Room is dirty. Sink is leaking and sheets smell.

I might dispise this hotel. But it was a good place to stay kept me warm and safe.

Pet friendly. Great location.

All the rooms have been beautifully remodeled, the maintenance staff was really great on helping us with our needs. And the housekeeping staff, were so friendly, and nice well. And they really paid attention to make sure all the rooms we're perfectly cleaned and sanitized. All of the staff was very helpful and kind.

DO NOT RECCOMEND! I booked our room MONTHS ago and get here at 8:30 the night before graduation (earliest I could get here due to work and whatnot) for the guy to tell me the manager booked my room in around 11am today and it's no longer available. Now I'm stuck waiting to find out how they're going to fix it or wtf is happening because they also already charged my credit card.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. Huge shout out to Olga and Tom, Seidy, for going above and beyond all expected service. The breakfast was great, far beyond stale bagels and donuts.

The room was the worst Best Western I've ever been to. It's privately owned and the owners take zero pride in the place. The ceiling was dirty! The ceiling! The room smelled damp. The bed spread smelled like it's been in a closet. It was dusty. We were just sleeping for 1 night but it was bad. Spend $20 extra bucks and go somewhere else. The free breakfast was good. It was hot and free. The staff was nice but the room was not worth it. Should have slept at a rest stop in the car.

A nice stay. The staff were great. The beds were comfy and clean. The breakfast was a hot breakfast that was good. For the price it was what it should be. I would have given 5 stars but we did run into two cockroaches. One in our sink and one in the bathroom. My husband was able to dispose of them but it made you keep your eyes open. We were on the ground floor so they probably came from outside at some point. It didn't become a problem but still ick!

This best Western is actually a real nice motel for the price you pay a night, they are going through some updates as we speak, I had to book two rooms for my business partners. They really liked it. When I was there, staff was super friendly and accommodated all my needs.

Room 203 itself was spacious and clean. Bed needed to be either flipped or replaced because of the huge sag in the side to the window. The location or this particular room was near the freeway… suggest leaving foam earplugs for your guests. Check in was great check out was fine, although I requested Express checkout and didn't get me receipt under the door. Had a issue with the TV… once I got it addressed, it was taken care of quickly… but I was on hold for 30 minutes with the front desk before I gave up and went to the desk myself to get assistance.

I am staying there this weekend and have had many concerns. When we checked in yesterday, the man in the room next to us was being arrested. This morning, a man was passed out in the stairway with his stuff spilled on the ground. He was high as a kite. This is very concerning as I’m traveling with kids. The room is spacious but outdated. I’m praying we don’t see bugs as others have suggested. The refrigerator does not keep things very cold and the toilet does not always work. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff is wonderful. But, I am very disappointed with how much these conditions are costing me and that it has this high of a review. Very misleading. Hoping there are no issues for the rest of our stay.

Great place to stay I highly recommend it to all my friends and family the staff is awesome. Especially Damaris so sweet and quick checking you in it's always been a nice pleasant stay at this Best Western. Looking forward to the next time. Thank you!

Super friendly and helpful staff, exceptional customer service. Reasonable rates, very clean, very quiet. The week I stayed there was a very enjoyable experience. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Staying here was quite nice but the card keys were buggy. The beds felt alright but the soaps and shampoos were very harsh. Overall it is a good place for a couple of nights.

The staff was wonderful — sincerely customer oriented, helpful, and kind. The place was clean. Housekeeping was regular and reliable. The second day we were there, I noticed some tiny bugs all over the counter area, but they were harmless. We did not have any food out, so they must have been trained to show up when they sense people nearby. None of them came home with me in my luggage, so they were not a big deal. The building itself is very, very old, so there were all of the things that come with that. The whole place is in need of upgrades — a complete remodel, but everything was in working order. The water pressure in the shower was great. Just try to shower early in the morning when no one else is up. If anyone in Florida flushes a toilet, you will feel the water temperature change. There is no room service, but it wasn't too far from places where you could go eat and grocery stores, if you have a car. You can also order food in. The location and the neighborhood don't really lend themselves to "taking a walk, " but overall, it was a good value for the price.

I like staying here. Been staying here since 2009. Staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast is pretty good, too. Price is right!

As a visitor of guests, I found the location to be difficult to maneuver and the roads weren't in the best condition. The low lights out of the way, I did enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the furniture and linens. The property is under renovation currently, but I know soon it will be a well rounded hotel.

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. Rooms are nicely setup and comfy bed with nice TV, fridge and microwave oven. The Wi-Fi was horrible as the connection was on and off on both my new HP laptop and Samsung S8 phone. They were painting the hand rails on the stairs and upper levels and the painters dropped and or smeared paint all over the painted floors and some paint was on the bottom of my shoes. Very messy! In my opinion, The hotel rate of $189 plus taxes was exorbitant for this type of a hotel. I was here for my son's graduation from a nearby College. I give a total rating of 3.

Couldn't be happier with the cleanliness of the room. Comfortable beds. The staff, William, Dena, Kaysha and Catherine, were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great! We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!

Liked it at Best Western here. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and willing to accommodate. The best part is, I felt safe. Only complaint is the noise from being close to the highway. If that doesn't bother you, then you are good.

This the fourth time I have stayed here and it gets better. First time was when I moved to Orlando and I stayed for two weeks with my cat till my house was ready the second time was while the painted my house and now this time. Nice clean rooms friendly staff. Just a nice place all around.

Nice and affordable. Comfortable beds, nice beds, good breakfast, everything was great. But when I arrived the staff didn't seem to be friendly, almost unwelcoming, there was a security guard or what I assumed was a guard who stared at me as if I were a criminal. Then again I could have been paranoid, I had been up for 18 hours and had been driving for 15 of those hours. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Awesome place to stay. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very caring and nice. Made you feel like you were at home. Will stay again.

This hotel is extremely clean; although, it is an older property. The staff is super — professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with many options; they even had gluten-free cereal. A little out of the way and the sign is small so you'll have to use your gps but for the money it was a good deal. We really appreciated that it is also pet-friendly and very quiet.

Very clean and quiet. Staff in office very friendly. I even had problems with my bathroom sink and they came immediately to fix it! The breakfast is great very clean space. Computer in lobby (which I love) I think a few more computers are recommended. I stayed for working purposes and I always book my reservation here when needing a room for my work week. The prices very so making reservations in advance is more convenient and saves time and money. Also they are discount friendly (AAA) really makes a difference with a nights stay…! Totally recommend this hotel as it’s safe, clean and very comfortable!

My family stayed at east Orlando BW during the week of thanksgiving to visit family and enjoy the Orlando area. What a great place to stay! The room was clean. Breakfast was Good! The cost was just right. Rosalyn and Keisha were exceptional. The staff exceeded our expectations! Thank you Best Western.

Very good staff, friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious; a soft mattress and clean pillows. The breakfast rich and varied. Would definitely come back.

The motel is in a transition. The staff is exemplary. Friendly Naturally helpful folk. There were a couple of problems with our room which were quickly dealt with through a convenient room change. Aime, who handled breakfast, was particularly good, but every staff member was helpful, pleasant, and had a smile.

This Best Western was a big surprise in a positive way. The front desk superstar Todd is first class and will be so helpful on any of your front desk needs. Amy in the breakfast area was the best. She makes a mean waffle with the best smile.

The place was clean and there were no problems. It seemed like a typical nice Motel, not a Hotel, to me. However, I went there for an evacuation to Hurricane Irma and they allowed me to take my pets, so being there was a blessing. They did charge me the pet fee, even though there was a hurricane. I was just glad to get the reservation at the last minute. It also seemed you have to get on the nearby toll road to go anywhere. I'm sure you can get to those same places without taking the toll road, but Google Maps placed the most direct routes to many places through this toll road that is next to the hotel.

When I first opened the front door I noticed immediately the air was on. The room temp. At 68deg F. The room looked clean and pressed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean, bright white! Bathroom was very clean everything looked practically new. Little desk with a nice high back chair to do my paperwork and in the mourning enough coffee for six cups! Even had plastic lids for on the go. Great experience.

Very noise rooms because it is right next to the highway. Water in faucets brown and power cut off for a bit during one storm. This is Florida, there is no reason not to have back up generators. My largest complaint is that guest services will clean the rooms everyday but you have to leave the room while they do. I have stayed at hundreds of motels and hotels in my life. I never heard of that. I don't want them stealing my stuff. If it is a matter of safety, then open the window curtains and prop the door open while you service the room. Wifi always cuts out!

My room keys were given promptly when I arrived at the front desk. The motel hall-less format allowed for easy access to the car. Internet is fairly slow. The corner room I was in had a strange format that made the bathroom very awkward. Water pressure was weak at worst, average at best. Toilet was not properly leveled, and it will shake if sat on quickly. Room did not smell of smoke (unsure if smoking is allowed). Breakfast buffet is available 6-10 AM most mornings. Doorknob felt wobbly as if it would not completely shut without locking.

This hotel was really great. It is only a 12 minute drive to UCF which was perfect for us. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the breakfast was better than a lot of hotel breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the room king size bed. Really comfortable, there was also a sofa and a computer set up. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The breakfast looked really good however I went at the same time everyone else did. People thought they knew hoe to use the waffle maker, when someone offered to help, they decided they didn't want it. Rude guests. I was thinking of staying another night the room and bathroom was spotless and the bed so comfortable. I would stay their again in a heartbeat.

I have never had a bad experience at a Best Western. I stayed at this one and have zero complaints yet again. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. It had everything I needed. If I had to pick one thing that needs improvement, the vending machine didn't like my dollar bills. That's it. Otherwise, had a great stay.

The staff here are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast was great! What a peaceful and relaxing environment. Pool is fantastic and love that they play music at the pool. They made our experience and stay here wonderful! This is a must stay hotel when in Florida.

Found a cockroach in my room and the coffee maker kept blowing the outlet/wouldn't work. Pool was refreshing though. Staff was pleasant.

Between the water in the shower and sink smellng like sewer and a lizard in the room, I don't know which was worse. My first and last time. I would never ever stay in this place again.

This hotel is fcking ridiculous, they lost my personal information so I have to Change my bank account. Also rooms are terrible, u have to stay with worms for the whole night.

Traffic noise was too much. All of the king sized rooms face SR 417, and its awful. The service was excellent as was the breakfast.

Great location, right off of the 417. They had smoke friendly rooms for my friend that did smoke and the beds were extremely comfortable for the deal that I got for the room. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, and I know if I need a hotel in the area I would most likely end up here.

Must have been a motel before it was converted to a best western. First, the doors don't actually fit the frames so whenever anyone close their door, it sounded like someone was hitting the wall really hard. Carpet was kind of wet-feeling. Found a previous occupant's socks, indicating a severe lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping, I wonder what else they forget to check? Bad area, outdated A/C, outdated everything besides the TV for that matter. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best, the whole time there was this fat guy standing in the way, taking way more food than he needed to. The highlight was probably the omelette and sausage. No biscuits and gravy left, no hash browns left. Overall, if you're looking for a place just to spend the night on the cheap, this place is it. But if you're looking for a place that y'know… doesn't suck? Go somewhere else.

Stayed there 1 night for a nearby funeral. Room was clean, staff were all very good. Better breakfast than I have had at hotels costing MUCH more! Got great rate.

This place is probably fine if you want to stay a night or two. The staff is extremely nice especially the room service staff. They make it a point to wish you a sunny and enthusiastic good morning when they see you. If you are looking to stay for a week for a vacation or to stay by Full Sail for a little this place is a bit of a disappointment. There were creepy filthy drunk men just sitting and swarming the pool. It felt unsafe for children at night when the men return from work. Hopefully they don't live at the hotel but its possible. The road this hotel is located on is a bit industrial and uncomfortable. There were micro bugs everywhere. The Hot tub is filled in.

I loved my stay here. Brandon at the front desk was a sweetheart, and did a great job accommodating me. I will definitely be back soon.

It was a good hotel. The Internet was surprisingly fast and rooms were clean. The free breakfast was above average.

First 'non' smoking room stunk of cigarettes, staff were great and changed out to another room, smelt better. However, Towel rail hanging out of wall, Shower curtain tatty and torn, window rattler AC unit had no control — stuck at 68 degs, no fan control, nada — Manual control — — — Unplug it, so all night turning on/off. Checked into a far better hotel next night for another $30. Only reason we stayed here was a school competition and was close to UCF. Wish I hadn't. I know these are independently owned, but a bit of pride in ownership is not too far off the agenda? On the plus side, Check in staff were great, pool looked clean, as was the general area.

Bit of a hassle getting checked in, and no fridge or micro. Pleased in spite of this, because room was clean, no smell, no bugs, and great value at $75 a night for smoking 2 bed room. I usually pay double that at HI for a dirty old smelly room.

I'm in the process of purchasing a home with a month-to-month rental at my old apt complex being comparable to the weekly rate here. I've been here 5 days so far and the staff has REALLY treated me well. The front desk, the maid service, etc. The internet has been fast too. Seriously, this place is amazing and perfectly close to 417. I never write reviews — — but — — with an extremely public teaching job where I'm evaluated by various disgruntled guests publicly (1 in every 20, that's science, that's how people behave) — — I felt compelled to share my experience.

Be careful of hidden fees. The staff were not helpful when it came to solving a fee problem only thing they told us was that if we wanted we can go somewhere else.

I made the reservation at this hotel because I was closed to my daughter's college. When we came the welcome was as expected for the type of hotel, I would say acceptable. When I walked into the room I found it more or less clean, sheets smelled clean but the bathroom was not as clean it should be. The floor was dirty, we can smell human urine. We couldn't sleep well because there was a lot of people and kids all over the place until 2 am. Earlier in the morning a truck came around making a loud noise. A lady calling her husband as loud as she could, cars departing as fast as they could. Bad experience. The hotel is in an industrial area where you can't get a soda o snacks.

Hotel was ok but when we left, me and my husbands wires got crossed and we accidentally left our computer tablet in the room. When we called about it they "hadn't found it" and wouldn't do anything to make it right.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, terrible disturbed by the other hotel guest. They were very dirty and ghetto. The staff were idiots. Far over priced for what it was. Very unpleasant stay.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to check in and had some difficulty at first due to conflicting dates. I called kayak to fix it. When I went to check in again the person at the front desk whose name was Kemuil (who was the only person there even at busy hours) said they couldn't check me in because my card did not have my name on it. I explained it was a temporary card and that no other hotels have giving me an issue with it. He then was very argumentative and very nasty. Rudely gave me my card and ID back. I told him to contact his manager and he rudely told me he couldn't. He said he had others waiting and I said ok I will wait while you deal with them. After the last one and said he would cal his manager but was still very argumentative. He kept telling me no he could not check me in and then all of a sudden said you know what I am not going to call my manager I can't check you in I'm sorry. I explained that I was there because my car was in the shop and had no where else to go. I told him I could pay in cash. For some weird reason after he told me to go to an ATM and get cash and go to a hotel that would take it but uh I just told him I had cash. Clearly not very intelligent. I then continued to tell him to call his manager and explained that was only proper as if there is an issue you always call your manager. He then got very nasty and said you know what I'm done with this. He raised his voice and was very disrespectful.

Hot tub was the big draw for me. Picture I posted shows hot tub. Out of service for "an extended period". Rooms are old, but decent attempt to modernize.
