HOA is rude. Front desk people are rude. Don't recommend.

Love this beautiful resort. This is our third time staying here. Staff is always so friendly. Gated resort, so you feel safe. Grounds are immaculate and amenities are very nice.

The resort is nice as heck and you'll definitely love you home in the resort.

I loved this place when I first saw it. The reviews were excellent and I went to the Clubhouse and had a lot of fun. My family and I were supposed to stay for four days but I'm leaving two days early because the house is disgusting. At first sight the house looked clean but upon further inspection you could see the that the cutlery is not clean at all and there are cockroaches everywhere. In the span of two days I counted six cockroaches from the garage to even my bed. My actual bed had a cockroach; it was absolutely revolting. My mother has cancer and we specifically asked the cleaning crew to make sure the place was spotless because she cant get sick and then we even find a cockroach were she was sitting. If you want to have fun in the Sun, go for the house, but honestly, its not worth the money or effort to bring literally everything (food, plates, probably even cutlery, shampoo and conditioner) just to have to move out because the place is dirty.

Beautiful grounds with nice clubhouse, pool and lake with walking trail. Quiet and very well maintained. About 15-20 minutes from Disney properties and 25 minutes from Universal.

Nice quiet community. Front gate security. There are also always humble. All in all a nice place to be.

The room I was staying in was extremely dirty. Upon investigation, a pair of soiled underwear was found in one of the guest rooms. Absolutely disgusting! I requested a refund from the owner of the Villa I was staying in, but the most they offered was to clean the room.

Stayed at 527 Hideaway Beach Ln July 22 — 29th. This place is in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs!

Very nice place… wish the pool was in walking distance. But I understand it's not like a hotel more like townhomes or condos.

The houses are nice and the neighborhood is quite. The community pool was nice and warm at night time. The security guards at the front gate are friendly and always greet you.

We enjoyed our trip so much it's like we never left home! Loved the sercurity, made me feel safe!

Very nice place to stay you definitely need a car to get around very quiet place good food at the bar at the pool.

Air BnB rental. Sufficient space & amenities. We were too busy to fully take advantage of everything.

15 of us stayed at this resort for 17 nights, and want a wonderful and pleasant resort to stay in. A large gated community with a tennis 5 seconds from our villa, and a further few minutes walk from the clubhouse where you'll find a communal pool, a games room, a small cinema room, a basketball court and a children's play area. The roads and greenery in the resort all seem well looked after. We never had any trouble entering or leaving the resort as the gates seem to be manned 24 hours and the gentlemen on the gate are all very friendly. The villa itself, although they are all under different management companies it seems, was clean and well maintained upon arrival. I would highly recommend staying in Terra Verde Resort to family and friends.

The facilities are great definitely a better option than renting from a hotel. However, someone banged on our front door at midnight then ran away. It's scared several in the family. I would love to see better security.

Good resort and condos in kissimmee. Good recreation areas and easy access. Close to parks and other places of interest in Orlando.

I stay here every year the past 5 years. It's safe, secure, the staff at the club house is always friendly. A quiet community. Upper class. Affordable. Gated. Clean. Highly recommended for families!

The resort was great and close to Disney, the I-4, restaurants, kayaking and groceries. We rented our townhouse thru Orlando Vacations. Great price for a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse, sleeping 6 adults, however the unit 4741 Vero Beach Place, was in need of a serious make over. Old furniture, not enough dishes, silverware, cups, towels. Mattresses were horrible. Couldn't sleep on the fold out couch and had to sleep on top of it. BBQ grill disgusting and unusable. Hot tub great, but all the dials were broken and outer area very rusted. Didn't use the patio furniture because it needed a good cleaning. Luckily the common area pool and surrounding area kept up very nicely which made up for the disappointment of the unit. Unfortunately, if we can't see interior pictures of the unit before we rent, we most likely will not come back which is a shame, because it really is a nice community.

The best Place to stay is very comfortable I relaxing.

Shared with teammates, great savings from hotel, saved time and money from eating out so we could enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. Fun game room in house. Nice pool at clubhouse and walking paths with wildlife to enjoy. Only downside was cleanliness and lack of upkeep of the home.

I had a great stay, very clean. Couches were a bit run down, but the pool was pretty great. Easy and fast access to downtown Orlando and both Universal and Disney parks.

Great place. Near all attractions. Everyone should try it once. Stayed at three sisters villa the best all around.

The hot tub was apparently misused by the previous group and had to be thoroughly cleansed. While this is not bad, the cleaning chemical bottle was submerged in the tub with the cap off. Unfortunately, the toy-like appearance made me think that it was some sort of bath toy. My skin smelled awful, felt awful, and was resistant to washing. I had to scrub myself for a very long time. Two single bed bedroom beds were abysmally small. It seemed like the room was designed for children. I had to sleep on sofa due to how tiny the mattress was. Other than the above two, everything else was amazing. I sure would have appreciated it if there were a warning about misbehaved previous guests.

A great place to take the family, Good location, plenty to do. Heated pool, gated community and tiki bar is great. One of the best places I've stayed at.

Perfect vacation location, stayed for 4 days while visiting family. Loved all the great amenities, community pool, gate guard, private pool, lake, walking trail, and game room, tiki bar. Awesome… A must see!

Excellent resort. Furnished and very comfortable houses.

Very nice experience. The condo was spacious and well appointed and included a heated pool. There are plenty of amenities and easy driving to local attractions.

The staff and maintenance were awesome. Lovely place to vacation. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay. Very convenient location for your many travels.

Would not recommend. Our family stayed in one of the houses here and the second to last day there we found one of the bed rooms was INFESTED with bed bugs. They were all in the mattress, the light switch and the paneling in the walls. When we brought it to the owners attention, he stated the best he could do was move us an hour away to a different home. No refund or anything. One of our kids was bitten from head to toe and has to go to the doctor for treatment.

Very gorgeous and clean resort. It is gated and security takes pride in protecting the residents. Initially security would not let us in until we showed proof we were lodging in the resort. The resort has many amenities such as, a fully stocked bar, basketball court, movie nights, etc. The home was rented for the weekend was very clean and came with a pool. Lots of parking spaces as well.

We're staying at a rental property at Terra Verde resort. This is our second year here and the service is excellent. We had minor pool issues this visit and a call to the pool service was addressed immediately and effeciently. I haven't utilized the pool and clubhouse but had an Amazon delivery routed there and they helped with that perfectly. All-in-all this is a clean, quiet, safe place to rent a place to visit Disney and Universal. I'd rent here again anytime.

Clean community. Helpful staff, although the bartenders seemed a bit moody. The security guards had the best attitudes. All amendities and activities were great. Gym was small but sufficient and the movie night was a good touch (although we never made it there). Overall a decent stay, money well spent.

The resort was nice. The amenities were cool as well. The stocked pond is mostly carp fish. The villa we had was not nice, but that was not an issue with the resort as it was managed by tropical villas property management.

The complex/resort is secure, the shared guest common space is lovely, and our residence for our vacation stay was a lot more spacious than we anticipated from the pictures online. The things lacking were that they didn't provide garbage bags, the sheets on the bed in the room my mom slept in (king upstairs) had yellow stains, the comforter in my room had red (possibly blood) stains on the part that would be touching me, many of the towels had stains &/ other ppls hair on them, the showers weren't clean of dirt and hair, and we accidentally found someone's bikini bathing suit bottom in a decorative plant on the wall upstairs. As 2 of us in the group are former flight attendants, with MANY years of staying at a variety of accommodations, we are very scrutinizing. Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay, but it is appreciated when people actually take pride in the duties in which they are tasked — cleaning.

Terra Verde is an amazing resort. The community center has a nice size pool, an arcade, a fitness center, kids playground & a sauna that you are able to use for free. We rented a house from a vacation company & the house was beautiful with a private pool. All the houses in the resort have a similar look on the outside with perfectly manicured lawns. The staff were very nice & accommodating, always have a welcoming smile with a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely stay in this resort again just use a different vacation rental company.

Pure, clean, friendly, great atmosphere host mark was quick responsive to any issue! Pools clean! Houses clean! Landscaping amazing! Very tropical. Rooms spacious, comfortable beds! Hot tub amazing jets with lights in it! Pool by front office is a must see also has tiki bar right by pool! Awww just a wonderful time! Thank you Terra Verde an Unique Florida homes!

This place is wonderful. They have all the amenities anyone could need. And the clubhouse can find something for you to do. The location is kinda out of the way. Although the restaurants near the place make up for the distance.

Beautiful home, lack of basic necessities such as extra toilet paper, paper towels or coffee filters. There was also no laundry soap, dishwasher soap nor dish soap. Wifi is not working and has not been fixed after a day. Our pin to unlock the door did not work and waited outside. Luckily for the pest control guy that let us in. Office has not called us back after leaving messages. They have yet to be available to answer their phone.
