Bittersweet… The hotel needs to he upgraded. The blue wall in the lobby had chiped paint and the fact that the staff wore regular clothes was not a good look. The ice machine didn't work and one of the pools was dirty. The room was in fact the room in the picture. Very clean and spacious. They did not require any additional credit card holds. It served it's purpose for the weekend and it would be a last option for me in the future.

Great staff the young woman Rose was very very nice at front desk, she was so helpful all the time, good humour, always smiling, jokes with everyone. Breakfast was not perfect but it was fine, lots of restaurant nearby, room was clean. Only thing is the location I don't really like but other that everything is great. I'll definitely go back.

Everything you get in a five star and more. The beds are comfortable and clean. Rooms are large. Lot's of eating places around. Central to everything. Staff are nice and helpful. Was every charged less than what I was told. Passage carpet was a little musty from stupid guests coming from pool without drying off properly and that's not their fault but air-conditioning was on to get the smell out. Five stars all the way! Yup will be coming back soon with lots of my friends!

The location was pretty sketchy. There were people hanging around outside and in the parking lot for hours. In terms of the room, it was suprisingly clean. Beds were comfortable and clean as well. The carpets and furniture were in good condition also. The only other negative was that you don't actually need your keycard to enter the side and back doors… there are card readers on the doors, however they can simply be pushed open.

Room was larger than expected. On busy road but room very quiet. Good breakfast.

This has been my worst Hotel experience ever. Stayed here for two nights because we were doing the Disney parks for three days. Checked in late before midnight after the spending the day at Disney the staff took all day to check us in complaining she was tired and hungry actually sleeping in the process. The place needs complete upgrade on everything. They charged my card twice and I called 3 times and reported but the manager did call back since he was the only one to handle it. I finally got him the 4th time he didn’t refund it nor even apologize instead he yelled at me and hung up the phone. Won’t even all my trash end up in that Hotel. Will never recommend it even if it’s free. Beware of what you end up with if you go there just saying. I was there April 2018. Thanks.

This place is horrible! This hotel needs to upgrade EVERYTHING! I've been to many Baymont Inns in the past and none of them were this dried down. Never again! The staff were nice and the rooms were clean but no matter how clean they were it still felt dirty!

I loved it and the price super economic, breakfast delicious. And getting out don't miss going to waffles house.

Location was good. Right off the highway and close to anything you could need. Service and room could've been better but is what I expected for what I paid.

It is an economic place, for the price you can not ask for more. Good service, friendly staff, clean place. Highly recommended and for less than $60 a night.

Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. We got there in the middle of the night and first got a room that was not made and really dirty and had bugs. We got a second room that was at least made, but still very dirty and had blood on the sheets. We felt really uncomfortable and left the next morning (instead of staying for 3 more nights). The ppl at the front desk were not very helpful and seemed busier texting on their cell phone than listening to me.

To start, the employees here were trying there best with what they had to work with. That said, this place is easily described as disgusting, it smelled like smoke in some areas, and others smelled like they were covering it up with some crappy Lysol. The carpet had mold, the rooms smelled like mildew, and the buildings were so outdated they didn't have elevators. I would not recommend this place, at all, my asthmatic brother couldnt breathe inside the place, so dont let the low rates fool you.

The customer service was really good and the beds was great. Slept like a baby. They could do a little better with the breakfast thought other than that nice place.

The room was very nice and clean. Good looking furniture that is well kept. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but to each their own. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Great Service as an RCI owner for my family… We are very pleased. Only pep needs is have few room open faster for members of RCI and to have breakfast supplies last till last call not run low 1 hour before … But highly recommend. May come back soon as we can! Keep up good work.

Good place to stay, not very good breakfast.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. One night the sewer backed up into the shower drain. When I complained they fixed it but there was a sewer smell for the next 5 days of my stay. All they did was to offer me a spray can of room deodorizer. They ran out of a lot of things. French toast, orange juice, apple juice, and even Kleenex. When I went to check out at 7:15 am there was no one on the desk so some one who obviously didn't normally man the desk said he could not give me a bill. And the front door was locked so I had yo use my key every time I loaded luggage to get back in.

Very good place, good price and quality! Very friendly all the staff. I recommend it!

Found this place on Hotwire and had no problems with it! Only 15 minutes or less to Universal Studios which was perfect. Spacious rooms, large beds. Comfy beds and pillows. This is nothing fancy but its a good, and reasonably priced place to stay for the night. Includes free breakfast, free parking, and free Wi-Fi! Breakfast is a waffle maker, some bagels/toast, and cereal. Nothing fancy but hey, its free!

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and everything in the room was in good condition and functional. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best hotel beds that I've slept in in a long time. The breakfast looked good but too carb heavy for me to partake. Overall a very good stay for an inexpensive hotel. It appears the owner is in the process of making improvements; all rooms may not be as good as the one I was in or they may all be upgraded. I can only speak to the universe of my room.

Guy at front desk was nice and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, decent room service selection. They are in the process of renovating so the property is a mess but the actual rooms are decent for the price. Lots of cable channels to choose from.

When first checking into the hotel, we encountered problems (loud people & maintenance problems). After some negotiating, management stepped up & we were given an upgrade to a nicer room. We definitely will be coming back. If anyone had had problems with the hotel, try giving them another chance. Recently changed management. A change for the better.

One of the best stays we have had at a hotel. The general manager and his staff truly know the definition of guest services. And I say "guest" rather than"customer" because we were treated as guests… not customers. Beds are very comfy, the rooms were clean and smelled good. I felt safe inside the locked gates. The pool is beautiful. Thank you to this location for a great stay! We will definitely see you when we are back in town.

Stayed here two nights, and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. There are also plenty of food/shopping options near by.

I'm currently on day 3 of 7 of my stay at Baymont Inn. I guess I'll start with good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included although there are no eggs or meats. It's a convenient location if you're going to Universal since it's only about a 10 minute drive. Very cost effecient compared to some other hotels nearby. Now, the not-so-good. There's a train track next to us (literally about 70 feet from our room) and a trains have come by at 12:30 am, and 5 am. There are ants in the sink when we wake up in the morning. Computers are extremely slow if you're trying to print something. Ups and downs, but it's only been a couple days.

Amazing! Incredible customer service! Akegra received us with such care and her beautiful smile! Clean and beautiful rooms with all you need and more! I've been to many Hotels in U. S. & Europe! I'm impressed!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, stayed one night had a little problem with my toilet and Lauren took well care of it! I will definitely be back again!

The hotel is located near a few restaurants, one of which being less than 100 feet away. Amenities are commensurate with price of the rooms, which is to say that they are standard hotel fair. Service is very, very good with the staff catering to everything I have needed over my 8 day stay. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for budget minded consumers.

On arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. Did not have any trouble in the room besides have to turn the door knob in the opposite direction to open it. The bathroom was clean and well designed as well as the room. If you enjoy having your bed made after the cleaning staff stop by your room remember to remove your personal belongings from the bed as they are not able to touch guest's items. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow if you're trying to stream on your devices but it's not unbearable. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel still being renovated. Large comfortable room. Exceptional service from Lauren at front desk. Didn't want to pay deposit but it's worth. This is my new hotel. Very happy.

I will never recommend this hotel they a racist I was picked on by a maid who said she seen me with some street walker when im there with my wife they even trespassed me after being there for 3 days I hate this place and im in the middle of a lawsuit with them now.

Mold mold mold mold. We literally had to sleep in my van cuz my wife couldn't breath the air inside. I'm contacting the corporate for a refund. DO NOT get close to this hotel if you have allergies or asthma, it could kill you.

Location and staff are great! The hotel is out of dated. The outside of the hotel needs to be refreshed, from the poor landscaping to the paint. The parking lot is very sketchy even tho it has camera's. Shower head are rusty. I wouldn't walk on the floor from the bed to the bathroom barefooted. The bottom of the shower was chipping. Walking down the hallway to the room smelled old and like wet dog. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. Ice machine doesn't work. No elevator for the second floor with all luggage. Over priced for the room.

Me and my Husband are so upset I can't believe we stood 2 weeks they gave us discount upgraded to a double suite but still we saw roaches and dirty bathroom. They only refunded one night what a insult. They didn't care to atleast accommodate us for atleast a 5 free nights or a week worth refund! We spend so much money in this hotel never again! What a lost of money we were stupid to stay this Baymont is also in a bad area!

The service is good and very kind people, nothing to say with regard to this issue; However von the subject of cleaning should be improved enough. Also it could renew a little.

Everything was clean, the breakfast had more variety than most places we've stayed and I didn't see any bugs even after close inspection of the sheets. And I LOVE having a coffee pot in the room. Especially for the price, I highly recommend it.

Im not sure how this place has such bad reviews, because I stayed a whole weekend there in september 2013 and it was very nice and clean!

I must say that I was utterly disgusted by the lack cleanliness with this hotel. The parking area was poorly lit, security door entry was broken, sheets were filthy (yellow, black and red stained), Room wad poorly lit which now I see why… The hallway had an ordor that smelled like wet dog or mildew. Overall I would NOT recommend ANYONE to stay at this hotel.

Was a very bad rooms we had two rooms neither one had wash cloth and the second one didn't even have a towel and they could not get us towel or wash cloths! They said they house keeping left them in the dryer… do not stay at this hotel! It's a dump.

Rooms are despicable. Outdated is fine, but dirty, stained, and infested is not. During our short stay we found several cockroaches. Our bedspreads and sheets were stained and tattered, so I requested them to be replaced. We returned to the room later to find that the bedspreads were taken off but not replaced, and the sheets were still the same stained and tattered ones. I also requested extra towels, which were never given to us. The only upside to this place is the location, but there are plenty of other options available nearby.

We stayed for the weekend… was alittle nervous on what we would be going into due to the reviews. We checked in went to our room. Not to bad sure there is stains on the carpet. Was very happy about the frige and microwave. The first thing I do when going to any hotel is check for bed bugs none was found. There was a flatscreen TV the room had a king size bed a chair and a loveseat very spacious room little tiny balcony… it was quite dirty out there the sliding glass door needed cleaning on the outside but whatever that didnt matter to me… first night found the bed was firm but still was able to have a good night sleep… we got up early to eat the cont breakfast had cereals muffins toast bagels jello orange juice apple juice and make your own waffles it was really good I mean yeah no eggs or bacon that would of been nice but im not going to complain for free breakfast… want more go to the walffle house across the street. But over all not bad for 44.00 a night room smelled nice and clean due to the reviews before comming I brought some spray air freshener but was happy didnt have to use it staff was freindly happy and had a smile on there faces … we will totallg be back again.

This hotel was awful. We checked in around 3pm and dropped our thing off and left again. We got back at 2am from being at a theme park all day. We came back to shower and there were four of us to the room, with one towel provided. We called to ask for more, but they claim they did not have a key to give us more. So they went to empty rooms to get us more and we're only able to come up with one more towel. Giving us 2 total. Then to get it to the shower I was go I'm to wear flip flops because it was black and it looked like someone tried to paint the black with white paint. Before I got into the shower I sat on the bed, and when I focused in on the sheets, I saw little black bugs crawling around. They offered to move us to a different room but it wasn't big enough for 4 people. And they still didn't have enough towels. Also the curtains to the sliding door were filthy with what looked to be seen greasy hand marks. Clearly they had not ever been cleaned. We decided to leave and not stay there after seeing the bugs in the bed. Rather than staying there, we drove 2 hours to go home. We are still fighting them on a refund threw days later.

I had no choice but to put it an ordinary but does not deserve it. It is more clean and safe stay in the street. In the cuartio of my uncle was arranged xon a plastic knife so that the doors do not close well. The left things in furniture and when they return someone entered and is the stolen had. In my step something similar bedroom. Apart from that the beds and pillows were orinadas and everything was dirty and ugly holia, someone that we never saw the face was on the balcony of our room. Only saw when jump when I I hover over the balcony. I scared me when I saw him jumping from the balcony. My dad decided to cancel the reservation and not spend even a night there. Please think well, never staying at this hotel. It is the worst experience we have ever had. Up to date today they don't want us paying the money back. They are swindlers and if they have young daughters and children looking for a place safer for them. I recommend to not book, online looks something nice but it is a lie. After there we went to a hotel called best western plus. It was a marvel of clean hotel completely. It was nice, staff was very friendly, clean pool, good breakfast. I give it ten stars. I recommend it and very careful with the hotel who choose this way on August 8.

It is the experience more bad baths with bad smell of cigarette pictured ye leave ecelent rooms and are so bad on the internet offer you a promotion and already paid and revervadas are an equivocation of the ancients and cable TV baths with clothing intimate of other guests.
