So far it's amazing. My family and I walked into our room and it just feels so right! It's comforting and clean. The owners are very friendly and I didn't feel like I was less than anytime my family or I was near them. Very caring family!

Nasty. The owner only care about the money. I saw how an employee was agressive to the guests, and went to the streets to get another drug addict so they could hit one of the guest. they steal the guest properties and the owner dont really care because he pay very money to that employee because he is a drug addict.

Very clean room, and housekeeping is great love this hotel.

Very clean rooms, sheets, carpet, friendly staff. Unfortunately the buildings are very outdated, you can hear into the neighboring rooms, ice machines don't work, no security cameras. Could use a makeover aesthetically and an update of the doors, locks, and paint in the rooms; but it is a safe clean place to stay. No safes in rooms.

This hotel has a lot of problems. Insufficient amount if lights in the room, smelly rooms and although they promise a complimentary breakfast, the quality is low. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because we got the rooms in the middle of night when we didn't find anything.

I had a drawback with the page I booked and paid twice the value, the same that did not want to reimburse. The hotel is a clean place, and to be economical it's a good place. The doughnuts at breakfast were delicious.

I was there a year ago from the Bahamas and the rooms was great went back this year and the have removate the place the rooms are awesome I will recommend friends and family to stay, you wont regret it…

Clean, friendly, the rooms that are renovated are certainly a step above the others in the area. Friendly staff and plenty of places in the area to catch a meal from local eateries. About 20 minutes to the gates of Disney. Really enjoyed the pool!

Price was way to high! you would think for the price I paid I d have cable t. V. They advertise that they have cable including HBO but when I turned the t. V. On it was analog probably got 8 channels. My wife asked for wash cloths and toliet paper they said they would bring them and never brought the wash cloths we did get toliet paper the next day when the maid cleaned our room. I was very disappointed! checked out and staying at an unknown motel in orlando it's cheaper and they have cable and wash cloths. Never again!

We asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled of smoke. The smell got into our clothes and pillow cases. It was nasty. The door to the bathroom had a huge hole in it. The ceiling had water stains all over the it. Apparently no one cares how the rooms look. I also had to kill a roach the size of mouse. We will not be going back. Just a warning to all.

I've been comming to this motel since 1993, nvr have I had a bad experience here, family is great, kind, helpful always on point! I once left a pair of pants here by mistake, not only did they wash and fold them for me but I had left money in the pocket, they called my home number (early90s) told me I left them there! I was back a year later (fatter) but there were the pants folded and clean and my $23 So consider this place they are awesome!

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Accomodations are crappy. Staff knows nothing how to handle online reservations. Beds are stiff and stingy. Bathroom towels are a joke and bathroom cleanliness is questionable. Also staff will do nothing about unruly behavior on their own property. And given the price, there are way better options in the area that are more affordable and superior quality.

I have been thankful since December 14th I recommend excellent services very attentive from their employees and their owner who are already part of our family. Happy New Year 2018 Many blessings for all in Knights Ibn.

It's a decent hotel the rooms are nice but the breakfast was trash mini donuts and OJ if you were lucky enough to get any donuts.

We stopped in after a long night because the marquee sign out front said rooms $39.95 a night. However when I went in they informed me it would be $75.95 a night plus taxes and deposit which works out to about $146 — A NIGHT! You can stay in a really nice hotel for that amount. That's not what the sign said — needless to say we didn't stay and it was easy to see why the parking lot was almost empty.

Don't stay here. The room we stayed in was not clean — the bathroom had hair, lint, and cleanable dirty spots. The bed also had some dirt and specks, and the floor was sticky. We called down to reception about the Wi-Fi not working (you could connect, but there's no internet). AC also doesn't work. Would not recommend.

They were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean. I would stay here again.

A/c didnt cool off room. Customers service was subpar. Breakfast was acctually just pastries on top of a counter.

Awesome staff clean rooms great prices what's not to like put this at the top of your list.

The location was a little further from Universal than I would have liked to be, but for the price it was not bad. The room was clean, no dirty sheets or bathroom. The only complaint was the fridge being duct taped shut and a water leak in it, but staying one night, this was not a big issue. The front desk was very nice with checking in.

I'm torn. This was the 5th hotel we tried while evacuating from Irma, so on the one hand, I was grateful they waived the no pets rule, because we'd driven all day and needed to get off the road. On the other hand, it was disgustingly dirty. My feet were BLACK after walking around inside the room barefoot for just a few minutes. Found all kinds of gross stuff under the bed, including ancient dust-bunny civilizations, a cigarette butt, a mystery pill, and a beer bottle cap. The bathroom was… not good. Couldn't bring myself to shower, even before the water went out. Power on one side went out because of the storm, meaning the washing machines were out of order… but no sign on any of them, so I wasted $3 in a non-operational machine. No offer of my money back, but I did get a "free" dry. Had to pay for two more dryer cycles because the clothes were soaked and hadn't had a spin cycle. $9 to get some clothes wet and then almost dry again. The staff were ok, pleasant enough but not even remotely interested in customer service. Would normally give one star; I'm giving two because this place was literally a port in a storm. Shocked that this is supposedly a Wyndham property. Would NOT EVER stay here again *shudders*.

Great greeting at registration. The room was clean, bed sheets perfect. Everything in the room worked! Great place to stay!

Great customer service and friendly staff. Doesnt have the five star amenities, but it is in a central location thats warm and cozey.

Drains are clogged. Toilet barely flushes. Dirty rooms. Water got so hot in the shower it burned and the hot and cold valves werent really working well. When I went to shut the hot water off the metal valve was scolding hot and burned my hand. This place is bare minimum.

Our car was broken into. Car windows smashed. Our luggage, backpacks, and souvenirs stolen. No security cameras. The room was disgusting. Stains on the carpets. Things were broken. Towels were dinghy white. Manager was indifferent to all of the above. Do not stay here. You will be sorry.

The staff were nice the rooms were clean my only problem was my wake-up call I didn't get one and I needed one the lady did not turn my phone on but other than that everything was great will be going back again.

I absolutely loved this place my husband and I stayed here when we came for our honeymoon. Let me tell you the people here are very nice. The housekeeping service was awesome as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

They were very, very nice to me from housemaids to front desk and tge manager very concern for my well being. No roaches or bed bugs.

This was an awful place to stay in. Not only were the linens not changed and obviously very dirty when I went in with my family, but the place stank as if someone had not flushed the toilet for weeks. The TV was broken, and the Wi-Fi would not connect to any devices unless you stood in the corner. The lights barely worked, and there were no hotel guides within the rooms. I also had difficulties with the front desk in getting extra towels because it was more than two people residing in the room. The people at the front desk also made many mistakes when making the reservation, from putting down the wrong number of people to refusing to give us a receipt. If I could give this place o out of 5 stars, I would. It would have be better to sleep in a car than at this establishment.

The pool is awesome and the place is great for a vacation or a starvation. This is my weekend spot.

We did a last minute getaway to Disney and booked in at another property and wasn't happy with the rooms and so we got a refund and drove around and stopped in to take a look at the rooms and we were greeted by the GM who personally showed us a room and after seeing the other rooms we were pleasantly surprised to the clean and organized rooms stayed here for 3 night's and will be returning again also will recommend as it was affordable clean and the pool was great kids loved it and would not get out. The front office girl was awesome and did everything to make our stay this is definitely a place where they care for their property and guests.

Dirty walls, amenities not properly stocked, light switches that do nothing, TV armoire that requires you to hold the remote as high as you can for it to work, breakfast was NOT as advertised nor how check in clerk described: it consisted of regular coffee only to drink and tiny generic packaged danishes. Observed suspect activity in the parking lot. Would not recommend, but it is Kissimmee so expectations should be low.

Been coming here for years! never had a problem staff ALWAYS HELPFUL, friendly, it's always clean always a pleasure to stay!

Clean motel. Nice place. Not set-up for modern times. Limited outlets for electronics charging, old style TV without HDMI hook-up, but if you need a clean room at an great price, this is the place for you.

Its a great place to stay with friendly staff who will go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay. Close to theme parks and shopping malls. Rooms are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.

One of the worst hotels l have been to. There are roaches and bed bugs. Many broken items in room, TV didnt work, most cable channels out. Management is very confrontational and at no circumstance will take responsibility for the nastiness of the rooms. I called the health inspector. I dont recommend anyone to stay here, cheap or not. Its not worth bites on your back.

Staff friendly and quickly met the needs of our family right away… In town on the 4th without reserving any rooms. Stumble on to Knights and it worked perfectly.

I guess if you paid cheap you get cheap quality but then again I didn't pay for the hotel but this place needs some remodeling there are big water marks in the ceiling cold water not coming out of the sink faucet, mini refrigerator not cooling I had to mess with the shower head to make it work you have to hold on the toilet flusher for ever until il fully flushes. And who the hells puts a swimming pool in the middel of the parking lot am am glad I only got 2 more nights here ohh the Wi-Fi sux but friendly people I guess.
