The room was very small. Sofa bed was extra small. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Good price but probably wont be back.

I was there five years ago and it was one of the best hotels I've ever been in hands down. Underrated by star rating and well worth the price.

In June it's busy as expected. But the hotel was very comfortable and I really appreciated not having to pay a resort fee and parking. The room on the top 8th floor was spacious, the fridge and microwave were a appreciated convenience and the bathroom was clean. I didn't like the sleep number bed but that's just a personal preference. For the little time I was in the room I was comfortable and satisfied.

Love this hotel. Always stay here when visiting the Orlando area. Not ideal if you’re purpose is strictly for business in the downtown metro as this fits more in line with a resort seeking family adventure. Oh, there is a local supermarket nearby that has everything you can think of. The rooms are clean. I’ve tried their whirlpool suite a couple times and enjoyed my stay. The sleep number beds may need to be changed or serviced as the deflate uncontrollably which can lead to a bad nights rest.

When we stayed here on our vacation to SeaWorld it was amazing! The rooms were pretty big, comes with pretty much everything someone needs a refrigerator, sink, our room had a mini fridge too which was really convenient. The pools were really nice as well they even had a hot tub!

The hotel is a bit dated.

My stay at the Radisson in Buena Vista was disappointing, I thought it was going to be a lot nicer from the reviews I read online. I'll start with the good. Parking was free which was great, and they had shuttles to take us to and from Universal and Disney World at different times of the day which was also a huge bonus and partially why I gave three stars. The room was clean and the cleaning service was good. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The air conditioning worked great. The pool and hot tub were okay. But the pool was cold and the hot tub was pretty small. Now the bad. The breakfast is not complimentary, it is $13.99 per person. An upgraded suite room is just a regular hotel room with a small side bedroom that has a king sized bed. Nothing special about it and definitely not worth the extra money. Plus only one light switch worked in the whole room. Our sleep number bed controllers were broken, we had to push extremely hard on them to get them to work, and even then half of the time they didn't work. Our door would get stuck and was hard to open, plus the card reader on our door broke and they had to send someone up to replace it which was inconvenient when we just got back that night and wanted to sleep. Though that probably does not happen a lot, it was just irksome for us. Overall it was just an okay stay.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Ms. Lisa was very helpful, courteous and professional helping us resolve an issue with the reservation. Definitely coming back. She made the stay a 5!

Good service, near Disney Parks would miss a little more shuttle times to Orlando Universal.

The Hotel is very well located, with parking included in the rate.
The room is comfortable and quiet.
Right next door is a waffle House open 24 hours, ideal for a good breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. The rooms are quite large and the location is perfect to visit the Disney parks. Plenty of restaurants (iHop, Perkins, Olive Garden, Denny's) within 500m.

I have been quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the front desk workers are kind, and the hotel was pretty quiet! The beds were very comfortable and everything was nicely prepped. I would definitely stay there again.

3/25/2018 — Looks newly renovated. Friendly staff. 30 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Free shuttle services with limited hours, but gets the job done in combination with shuttles from Downtown Disney. I enjoyed my Disney vacation while at this hotel.

This is a nice hotel for what it is. It's not a fancy resort with large pool, amenities, etc. If you're looking for that, go elsewhere. It's more of a place you'd get for a couple nights to go to the theme parks and have a nice place to come back to. It seems that it was recently renovated so everything we experienced (lobby, room, bar, pool) were in nice shape. Get this hotel at a discount for 2-3 nights and you'd most likely be happy.

The hotel was nice and seemed like it was well kept. The hotel is in a great location for Disney and other close by parks. The staff seemed very friendly as well. Just make sure you check your final bill when you leave the hotel. Another room received room service but the bill was sent to our room. We were not even in the hotel during the hours the charges were sent. We thought this was just a mistake and could be easily resolved. About a month later we are still contacting the hotel to be reimbursed for the services we never ordered.

Good care, very clean, and although it doesn't include meals, the inside has good options to buy a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Worst hotel we ever stayed in. Beds were horrible, a. C. Was super loud kept waking me up every time it came on and shut off. There was old water stains on the carpet and on the bathroom walls and ceilings. Lobby looks nice. The rooms are in major need of a renovation. The only reason we gave it 2 stars is because the staff found out it was our 10 year anniversary and brought balloons and a card signed by all the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. I thought that was super thoughtful.

Great location next to highway. The room was very quiet even though the exit to highway was around the corner. The location was down the street from Disney Springs and a 10-15 mins drive to the outlet, depending on the traffic in the highway. The bed was comfortable and med-firmness. The room seemed cleaned and spacious. They have a breakfast buffet which has a cost but I dont recall how much a person. The lobby is nice with complimentary cookies.

My son and I stayed at this hotel quite a number of years ago. I chose this hotel because of it’s proximity to Disney World, free parking and affordability. I wasn’t disappointed. The service was good. The pool area is small and cozy. The hotel is clean and I couldn’t have asked for more. It’s nice and close to restaurants and shopping as well as the park.

Has good prices for a quality very considerable. The rooms are very spacious and the beds very big and comfortable (the beds have a remote control to adjust the position of the body). It also has a fridge (empty for guests to use) and a coffee (they usually replenish coffee and tea for breakfast as attention). As the majority of hotels in the US, with an ice machine outside the room. The hotel has a ticket service for entrance to the parks. We bought there and is the same price as the ticket offices of the parks, but so you wait less in queues. The side of the hotel there is a shopping area of restoration that is open until late, very useful to solve the dinner, also there is near a souvenir shop that, while not official, are considerably cheaper. It is not far from the parks, but enough to have to go in the car (the advantage is that the hotel parking is free, at least when we went). In terms of the location, the distance is more or less the same to go to the Disney parks or the Universal.

Always love staying here when visiting Disney World. Right by the Disney property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended trying them out!

I stayed here for about 4 nights. Definitely worth the money, but there were some things worth noting. The remote used to adjust the firmness of the bed was great, but it was very loud. It was useful if you want to get comfortable at night. The bathroom was nice, but water splashed everywhere, and there wasn’t a bath mat, so the water got all over the room. Thankfully, housekeeping was dedicated, and they cleaned the rooms and bathroom thoroughly. The appliances, such as the coffee maker and TV, were alright. The coffeemaker came with coffee and tea bags, and there were many options, such as decaf, etc. The TV, unfortunately, was very old fashioned, and the sound and video quality were mediocre. The mini fridge and microwave were amazing. There was no free breakfast, but the room service was reasonably fast. There was a Radisson iConcierge app, which was quite useful. It is used to request extra amenities, which were delivered quite fast. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here, as the room overall was worth it.

The bed was very comfortable and The room was clean. I can not complain. Also, there is no charge to visitor or tourist parking.

Good points:. The room was clean and attractive, nice lobby and common areas, staff was friendly. Negatives: Not a fan of the Sleep Number beds, which seemed worn out with poorly functioning controls. Hard location to get out of and turned back towards Disney. And the bathroom door situation was, well, unique.

The stay was great! The staff were incredibly friendly, the bar is a nice place to sit and meet new people, the pool was clean, and the bedrooms were great! My room had two sleep number beds, I had a great area where I could work, and overall I was very impressed.

“Ok” is probably the best way to describe this hotel. It was in close proximity to Disney World and the outlet shopping centers without the high prices of a Disney resort. I booked here because the higher quality hotels were all full. That being said there were quite a few issues. Whatever system the use for their door key cards is awful. It would stop working daily. Towards the end of my trip I didn’t even bother trying it anymore, I just went to reception for a new key. They told me that I shouldn’t keep it near my phone or credit cards as these will demagnetize it. Where do you expect me to keep it? I’ve never had this issue at any other hotel I’ve stayed at. They’ve also remodeled the hotel somewhat recently. Although they did a poor job of it. In the hotel room bathroom, the door could not open without hitting the toilet. There were scrap marks all over the toilet due to this minor annoyance that many guests prior to us had discovered.

Well. There are other options cheaper and better.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks from 17th September 2017. Perfectly located just off Interstate 4, ideal for easy access to the parks, restaurants, Kissimmee, Tampa. The room we stayed in was enormous with 2 queen size beds. Super clean apart from a few little stains on the carpet. Staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson and will 100% stay there again next time we are in Florida. Special mention to Jess on reception who treated us like royalty for the whole of our stay and to the lovely Gloria who kept our room clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is great — — close to parks and all the amenities of Orlando. The customer service at the hotel was AMAZING! The staff at the morning breakfast was very pleasant and attentive to all of our needs each and every morning. The front desk clerks and managers were very attentive to all of our needs and worked diligently to ensure that we were happy. However, I've never experienced so many problems with so many rooms in one hotel stay. We booked a king whirlpool suite and the cutest one they gave us smelled so horribly of mold that we could hardly breathe in the room. The carpet had noticeable mold around the hot tub. The room they temporarily moved us to for the night had a non-working sleep number bed and a broken TV remote. Our third whirlpool room had broken whirlpool jets in the tub. Each time we had a problem, the staff made it right. But the inconvenience of moving 3 times in 24 hours and the issues with the facility left MUCH to be desired with the hotel for our vacation. Facilities-disappointing, at best. Staff-superb. Mixed review for us.

My review of the hotel may not be objective. I looked at many other similar hotels around the airport but they were booked. The pictures of the hotel looked ok on the web and I've never seen a bad Radisson. The hotel and room seem fairly clean. The TV on the wall is extremely old and the internet extremely slow although good enough to check email. Since I came to Orlando for business, I'm not interested in the Disney attractions and consequently, my need for hotel amenities different.

Comfy beds. Ambience is good. They had microwave and refrigerator in the room. They did not have complimentary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant downstairs from where you can order food.

I stayed in a 2 queen bed room which was ok but felt a bit small as compared to other hotel in the same category. The pool is outdoor which is a big minus for me as water gets dirty quickly. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The in house restaurant does not serve lunch. But there are a plenty of restaurants at walking distance from hotel.

We are here on business and it's our anniversary So guess it will be all business no pleasure. At check in everyone was SUPER NICE and rooms are beautiful. I will give a full review after our 4 nite stay.

I got the suite with the two rooms for 6 people, and it was very big and clean. The rooms are dated. The beds made the experience great they have the Sleep Number bed which I love. I slept really good I went for Hurricane Irma I only booked for one night. I tried to book for the next day, and they said there was no rooms available, but that was okay at least I spent the first night awesome. They do have a bar downstairs which I had a piña colada that was awesome! they don't have no continental breakfast which is not good, but they do have a buffet downstairs which is too expensive, but overall the experience was great. I slept good and my bathroom was clean.

Rooms: overall the rooms are tidy and neat when you enter for the first time but the workers are lazy and when they miss your room, the do nothing about it even when you complain to the hotel. Service: along with the workers and the cleaning crew, the hotel isn't half bad. The bartenders are nice, the managers are decent.

Wonderful hotel, went their for a birthday with a friend. Perfectly placed between Disney and universal, they even have a shuttle for them. Staff very friendly, and accommodating. Slow check in and out process.

Does not have a continental breakfast of any kind. For $200 + a night, that's ridiculous. The connected restaurant serves breakfast, but is very expensive. There is a Perkins and Waffle house nearby though. Rooms are decent, but the pool and workout center suck in comparison to Disney hotels for the same price or less. I hate to say it, because I don't like when one company monopolizes an industry, but f you are going to a theme park, just stay at one of there hotels if possible. It's a much better experience altogether.

I'd give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The 1 star is for the comfortable bed. The sink leaked for the entire duration of our stay, leaking water onto the floor. I'd have to help my elderly grandmother on the bathroom floor so she wouldn't slip. The shower didn't have any hot water, and everyday I was forced to take a cold shower. We informed maintenance and the front desk about the leak 3 times and they said they can't do anything about it. Starting from 6pm until midnight, kids would be running outside in the hallways LOUDLY and knocking on our door, called the front desk, they didn't do anything as usual. I expect more from a higher end hotel than this. The cleaning crew would come by at 3pm instead of the morning. We'd be back from the parks and exhausted at 3pm and have to wait for them to clean the room and change the sheets which took them about 30 minutes to an hour, and that's just for us to WAIT for them to arrive at our room. I was very unhappy about this because they could've come earlier in the day. I will be sending a complaint to the corporate office.

The room was very nice and the grounds were well maintained. The price was good. The only negative thing was that one of the sleep number beds did not seem to adjust. Other than that, no complaints.

Love this place! Get what you expect! Cleaning staff overwhelmingly helpful (refill of coffee in room etc very willingly) and restaurant does a yummy inexpensive pizza — thoroughly recommend.

Good experience everything was good. The room was clean, also the food was good too. Customer service was good also. I would love to come back again. I would recommend this Hotel any time :)

Very hospitable staff that went over and beyond to ensure satisfaction. With Disney world being only 5 miles away, I could easily drive to any of the 4 parks within 10-15 minutes. The rooms were clean and just as described on the website. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Disney.

I stayed here for a romantic getaway with my boyfriend. It was a great stay overall! My card acted up when it came time to pay (which happens at many other places, so I don't hold it against these guys), and my boyfriend didn't get paid until the second night of our stay. The front desk staff were understanding and allowed us to pay the bill in two installments. The deposit is only $25 with credit/debit; I was surprised at how cheap it was. The only thing I can say is that I would recommend that the staff provide instructions to use the hot tubs in the Whirlpool suites, so guests don't accidentally get the entire bedroom wet. Also, be very careful not to use too much bubble bath, if you choose to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; the staff was professional, and the housekeepers were friendly and did a great job. Next time, my boyfriend and I are going to stay for winter break with the romance package, hehe.

Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, and the location is great. Hotel is next to Crossroads which has many restaurants within walking distance. It is a short walk to Disney Springs. Hotel has complimentary transportation to the Disney parks. Wi-Fi and parking are complimentary, and the hotel doesn't charge a resort fee.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are decent. Clean and adequate. The sleep number beds will make you hate your life, though. Whoever invented them should be dragged out into the street and beaten severely. The free shuttle to the Disney properties runs at EXTREMELY limited times.

Great front desk service! Lewis was a big help! Everything spelt very fresh and clean, which is a nice change from all of the musky hotels I've had to experience. I'll be staying there again for my next Disney trip!

Excellent hotel, extremely well located, the staff is spectacular all of 10 highly recommended.

Rooms and service are good. Not luxory but for the price, it's pretty darn good. Rooms are large and clean. Shuttle times are strange for Universal. You'll get there late and have to leave early. No other problems. Would recommend.

Nice little place. Lots of hospitality, well kept place, staff are professional, friendly, capable. Only reason no 5 star, a no-show shuttle put us an hour behind one day, front desk said they'd pay for our cab, then manager went back on that. I can understand why, but shouldn't go back on your word to a guest. Shuttle service was so-so and is this only reason we won't stay again. But I did like the hotel itself and staff, They were top notch.

I would recommend this to anyone staying in Florida! The rooms were very clean, the staff were super friendly and they give you a bag of samples in your room to keep! We told the girl at the front desk it was our honeymoon and when we came back from dinner, our room had balloons and a card signed from all the staff! The bartender was awesome at the bar, friendly and personable! Just an awesome experience! Love love love! Will be going back to this hotel next time we vacation here!

We were required to report back to my husband's base unexpectedly (regardless of having approved leave) and the hotel refused to refund us for the nights we were unable to stay for. They gave us a "partial" refund for one night out of two. To make matters worse, the room wasn't nearly as nice as I expected. The jacuzzi tub was the only positive for the room. The sleep number bed that was so proudly advertised was too old and thin to be anywhere near comfortable — one side was stuck on hard. That was fun. The bathroom was cramped from poor design choices (oversized sink in a space too small for it, which made getting ready for the day difficult for more than one person at a time). The hotel isn't very easy to get to, either. Especially since there aren't u-turns allowed nearby. And lastly, I had to rent a mobility scooter for our trip. The front desk told me to leave it behind the front desk and pick it up in the morning and that they would happily charge it for me each night. Well, they didn't bother. So, it was dead before we even got into park. I had to call and have it swapped out for a new unit before we could even get started. Definitely will NOT be returning or telling any of our friends to go there. We were treated better over at the Hilton buena Vista where my family was staying. P. S. Nobody wants to be sold to as they are trying to leave the building. Very disappointed in our experience. If it had been one thing, I wouldn't be frustrated.

Stayed there for a really low rate for four days. Spacious rooms with fridge and MW. Nice staff, always friendly. Room cleaning was good, however it took them ages to sometimes start. Got back to room late afternoon and room wasn't done. Nice pool area. Only drawback: Very close to highway, pretty noisy, especially with a room towards the street. Would go again for that rate.

The Hotel is very good. But now that I just checked my excerpt from my credit card I realize that the Office Selling Tickets Disney World that operates in the reception desk of the hotel we've been fooled with the discount tickets to the Water Park which we were offered to attend a talk in the Hotel Sheraton Resort. Maybe by that we do not allow ourselves to engage in the sale, the course discount is not applied and charged to 100%. Please do not be fooled with those topics of the time share resort or flexi-time.

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient to everything. Guest services were excellent I would refer this hotel to others. I really enjoyed my stay.

We were only there one night the thing was my wedding ring somehow fell off the dresser I called and talked to the manager he went out of way to have the room checked and they found my ring the next day then had it shipped to me this type of service does not happen very often! thankyou thankyou.

Extremely clean. Great staff. Food great. Incredible location. Most don't realize there is a side entrance to Magic Kingdom right next to Hotel. Pool and Jacuzzi great. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Close to disney and the outlet malls with free shuttles. The coffee in the restaurant is chalky like an instant powder blend, though they advertise that they serve starbucks (it was not starbucks). No big deal, just get your cup somewhere else.

We had a double room with two queen beds, the room was always clean, the entire hotel was also clean and quiet, the customer service was excellent and loved their morning breakfast buffet.

Decent price and close to dworld.

The room smelled bad and floor was wet when we checked in. These could be understandable since this is only 3 star hotel and I saved some extra cash and sleep near Disney. But when I checked my bank transaction, they charged me an extra $15 for an unknown reason? They never told me about this charge when I checked out. I called the hotel and was transferred to another line that never answered. I would have gotten a better hotel with the price I paid here. Just pay some extra and sleep elsewhere. It will ruin your vacation. Overall, I am not satisfied with the experience staying in this hotel.

Although I here on business, it's also a great family hotel. Only issue is getting in and out of the parking lot.

Very good hotel there is super clean, the maids do their work excellent, once I stayed two nights and what was my surprise that my cousin works there maid was glad that Pauline does a great job and all others by well thanks for all your attentions radisson.
