They have bedbugs in their rooms. I found some in the bed after sleeping in it overnight and told the management immediately and they didn't seem to care. They admitted "this hotel was recently renovated and this issue is on the decline", so they knowingly put people in infested rooms. They thought just providing me a refund for the night I stayed was appropriate restitution. All I wanted was another free night at a different, nicer Hilton because it ruined my day dealing with everything and he said no. I then asked if he was ok if I posted a review that the hotel had bedbugs and his response was, "you're going to do what you're going to do regardless of what I do. The decision not to offer anything else has been made. " This place and Hilton customer service is a joke.

I love their rooms. So spacious. So clean. And so friendly. The continental breakfast changes day by day. Lots of variety. Beautiful view of the city. I may be away from home. But this the next best thing. Come and enjoy this homestyle feeling.

This was a very great place to stay even though it was going through renovations. Very huge spacious rooms with microwave and refrigerator laundry availability as well as great hospitality. I would return to this hotel.

Very clean and quiet! Breakfast is great! Beds are extremely comfortable. Water gets HOT but slow flow in sink. Good customer service. The hotel is positioned behind Dunkin Donuts, so it's easy to miss.

Have stayed here several times. Every time, the hotel has been extremely clean and neat. The staff is amazing. It's an updated Hampton Inn and Suites. And the price is amazing! Can't go wrong here!

Used my app to check-in and select my room 24 hours before my arrival. Just needed to show my ID and confirm the cc and got my room key, effortless! Front desk was awesome. Room was adequate but seem a little outdated compared to other Hamptons. I paid extra for Internet and it was not GOOD, there is room for improvement here. Fitness room was not great (small room with very little equipment). Breakfast was good. Love the coffee/tea station availability all evening long. Had some issue with the internet but it was resolved quickly by the Front Desk Manger. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as their service was excellent.

This site is the best. Every year we visit Orlando. Now it will be my favorite hotel. I recommend. We arrived with son tired. In reception check in fast and good attention (Andrea Thank you).

Went here to stay a night for a concert at Amway & even though the concert was cancelled, we were happy to party with new acquaintances downtown with other concert goers… Would return if offered.

We have been staying with Hampton inn at 7448 international drive north in Orlando for a very long time now — initially we stayed for the clean well kept properties and affordability… I have to tell you in addition to the exceptional hotel the guest service is absolutely amazing! Especially one woman in particular Rosetta — she personally has taken the time to get to know my husband and I, and really makes us feel like family when throughout our entire stay! She was sad for us when we couldn't get a reservation there on our honeymoon due to spring break (who gets married on spring break? Ha! We do). We finally had time to break away from the day to day grind. When we got there Rosetta actually remembered that we were getting married! I'm so beyond impressed with her exceptional guest service that we will forever be loyal to her and this particular Hampton inn! Thank you Rosetta Anthony and Diane.

This hotel is the bomb! Check in with the friendly staff was super quick and easy. We are Hilton Honors members and were able to choose the room we wanted at no extra cost before arriving by using the Hilton Honors app. The room we chose was far from the highway (so we heard no road noise) and was ready and clean upon arrival. We started our days with their complimentary breakfast which included scrambled, hard-boiled and omelet eggs (be sure to try the cheese omelet! Delicious. ). It also included pastries, breads, fruit, and waffles. We then rode on a shuttle provided by the hotel at no cost at 8:30AM to Universal and came back either at 5:15 or at 7:30PM. When we wanted to come back from the parks earlier, we used Lyft and got a ride for $6.70 vs paying nearly $20 for parking at the parks if we took our car. The breakfast and shuttle were huge savers! Housekeeping was available everyday of the week from 9AM-2PM and kept us refreshed with clean towels, soap, lotion, and clean trash bins while being very trustworthy. We had valuables in the room and nothing was lost (which has happened at other hotels). We only used the pool once because it was too cold but it was otherwise pretty clean and had only minor debris. Overall the stay at this hotel (4 nights) was superb for only 75.50 a night in our case. We chose to book directly through Hilton and we will stay here again.

The first thing that struck me when I walked into this hotel was how friendly the staff was. It was especially nice because it was my third night in a third Hampton Inn, and third good experience in a row in this manner. The room we rented was spacious and clean. Cons: The tub had a higher edge than I am accustomed to and it was difficult to enter and exit. There was a large crowd at breakfast at 9:30ish and there were no obvious staff taking care of things. The eggs were cold and the juice machine dispensed only water. Another guest warned me off the cut fruit, so I avoided it. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Stayed here for one night after having to mever from another hotel due to safety concerns. While I am not a fan of having to drive anywhere down International Drive because of traffic, I will definitely consider staying here again. Our room was amazing! The 2 queen suite was a great size for me, my wife and son. The staff was extremely helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Hampton to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

The room was always clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast items ranged from adequate to good, depending on the day. The incidentals area in the front is good for snacks and getting bottles of water before going out to the theme parks.

Husband and I stayed in a King Suite for 8 days while we did the amusement parks. Fantastic and friendly staff (Ivan and Rosetta) made us feel welcome immediately. The warm cookies at night is a lovely touch. The room had a fridge and microwave which made it easy to store food and beverages and heat up leftovers. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food with cold and hot options that changed daily including items like cereal, bagels, toast, a waffle station, fresh fruit, omelettes, sausage links, ham, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and biscuits. The complimentary shuttle to the theme parks was nice to have, the timing for arrival to Universal Studios was perfect, however the later pick up for Disney meant arriving an hour and a half after the park opened for the day. The pick up times for the shuttle also meant leaving before the parks closed. We opted to only use the shuttle when it aligned with our plans. The limited shuttle times were only a very minor inconvenience as we had already planned to arrange our own transportation to the parks. Being located on International Drive made it easy to access a variety of restaurants, the hotel even provided a one-day unlimited ride pass for the I-Ride Trolley which made travel along International Drive to the outlet mall and other stops a breeze. Overall, a great stay with many unexpected complimentary perks, including the warm cookies in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The parking lot is very difficult to get into when heading north. If you have a car that is low to the ground, forget getting into the stove without scraping and or breaking something on your vehicle. The service however, was fantastic. The staff was very helpful, and the girls at breakfast, were very attentive and helpful as well.

We stayed in a single king bedroom that was very clean when we arrived. We are from Texas and wanted to try a local pizza joint for dinner and the gentleman at the front desk had a menu handy for his favorite local joint. The breakfast was average for a Hampton Inn, but didn't dissapoint. Overall a great hotel.

We called ahead of time to make the reservation and asked for a higher floor because I am a very light sleeper as I have been in many hotels and usually parents and kids get bottom floors to be near the car and the pool. So the lady on the phone said ok here is the nuber just show it to the front destination and they will give you your keys to your room. Upon arrival there was only one person to check us in he didn't even tell us we will be with you shortly didn't seem to care other people were there. Then this other attendant came very unprofessional eating and with his mouth full tap the other guy hey like he didn't know his name do you know if this computer is working. The other attendant said no I don't know. He goes to put his information in so he could check us in and then without asking us anything other than credit card and I. D gives my husband and I our room keys I look at the room number and I said oh this says room 1 something that's on the first floor I asked for a higher floor well I don't see that in our computer it says mobile which is for people that have mobility problems and I said I asked for a higher room well I can't do anything about that. I asked can you call another hampton inn yes but you'll still have to pay for tonight I said that's not fair.

Elevators are slow and twice in four days the room key cards stopped working. The night light that is built into the wall mounted hair dryer is annoying as it can't be turned off. Wifi constantly disconnects in peak hours. The worst thing is how the room doors slam and all doors in nearby rooms rattle. Expect to be woken several times per night. Staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel for the price. We stayed in a studio suite with two queen beds. Hotel has been nicely updated. Room was spacious enough for me and my wife and two boys. I found the bed to be quite comfortable for a hotel. The service at the hotel was very good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always welcomed us when we walked in. Breakfast was decent. A nice selection of assorted pastries, eggs, sausage, and hash browns, as well as cereal, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. For a complimentary breakfast it was very good. There is not a whole lot of seating in the breakfast area which could be a problem but for us it was not an issue. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and would have no problem staying here again.

We stayed here for one night from driving into Orlando. The price was pretty awesome compared to every place else with a high rating. The place needs a huge face lift. It's old, dingy, and worn. When we got off of the elevator to our floor we were hit with a bad smell. I can't pin point it. Just a nasty, old stale smell. Then when we got into our room it smelt like a stinky foot. God it was awful. I'm weird with smells and this place kinda grossed me out with the smells. BUT it was super clean and neat. They have an amazing crew. We came in contact with two of the managers working the front desk and they were so positive and so friendly. It always makes you feel great when people talk and treat you the way they did. They also have a complimentary breakfast. That was awesome. The food was great and had such a huge selection. They also have free parking. You can tell they take care about their customers. They just need a facelift and a deep cleaning/smell goods. Overall it was a nice experience minus the stench.

Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Intl Dr N close to all theme parks which was a plus. Room it self was clean and the service was great. Breakfast was pretty good just make sure you go early. The only thing I didn't like is that you can here the cars on highway. But after a theme park your pretty exhausted so you'd sleep through it.

Everything was quick and easy. Breakfast brought my back to my childhood. Beds didn't collapse while I was sleeping. Walls kept the toxic gazes at bay. Overall it was a ten.

Love this place! This Hampton especially. Franchesca that works the front desk is awesome. She always has the best customer service. Hands down best place to stay in Orlando!
