bike along the water across the road near the marina. Also has a small pier.

This was by far the worst stay at a Hilton Property. (I am Hilton Honors Diamond and am getting close to Diamond for Life and Hilton Grand Vacations Club Owner). So I know Hilton Properties well.
The property is getting tired and needs some Preventative Maintenance.
When we checked in the desk clerk barely spoke English and his accent was almost unintelligible.
We arrived at about 10:30 pm. As we were getting settled for the night, I called the front desk to request 3 pillows to elevate my wife’s knee, only to be told there was only ONE pillow available and that I would have to come to the desk to get it. Even after explaining the need the clerk was uninterested in doing anything else. I called the Hilton Diamond desk, and amazingly 2 more pillows became available. Still had to go get them, but at least my wife was able to sleep.
Housekeeping is average but we had to leave “bribes” to get coffee each morning. Towel replacement was curious each day, The property does not have food service, but when I ordered a pizza one night the desk hassled the driver and me about it. Then, I needed a late checkout, which is supposed to be no problem according to my Diamond status. The GM could only give me an hour! Too busy.
I have had better breakfasts at a Quality Inn. But I suppose when your house is full every night, why worry about making your guests happy. Definitely WILL NOT return to this property, it is NOT worth the charges.

We were there last year in the summer. This hotel was great. Most definitely recommend it. Obviously each person has there opinion and not everyone is gonna be treated the same.

Great staff everyone was friendly. Also my husband forgot his credit card and the hotel called to let us know. We already cancelled it so they shedded it for us. But its awesome to know we stayed at such a great honest place. Rooms were very clean and beds were really comfy. We will for sure be going back.

Spacious and clean room. Hotel is very convenient to Sea World. Would recommend. They also have a free breakfast which was good.

Very good has parking and breakfast included in the rate good location within the hotel Tenes a sector of pool and chairs another sector of barbeque and a fairly complete gym. With respect to the room is very spacious I would say of the broadest I knew considering that it is a standard has a living room with integrated kitchen very well equipped and separate in another environment the bedroom with the bathroom en suite.
Because I do not give 5 stars, just a few details about the attention is what I do not allow me to qualify with the highest note.

I do not use the Wi-Fi but all right.

Great hotel, walking distance to Sea World. Friendly staff. Free daily breakfast and midnight social makes this property a great value for your money. But if you get pizza delivered you have to pick it up at the front desk, they won't let the delivery person to bring it to your room.

Stayed here April 2017 for Star Wars celebration. The room was huge with a full kitchen and the staff was lovely. They even brought me a corkscrew at 3 am so I could enjoy a bottle of wine after a long day. My son loves this hotel and the pool.

Worst Customer Service — My room was cancelled without notice I booked a room with several months in as advance. I even visited the property at the beginning of the month to see the location since I'd never been there. I was allowed access to see one of the rooms where we would stay. Everything was fine. I've got an email from Hilton 2 days ago and 1 day ago to remind me about my stay. However, when I arrived today to check in, the front desk agent said our reservation was cancelled. Apparently, the hotel was booked in August with a credit card that had a expiration in December. I was sent a new card by the bank before the expiration, but I was never notified by the hotel that there was a problem with my reservation. They said they called but I didn't get any calls or voice mails. I've only got 2 emails from Hilton the day before, confirming everything was correct with my reservation. There's no coordination between Hilton and the local property. I was left without a room. They didn't have another room with the same characteristics. The Front Desk Agent (ANDRE) and the Front Desk Manager (MRS. DANITA) were both rude and lacked of any sympathy or comprehension about our situation. They simply said they were following the Hotel policy but I was not offered any solutions. I was simply left without a room with my family who were coming from another country. I'm very disappointed because I was never informed of this.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Hotel was a bit more dinged and dented, but otherwise great. Some of the same staff was here and they recognized me (it had been ~6 months since my last visit). Breakfast had good offerings, but they seemed to be out of silverware (mainly forks) again. Not sure if they're slow in washing what's needed, or if they don't have enough. I would definitely recommend you staying here, especially for Disney. It's very easy to get there and back via highway, and it's only ~18min from the magic Kingdom parking lot.

I'm staying at the Homewood Suites right now in Orlando. So far, I have had a pretty horrible experience. They decided to start charging me for incidentals on not one but two of my credit cards not once but multiple times. I have spent the first two days of my stay at the hotel sorting out the problem instead of being on vacation. I had planned to take my family to Universal Studios today, but instead I have been here dealing with excuse after excuse. The staff has begun to get pretty short with my impatience, but I did travel with my wife and 4 children from Maine, which is well over 1000 miles by car. We have been stressed beyond our ability to deal with this situation rationally. We have been planning this trip for months and it has been ruined by a staff that is now treating me like an inconvenience. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star review is because the manager has said he will comp my stay. Weather or not that is true has yet to be determined, but my guess is that is just one more thing I will end up having to fight for. Avoid this place, there are many other options here.

Large spacious room with kitchenette including large stainless fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. Very clean great room layout with high ceiling. Nice free light dinners in the evening and free breakfast in the morning which include all different size of mickey waffles with great choice of toppings. Great space with enough seats to eat. Nice pool with a fire pit and towels provided. Make sure you bring both room keys if family wants to do separate things, can't get out of the pool area without card which was a little aggervating since I left my phone in room with husband and didn't take a key card. Also have a basketball court and fitness room. Also a nice guest laundry room with ice machine. The lobby is very nice with a water glass feature. Staff is nice. Recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast and complimentary dinner that few hotels have.

The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable for winding down after a day at the theme parks. Conveniently located between Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Don't use GPS to direct you to the hotel's address. Use 7003 Sea Harbor… the address of the sister Hampton Suites right next door. When kids are present in the morning during free breakfast expect lots of noise and rowdiness. Otherwise my room has been very quiet.

The rooms are good and comfortable, have plenty of space. The breakfast is ok, and a good thing is that it has a afternoon lunch. But we had problems with our reservation. We had a 2 week reservation, traveled on the weekend between those 2 weeks and the hotel checked us out even though we had let them know we were taking a 3 day trip and would return again. But they recognized their mistake and gave us a room, but that caused us to lose time on our trip.

Hotel was nice and felt new. Breakfast had a good selection of food and the location was great. However, our room could have used another once over by housekeeping. There were 4 hairs in our sheets and one in the shower in the wall right by the handle in plain view. Also the remote for the living room TV didn't work at all.

It is not super fancy but a really great place to stay. Rooms are clean and have lots of room. They had a real breakfast every morning and beer/wine social each evening. Staff was very nice. I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean, though there's a perfume scent being pumped through the AC system which isn't that great to smell when you first step into the room. The water in the shower is COLD and never really warms up, not sure if the heater was broke or if everyone had used up all the water already. Breakfast was good and hearty.

It's a clean and comfortable place to stay. The check-in process took way too long. We got there about 15 minutes after check-in time (3:00 PM) and they said our room wasn't ready because it has not been inspected yet. We had to sit and wait another 25 minutes to actually check-in and get our room. The family trying to check-in after us also ran into the same issue. We're easy-going people, but we do expect our room to be ready when we arrive at check-in time. Not a terribly good impression, but putting that aside… Our 1-bedroom suite was roomy and modern. The only minor thing is the a/c in the sitting area was very loud, the a/c plastic frame was loose and would vibrate against whatever metal piece inside. I solved it by putting a chair against it so it wouldn't vibrate as much. Fast stable W-Fi. Close to Sea World and other attractions. Free breakfast was included although we didn't take advantage of it. Would stay again in the future if check-in was faster.

We loved this hotel! We try to stay in Homewood suites and they are all nice but this one is very nicely done. Beautiful suites, quiet, friendly staff, nice pool, great breakfast! Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed my stay. The afternoon happy hour and breakfast we're good. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. However I would have liked more shuttle options to the parks.

Stayed 7 nights. Nice, new modern suits. Spacious, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast variety. Very attentive staff. Awesome cleaning crew. But don't be surprised if they are in your room after 3 p. M. Extra points for a nice, but discreet, " smoking area", (for all the secret smokers out there… ;) ) Almost 5 Stars, but unfortunately, our air-conditioning unit was very loud, and I was really annoyed by the old fashion, slow elevator, also. Info and tickets to the amusement parks available at the special desk. Great, affordable and reliable taxi service from the front desk request!

Very open lobby, entrances at convenient locations, and with multiple elevators makes any entrance convenient. Staff that I've encountered has been very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The rooms are well laid out and nicely appointed, very clean too. Can't say there's anything bad about this place, I highly recommend it!

A world class Hotel it is not that fancy place, but I really enjoyed my staying there. The most thing I loved it is very quiet place, clean and everything were new. The room service was great. We felt at home, especially with the digital key. I would suggest everyone to check in using his digital key no need to go the front desk.

This place is great, the people are truly friendly and give great customer service by the staff. The rooms are large and spacious. I highly recommend this place. Rates are very reasonable considering the local so close to Sea Word and all.

This hotel was absolutely Amazing! I booked here after having trouble next door at a different hotel. I was greeted by St. Clair. He was such a joy after a stressful morning. He handled things impeccably. Nathan the general manager makes sure that guest are comfort and the staff is very professional. Maria the chef and her team cooked delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Our trip was excellent! Thanks guys…

Nice clean suites and free parking.

I booked a last minute Disney trip and decided to stay at this hotel. I called them at around midnight and told them that I was on the road and would be there in about 5 hours. The female on the phone was very professional and accommodated my group and I. The prices were very reasonable so I figured that the hotel would probably be just okay. When I arrived, I was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful! The male at the front desk greeted me and was very friendly. My hotel room was spacious, clean, and modern. I even had a stove and large refrigerator. I will definitely visit again and will recommend it to everyone.
