Awesome staff, beautiful atmosphere, right in the middle of all the action.

I can’t recommend the facilities, staff and management enough! Nothing is a problem, fantastic customer care and the value for money is exceptional! Having used the 4 hotels for business, pleasure and both combined it is a fantastic hub in the heart of Orlando!

Terrible service. Non-existing. Took half hour to sign in. @2am! no wheel chairs long walk to outside room… more motel than hotel. Right beside I4. Staff unhelp.

Their cleaning staff stole my expired Mexican passport and lots of used gift cards I had, like you need to teach your employees what to steal Avanti, they’re stealing useless things, do better on your stealing.

Sadly we won't be coming back avoid room 4210. Filthy and so unclean. Floors never been disinfected in months my feet were black after a shower everyday. Towels awful. Why has this resort become downhill?. It's sad to see from what it was 😔. No one checks the rooms to make sure they are cleaned clearly. It was our favourite place at one time but now noway. The entire resort needs revamp from everything. Mattresses stain. Microwaves. Kettles everything is very very old rusty. Paint work and so much more. Only good thing the resort is in a good location but I can't see it lasting if it carries on this way.

The pool and jacuzzi was nice. The rooms were clean. It's on a strip where everything is accessible, whether you walk or drive. Shuttles too the parks. Great place for the family.

Love the atmosphere and grounds. Great renovations. And very affordable. Great for date nights and family fun.

Just stayed for two nights — the amenities are great, location is awesome, they did a decent job upgrading but there were so many issues that could very easily be fixed — customer service is awful. Not a single smile on anyones face. No greetings. They clearly do not want to be there. Literally everyone — front office, cafe, bar, etc. Not a single smile. — they don’t have ice buckets. Sounds small but why have an ice machine? Even roach motels have ice buckets — a maintenance man banged on our door around 10pm, started us. Came to fix the toilet. Our toilet wasn’t broken. He went to the wrong room-the bed skirt and desk had a weird white stain. Like if someone used bleach cleaner or chemicals by mistake and it make it look dirty-there was trash EVERYWHERE. It was gross. Like the hotel just had a giant frat party, but it didn’t. Just a bunch of families. I get people suck and you can’t control them throwing their trash down, but the same pieces of trash sat in the same Spot for over a day. I kept picking up random trash around the pool and got sick of working for the hotel. Where was the janitorial staff? I never saw any in the 3 days I was there. They are either short staffed or they don’t care. I did see one employee walk quickly by, slipped on something and nearly fell, I asked if he was okay and he said yes and kept walking. Never addressed the spot he slipped on — could’ve been a customer and a lawsuit. — the entire place smelled like weed.

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Couldn’t comment on the customer service because we didn’t receive any. Stayed for 14 nights, never saw housekeeping, reception ignored my calls so my husband went down to get us out of the mouldy room and moved to another which to be fair wasn’t as bad as the first room. Erin the manager ignored my email until after I had checked out. So yeah, didn’t really get to meet any staff. Location was great though.

I'm glad that I didn't let the reviews deter me from staying here! The resort is really nice and staff was very friendly.

The bar staff are amazing but reception is severely understaffed. Waited nearly an hour to check in and only about 5 people infront on us. All restaurants around are also beryl understaffed. 45 minutes wait to get into dennys.

Nice room, reasonable price, nice pool area.

We booked adjoining room. Did not get them. 1st room had blood spatter on the sheets. Moved us to another room. Hallways and stairwells were always dirty. Housekeeping came once in a week, only when we asked. Were walking in the room unannounced at 9 am on checkout day. Mold in the bathrooms. Would not recommend. More like a shotty motel.

Waited an hour and a half to check in and check in is at 4 instead of 3 like most hotels rooms were nice but there were loud people in next room.

No doubt a low level hotel at best, rooms were dirty, noisy, poor furniture. When we checked in, we were the only people in the lobby, the lady stopped in the middle of our check in to put in her ear buds and have a personal conversation…should have been our first sign to move on. This looks like an old Super 8 type hotel the put a coat of paint on and gave a fancy name…don’t stay here, in fact run!

Shocking, arrived for checkin at 3 and told to come back as room not ready. Returned at 7pm to a line out of the hotel lobby out into the car lot. Stood for 1 he and didn’t move an inch. Had to change it n the car park for dinner reservation then went back at 8.45pm and line was even bigger. Absolute joke, NYE ruined! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Do not stay at this misleading Resort. Charged for a resort fee and gave motel 8 services and quality. Bathroom was dirty, power in our room kept going out resulting in us losing the food we purchased. Was switched to a room not connected to the resort, had the power go out in it as well. Kept blaming the rain on the power going out. Made 0 effort to make it right. Now the lady that set up the shuttle and the shuttle drivers were amazing and super professional. The rest of the staff were rude and didn't care we we're having issues with our stay. Won't ever be back or recommend this place to anyone we know.

The room was small nasty and the microwave was not working people knocking your door and elevator was not working people goes to your room without permission I don't recommend this place.

The pool area is freaking awesome, makes you feel like you literally on a beach. Only problem I had was security barging in my room unannounced while my husband and I was getting busy and no accommodations were offered for the huge inconvenience and when I asked I was basically blowed off as if the suituation was not a huge deal …. But yes the resort is beautiful and right in the heart of everything. Bar staff was the best tho ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service…

There is a great pool area that is kid friendly. Bar and grill makes it ease to get food and drink if you don't want to battle traffic to go out. Rooms are nice, bed amazingly comfortable and the location is prime.

You pay for what you get. Wasn’t the worst wasn’t the best. Seems short staffed at the check in but they let me in early so much appreciative. Rooms weren’t 5 star but it was clean enough to sleep. Short handed on the necessities but they were always available to give you what you need. Cafe was extremely high that was only downfall.

The marketing pictures does this hotel way more justice than it deserves. The check in process is absolutely ridiculous. I watched people who paid for early check in wait hours to get their room. The bartender at the pool was so rude. You smelled weed all over the property. The shower in the room was poorly designed with a semi half wall where the water just poured out into the bathroom. The bed was one of those uncomfortable cheap motel beds. The paneling in front of the bathroom vanity was hanging off. The shower in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months with a massive buildup of mold and soap scum. We were only there for one night. The manager got nasty with me the next morning when I told her about how gross the shower was. Extremely rude and poorly managed property. I see them failing quickly with a lot of reviews that look just like mine.

One of the worst, most disgusting hotels we have stayed in. Not clean, ZERO towels, and it took two hours to check in. The kids fell asleep in the car and we honestly were better off sleeping in there.

Our room was very clean and spacious… front desk clerks were very friendly and efficient… the pool was big and the location was perfect… will definitely book again…

Really pleased with our room. Includes complementary breakfast. Love the pool, jacuzzi and pool bar. Walking distance to Friendly’s restaurant (across the parking lot). Would definitely recommend staying here when coming to Orlando.

Very friendly staff from the moment you arrive all staff encountered were friendly. Nice large pool area plenty of room to social distance. Great location. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Recommend the pool side view rooms. Location is easy walking distance to Icon park. Food from the Cafe was good prices not that bad. Drinks were a little high at the bar but they were good.

Stayed 3 nights, rooms are clean and staff friendly but the smell of marijuana in every hallway, pool area and even into parking lot was so bad we thought K9 at airport might smell it on us.

Super convenient if you're looking for a kid friendly pool with drinks & food at your finger tips! Clean spacious rooms.

I had ants in my room. I reported it and could not get a different room. I checked out early because of it. Have left multiple emails about the service I received and no reply. I was told its just sugar ants… not pleased would never stay there again and would tell friends the same.

I went with my husband for a rromantic getaway, we stayed at the Avanti hotel.
Mikaela from the front desk was very kind, she gived us all informations regarding the hotel.
The hotel was fantastic, the bed was comfortable the room was nice and a amazing swimming pool.
The dissapointed thing was the room cleaning in building number 2 third floor.
We dont know what was the problem but they barely come to clean and change towels.
Not a good room service.
Everythings else was god.

We lost over 300 dollars worth of shoes and clothing taken from our balcony staff not helpful at all and allegedly nothing turned up there's a surprise eh! this will be our 2nd visit from Scotland to this hotel this time bringing 10 other guests with us we most certainly will not be back I'm utterly disgusted in this, NOT ONE SIGN TO SAY DO NOT HANG CLOTHING ON BALCONY'S I Should add very unsatisfied customer.

What an amazing place! All of the staff were friendly, visible, smiling and always asked "is there anything I can help with? ". The incredible food in the cafe is made to order and the bartenders made fabulous drinks! I would absolutely come back! Thank you Kevin, Kristopher and Julie!

For a place that is supposed to provide security for its costumers they failed. I have a custom built motorcycle and left it at my room while I went out for dinner only to return and find my bike laying on its side. Someone kicked it over. I asked to see the security video and to my surprise there was not one single camara for that building. The end result was having my bike towed to a repair shop and pay for the repair. No witnesses no camara no nothing… wont be back. If you have something nice leave it at home do not take it there.

If, like us you like to get to the parks early don't stay at this hotel they don't have hot water for showers until after 7.30 on a good day. We have been here for one week and still have a week to go the only days for warm showers we have had is the weekend days due to leaving later. Cleaning lady despite being left housekeeping tip doesn't put the right amount of towels in the room we have phoned and been to reception 5 times in 7 days. We are not fussy just want a bed warm shower and a towel to dry ourselves. So disappointed in this hotel we normally book the Rosen at pointe but thought we would pay a little more to stay here and the 180 dollars for a resort fee definitely not worth it. The staff are friendly and seem to want to help but nothing gets done and the location is good for a dander over to the eye. Also block 2 is extremely noisy with the 1 4 just there and bin lorries and deliveries being made to other hotels at 5 in the morning. So disappointed I have to stay here another week we come to orlando from northern Ireland every year and would not stay here again.

Spent five days here with my fiance last week and we loved it. The rooms are nothing special but I liked the pool, hot tub, and the fact that there is a bar right outside by the pool. Has a Starbucks and fitness center also. Great location on I Drive by a trolley stop. Will definitely chose this resort next time we come to Orlando.

I’ve stayed at the Avanti a few times now and love it each time. I stay there during a swim meet at the Y which is right down the street so that is great! But also it’s a nice hotel, the rooms are updated and the pool is wonderful to cool off in with the Florida heat. Also the last thing I will mention, though it can be pricy, the food bar by the pool had great food when relaxing, you don’t have to leave the hotel to get food!

Great experience. Staff very helpful food was amazing. Shopping and restaurants very close by only downside the beverages from the on-site bar are quite pricey but it's to be expected but they do allow you to bring your own. 9/10 would recommend and probably gonna stay again.

This hotel/motel is really much better than the price would suggest. The property, including the grounds, are well maintained. Staff that we interacted with were all very helpful and very polite. The location is very convenient, with a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a shuttle pickup for the theme parks. For good quality, clean, budget accommodation in Orlando I would say that they would be hard to beat. I have stayed here before, and I'm sure I will do so again in the future.

The rooms are nice. The pool area is really nice to take the kids to. Our suite had a beautiful view of the pool. The bathroom is a little basic. Just a closet with toilet, shower, and towel rack. It was so tiny and simple. MicrowAve and refrigerator included. Food and drinks kind of over priced. We had a great time during our stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

If there weren’t some bad luck it would have been better. I happened to arrive on a day that their computer system had gone down, maybe due to a thunderstorm. Because of that, check-in took an hour for me because it was so backed up! I overheard others took even longer. The lady who checked me in was mumbling a lot so I had to get her to repeat things too much. I’m not hard of hearing. There was a problem with my room due to an external error but it did get fixed rapidly, which is a positive note. Because the system was down there was no room service and all on-site amenities took cash only. I tried to reach the front desk several times to bring an extra blanket because the one they gave was so thin. I called housekeeping, front desk and concierge at least 3 times each but nobody picked up. I left messages but nobody responded. The rooms are all outward facing. You enter from the street, giving it the feel of a motel. The room had been updated to look modern by doing minimum upgrades. There was some basic upkeep lacking such as dings in the door and a rusty handle on the toilet showing. The laminate flooring was shoddily done. The pool and jacuzzi were the best part of the hotel. There is a little kid play area on the pool with a waterfall similar to something you’d find in a water park. There’s a severely overpriced bar near the pool, a cafe, a business center, a small arcade and a small fitness center.

Old ugly buildings that look nothing like the pictures on their site. Upon arrival we were out in an old building, building 4 where you could only see a parking lot. The air conditioner fan was going out and squealed. At 11 am we called about it, they said they would send someone right over. An hour later we called again they said we did not have to be there so we took our valuables with us and went exploring. When we were turned the air conditioner was still not fixed. Finally someone showed up at 8 PM I was already in bed. He then had to go get someone else and they had to change out the entire air-conditioner. They did give us a 20 percent discount. Not worth it. I definitely would not stay again. When I tried to address my concerns Difficult to find someone who spoke English to help me.

Just back from a week at the Avanti. Stayed in Room 1336 which is a premium king suite. The room was on the third floor of block 1 and overlooked the pool. I can't really fault the Avanti — it was a great base for our holiday and our room was spacious and cleaned every day. We didn't spend much time in it as there's too much to do but we enjoyed a snack in the cafe there and also used the pool — which stayed open til 11pm. If I was going back to Orlando again I would definitely stayed at the Avanti.

Avanti Resort is convenient, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff are friendly and willing to work with you on what needs you need met. For example, we arrived early and needed to check in 4 hours early, they allowed that free of charge. There's a 24hr fitness center, a poolside bar and grill, and the pool is huge which is nice if you're not a fan of swimming near tons of strangers and their children (just being honest! ). It was really great staying here. The rooms are open, decorated professionally with grey wood laminate flooring, white Walls, cherrywood accent furniture, and the bed is very comfortable.

The advertised waterfall pool was not found… unless you could the mushroom in the kiddies pool area. the was ample counter top space but insufficient bathroom storage. waterfall showers are great if you like that kind of thing but I do NOT want to get my hair wet with each shower so had to buy shower cap at local drug store. bathrooms could use a bathtub. I love to relax tired muscles in a bath. but the really awful thing here was the 9 dollar for a beer charge at the somewhat basic pool bar. Even Disney only charged 6.50 for the same brand and size. So obviously we never stopped at the bar again as do not appreciate being ripped off. very high daily resort fee. Having paid a huge amount for our room for 17 night we didn't really see what benefit we got for the extra 300 resort fee… other than parking. excellent locatiion.

Decent place but not what I envision it to be. Stayed here 16 day's. Thought it was loaded with things for kids to do but everything was broke, tore up, missing. Pool was probably the best thing here. Breakfast was horrible. Not even close to being good. Mickey Mouse waffles were hard as a brick. Beds were clean and comfortable no complaints about room. Payed about $670. Location was very good. Quick access to everything. Never got held up in traffic or was late to any event because of location. There is a war museum right next door, ihop next door but find another one. Fun spot is a few miles away, plenty of flea markets & outlet's to check out.

Big rip-off. This place calls itself a resort but the experience is no better than any cheap motel. The bedrooms aren't bad, the furniture seems to have been updated, but clearly nothing else was. The outside looks old and decrepit, the bathroom is stained, grimy and cramped, and the Wi-Fi does not work for any of our devices. The cleanliness of our room was also questionable at best. It's basically an oversized roadside motel with a big pool in the middle. Absolutely not worth the $100 we paid for the night.

This is my 29th visit to Orlando and I always stay at Rosen inn… I am now a convert! The avanti is fantastic. Rooms are very modern and airy (no dark carpets and drapes) lovely grey wooden flooring, nice roller blinds, a huge walk in shower room. The pool / spa area is fantastic also with a good choice of snacks in the cafe. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay on international drive rooms spotlessly clean and modern Pool area had a spa and bar cafe with freshly made to order food free drinking water cooled and provided daily towels provided for sun beds and staff are friendly and professional highly recommend.

Just spent 10 nights here. On arrival it seemed great. It was my 40th birthday and they had decorated the room for me with balloons and confetti. Lovely touch. However the room itself is average. We booked an executive superior room and the bathroom door didn't close, the shower leaks all over the floor and the main bedroom floor was dirty. The way the hotel is set up (motel style) means guests walk past your room and literally stand and stare in! The pool area is large and plenty of sun lounger but the bar area looks like it needs a good scrub! Now the housekeeping service… dreadful! We didn't get any until day 3 and then they came at 5pm. The next day 4.30pm so I turned them away as we had just returned from the parks. I complained to reception who apologised and sent a housekeeper the next day in the morning. After this it reverted back to 4.30-5.30 so each day I turned them away as it wasn't convenient. Who wants their room servicing at 5pm!? The only bonus to this hotel is it's location. It's close to the main attractions on International Drive and close to Universal and water parks etc. Would I stay here again? No! Would I recommend? Probably not! If you are coming to Orlando I would save a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Very good place to spend a few days, very comfortable the rooms and the humid area, central to go to the parks and enjoy Orlando.

We had a great experience. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and our room was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were warm and there was always warm towels available!

Very convenient for bars and restaurants on International Drive. Rooms large and clean. Daily maid service with clean towels every day. Pool large with loads of comfortable sunbeds. Free pool towels and free Wi-Fi. Prices at the bar in line with others in the resort. Would happily stay again.

Nice staff and service. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. So dirty when I walk on the floor and get in bed tons of stuff comes with me. And I am no where near a neat freak but this disturbs me. A pro is good pool and bar area. But everywhere — EVERYWHERE — needs work. I called the front desk to ensure that they knew all the damage in the room (furniture, walls and doors) was not caused by me and thus ensure my deposit was safe. They assured me that short of breaking a window it is okay. Currently the ceiling is creaking. And I fear where the patchwork is that it will fall in. A little extreme, I know. I wish I had the reviews before I booked.

3 stars just for the location, decidedly strategic for various attractions.
The room is large, but it smelled of mold and was very dark, despite overlooking the pool, obviously full of kids.

Be delighted with the hotel. The room and bathroom was in excellent condition. The pool is spectacular, gym and bar look good. The shift Manager was the Q checked in and he was very friendly. Excellent location. Cheap Price. I'm sure I'll book this hotel again.

Honestly I don’t know why this hotel has so many bad reviews, my experience was great. The staff is really friendly, room service is exceptional and the drinks by the bar are to die for. The hotel is really close to everything from the parks to dinning areas. Can’t wait for my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was very clean, comfy and big. The pool is also big and nice. The Hotel is good located, surrounded from good restaurants (we recommend the Brick House) and attractions. I have to substract one star because of the Bar and Grill at the pool. The drinks and food is bad and expensive. You better go out.

Excellent Hotel with a perfect location to enjoy all the benefits of staying at International Drive. Avanti also has a large swimming pool that you will definitely enjoy. If you want to spend a few days in Orlando do not hesitate to choose this great hotel.

The hotel is very good, the location is great and the location is very nice. Inteenational Drive. But there it is. From there onwards wrong. The elevator gives. Fear of the dilapidated and the cleanliness of the room… Because the floor was sticky and I was charged on top $12 of not that fee of the resort. That we don't use anything.

We checked out an hour after arriving… I'm sure that says it all. Safe didn't work, they couldn't fix it so we were downgraded to another room on the bottom floor where the shower wasn't even properly tiled. Staff were friendly when we decided to check out and get a full refund however, which we appreciated. Probably a nice enough 'budget' place, perhaps we just had a bad experience. Location seemed good.

Bedroom strong bleach smell, we have to complain for reception, but did not get any better. Old bathroom.

I give 5 stars to the very friendly staff, wonderful location, and my children loved the pool. The food in the cafe wasn’t bad either. The room that my family and I stayed in however is another story. It’s severely outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The room was poorly ventilated. It always felt moist and sticky in the room even with air conditioning. The floors were swept, but never mopped so slippers were a must. Our socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Both myself and my fiancé had back pains from sleeping on the mattress, and the pull-out sofa bed was basically a spring board. I had to request a roll away bed which wasn’t much better. The sofa was soiled and dirty, with visible stains. The bathtub stopper did not work and our bathtub was filled with dirty water for the first two days until someone finally came and repaired it. The toilet became clogged after the 3rd day. It was so gross, but someone came and fixed it while we were out. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty walls and doors, and the paint/plastic in the tub was falling apart. Dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom as well. The drawers in the dresser were off track, broken and raggedy and the bathroom fan made this annoying humming noise whenever you turned on the light. Please upgrade your rooms as soon as possible, especially this mattress. This would make the it a 4/5 Star hotel without a doubt. To call this place a resort is a bit of an overstatement.

We were there Easter eve if that makes sense. The jacuzzi room was super nice, the bed was clean and so was the rest of the place, minus the floors. I couldn't tell if they were dirty or not, after walking through, the floor was a little dirty, we were only staying for the night so we didn't care. They were also set up for a shuttle service for the parks. IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH JUST TAKE AN UBER, the shuttle took forever. That was really it, overall pleasant experience.

Checked in to find clumps of hair, a dirty towel, and urine on the back of the door in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk to have them address the issues. I was assured they would be fixed that day. After THREE days of no results and even speaking with One of the managers, who was nice at first but became snippy on our third meeting, all of our issues were resolved… EXCEPT the urine… which was by far the most important. Though we were assured that the manager we spoke to had a stern talk with the house keeping staff, all efforts fall short if a room can’t be cleaned for paying customers. To be fair they did wave my $52 “resort fee” but I’d much rather have paid the full amount and had a clean room. That was the last time Avanti sees me.

It's okay. But I feel like they're cashing in on visitors and them being the cheaper option than staying at most other places. They have no comforter on the bed, it's just a fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets. They didn't have a plastic bag in the filthy ice bucket, tap water is warm, and the fridge doesn't seem to really work. But the biggest disappointment has to be the lack of breakfast. I've stayed at hotels that are half the price than this place (real dumps) that still had breakfast. The good? Everything seems pretty new in the room (besides the fridge) and the sheets, pillow, and bed are fairly comfortable.

Everything was excellent, the place was beautiful. Many facilities: microwave, minibar, ice, tele, iron, etc. The only thing Q is not very good is cleanliness.

They have transparent curtains (had to hang a blanket over the window) and no comforter on the bed. It's just a fleece blanket sandwiched between two sheets. They didn't have a plastic bag in the filthy ice bucket, tap water is warm, and the fridge doesn't work. But the biggest disappointment has to be the lack of breakfast. I've stayed at hotels that are half the price than this place (real dumps) that still had breakfast. The good? Everything seems pretty new in the room (besides the fridge) and the sheets, pillow, and bed are fairly comfortable.

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. There are a lot of amenities. They have room service as well. However the down side, since this a family friendly hotel, it can be noisy from all the kids in the pool till almost 12am! If you go to bed early this is not the place. But great atmosphere for family fun.

It’s an older property that has had renovations. The room was clean and a good size for a party of 3. They have laminated floors instead of carpet. The pool area is the place to be. Hotel is in an excellent location if your planning to go to Universal, Aquatica, or Sea World. There is lots of restaurants to choose from and stores to do some shopping. Great value.

Arrived late and found my room door was opened, tried to close it but it won't close. Went to front desk to request another room, they said are fully booked and sent maintenance crew to fix the door. They were unable to fix it as hinge was broken off the wall and door had tilted, called font desk and they kept me on ho, d for about 30 min on the phone, eventually someone knocked on the open door bringing, e keys to another room. Front desk never had the decency to let me know someone is coming, they didn't event called, nothing! The room I was given was located right by the pool entrance and the metal gate kept on waking me up all night long due to the slamming noises non-stop. Ice machine was broken, linen super stiffly. Some outlets had no electricity. Seems they are slowly renovation the hotel but housekeeping staff needs to make the management aware of the issues found in each room so they can be fixed right away. Lobby was nice, rooms were looking renovated but staff service was very poor.

Basically a refurbished Motel 6. We promptly checked out. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and completely understanding when we asked to leave. Nothing against the "resort" itself. (And I use the word "resort", loosely) It was our fault, we didn't look at the online pictures, nor did we do any research with this last minute booking. (Just not to our standards) (Ex: Mold on the bathroom tiles, cheap furniture, cracked pictures, exposed pipes, dust on furniture, room was not clean/ ready when we arrived for check-in, etc)

It is quiet although the guys at the front desk should improve their work and keep their word not just blaming each other when they are presented with a problem.

Comfortable hotel, strategically located in front of the International Drive, very close to the parks of Universal Studios, Sea World and Disney, to which the hotel offers shuttle bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has ample parking, lifts and an excellent swimming pool and jacuzzis. The hotel has its own bar, restaurant and Starbucks coffee, which are nothing but despicable, but there are numerous and varied restaurants very close to it as well as very interesting attractions.

I'm a return customer. I always get a room with Jacuzzi and they are renovated and nice. Not all rooms here are so keep that in mind. They're price is decent considering location is awesome. They have shuttle service, nice pool (not heated), hot tub, bar, walking distance to many restaurants, it's a little noisy at times, especially near the pool. Great customer service, we needed maintenance and they knocked within 5 minutes.

Stayed here as a family of four for one night before flying out. Upon arriving at the place I thought, this looks nice as reception had been recently renovated. Coffee shop, marble floor, comfy sofas etc and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms are of a motel style and a bit of a let down. The walls are paper thin and provide no sound insulation, the a/c is noisy, the bathroom is old and grubby. The I4 is one side of the complex and on the other the pool bar plays pretty loud music (it's open til 10 or 11pm). Other than these aspects, it's fine for one night and being in I drive there are hundreds of eating options within easy walking distance.

Excellent hotel for family, the pool opens until 11 which was perfect after a log day in the parks. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It is in a lovely part of international drive withe great restaurants nearby and buses to the outlets very handy. The food in the hotel was quite nice if you wanted to stay in. It was also a nice mix of foreigners, like me and Americans. Looked at booking again as soon as we arrived home. Would definitely recommend.

I was shocked when I went to the room assigned to me to discover that it was an adjoining room, with no way to lock the entrance between the 2 rooms. They had a luggage bench pushed up against the door! They were good about immediately switching me to another room, but how could a hotel ever expect someone to stay in an unsecured room like this? Otherwise, the place was fine. It's in a convenient location. The decor is dated and worn.

Clean and cozy, nice staff. No bed bugs no roaches no nothing. Great for how cheap it was! Very pleased! Would come back!

Nice clean rooms. Lots of space. If you are going to Orlando for the resorts, prime location. Very nice staff. They gave us a surprise anniversary basket. We just stayed for a quick overnight coming in very late. Will probably look for something closer to the airport next time. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and tourist attractions and resorts.

Watch your credit card statement for additional fees added by this hotel, and ensure the fees are correct — — because in my case they were not. In all fairness the resort eventually corrected their error. As for the motel itself, guests are coming and going at all hours of the evening and night, many with small children; so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this definitely is not it.

Fantastic hotel everything you need is here great rooms, great staff, great pool, great amenities and the location is perfect. Carlos and Elizabeth helped me so much when I had difficulty down loading my boarding passes for my flights I would have been lost without them, thank you so much. I will definitely be back again.

We are staying in Avanti resort for fifth time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent we don’t even need to go out to eat. Pool is clean and beautiful. I am looking forward for my next stay Thank you guys.

Reception very friendly. The room was very clean. Large pool area. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Shuttle to Universal Studios and Sea World. The shuttle to sea worms is extremely cumbersome. We are driven with the red trolley line "Day ticket" 5 euro. A great alternative is also fun. Runs every 20 minutes.

Firstly there’s a service charge while you stay at the hotel if you’re not sure! I Stayed here for 10 days, staff and service are really good but I’m disappointed with the with room as they looked dated with the wood chip walls n quality finish doors n bathroom grouting. If you’re looking for someone Good but not excellent. This is a perfect place for you.

My family stayed for one night. We appreciated the clean, contemporary rooms with ample space and tile floors. No carpet, good for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, beautiful pool and grounds in center of rooms. Easy to watch kids. We will stay again… and, highly recommend to visitors of Orlando.

I didn't like that you had to get to the rooms from outdoors. However, the room was pretty big and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area, and my son liked the fitness room. We were only there for 1 night, but it was a nice hotel and located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops.

The staff were all very friendly. Check in and out were quick and easy. Pool is big and clean with outdoor bar. Game room for kids was fun, but there are many activities within walking distance. Great location. Rooms are not the most cozy, but for the cost/location it's fine.

Quite a noisy location. We were located in building 3 which is next to the busy highway. The rooms were mediocre at best bathroom adequate but by no means luxury. The air conditioning was very noisy. The whole place had a very budget feel which is fine if you get budget prices. On a positive the pool area is nice and clean and the beds comfy all in all not a bad stay.

Very good location on International Drive! The Lobby very elegant, is quite spacious, the building of the rooms looks a bit old, but the rooms themselves are cozy and modern. It has a nice swimming pool.

We were actually pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It has a motel feel, but the facilities are great. We regularly visit Vegas and I would say the rooms are on par with the new tower's in Harrah's and the Flamingo. The pool area was always very clean, the bar was good and the shop is fairly well equipped. The location is also fantastic, fairly central on international drive. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for the price. Kid friendly and great location. The staff even decorated the room with some balloons when I called in advance and let them know we were celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday. Great pool area and kids play area as well. On site Starbucks, as well as a cafe made it really convenient!

Stayed here last year for a few days for summer vacation. The pool area is excellent and very fun. My room was upgraded for free to the executive king and it was perfect. The room was clean and modern, I loved the separate seating area for watching TV and hanging out. I loved the wood/laminate floors because it made me feel better about walking barefoot knowing they are cleaned and mopped. Great place to stay and very reasonable rates.

We were there for two nights, the bathrooms were just a little small, the rooms were nice sized in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, but the air purifier was just a little noisy. We definitely enjoyed the pool area, although this is a large hotel, the pool was not crowded at all. The housekeeping staff was very very pleasant. The Reception staff was very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is very ideal, we were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel and walk to sightsee some main attractions and great restaurants.

Doesn't have the resort feel at all. Just a glorified hotel is all. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Pool area is big and nice for kids. Food from the little cafe was good. However you can only have it delivered to your room if paying cash. So you have to walk all the way down to pay with a card, which most of us do so that knocks it down a notch for me. Nice hotel, a joke of a resort.

Five stars! The customer service and experience was great. The rooms are updated and well maintained. We had friends and family who live locally visit us at the pool and no one gave a fuss.

Location perfect… rooms dirty cockroaches in 2 rooms that we rented next to each other. Baths the water is not filtered down all the dirty subia towards riba. This is jama a resort is missing a lot to be a resort… in addition of being serka of the majority of the parks in the lobby I facino I the pool. To hece hotel I would not recommend it to nadia! Very impressed, very clean and nice hotel, pool and pool side bar are great, walking distance from everything, Denny's and liquor store directly across street, within a five-10 minute walk there's walgreens, wonderworks, Ferris wheel, improv comedy, many bars restaurants and shops, you gotta take a 'rickshaw' bicycle later at night, it's lots of fun, music, tours etc and it's cheap, way better than a cab! Will be back.

It was an ejoyable stay all the people were very nice. The beds were very comfrotable. The food was exellent, and the pool was clean and big. Nobody intrupted when didn't want them to. Finally it was cheap for how nice it was$

Premium King Suite. Room had modern furniture but appeared pretty worn. Vanity light was out and the only light in the bathroom (with door) was out also. Bathroom needed to be updated and the tile was not very clean parts of the grout looked moldy. Other than that the place was in a great location. Bought from Expedia $83. No way I would ever pay full price for that room. After going to the lobby to check in it made the room very disappointing.

I loved the decor, it was so modern. The laminate flooring was great (although you could hear the chairs being dragged in other rooms). However the beds were really soft. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Plus there is a full cafe open all day right next to the pool.

Nice, clean, great pool area and bar. Friendly, helpful staff. The Wi-Fi doesn't work though. Only get signal in reception and no where else. But if you come on holiday to get away from things then that might be better for you.

I'm so impressed wit this resort on I Drive in Orlando. I was looking for a place for my guest to stay while down here for my wedding. My fiance found Avanti Resort. We were very surprise on the deal we received for per night stay. I thought about them for my office retreat. Th rental for the conference rooms were unbelievably inexpensive that I got another idea. What about having our reception here. So the test was the office retreat. Not only did they cater for us and did an amazing job everything was set up just right. My supervisor were extremely happy and impressed. Service at Avanti is impeccable. I so excited to see what they will do for my reception.

It is very well located; close to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. Account with Starbucks and social facilities (pool, bar). The rooms are not luxurious but comfortable for what I needed.

We stayed for 1 night as our condo was not available for the last night of our vacation. We didn't get to use any of the amenities but check-in was smooth, they allowed us to check-in early without any problem. The room was good, it was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave which was great as we had a few things left over from the condo. The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a update. There was a dehumidifier or air purifier in the room that was quite loud. We didn't have the ac on as we were actually cold but the dehumidifier ran all night. Other than that it seemed like a good spot, there was lots of people at the pool enjoying themselves and the location of the hotel is perfect!

Front desk staff was amazing. Always courteous and informative during check in and check out. Our third floor room had a wonderful view of the beautiful pool and poolside bar. The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint would be that the shower heads do not accomidate anyone 5'10. Other than that it was a fabulous visit and I def would stay again!

I wish I could review what the actual resort was like, but unfortunately, Avanti called us two hours after our allowed check-in time to tell us our room was not available. We reserved a premium room with a jacuzzi for a special occasion. Avanti told us the jacuzzi was not working and they could put us in a standard room at a lesser rate or we could cancel. No upgrade was offered, no other concession, only that they would put us in a lesser room for the regular, lesser price. We were nearly 600 miles from home and were extremely disappointed in their service in not notifying us sooner, not offering a better resolution, and not making an important occassion to us important to them. We chose to find another hotel where customer service was a priority.

Either way u can't get a better hotel in orlando its near all the restaurants and the orlando eye before it got refurbished it was still a lovely hotel but now it is behove and beyond my exceptions u couldn't ask for a better hotel to be staying at have no concerns and I will be staying then next time I visit the states definitely using this magnificent hotel again thank you Avanti for providing your best service xx.

I had been concerned because of some of the reviews but the hotel was nice. I would agree that the walkways could use a good pressure washing and that the bathroom is tiny. But our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool is awesome and the proximity to restaurants and parks is great. The staff was nice and we had no issue with noise from the road. We were on the building closest to the road and heard nothing. I would stay again.

The price of Avanti and the comfort is amazing. The room with Jacuzzi is very comfortable. The hotel has a pools jigante and is very quiet.

Worst place I've ever stayed. We were woken up every night at 1am by crazy people outside, ands guy banging with a hammer on the wall! No comforters to sleep with and the blankets provided were not clean! They were old and crusty if you know what I mean! Terrible! When I checked out I was asked how the stay was, I expressed my concerns and was told oh that's too bad! No refund was offered and I was just tired of talking to them at that point, I can't believe they didn't offer anything back to us considering how much we had dealt with and they knew we had to switch rooms at one point.

Clean small Euro hotel. Outstanding service, all the amenities you need. Best possible location, easy to drive or walk to all the action, yet still pretty quiet and private. Nice view of the Eye from the pool. Their cafe/bar has a nice selection of dishes and drinks, and really delicious food.

This looks to be an updated motel with outdoor entrances to the rooms. Initially I wasn't sure about it but I think they've done a very good job of updating it and I think it is a good value. The service is excellent. I also noticed that the room service and Restaurant has a very nice menu with more extensive choices than many hotels have.

The hotel is fine. It's not super nice or anything, but it's good enough, especially for the price! The road noise is pretty bad if you are in a room facing the highway, so don't do that. My room is clean and simple though. It is nice that the room has a mini fridge and a microwave. I'd stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there for five nights during the 2nd week of February 2015 and it was very nice and comfortable, the food was good, and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. There was even a mistake made with our room and they addressed and handled quickly. Also the bartender named Scott made the best drinks, looking forward to staying there again.

We stayrd here for our 10yr wedding anniversary for 2 days and it was one of the best places I have stayed at before it is very clean and the staff are nice I called down for towels and I was told it will be a few mins due to they had other call but they were up right away and the pool area is the best the pool is heated and there is a bar at the pool which was great the bartender was really nice whenever I stay in orlando I will be staying here the price is low also overall a great place everything is at walking distance.

Our visit to the hotel was quite nice. The first night, had placed us in the fourth building, overlooking the car park and highway. We booked for 4 nights so we asked a room change, which was released the next morning. At lunch, the Butler offered to change the room immediately, before our departure for Universal Parks. So we had a room overlooking the pool, far enough away from the flags of service, in the first building. We booked this hotel for the peace and quiet it seemed to inspire and its cleanliness is apparent. In this regard, we have not been disappointed, for the price we paid. We expect not to a hotel with all the amenities, you will find the minimum. Our second room was just as clean. The presence of an outdoor pool and water games are appreciated. Music is too loud on the other hand, near the bar and in the Café. It would also be interesting to reduce the power of the air-conditioned air, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The proximity of the motorway is a weak point, but in the second room, we have not heard it.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in May 2015 and had a great time, beds were changed and fresh towel's daily. Its located 5 mins walk from idrive 360 area and pointe orlando, shuttle bus to theme parks is included in the resort fees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avanti. Everything was very good especially the pool. Overall, staff was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from and walgreens to do your basic shopping. However, the 2 concierge that works in the hotel lacks professionalism they speak to the guests with sarcastic attitude and they purposely talk slow like if they talking to pre-schoolers with a huge fake smile on their faces. Them 2 did not have to explain things to me more than once but if I or another guests ask a question or a few there would the poor attitude would show. There was a family ahead of me trying to get information and the family was very friendly and them too was given an attitude and the family remained proper at the concierge so with that it shows the guests are being nice so be nice in return just like I was too. Those 2 concierge can learn from the other staff how to properly talk and treat guests. Also, though our room was lovely and it looked clean and smelled heavenly the coffee maker was not properly cleaned in the area where the water is poured in so we did not use the coffee maker am just pointing that out some people would not look before using. Besides those 2 the hotel experience was wonderful.

Over all the resort is ok. Decent rooms and rates. The only issues we had were with the water pressure in the showers,   which is nonexistent, And the lack of staff around the pool area.   My husband and I were relaxing in the pool when a little boy, who was completely unattended by an adult,   decided he was going to walk up to the pool and pee in it! Stopped using the pool after that.   The kids sort of over run everything. Wouldn't recommend if you are a couple without children.

I currently staying for 5 days, and so far its an okay hotel, its close to a lot of places. The room has no mini bar but the beds are comfy & clean. No bugs or bed bugs which was my biggest concerning seeing the pricing is so low. But staff is okay we have problems with our tub & stink (they keep getting stopped up) we keep having issues with both. However, they brought us clean blankets around 12 which was nice. No free breakfast though which was a disappointment. & the pool is wonderful very clean!

I stayed at the Avanti from June 11 to 14th and returned on the 19th to 21st of June 2015. I arrived early on the 19th after driving from Daytona and never thought they would allow early check-in at about 11:00 a. M. If they have the clean rooms, they accommodate you. The staff is exemplary and go out of there way to accommodate each and every patron. The pool is large, and fun. They often provide music entertainment in a very satisfying manner at the poolside bar. The place was clean and accommodating and the shuttles too and from Universal, etc. Are great way to get around and see the many attractions nearby. Only about fifteen minutes to Universal. They provide a small refrigerator in the room that holds approximately twenty drinks or so. I really enjoyed how helpful the staff is at this hotel. They have an onsite computer to comfirm your flights when returning home all complimentary. If you have trouble figuring out the computer which prints out your boarding passes they are more than willing to help you. The downside is the noisy dehumidifier that is located under the sink in the room. I would suggest that they spend the money to provide a small microwave in the rooms and post some signs telling people not to sit on the steps blocking other patrons from gaining access to the pool. They do have an onsite restaurant preparing sandwiches, pizzas, etc. And I will say that the food was pretty good.

Great place to spend your vacations! Just to beginning with, the greatest staff you can ever expect. Everyone is always ready to help you whatever your needs maybe. A lots of great amenities like resort pool, nice equipped Fitness center, arcade games for your kids, great Bar at the pool for the guys, ATM's machines at the pool and Lobby areas with currency conversion for the girls, great spacious rooms, and so on.

The girlfriend and I fell in love with this resort the moment we checked in. The staff is incredibly friendly and meets you with glowing smiles. Everyone from the bell hop and Starbucks employees (they have Starbucks in the hotel) to the concierge and front desk have great, positive attitudes accompanied by a legitimate desire to help. The hotel room itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a two-night stay. The pool-side bar staff was a blast to hang out with in the late evening, and the food exceeded our expectations of bar food (get the pizza). We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again. The rates were phenomenal when compared to the service we received and the positive experience we left with.

I loved the hotel it's extremely chic and modern not to mention inexpensive my husband and I rented a room last weekend for a mini vacation, it was absolutely comfortable and spacious. We didn't get a chance to lounge around the pool and relax because we went to Disney theme parks (not far at all might I add), but did get chance to take a peek and it was beautiful. The only down is that you can hear people when they make noise in the room and if they walk by, but overall we will definitely go back very soon when we do our trip to universal. =).

Good hotel and a perfect location. Pool is excellent and the bar staff are very very good and friendly. Also reception are very helpful. Only downfall was the room is very dark in the lounge area of room 1429 and the bathroom could do with an update to match the room but that being very picky. Theres no dobt when I next come to orlando I will deffo book this hotel again.

This hotel was not what we expected. It looked nice online, but was completely different in person. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. The bathroom was really dirty and the showers covered in mold. We felt nasty staying in this hotel. We also noticed that they don't change the sheets. The staff was really nice and helpful, but it wasn't enough to overcome the facility conditions.

This place had very thin walls, where you can hear EVERYTHING. I can hear cars driving all night, even people walking outside on ground level (we were on level 4). The sink is slightly clogged and drains very slowly. In the morning, the house keeping lady knocked about 10 times, then proceeded to enter even when we said not to. Good thing we had our other locks on the door. She kept knocking even when we said "one moment" and opens the door, or at least tries to. Rough night, and wont be staying here again. Bring ear plugs if you must stay here, and keep door locked. Be prepared to be woken at 8am by the housekeeping. Its a 2 star because sleep is most important, and that is something I did not get.

We stayed here for a week and while the location and some of the renovations make this nice for a budget motel, don't let the new paint job and a make over for the pool fool you. The remodel is really just skin deep. Looks nice on the outside but still just a cheap motel on the inside. I have stayed in hotels and motels across the country and the beds in this motel are some of the worse I've ever slept in. Also the bathroom tub had a really bad makeover. When I stepped in to take a shower, felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Also whatever they painted the tub with was flaking a peeling off. Very nasty. There was a cheap little humidifier under the bathroom sink that made so much noise, we just unplugged it and left it off the whole time we were there. Also while the rooms are non smoking, the balcony must not be because our neighbors were sitting out on the balcony most of the night smoking up a storm and no one did anything about it. Seriously, if there is any way to push your budget and stay in a nicer place, DO IT! While it didn't completely ruin our vacation, we were out most every day, when we were in our room it was completely disappointing. Would never recommend staying here. Really wish I would have done a little more research and spent just a little more to stay in a nicer hotel.

First time staying here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. It was close to Universal, shops, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, surrounded by so many different restaurants. The only negatives I would state are they don't have a lot of outlets, one of our drawers was broken, we had some stains on our clean towels which was slightly off putting, and the bath room didn't seem like it was cleaned well before we arrived. Minor inconveniences in my opinion. I would most likely stay here again. The housekeeping through our stay was good, and their restaurant poolside area is very convenient.

Pound for pound the best value for your stay. The room I was in looked great. Comfortable bed. Hard flooring is a good idea, More clean that way. Wonderful customer service. If I had to be picky, it was the elevator in building 4 needed to be clean. Other than that it was a very nice stay. By the way, having a Starbucks at the hotel was great. So convenient.

The hotel was comfortable. It's a renovated hotel with a swanky lobby and really nice resort style pool area. The rooms are updated with inexpensive fixtures, but still nice for the price. No carpet, wood floors instead. This is was both a positive and a negative. The beds were comfortable and a refrigerator was included! The location was perfect and the staff was super courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

I headed to Orlando for a night with my wife to chill and relax and get away from the business of work, we decided to stay at the AVANTI RESORT, however, the rooms were horribly disgusting, dirty, from towels, to bed sheets, to dead bugs on the ground. It was horrible! I wouldn't recommend this "hotel and resort" to anyone who want's to wake up feeling refreshed and happy. The staff at the front, one of them being a young latina girl, was very rude and disrespectful, which is why she works there and won't advance.

Just came back from the avanti really enjoyed our stay lovely rooms cleaned every day, good facilities friendly staff and great location. Would definitely come back highly recommended thanks to all the staff. p. S almost forgot to mention concierge service very helpful and friendly thanks.

Absolutely disappointed! Rooms are dirty! A/C is Loud, and disgustingly smelly! Humidifier also very loud, and leaking, and the towels are soaked wet. Said hard wood flooring in the Rooms, nope, only a cheapest plastics laminated floor. Popcorn ceiling in 2014?! Really? Not recommended at all.

Very good hotel for visiting orlando.

I got a $60-something special for 2 nights. The hotel was okay. You can tell it was upgraded a little. No microwave. They provided ear-plugs because our room faced the I-4 highway. A technician had to come put a chip in our TV so we could access all the channels and our Ironing board was a death trap (LOL) Bed was comfy though. The pool area is pretty nice too. I guess we got what we paid for.

Top Hotel, Top Site. Risiger Pool, kid. Own Cafe at the Pool by all that you need. Staff was feundlich. Gameraum, fitness for any hats what. Ideal location for SeaWorld and other amusement Park. Our Zimmet was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend it to anyone.
