Not a family friendly resort. They yell at you if you try to play with water toys (not allowed) or a water ball. I’ll go elsewhere with that bad attitude towards kids.

As Soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. The gentlemen outside who took our bags were so helpful and jovial. When we entered the lobby the scent was amazing cross between apple pie and Christmas. I loved it. Check in was a breeze and our suite is amazing. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable.

The hotel and check in staff was great. Beware of the pushy time share sales people. They called me 3 times the day of check in after I already said no. Then called me 5-6 times the next day while I was trying to enjoy a day with my family at a theme park after I asked them to stop calling me on the first call. Then on the day of check out they called my room twice before 8:00 AM and woke us up. I have used this hotel for years when I visit Orlando. I have always said no and that would be the end of it. Because of the constant harassment of the time share sales people I will never use this location again.

What a great place for family vacations! The facilities are well kept, modern and just plain beautiful. The staff here are incredible and are clearly focused on making sure the guests are thoroughly enjoying our time here. Highly recommended!

I love it! Beautiful property. Great employees. Aways something fun happening. We are here because our cruise was canceled. But there are so many fun things to do. We are just going to stay here and take advantage of the music at the pool and all the fun events. Disney and universal are also closed. That's so thankful we were able to book here last minute and enjoy a fun week for our 28th anniversary.

It's not the company that makes itself GREAT, but rather the compassionate staff that makes the company GREAT. In our case, it was Welecia of the guest room relations that made biggest DIFFERENCE. We called presidential reserve for assistance and we couldn't get a hold of Welecia and was given countless excuses that she was not available. I left a voice message on her phone and when we finally spoken on our day of check-in, ALL was taken caee of and made us feel truly special. We would like ALL of mgmt to hear of your exceptional efforts in making our annual pilgrimage to Bonnet Creek another HOMERUN stay. I want to recognize the absolutely wonderful customer service we received from Jesus. He was so friendly and easy to like. From fixing our backed up toilet, to helping with luggage. It’s the little things and he definitely didn’t disappoint.

Great service in all aspects. Centered between all the great attractions, has a private shuttle service and only costs a max of $10 to Uber for a more laissiez-faire approach to any sort of driving and schedules. Some days we just hung out at the resort because it has some of the best pools around, an incredible spa and kids eat free at the restaurant in house. We are beyond satisfied with our stay and are looking into vacation clubs after our experience this week. Nothing like gaining some rewards for doing vacations we’d normally do anyway.

The property is such a beautiful resort. The customer service is at it's highest standards. Room are nice and clean. There are a lot of activities for the kids. I would LOVE to come back again!

We got our first room and it wasn’t even cleaned. Then they moved us to a new room that was nice. Then at day five they told us we (4 adults 3kids) had to pack all our bags and groceries, and leave our three bedroom that we paid for and moved us to a two bedroom for our last two days. What a joke. BAD customer service! We will not be returning, and will be letting others know of our experience. Seems like overbooking is common trend here.

I am sitting here in Tower 5 lobby as I type waiting for a room. I made my reservation 9 months ago for 8 nights and they first wanted to give me a parking lot view! Then there was a glitch in the system and that one isn’t available. After going over available other units in other towers, we decide on one then are told that unit is not available anymore due to it didn’t pass inspection. So we pin down a room which is now waiting to be inspected after housekeeping.
We may get a room today in time to enjoy some of the start of our vacation. Oh yeah, we got here around 3 hoping we would have a smooth check in.
Wyndham really needs to work on having rooms ready for guest at least by their 4 pm check in time. Too much Mumbo Jumbo to deal with as an owner and this is every time we have ever checked in. Then they have the nerve to try and get you in a review to try and sell you something… something I will never do again.

Great staff! Beautiful property. Terrific service. Of special mention, Joyce and Julie who made our late night meals and libations a real pleasure. Also, on check-in and check-out Gerald, who ensured we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend this property.

We've stayed at Wyndham Bonnet Creek several times, and must say that this time around has been our favorite. We stayed in Tower 6, which is one of the newer towers, and our room was very clean, spacious, well decorated, and had a great view of the many pools and lake. The room was stocked with everything we needed (minus groceries). All staff we encountered were very friendly, and helpful. One of the only non Disney resorts on Disney property. Literally minutes away from Disney parks! The resort also provides family friendly activities everyday of your stay if you aren't visiting any theme parks. Parking does get a little hard to find in the evening hours, so just beware of that. There is a garage closer to tower 6, which helped when we got back late from theme parks. There are a few restaurants and Cafe's on the resort grounds, but you can also have food delivered. Or just buy groceries and take back to the room with you, as they provide all you need for cooking and eating in the room. The last time we stayed here we didn't have a great experience, so this time around made up for it! Overall, great place for the family!

We had a great experience at this resort. My kids loved being able to go to the multiple pools. 2 different pools had slides. Our Tower had a lazy river which the kids did not want to get out of. They were small but decent enough for kids to enjoy. The room was very nice and well kept. Full kitchen stove, oven, fridge and lots of counter space. The store in the main lobby was expensive but they always are. So much for convienance. This resort is closer to the Disney resorts. If you stay in Towers 2 and 3 you might be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland. We could definitely hear them from Tower 5. Nice boardwalk overlooking the lake in the middle of the resort. Did not try the restaurants at the resort. Overall amazing experience. If we ever make it back to Florida we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

August 2018. If there was 10 stars that would’ve been my best way of describing the resort. Absolutely loved it from the location, views, attractions, amenities. A must home away from home.

The 4 bedroom Presidental in Tower 5 facing the lake and main check in building has a great view of the nightly 10pm fireworks display from Hollywood Studio. Beds are very comfortable too. Only suggestion, the dining room table is too long to only have 6 chairs.

The facility is phenomenal. It’s got everything for every age. The location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. Beds are comfortable and service is good. I didn’t like the door locking mechanism as I had difficulty getting my door to unlock nearly every time. They were also apparently doing some kind of maintenance as we were awakened around 8 am daily to hammering. I’m sure that is temporary but wasn’t much fun on our “restful” vacation.

The Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort is BY FAR my absolute favorite vacation spot EVER! As a Wyndham vacation owner, I've to expect a quality place with excellent customer service and this place does not disappoint. Not only are the rooms very cozy and inviting, the amenities at this location are phenomenal! There are SO MANY activities here (pools, game rooms, lazy rivers, water slides, playground, mini-golf course) that you can almost stay here without having to leave the resort. There are also a few restaurants on site that you can eat at. I only tried one, so I cannot say for sure if you should try all. There is also a schedule of activities and events throughout the week to make your stay more enjoyable. Some activities cost money while others do not. Your kids will absolutely love this place!

Excellent resort, very beautiful! This resort is located on the Disney resort. Plenty of activities for the family. My son love the game room and the billiard room, which also have a huge flat screen TV, as well as the pool areas. I stayed in a one bedroom unit with pool view, it was spacious with plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. The resort and the unit was very clean. I like the fact that security is at the gate 24/7 and you need access to enter the resort. Once you’re checked in, you can use your room keep to open the gate. You can also see fireworks from Epcot in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place! The room sizes are spacious, master bath with Jacuzzi tub, comfortable beds. Outside will keep you entertained with plenty of pools, out door grills, fire pits, karaoke and bars. Not to mention they have water slides, parks, pools and lazy rivers to keep smiles on the little one' faces. Loved it! Really looking forward to our next stay :)

Resort is beautiful with great amenities, but some staff members Do Not know the meaning of customer service. S in Activities, ignored me for over 5 minutes, while talking on the phone and filing her nails, I waited in front of her with wet heavy towels, only wanted to turn them in, she never even made eye contact or acknowledged me at all, finally somebody else came to counter to assist. The Starbucks at La Cantina was a huge disappointment, these people are not Baristas, don’t make drinks the properly and aren’t big on customer service either. I realize it’s July, the height of season, however it is called Hospitality for a reason. As a frequent traveler I am accustomed to the Wyndham name having much higher standards, what happened?

With a resort this size it’s very disappointing to find out they have no pool service and have to fetch your own drinks and food! Almost all resorts have pool service! Very disappointing! I would opt to stay in a hotel with service next time. I will say the room was cool with bunk beds.

Cons: to start off, ship wreak pool and slide kids must be a certain height so make sure you know the height required. Bars close at 5pm on tower 6, that's way to early and opens to early. All pools close at 10. I personally prefer hot tubs to be open later since doing theme parks I want to relax late. Towel exchange was never opened at tower 3. Pros they have several activies for kids if they are not cancelled. Lovely place. They cleaned the outside grills which is great. Security at the front gate. Close to Disney and universal. All in all its a great stay and I would recommend.

Such a great hotel. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and bunk beds. The bunk beds were in their own little room and had its own TV. The pool was awesome and there were several pool options. They had a bunch of WARM, fresh towels and the pool guy was so great, he kept exchanging our wet towels with dry ones. We could also see Disney fireworks from our room at night. Having stayed at several Disney hotels, I kept thinking why we ever stay there when you can stay here for under $200. It's also very close to the parks and Disney Springs. I highly recommend staying here instead of on an official Disney property.

This place is world class. The amenities are endless. Everything is modern and fresh from the minute you walk in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are a ton of kids activities from a lazy river, to mini golf, ping pong, movie nights, splash pads, inflatables, etc. The setup is very cool too. There are a number of towers that surround a central lake. There is one hotel tower and the rest are vacation rentals / timeshares. Each tower's outdoor area has something unique and is accessible by a path that winds through the circumference of the lake. If you are a family traveling to Disney or one of Orlando's parks, this beats the majority of the properties all day long.

First time at Bonnet Creek Resort, all I could say is Wow! What a great place for a family to relax and go to Disney World. Great location, just down the street to all the parks and Disney Springs. Matter of fact, we were at Disney and the kids were begging to go back to the resort… they enjoyed it more than the parks! Where do I start! The multiple lazy rivers, the pools, mini golf, the playground, the games, special events and programs for the kids. What a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Our unit had two bedrooms, spa tub, washer and dryer, all the comforts of home.

We love it at Bonnet Creek! It is close to the parks, and there are many different activities throughout the week for kids and adults. There is a store that sells the necessities and a variety of Starbucks items, several pools, two lazy rivers, and three bar and grill places for a drink or bite to eat. The kids love the arts and crafts studio. We have stayed in different towers each time and the rooms have been clean and look great. This is where we stay every time we go back to Orlando whether we go to a park or not.

The resort is lovely. The pools are great, and the proximity to Disney and Universal is nice. Usually the rooms are impressive, but this time the jets for the giant whirlpool tub were mildewed and left black chunks floating in the bath. That was gross on its own, but it really bothered me that the staff refused to do anything about it, and wouldn't even replaced the burned out bulb in the shower.

Super upscale feeling at cozy home prices. Lots of amenities. Many things to do. Don’t need to go to the water parks with six pools on site and lazy rivers, etc. Outdoor spots to grill your own food. Only draw back is no shade at the tables provided to eat. Family oriented vacationing you’d expect of Disney.

Great location on Disney property. Beautiful views with well maintained landscaping. Room was very clean and had a balcony with peaceful view of fountains over man made pond. Viewing of Disney fireworks every evening. A great resort for young families with many activities and pools. My only suggestion would be for more on-site dining options. Keep in mind this is a timeshare property and great effort will be placed on sales.

The room was in nice condition. We had the 3 bedroom for a week. I liked how nicely stocked the kitchen was with utensils, dishes, glasses, small appliances, pots & pans along with the in-suite laundry. We didn't spend too much time in there with all the fun activities and discoveries available. Each tower had their own activities indoors and out, each within walking distance. Live entertainment, fun things to see and do, beautiful landscaping and being close to nature, the ability to make many fun choices or just simply relax in or around the pools or lazy river, made this the vacation everyone enjoyed! It is in the heart of Disney World and Orlando's other attractions but feels a million miles away from it all. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy, and gather with friends, family, or on your Honeymoon.

Stunning place with lots to do just on property. Staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. We were in a 3 bedroom condo Very nice, very clean, balcony has a gorgeous view, you can even see the top of the Epcot ball and fireworks from there every night! I was unfortunately too busy at Disney and Universal Studios to enjoy any of the amenities on site but just looking at them, they look very fun, relaxing and beautiful. I definitely recommend and I would most certainly stay again.

I went to receive a talk about the Menbresia and to Dodos were very friendly at first, but after I did not buy the membership treated me as bad and humiliated me.

It was great, lovely better than a home away from home. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The kitchen was set up in a user friendly way. The master bedroom and bathroom offered all the comforts of home. The kids room with twin full size beds was on the other side of the suite. Which gave you the separation that you want when your on vacation.

Absolutely beautiful. Couldn't ask for better amenities. The rooms are perfect and updated, the lawn care was well maintained, and they even have a community garden! Want to prepare some fresh pesto? Just walk to the community garden and grab the FRESHEST basil and you're set. The only downside, is that there are a lot of families with pesky kids. I understand it's near Disney, but by pesky, I mean parents that are horrible at parenting… But I'm not taking away a star for something out of their control. Great place to stay!

Beautiful place. Spent 9 days here recently and it very nice. Clean and we'll maintained. Great pools and lazy river. Quiet rooms and quiet floors in our tower. Fast elevators which was helpful. The rooms are nice but slightly dated. But really bad, just not contemporary.

I visited family staying at the resort. The buildings are beautiful as well as the grounds. The room my family was is was spacious and well appointed. It was laid out like a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was a nice size and had nice granite countertops. There was a large dining room table that seated 8. The living room was a nice size but needed a little more seating The balcony was huge but not screened in. Their room overlooked the parking lot but I can imagine the other side, facing the fountain, would be beautiful. The bedroom was a nice size. The bathroom was large with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The tub was large but I was told the Jets weren't that great. It made a nice size soaking tub though. I was there in the evening so I cannot comment on much else. The security there was pleasant and visible throughout.

Excellent Resort… has 5 star facilities within Disney and very friendly staff, their prices are high but the quality of the place is worth it for what you pay.

Beautiful establishment, very clean I'm one of them people that check base board ceiling any smell among other thing from entering the building all the way to the room. I had a great represented that explain what Wyndham was about. When I do business with them I will reach out to her she represented herself and the company. I love that she didn't come off full of it to make a sale. The grounds and living area was beautiful I could live there forever.

I have not completed my stay yet (here right now) but so far, so good. The staff is very friendly and when you see them outside or just in passing everywhere, they say hello and are very nice. Check in was smooth (check in guy was not as welcoming) but nothing to complain about. Very happy with the room and the outside premises is kept neat and clean as well. We had to call to request extra stuff: they were pretty quick and followed up shortly after. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Wonderful, from the entrance, has a module where there are photos of the hotel that can be sent by mail, with a little ayudablos children Enviavan postcards to their friends and other relatives.
— Swimming pool with waterslide for adults, another pool not so deep for children.
— 24-hour Cafeteria — well located across the avenue is a CVS in case you need any medicine, also a 7 Eleven, a gaolineria.
— Shuttles to Disney's theme parks, leaving the hotel and returning to it.
— The rooms have a modest refrigerator (very practical) two TVs, bathroom, sink outside the bathroom (very practical).

The location of the hotel is definitely it's best attribute. The hotel lobby is well decorated with very polite front desk attendants. Parking at the garage will cost you $20 a night. A resort fee of $30 will also be thrown onto your bill. The beds are comfortable enough but many details are neglected. One of our lamps did not work, the bathtub would not drain. And for whatever reason the carpeting in the room made us sneeze continuously all night. But, like I initially stated, Epcot and the Magic Kingdom are just a mile down the road and make staying at this hotel worth it. In my opinion, this hotel does not live up to the Wyndham name, unfortunately.

Amazing experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were staying here for a trip to Disney and it was a really easy short drive to Disney. We could see the parks from our balcony! Everything was clean. I felt safe on the property.

Wyndham's Bonnet Creek property checks a certain box for me as an adult Disney visitor. It's a remarkably efficient location from which to visit all the Disney properties, while remaining a stand off location that doesn't feel like it's engulfed in "Mickeyness". It was our home base for golf days, as well as Disney visits, and also offers on its own everything you need to not go anywhere at all. For those that are looking to be fully immersed in everything Disney, they may want to choose a proper Disney resort property. Don't misread me, I like Disney. We hopped through all the dry parks at least once — most twice or more — over our ten day stay. But I don't feel the need to do it all day, every day. Bonnet Creek has multiple restaurants and bars to go along with its myriad pools (there are at least 5 good sized ones with tons of lounge chairs at each). There's even a pretty fun putt-putt golf course that I witnessed more adults on than kids. All of it centers on and overlooks a great little lake that's about 2/3 of a mile to walk enjoyably around to start your morning or with a cocktail in the evening. Lots of other amenities to check out, both for kids and adults. Throw in complimentary parking and maid service (twice for our visit) and you've checked that box right off for me. Will do again.

We have visited this resort about a half dozen times now and enjoy this place. Very comfortable apartment style rooms with multiple activities throughout the day for everyone from child to parents and grandparents. They have multiple swimming pools along with lazy rivers and miniature gulf to name but a few things. This resort is within 10 minutes of the Disney Theme parks and Disney Springs. The Boardwalk at Disney is also close by for those who just want to visit, dine or shop. Bonnet Creek is 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and very easy to get to. For those fortunate enough to get the view facing inside, you will have a great view of the inside portion of the resort. The Balcony accommodates seating for 4 and when we get the right building such as Tower 3 we can see the Disney fireworks from there. You can also catch them from within the resort itself. This particular visit were facing away from the fireworks, but we are on the 13th floor and had great views of the gulf course and ponds. I believe all those who book this resort with Disney in mind or looking to have fun and create family memories will absolutely enjoy this resort.

Loved this place! Highly recommend. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are heavenly! No like literally, I forgot to check the name on the mattress because I need that bed in my home. I enjoyed my week long stay here. However, the bar out front my room (next to the lazy pool) had sticky counters and yellow jackets all over the place. This was August of 2015.

Nice hotel, beautiful property. The price-quality ratio is excessive. There are many extra payments to be made. It's not worth it in that sense. There's better for less.

Bonnet Creek is a beautiful location with amazing views, and lots to do. There are many pools as well as constant activities. The resort is also very clean and all the rooms are very nice. Not to mention this resort is also within Disney property, which brings you extremely close to any of the four Disney parks. The Wyndham bonnet Creek resort is an amazing resort.

It's only been one night out of five, but overall the facility is amazing. The staff is very kind and patient. We thought there was something wrong with our AC when we arrived back after a day out and the room was warm. A maintenance staffer came all the way over to point the temp reader at the vent, say it's working, and explain that the ac turns off when the unit isn't occupied. We felt so silly, but he was very nice. We look forward to the rest of our stay.

We love the resort! Family style entertainment every day of the week, relaxing spa, rooms were very clean and guest services were on point. Every staff member we met was so pleasant and went out of their way to make sure my family and I had a great experience!

Excellent family resort. Lots of pools, lazy rivers, water slides, mini golf and other daily activities. Right beside Epcot where you can see the fireworks every night. The units are a bit smaller than other timeshares we've visited but they're clean and up-to-date. We love it here and keep coming back!

Very nice 3 bedroom. Very roomy for 6 adults. Nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. Had a leaky bathroom sink which we reported and it was fixed immediately. Beautiful grounds and recreation areas.

ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities to participate in without leaving the premises. A shuttle service is provided to all of the Disney parks. I'm not sure about the other parks. The rooms are nice and spacious. We have a 3 bedroom with 4 adults and 6 kids and we don't feel crowded.

I love this place. It has too many different options for your kids. It has different restaurants and wonderful views. With a lot of different amenities to enjoy. This is the second time in a row that I come to this place and I love it. Very close to Disney parks. And the rooms are very nice. I really think it is a great deal for your money.

Otherwise, Bonnet Creek makes a great place to satellite out from if you like to go on day trips to the beach or theme parks or state parks, etc. The service is exceptional; every time we have a minor issue in a condo, the facilities staff immediately start working to resolve the issue. I will definitely continue staying here for years to come.

Spectacular apartments. Dreamy.

Beautiful resort, pushy about the timeshare presentations. They hold your parking pass hostage at the desk where the timeshare presentation folks work. You get room room key and a map. Then go to the other counter to get the preamble to the hard sell. All of the staff are phenomenally nice. We especially loved the baggage handlers. Please be kind and tip those hard working folks. The resort has loads of activities. Great location. Lovely rooms.

I'm an owner, so I might be a little bias. I absolutely love this place. This is one of my favorite Wyndham's. I come here at least four times a year. It's sooooo much fun, if you're not trying to spend a ton of money this is the place for you. These rooms are set up like apartments and there are plenty of activities for kids and adults. There are about four pools, two lazy rivers, and a few spas. It is absolutely amazing. Come check it out for yourself.

The staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The pools were great though the water slides were not operational for a late-night swim 8:30 p. M. The pizza restaurant was extremely good and room service was extremely fast. The room could have used a good dusting but otherwise no complaints. Super close to Disney and Disney Springs. Like an on property Resort except at half the cost we would stay there again.

Bonnet Creek is a very beautiful resort. Modern, tuscan, upscale design. This timeshare property is huge and offers a variety of kid friendly activities and pools. A lot of families and guests from other timeshare hotels visit here, so it does get crowded a lot, especially during the holidays. Not the best hotel if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, but still very nice. The rooms are gorgeous and the views are fantastic.

Our room was great! It was completely stock. Pools are heated! Staff was polite and helpful. Sat though a timeshare presentation and got a cruise out the deal. My wife and children loved it! Close to all the parks and restaurants!

We have stayed here at least one week a year the last 4 years. Nice walking path around the lake. 6 pool areas. Good food and drink options Game room outdoor activities and grills. This is a very family friendly place. The staff are so nice. We have done the time share meeting 2 times and it's ok. We got $100 gift card to do it. The rooms are always clean.

Nice facilitys. Room was clean. Food was ok. Nice location. Nice staff. Beautiful lake. Nice looking pools. They have a lazy river which is cool.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The kitchen and dining area and the living room were very helpful to use. I loved the view which is the Lake view it's very nice the pools, bars, restaurants were very nice and good food. We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe sweet which was very nice and comfortable to sleep. I recommend this place for couples, family's and alone. Nice Hotel.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit in building two. The room was spacious and had wonderful views of the fireworks from Disney World parks. There was plenty if parking. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We stayed at Bonnet Creek for the long weekend and totally enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, cleanly and inviting. Additionally, the location of the resort was super conducive to getting to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. It was a wonderful weekend.

This place is absolutely awesome! Lazy rivers! Nice pools! Bars! Close to everything! Very clean. Not sure why there are some bad reviews here. Maybe they had the really cheap rooms or something.

The good — Location — with a car 5-20 minutes to everything in central Florida (amusement parks, restaurants, malls, museums, etc. ) Space — The 2 bedroom, 2 bath we had was very roomy. The master was right off the living room and had a large tub, shower, and king bed. The second bedroom was off to the opposite side of the room and had 2 beds and a bathroom next to it. There was a full kitchen and washer / dryer. Cleanliness — The unit was clean. We used the hot tub and the endless river and both were clean. The areas we walked (hallways, paths, main office) were clean. Sound — We were in tower 5, 12th floor. It was quiet. Elevators — Worked quickly Wifi — Free and quick and stayed connected for our entire two week stay. (So many of the places we stay, we have to reconnect every time we want to use it, or at least every 24 hours. This was so nice to grab a device and use it. ) It was also available for all devices you needed to connect Could Be Improved — Parking — My husband and I are handicapped seniors. There were 8 handicapped parking spots to cover two 15 floor towers. There were no handicapped spots at all in the parking garage. It would take us as long as 35 minutes to walk from our car to our room, with an average of 20 minutes. We did not get a handicapped spot the entire time we were at the resort. Air Conditioner — Very loud. We turned it off at night which in February is an option. I am not sure I would stay here in the summer.

This place was Amazingly Wonderful! I highly recommend it to everyone I meet and know. The ladies at the front desk took their time to help me check in even if I had a little trouble with my name but all in all I will be back next year. Thank you Shaneek and Rosie for your time :).

This is the place to be with a time share, I spent 4 wonderful days in room 938 in tower 2 great views of the Disney fireworks every night. The service was the best I love it and I will be back. Claude lamotte, you have my promise I will come back and again thank you Wyndham timeshares inc.

This was our second trip to the Wydham Bonnet Creek. The first time we went with owners in the vacation club and stayed in a 3 bedroom presidential. We were treated significantly better than this trip. We were put in a 3 bedroom in tower 3 and the entire trip from check in to check out was underwhelming, full of uniformed staff and zero help. At check in I received no information about the resort. No schedules, no option to tour (Which by the way we were trying to decide between purchasing with Disney Vacation Club and Wyndham so the tour would have been ideal, but no one even asked), no welcome, nothing. I was pushed though check in, handed a parking pass by a woman that didn't even stand to greet me, and sent on my way. Because we had been in the car for 8 hours, I just wanted to get into our room. My parents were staying with us so we headed up to the room to shower and get cleaned up for dinner. We arrived to the room to find there was no shower curtain in the second bathroom, the master shower door was broken, drain was broken, only 4 towels in the entire room, and a roach the scurried past when I turned on the light. It took over 2 hours for someone to bring the extra shower curtain. Someone called to check on how our stay was on morning 3 (we spend the night of day one and all of day 2 in the parks, so we tried not to stress about the hotel, but day 3 was our rest day in between the parks). I informed her of everything that was wrong and she asked for my home address.

Families are not safe here, this resort is not secured. Security leaves the gate up during high traffic times without screening the cars entering. (Leave the gate down, us owners want secured resort) Floridians are entering through the hotel and using the facilities, we met a family they had 5 teenagers, their son and 3 friends acknowledging they sneak in through the hotel, using the facilities regularly. They express best resort in Orlando, — as they walk to another pool picking up resort towels disappearing into the other pools. Great resort, has all the amenities needed for a great vacation. I'm sure many resorts have the same accommodations. Thanks goodness the construction is finally over, the grounds are finally looking good. As a Wyndham time share owner, Bonnet Creek is describe as the Flag ship of the group. There seem to be a shortage of tubes for the lazy rivers, once you get a tube, your almost afraid to let it go. Over all this is a good selection, but no doubt they are not trying to keep you from making them their future selection. I think they are adjusting from hot sales from the time shares in the building stage, to managing the property with the funds allotted. The lights on the maintenance golf carts operating at night did not work. We mentioned to the driver your lights are off. He replied, they don't work we were told. Hope no one hit the golf cart with their car. Ouch.

Great place to visit, But the security director which is a female hated men, treated them like dirt. She always wanted to show and acted her role as:I'm the boss, and always says:'figure it out,. That showed me and the other guests she hated men, god forbid if you quit and the new employer asks how were you as a worker,, No if and but's she will give you a bad reviews. How do I know. Every worker who used to work there could not get a job because of her. Her name is melissa and her last name I really can't remember. But hell get her out of there.
