POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FRONT DESK STAFF (Kisha) I have been staying here for a week with NO issues for work related visit to the Orlando area. My wife has come up from the Tampa Bay Area to spend the weekend with me. We parked our car, which is less than a month old, right in front of the front door for the night (Friday Night). Around 2pm we returned after a day out and parked in our same parking spot. When I got out I noticed red glass on the ground. Walked around the rear of the vehicle and noticed we had been hit. Very minor damage but the vehicle is very new and a lease. I noticed camera directly in front of the vehicle. This is the reason for my one star. Upon entering the lobby I asked the Front Dest Attendant (Kisha) if they had access to the cameras, my vehicle was hit last night? She informed me the the manager is the only person with access and NO managers are available to help, manager will be available tomorrow (ON Sunday, Fathers Day). This made NO sense so I repeated my question pointing out the strange response that “NO Manager is available” Kisha responded well “Now you are yelling at me I am not going to call her! ” Wait what?! I wasn’t yelling, annoyed yes but yelling NO! I did proceed to start yelling at her after that. That brought other employees to the lobby. Two employees on the second floor started to call the manager and informed me they were. I thanked them and pointed out their customer service and caring about the customer.

Very friendly and nice reception lady, room was clean and comfortable, very impressed, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and affordable. Highly recommend. We come this way slot and it will be a stop for us everytime.

Good breakfast pool clean and not crowded close to everything restaurant’s, shopping stores, old town and attractions cheap price.

I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and entire building. The bed linens were high end super soft sheets and a nice down comforter. Best part for me was the fresh coffe available 24 hrs a day in the lobby and it was FREE. Breakfast was free and awesome eggs, sausahe, waffles, etc.

Good hotel good breakfast room was clean staff was help an Great. We will come back.

We were there for three nights. It was a little farther away from Disney than we usually stay, but for the price and large room, plus their very large hot breakfast and the pool with lift chair for handicapped people was great. Room was furnished as well as much higher price hotels. Also no resort fee that we usually pay at motels closer to Disney. We do t mind the extra 10 minutes drive for the money saved at this hotel. I would rate this place as a 5 star. We will be back.

We had our trip reduced from two nights to one night, they forgot to cancel it and still made us pay for two when we checked out. We had to stay here because of a cheer competition. The manager tried to tell me he couldn’t because of a contract with THC, which is baloney cause my cheer friend got reimbursed for a bad cheer hotel in Daytona.
On top of that, our friend down the hall found roaches in her room, hopefully they won’t be bringing any home.
Bad customer service, he refused to work us. Do not recommend because of this.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was a great hotel: Good free breakfast with eggs and sausage, the rooms were clean, internet and cable TV — you really cannot beat the value for the price.

Staff is amazing! Everyone was helpful and answered every question with a smile! Young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Rooms are clean. I have no complaints at all. I wish they were pet friendly but I would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice clean room with good temperatures, beds, and bathroom. The beds are pretty soft however, so if you dont like that then you might not want to stay here. (though I really liked it) the prices were also really nice.

Checked in at 330am 8/4/18. A one night stay cost me 594.00. No where near worth amount of money they charged. Before I leave im consyantly told, oh you'll get a call from the "manager" to clear it up on Monday. Monday comes and goes I get nothing. I call corporate and they say they don't know what the individual places do (useless). I call the hotel and was told oh yes the charges are correct. She is very rude and nasty. Never again will I do business with any hotel in this network. They suck.

The rooms were decently modern and very clean. I really liked the firmness of the beds, and the pillows were sturdy enough to provide neck support. The bathroom in particular was well-designed and comfortable, especially the walk-in shower with the curved curtain rod. The AC unit was amazing — a must in Florida. My only (small) gripe was that the outdoor steps to the indoor hallway are not leveled correctly, and allow water to pool on the steps. I'd really like to highlight the night auditor (with the awesome summer blue nails) on 7/28. Even with a 3am check-in, she was kind and personable, and made us feel welcome. She even thought to offer a late check-out — a thought that hadn't even crossed my tired mind. She gave me the impression that the staff at this Quality Inn had my comfort in mind at all times. If you're staying on the east side of Kissimmee, you can't find a better hotel for the price. I would highly recommend this location.

I only went to the Restaurant, and the food was good. The paella is excellent, so I would recommend it. You have to be prepared to wait because they start cooking your food when you order it, but you get a hot and tasty meal.

Quality inn and suites was a pretty decent hotel. Good location as well. Our bathroom door sounded like the steps to a haunted house. They have like 2-3 buildings for the hotel. When we arrived, we thought we were just on the "top" floor. So we had to go up stairs cause there is no elevator, we found out there was 2 buildings. So we had to go back down the stairs with our bags, not to mention I almost tripped and fell down the stairs. Woke up and went to breakfast, and there wasnt many people so we just started making breakfast… Two minutes later I turned around and there was already crowd standing around.

The room was big, newly renovated and clean. (The best part) King size bed was awesome. Big hdtv think 42" clear picture. Nice courtyard and Pool. Some minor issues, think renovation was quick. Hair dryer holder ripped anchors from wall and towel rack anchors loose. Good breakfast. All in all I'd stay there again for sure.

We had confirmation weeks ago for reservation for one night. Our flight arrived late evening and was even noted on my reservation as late arrival. We arrived at the hotel to be told we no longer had a room and that all the area hotels were all booked nothing available. What a nice way to have to begin vacation with nowhere to sleep. They had already charged our credit card for the room but overbooked. If I was able rate zero stars I would. We asked for a refund which we were given but then had to stress out trying to find somewhere to sleep for one night. Never would I ever consider this hotel again. Very terrible way to treat a customer.

I really enjoyed my stay at quality inn… The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the staff were polite. One of the staff there stood out the most, rose. She took great care of me during my stay… I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. Thanks.

Strategically located on the main road you will find this small shopping centre which in turn houses the best Dominica food restaurant in all of Orlando. Punta Cana Restaiurant.

If I was allowed to mark zero ☆ I would, but u have to rate at least 1 to comment. This place has been condemned for a year, and they were still renting rooms while there was no electricity or water! The pool has been empty for at least 5 mnths, as they used the muddy, gator infested slop to bathe and flush toilets since these poor people had no water what so ever. Cops were there constantly even b4 it was (supposed to be) closed down … then continued to come for various crazy reasons even after people were being forced to leave. Many still living here with no where to go, and the county is trying to find suitable residence temp. For them, but as of now, 100s r still there with no doors, no utilities, I festations, mold everywhere, and falling structures… mattresses have been filled with bed bugs for yrs. They would lysol them, then just change sheets (if u were that lucky) … even last yr. B4 "shut down", there was no housekeeping… room cleaning stopped about 3 yrs. Ago, and only front desk staff would occasionally do the laundry and fill toilet paper (iff that). Floors were not cleaned, ever. In years, and there hasn't been Wi-Fi since 2013. I think my review speaks for itself… I live in this town, and going by here daily, plus knowing some residents, I will 1st hand tell u, do not book here.

Very good morning to all Facebook friends, Florida Recides. As you know there is a Hotel which here I give you the name and address, which for one reason or another was permanently closed. There are many families, including newborn children who lived there, who had that Hotel as a roof to live. They have been without the water service for a month and today they are disconnected from light services. As we all know it is very difficult to find a place to live overnight. I want to organize a meal for these families, even if they can eat well one night, between so difficult and powerless situation. My decision is to think as a mother in all these children who are not to blame for what happens around them. I want to see who I can count to make this meal on Friday at 6:00 pm and who can contribute with their bit and be there next to me, distributing this food. Who can donate water, juices, sodas, napkins, cutlery, sanitary plates, glasses, ice and what God Nasca of his heart I will thank you in the soul. Let's not think that these adults couldn't get their children out of the way, just think of ourselves as parents who are in giving a little bit of Apollo even through a meal. I hope I can carry out this Plan and have one of you. God bless you beforehand. I know it's from one day to the next but there's not much time at any time they will be evicted. Who says I, we're going to make this possible.

Everything was clean and nice price.

I ate at the reasturant and was very satisfied with the service and food.

It was calming soothing and rooms well atended and was just very calming from stressfull jobs.

This place is filled with drug dealers utilities are always being shut off always in tbe news because of utilities not being paid and most recent in the news someone was stabbed to death this place is horrible stay away it's a dump.

Save your time and money your better off sleeping in your car. Worst experience of my life from a hotel checked in and with in 24 hours power was shut off. Had to pay 3x the amount for a ladt min stay at another hotel was told by a owner that the room would be credited and switched seeing the first room was a mess and had bed bugs in it. With in the 4 days of being there I seen 1 house keeper who mind you just switches linings from one room to the other. Ambulances and fire truck there daily drug deals on every corner of the property. The front desk staff is rude and could care less if you have a question concern or complaint the rooms are full of nasty bugs from roaches to bed bugs and everything between they require you to sign a contract that says no bad reviews had a contract till the 31st and told the 27th cops are called you have 30 min to leave thus place is a joke if it was not for signing I would of been gone night 1 and never looked back. So seeing they wanted to not honor there end of the contract nor should I.

No use without pool the room delivered dirty never cleaned and I was a month and a half the bus to the 3 weeks delivered and one day cut the water throughout the hotel for not paying.

They are tremendous irresponsible. The more you don't care about the guest. Just the money. Dirty those rooms. There are cockroaches. That's one side.

Paid $285 for a meeting room for a baby shower and it was absolutely disgusting. So many frebreeze plugins that it choked us out within 1 minute. Told the desk it was unacceptable and was told my only other option was to pay $200 more for another room that was already set up for a church service. Extremely dissatisfied! Bad business!

I checked in with my two children to a room with no toilet paper, two towels for the three of us, no shower curtain, no pillows, no light bulbs in two of our three room lamps, no cover on the very loud broken air conditioning unit. When I called the front desk to at least get toilet paper and towels, I was informed that only if they had any since housekeeping was gone for the day. The next morning, the continental breakfast was empty. I had a discussion with the GM and he said the the breakfast was not a guaranteed service, and it was only available IF they had food to put out, and apparently they didn't have any. Nor did they get any while we were there all week — Tuesday through Saturday, there was never any continental breakfast. (I apologize — one day there was bread for the broken toaster and frozen cream cheese packets. ) On Thursday night we got back from a fun hot day at the theme park, housekeeping didn't clean up or room or make our beds, but they did take ALL of the towels, and didn't leave us with ANY! Another phone call and conversation with the GM — he didn't apologize, and he said we couldn't have any towels until after 9 am the next morning when housekeeping got back to work the next day! I have NEVER stayed in any worse hotel. And I will tell everyone not to stay here, they were horrible, and what's even worse is that they didn't care or even try to make it right. Terrible and appalling.

The room was spacious and clean and the front desk received us nicely. It is convenient to a Denny's where breakfast was great. And close to the theme parks. Rates were very reasonable.

It was ok clean TV is outdated they charge a 37.60 incidental fee without telling you about it they have people that live at the hotel and most look like they up to no good like it was a halfway house they stare at you makes you feel very uncomfortable if your just looking for a night to crash in for the price it's ok if you do not have your family /kids. I was going to stay for 3 nights but cut it down for 1, night there is a lot of other hotels in the area for the same price and much better.

Seriously, believe the reviews. This place is HORRIBLE. I would have rather slept in my car. Between the substance I found in the sheets, the bugs in my room, the shower that only had boiling water or ice cubes, the cigarette smoke filled rooms, the druggies 2 doors down (who live there), the police walking around the parking lot, the toilet over flowing, and the rude staff, this place is what I have nightmares about. Save yourself the aggravation and the bug bites and find a different place.

Cannot recommend at all. My wife was supposed to stay there two nights. She rented a fridge and put some perishable items in it the night before. The next day at 5:30pm there were no towels in the room, the fridge was removed with the perishable items left on a table for who knows how many hours, and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. She reported the problems to the front desk, and by 8:30pm nothing was fixed. She checked out that night (had to leave due to an emergency). At least they refunded the fridge fee. Do not bother with this place.

We had a relaxing stay for a few days at the Hotel and really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were freshly remodeled, and the prices were affordable. The lobby was inviting as well.

They host health retreats that are wonderful for the mind and body. The hotel is older yes but kept up very well by the entire staff. Friendly check in, great pool, hot breakfast. Loved It.

Outstanding experience ever! I got more than I expected. The entire staff were friendly, cooperative and highly professional. I found clean and comfortable environment. Definitely I will recommend "The Heritage Park Inn" for everyone even to all.

The Heritage Park Inn was an enjoyable place to stay. The kids had fun in the big, clean pool and it was nice to find a place accommodating to my dog. The Wi-Fi was fast, the breakfast hot and the rooms clean. Next time I am back in Kissimmee I will not hesitate to make a reservation here.

For the price, it is great. The reception is spacious, the staff courteous, multiple choices of conference rooms, large clean pool with towels. The hotel has a Cuban restaurant onsite and the night stay includes breakfast and internet. Best one of the strip and very close to highway to go anywhere. Also they have staff at reception 24/7.

Was there for a week, not a good quality motel, My room was not services 2 times during my stay there. The breakfast was not very good. An the Wi-Fi is not really working. Really poor signal. They lied and said it was not working, when some one from their staff said to me that it was because my room was far away. I DO NOT recomment this Motel, I saw a roach in the bathroom. Really awful experiance, and expensive one extra night I paid 67.00+. But I learn its better to not reserve before seeing the motel first.
